  @virginmedia I haven’t sent you a DM. I managed to speak to a human being at Virginmedia and the issue with my broadband and TV services finally got resolved. Your poor service has put me through hell, not being able to deal with my finances with my bank accounts etc. I cannot wait to move elsewhere once I get to the end of my current contract with you. 😡

  @virginmedia is it usual practice to delay installations without communicating to your new customers? You’ve currently missed 2 instal dates and no comms to let me know to avoid waiting at home for your arrival…. Customer service seem to be unable to provide any detail too😡
