@libertyglobal Nice. But @virginmedia refuse to extend their existing network by 50 yards to allow me & my neighbours the option of super fast broadband. Instead we’re left struggling with speeds in single digits. And we don’t live in rural Scotland - we live less than 15 miles from C London.

@virginmedia It was fixed about 1:30am but this is happening a lot since I moved to Hammersmith. But you never tell us what the problem is or give any compensation. I couldn’t do anything. Even my PS4 wouldn’t allow me to play games as they connect online. No TV nothing

@virginmedia not happy my Internet is down which means my TV is down , I expect to be compensated for this. Extremely annoying considering the price of my sky sports every month and the quality it's broadcasted at I get better quality streaming then from a live TV feed.
