@virginmedia It’s fibre only. How do I cancel when customer service is so bad! I have had 2 calls ended tonight as they don’t want to cancel my contract. So bad. Your front of house is appalling and can tell by the number of complaints on here in such a short space of time. :(

@ianbriggs @virginmedia This is why I left them for Sky years ago. They are poor. Been with Sky for 12 years, and they have always been good customer service wise, and rectifying faults quick.

@virginmedia Yep and no issue with the promotion running out - my issue is the way the email is laid out, basically suggesting the deal will carry on the same only to hide the actual cost (that changes a few days later) in the same print, which is incredibly misleading.

I swear my virgin media is cursed. Ever since they rang me up and convinced me to change my package to include sky sports it’s been broken every time I’ve wanted to watch a game. 😩 just hung up after waiting on the helpline for over 30 minutes with no response

@MurlocPhil @mainlymono @virginmedia I can cope with the outage (VM mega-fast WiFi still fine so laptop hooked up to TV), it’s the inability to get any sort of response or information from @virginmedia that bugs me. Just an update via tweet, or even just a voice mail message when you ring them, would suffice.

@virginmedia Interesting when you get disconnected the moment you tell the agent the deal to stay with you as a loyal customer is way higher then new customers and £20 a month more than @SkyUK Especially when your charging me per minute to call you as you never fixed my landline

@virginmedia one of digiboxes intermittently won't do online streaming. Also slow to load and delete recordings Error code 233. Rebooted router and v6 box. Worked for a while, then error again. Other v6 working, smart TV can stream all other devices work.

1/2 @virginmedia Absolutely appalled by the service, been let down time and time again, internet was first booked to be installed 3/01 then 18/02 then 10/03 which was promised to go ahead as all outside work was completed then to be told two days prior it was delayed until 31/03
