    @virginmedia And then told that they couldn’t do that either, all whilst being very rude on the phone for an issue with the equipment which frankly I believe is not an acceptable level of service ( I don’t expect 100% reliability - but something better than no service would be nice!)

    3 different @premierinn hotels this week and 6 in the last 3 weeks and I can honestly say that your Wi-Fi is absolutely atrocious. It’s always been bad, but some how it’s now even worse. It’s time to ditch @virginmedia and get a decent Internet supplier.

    @virginmedia i have now answered 101 questions in the Virgin Support Chat. Every ten question or so is along the line of ”pick one option to continue: 1. I really love Virgin Customer Services OR 2. I have a really small ****”. Worst experience for a long time. BOT heavy, no fix.

    @PaulbernalUK @virginmedia I had multiple dramas with mine last year/18 months while they were doing the network upgrades, having to resort to 4G. Annoying. Once all the pain is done & you get gigabit broadband using your own router/mesh system & the superhub as just a modem it’s staggeringly good.

    @virginmedia One of your agents said they would send across a WiFi pod (which never happened) and then we were informed that he didn’t have the ability to send them after a further call 1 month later. We were also advised they would send us a hub 4 to try and get rid of the existing hub 3

    @virginmedia @ThatGWord No one is answering when you call, you get a robot and no option to speak to a person.. im losing out on £160 of work because the wifi is not working and your advising it will take 3 days to fix… sounds like your all at home with your feet up and waiting around doing nothing…

    @ThatGWord @virginmedia I've just been on the phone with them, they said they lowered my speed to minimum because I'm close to the end of my contract... You'd expect them to push up their service to make me want to come back... Honestly terrible.

    @virginmedia Hi it looks like the WiFi is down. Both on the TV and other devices. Nothing noted in the service status for the area, but in the last seven years I have always found that to be inaccurate

    @virginmedia The issue about deals is a moot point anyway. The lack of good deals on offer meant us leaving as customers - that could have been temporary. It’s the atrocious service when trying to cancel that has led to us deciding never to come back to VM.
