@virginmedia please stop phoning my house daily in middle of working day to tell me you’re upgrading my WiFi signal. Every time you upgrade my signal, it breaks it. I’m already on a self purchased WiFi booster and it’s currently adequate. Please leave me and my signal alone!

@bt_uk @amysverse_ Dear BT. I've had the same issues this week and @virginmedia asked me to contact YOU about this as BT Sport are the programme providers / rights holders. What are we supposed to do here? We completely stuck in the middle and paying for the privilege.

@virginmedia In relation to a potential weakness in security. I’ve got a retro phone with no caller ID. I have a name, they provided a customer licence number for me to check and to authenticate them as genuine . I have a name and they said they were phoning from Hampshire.

@PaulLuckhurst @virginmedia Hi @virginmedia - This morning I'm having the same problem Paul was. A rights restrictions message on the video stream on BT Sport 1 via Virgin TV Go. Never seen this before. Can this be investigated. Fairly certain there can have been a sudden change in rights mid-season. Thanks

@virginmedia why do all your customer services struggle to speak clearly or understand what I am saying? All they say is I understand. No managers or supervisors to speak to either, I have to wait 24hours for a callback, absolutely disgraceful customer service

@virginmedia @ofcom that’s what everyone had said the last 6 times in the past few weeks. All your customers in the BA11 4 service are having the same issue. Virgin Media knows this but just tackles each failure as a one off when there is clearly a bigger issue here!

@virginmedia It's been a few weeks I think. When I use the virgin app, it says 12 of my devices have "WIFI Interference" even though some of those are only 1m or less from the router. Having issues with both Netflix and Amazon prime on my smart TV too.

@claudelittner @SkyUK Unfortunately the Virgin Media lot are no better. Customer services is a joke, but to be honest with you the only reason I’ve stayed is that I cannot bear the thought of getting BT in to run a line through my house for broadband. If anyone knows another way please let me know x
