@virginmedia OK after an all day wait was contacted and tge rep worked through it. Was frustrating as hell Outcome is a network problem in my area that has been reported to the appropriate team. I'm left feeling unfulfilled and tossing a penny down a well hopeing its ok

@virginmedia Yes, have checked service status - no issues. Done factory resets on our router to no avail. Our broadband has been dropping out every 10-15 minutes for the past week making it impossible to work from home.

@virginmedia Hi, haven't been able to get to the virgin site as it keeps coming up with dns errors along with k/b or byte speeds currently, full post code is SE1 5UY and surname is Bradley if that helps, I know on the 17th there was planned upgrades that where ment to finish on 18th.
