@virginmedia Every time I’ve called it’s been over an hour before I’ve given up. I just lose the will to live. Do you have an actual customer service that works? When I got through previously, they haven’t provided solutions. It’s a real let down in an otherwise decent offering.

I rang @virginmedia who confirmed they do have a major problem with their servers and @twitter which will take another day (so four in total) to resolve. So why not put this message on your social platforms to save everyone time including your staff? "Media could not be loaded"

@virginmedia For some reason videos on twitter have stopped working (playback error) if going through our Virgin WiFi, is this being looked at and fixed? The videos work if we use mobile data but not through WiFi. Everyone in the house has the same issue
