    @virginmedia Hottest day of the year and VirginMedia rang me up and then put me through to someone else. Left me hanging twice so far. Thought service was cancelled but money still coming out of account. I'm just trying to get email address to write to. It isn't hard.

    In a world that runs on the net if you are a @virginmedia customer you have to wait 4 days for an engineer to fix a modem, installed only in November 2018. IT’S NOT A JOKE!!! Thank you for letting me loose a day of work and 3 days worth of studying. #virginbroadband

    @virginmedia I’ve had over 6 months of having poor WiFi where it cuts outs and has to be rebooted every other day (twice today already!). I want a technician to come out and sort ASAP as my family mobile bills are through the roof due to using data plan instead at home!

    @virginmedia your customer service is shocking! Been trying to fix my WiFi (no internet connection). You won’t send someone to help but rather send a letter on “how to fix it” Gone are the days of actual help instead I’m being spoken to like I’m stupid.

    Am loving @virginmedia....NOT. Phoned to cancel, got offered £7 off my current contract, I informed the call centre I was going to cancel. Got told to hold so I could be put through to disconnections, guess what got cut off instead. Go to love the customer service!

    @virginmedia Yep, you’ve had a technician out all day. I appreciate things happen but your site said it would be fixed by 3pm. I waited the six hours and I’m still having problems now, which are now going to be fixed by 2am and no other communication? Its cost me a whole day of work
