    @thatmisterj @virginmedia I'm so sick of it I WILL be leaving Virgin. No-one picking up phone, Just saying there appears to be an intermittent fault. Well No **** Sherlock, I already know that.     I've just had to suffer the same 4 songs,1 a poor cover of 'Where my Rosemary goes', on a loop, in 2,45 mins of waiting for @virginmedia to pick up. Within 10 mins of engineer fixing fault, its playing up again. Its also the end of my contract so I want to deal with it.

    Please @virginmedia can you change your waiting music. Its the same 4 tracks adnauseum & very poor quality at that. No wonder customers who wait for over an hour hang up. Its enough to drive you mad with these earworms all day.

    @bagwaa @virginmedia the trainwreck that is their Software on the Hub3 and Hub4.Hub3 had a wonderful 'issue'. Stopped forwarding frames every 34 minutes and 8 seconds. I'll let you figure out why thats a hilairous bug. The hub4's hardware not being 'good' enough (>1gbit service, 1Gbit ports etc)[2/2]

    @virginmedia I understand the security questions and I have always answered them but i don't know telephone password. In the past (and 2 weeks ago) your colleagues always asked me other security questions. The point was, he used this as an excuse not to discuss my bill issue.

    @virginmedia Great example of service, wait 2.5 days for a call back from a manager and they let the ring for 4 seconds, priceless. Explains why my 86 year father has had such poor services from you.
