    @virginmedia @virginmedia are now denying knowledge of my complaint last month with poor BB speed and no landline for two years. In fact, Virgin deny any comms with me since 2018!! Hello @Ofcom

    @Matthew_Wright @virginmedia I also had so many issues with them. And working from hoem could not afford not to have secure internet access guarantted to be avaiable so switched to BT and speed fantastic and no outage once ever sinde

    5th visit in 20 days from @virginmedia today to fix my broadband. Am I confident they'll actually give me the service they charge me £112.50 a month for? Am I hell. Can I actually get thru and speak to a virgin employee? Don't be ridiculous.

    @virginmedia Just to update you. Engineer came round on Monday and informed me there was a local issue with broadband that @virginmedia were aware of and was surprised I had not been informed. The last engineer who came round seemed unaware of this!!! How do I get compensated? Anyone know?

    @virginmedia without a doubt the worst company I've dealt with. But they have a great person in Stefano, an engineer in the SW4 area. He has actually gone above and beyond to provide some customer service. I hope Virgin notice this, but they probably won't.

    @virginmedia My partner - a current Virgin customer - just got *HUNG UP ON* by one of the rudest customer services advisors I’ve ever heard in my entire life. Abhorrent customer service. Absolutely shocking.

    Clearly the 06:05 ETA for a fix is an arbitrary generic number, as on the 1st March when it went down, the fix ETA was 06:05 too. @virginmedia

    I understand it takes time to replace fibre optics. I don‘t understand why @virginmedia sends out messages that are plain wrong. My connection is not working, has not been working ever since Tuesday evening. Is this to avoid having to pay back customers?

    @niamhskinner @virginmedia Unfortunately it’s still out in SW2 for me. The time they are suggesting a fix keeps getting later and later. I have no idea how big of an issue it is, but it’s taking a rather long time to repair!

    @virginmedia wifi down in Brixton (SW2). It says you’re not getting it fixed until tomorrow?! Any chance it will be done sooner than this? It’s a pretty vital resource for many of us right now!

    @virginmedia another weekend of rugby ruined by a terrible picture. Spoken to so many departments but no one seems to care. Is my £100 bill each month not enough? How much should I pay to expect a watchable picture???!!? 20plus years a customer means nothing to this company 😡

    Was trying to refresh twitter when my phone tried to logon to my neighbour's BT network. I have Virgin Media broadband and the superduper hub was 7 metres away. How poor is VirginMedia wifi that my phone thinks the next house away is better.
