    @virginmedia Pre install was yesterday with technician linking my house to virgin and ever since I've had no Internet from my current provider. spoke with pre install last night, and today, total of 4 handlers then cust. Service with no resolution and nobody wanting to deal with it now!

    Really losing my patience with Virgin media now. Down for 8 days been told 3 times it’ll be fixed within 24 hours but won’t send an engineer out

    @virginmedia An explanation of the problem and what is being done would be a good start for customer service. Right now that’s sadly lacking. I hope there will be a £ reduction in the bill for the lack of service??

    Again my Virgin Media broadband has shat itself. Shows it’s connected to the net but with zero download zero upload yet service checks says no problems In your area. Can’t wait to leave fed up of this

    The service from @virginmedia is utterly dreadful. Had Wi-Fi issues so they sent someone out to rectify. Worked for 2 days then the same issues started again. Not had working Wi-Fi for the last 3 weeks. If your thinking of going with them for tv / internet, go with someone else.

    @virginmedia We are now two days in and it's still not fixed. Your status update is still saying that estimated fix time will be 5.05 yesterday. This is an appalling service. What is going on? I want an update and I want my service back. I will stop my next payment.

    @virginmedia yet again I've been let down by you. But I am not surprised. My fault is finally fixed after 43 days without service. Yesterday, I was told I couldn't be put through to the correct team but they would call me back within 24hours. That was 25 hours ago now. 🙄

    Just had to resign a contract with @virginmedia all because @CityFibre @toobbroadband won’t install on my street and give me access to cheaper gigabyte broadband it’s ridiculous having to pay stupid price in this day and age when there are companies out there doing for cheaper.
