  @virginmedia Broadband down again this morning in SE London, got through to customer services and they advised the outage expected to be fixed by 12th April. No compensation offered and I would have to pay a penalty to cancel my contract.

  @_Lewis_A @virginmedia I had this problem and was advised to buy new cables, did that and it gets minimum 200mb now, also make sure all cables are really tight and fitted properly.

  @virginmedia why is your app so useless, can’t do anything with it as any actions takes you to chat. You’re forced to chat/call VM for everything. My contract is ending, so had to call VM, a torturous experience. After 30minutes on hold achieved basically nothing. It’s so poor

  @Virgin OMG Customer Service is non existence. In Dublin airport last night, no net work and emergency calls only. My son couldn't contact me to be collected. I ring @virginmedia same lines as every time before. I always ask to speak witha manager but they are always in meetings.

  @MartinSLewis Virgin media have a call back team. You actually have to cancel your contract, then they call you back within 2 weeks and that's when you get the best deals.
