    No broadband since June 27 and told fix by July 9th. In central London. Wow. Just wow. Also despite calls still no explanation just a prepared script in a distant call centre. Internet is an essential service for business in the developed world @virginmedia @richardbranson

    @virginmedia I’ve just spent half an hr on the phone with someone who eventually told me to reset things and it would definitely work. Done that and the speed is even slower than before! I haven’t got another half an hr to spend on the phone. I just want what I’m paying for. Awful service!

    @virginmedia Not advised. As said, 2 days & then down the side of the property so don’t know. Ongoing for a bit. Yes today it is even more irritating as they are using the front of the property. The loud talking and continual mobile phone stuff. This is my home.

    @YardleyShooting @TalkTalk Virgin media is as bad. I left them months ago, now they've sent a debt collector for money & I don't know why? They said they'd send me a letter 4 money owed, I want a breakdown of how they came 2 that amount. They also never acknowledged contract end.
