Get home from work....2 out of 3 kids sick...oh well at least I can catch up with some work this evening on my laptop....oh no @virginmedia outage today means no broadband & no telly either 😱😡....would be good to get a report on when this issue will be fixed.....

@virginmedia Netflix freezes, loses signal and then just hangs. Only way round it is to turn box off. This is a very common problem that VM seem to choose to ignore

@virginmedia has to have the worst hold music for a service line on the planet. And, as a #VirginMedia customer you get to listen to it every couple of weeks. One of the pluses of being a Virgin customer!

@virginmedia If you cannot call me in this instance, then fine. I will go to court as I have the detail, lack of service, a signed tech report stating local equipment not fit for purpose, no calls received on landline for 2 years coz it didn’t work! LL £16.99 x 24=407.76 I was fair. V weren’t

@virginmedia They were useless! Refused to accept my name, email and sort code details. Said I needed an adaptor for my router but wouldn't send me one! Outstanding customer service and your prices are going up £15 a month too. Absolutely disgusting.

@virginmedia Bot only offered me discounts and then it was impossible to connect to a human in the chat. After waiting for 30+ minutes, I got an error. Called you and was connected to the wrong department 3 times!!!! Kept offering me offers instead of letting me cancel. Ridiculous.

@virginmedia I have a letter from your executive team that says “will add a CONTINUOUS rolling credit to your account for £10.99 to cover tue charge for the Netflix as a resolution to the issue”. Not until the issue was fixed, not temporarily. Continuous! Do what you say, Virgin Media!
