    @virginmedia I have been assured by your team I didn’t need an engineer at my house on the latest of my many calls. That the whole neighbourhood has a problem . So , day 8 , still crappy service #hampstead it is proposed to be fixed by the 28th your advisers tell me in the phone .

    @billeighhh @virginmedia Yeah, I've noticed none of their interactions relating to a widespread outage in the South East suggest customers register for compensation. In fact the service status page where the button was hidden was barely functioning itself.

    @Dan13lBurk3 @virginmedia Yep I’ll also be looking to go back to Sky the service from Virgin hasn’t even been good enough to be rubbish is far far worse than that. Can’t say that the customer experience with Virgin has been good. I’ve had a problem which they seem intent on ignoring.
