@virginmedia Now 24 hours without broadband, you have the entire country being told to work from home and you can’t provide any details as to why. I understand you’re probably using fewer techs but I’d have thought you’d be able to triage a problem in less than a day, or know the actual issue

@virginmedia absolutely piss poor customer service from@whoever the guy was who put us on hold, blagging our of his arsehole he was waiting for a technician, to then cut us off just before 8pm so that we couldn’t call back BECAUSE THE LINES ARE CLOSED!

@virginmedia Known issue reported. Estimated fix: 24+ hours after issue began 🙄… Wouldn’t be as bad if everyone weren’t tethering on their phones as a result of the outage. Seeing only 2 Mbps @EE when on 4G 🤨

He also stated that the Customer Service rep I spoke with in January did not have the right to change the monthly fee back to £25, but he (Micheal) offered me a new deal at £27 monthly. He finally said if I want to cancel the contract, I have to pay Virgin Media £240.00.

@virginmedia I signed up on an introductory offer but you have been charging full price for it. I have called every month to be apologised to and been told it would be put right, unfortunately this never happened. This month you have taken nearly 5 times the contracted amount.
