  @virginmedia I rebooted, called the number, it says there is a known issue in my area and engineers are working on it. Does this take 5 days to fix? I try the status online and it tells me everything is fine but it isn’t. Is there anyone looking at this. I’ve never had an issue last this long

  @virginmedia Broadband down again this morning in SE London, got through to customer services and they advised the outage expected to be fixed by 12th April. No compensation offered and I would have to pay a penalty to cancel my contract.

  @virginmedia My husband has called because he is the account holder and has a Virgin phone. Virgin apparently will call tonight/tomorrow morning. However, my feeling now is that your service will work for a time and then will go bad, there is a pattern.

  @virginmedia I have more problems with your Virgin 360. When I'm watching a programme that is also being recorded. When I change channel during the adverts and then turn back it won't let me rewind! The old software let me do this from 2017-2026... Why did you remove so many features?

  @virginmedia I have issues with my hub dropping out. I’ve done all of the checks and waited on the chat for 20 mins for a “customer support “ individual to drop off after 5 minutes because I didn’t respond with 10 seconds of him asking a question. I have screen shots as proof
