    Hi @virginmedia Broadband been down in KT10 all day and update now says estimate 9.05 tomorrow morning earliest. Is there any more info on how accurate this is? If true I have to cancel only bit of paid work I’ve had for last 4 months so keen to know either way ASAP.

    @virginmedia Atrocious Service. Lost all services and then there is no one available to report the fault to! No doubt some workman have just cut through a cable!

    @virginmedia The engineer said he was unable to fix and said would escalate and she would get an update by 13.30 yesterday afternoon. No update was sent so she phoned today to be told the call had been closed

    @virginmedia Thankfully network issue Sorted overnight- however it was frustrating not being able to report it over phone, having gone through auto message and diagnostics it then said office closed and cut you off.

    Mum is shielded and home alone. Her landline stopped working, after 6 days @virginmedia came to fix. Engineer couldn't fix so said would escalate. Mum chased again today and calls been closed! So far cost £21 in calls. #virginmedia, is that how to treat vulnerable customers?

    @virginmedia I'm told the engineer has closed the issue from his end and they will have to raise a level 2 again and will be in touch within 48 hours. Dies this mean the issue is still open?

    @virginmedia I've had an engineer today, he was great however the issue is not really fixed. Broadband speeds are terrible and the WiFi keeps dropping out, but at least I can still work as a wired connection is working fine.

    Really disappointed. Been a customer for over 20 years and can’t get any decent pricing to reduce to broadband only or reduce channels. Our tv boxes are years out of date and not updated. Phone line didn’t work for several of the years @virginmedia #noloyaltytocustomers

    @virginmedia hi from pretty good service to really poor service. Housebound mother left with no tv for 5 days before an engineer comes after coming yesterday and replacing a faulty box with a brand new one which now doesn’t work. Next engineer not coming until Friday. Terrible.
