@libertyglobal Nice. But @virginmedia refuse to extend their existing network by 50 yards to allow me & my neighbours the option of super fast broadband. Instead we’re left struggling with speeds in single digits. And we don’t live in rural Scotland - we live less than 15 miles from C London.

@VMSolutions_ I emailed you 3 weeks ago to get a broadband upgrade (as you would not take phone calls). I now have a letter from Customer Resolutions asking me to call, and the phone number provided “is not supporting voice calls”. @virginmedia is SO USELESS. PM me!!!!

Oh boy am I glad the @virginmedia support site just sends you in circles while obfuscating the helpline number when you've got no WiFi and a bunch of work to do. While randomly saying you aren't logged in. Been almost two hours and it only just now says there's an outage.

@virginmedia I get no signal at work (I work at multiple sites in the UK) but my colleagues with other carriers and vodaphone do. I’ve got an iPhone 11 on contract and my phone isn’t the issue bc I’m on my 2nd device now
