@virginmedia I guess this sums up the level of service. Simply can’t get in touch to discuss the contract we have. Website, telephone, Twitter, bots... no doubt I’ll get a call at the supermarket checkout or at dinner.

@virginmedia What app? I'm talking about tube WiFi. I've never needed an app for that before.... And I shouldn't need an app... I'm talking about the sign in page. In the past I only had to put my username and password in once in a while; now it's EVERY station.

@virginmedia There has been an outage in burgess hill since Saturday but it’s still not fixed. There are texts being sent everyday saying when the next update is but nothing has been fixed. I am totally dumbfounded.

@virginmedia Ha, had to be sure because in past I've had responses about tube WiFi telling me to restart the router etc... It's pretty lame that I would need an app. I really can't see how that will help, as you can't surely expect all of London to download your app just to use tube WiFi?

@virginmedia When are you gonna replace the terrible Superhub 3? Surely one of the worst pieces of home IT ever made? As reliable as a homemade paper-mache parachute. Continuously drops WiFi connections. Has to be reset at least every other day. Shockingly bad kit.

Virgin media calls take 3 hours plus and when you get through the call centre hang up and your back at square one. My parcel was supposed to arrive a week ago and it hasn’t. The text service and complaints don’t respond.
