    @virginmedia Wow I’m shocked. Clearly a lot of people will have gadgets that can only support 2Ghz which was available as a separate SIDD on the hub 3. If you were not going to support it you owed customers forewarning of this fact.

    @virginmedia I have. How do you expect me to work today & tomorrow if the engineer can only come on Tuesday evening? And why doesn’t your customer service centre pick up the calls? I spent about 3 hours yesterday trying to self-diagnose the problem and waiting for someone to pick up the phone

    @virginmedia As I said yesterday, all internet, TV and media down. Called you twice for over an hour and a half yesterday but no reply. Terrible service. Have work to do! Booked engineer but they can’t come until Tuesday evening. Can you call me?

    @virginmedia There has been an outage in burgess hill since Saturday but it’s still not fixed. There are texts being sent everyday saying when the next update is but nothing has been fixed. I am totally dumbfounded.

    @virginmedia Finally managed to speak to one of the technicians for 5 minutes after being in the queue for over an hour. She asked me to rest the router, which I did and again I was promised a call back which I never got. Changed the channels also as suggested here and this is the speed i get

    @jayrayner1 @virginmedia Switch to Zen. Almost no faults from year to year. And when there is one, a smart, helpful person will take you seriously. You pay for that level of service but if your livelihood depends on being connected, why mess around. Just a satisfied customer. No commercial relationship.
