    @virginmedia I am on 1GB line with Hub 4. I get 20MB speed. Have complained. Agent said they can’t fix Hub 4. Engineer replaced a new Hub 4. Result the same 20MB on 1 GB line. I am fed up. Can Anyone please help. A very loyal VM customer 😡

    @virginmedia is by far the worst TV, broadband and telephone service I’ve received in 20. Customer service is appalling. I was just on the phone and the customer service personal just hung up on me. I just can’t wait to leave and go back to @SkyUK. #avoid #virginmedia

    @virginmedia there is a fault. it is getting repaired by 1.55 pm every day for the last week. apparently. were kafka born a few decades later, he would be structuring stories around the baroque architecture of your customer services provision.

    @virginmedia I want to cancel; there’s been a fault with the broadband for a while and you wrote to inform of a price rise. I’m out of contract so should be easy enough-can you let me know how to cancel please-ideally the quickest way without having to try to get through on the phone!

    @virginmedia I've had engineers round from Virgin media on several occasions. Once I had no Internet for weeks because the engineer wired up the connection to the wrong house outside and I didn't even get a refund for the lack of service.

    @virginmedia Have done it on multiple devices and all saying ‘NO KNOWN ISSUE’ but today has been the first time that it hasn’t decided to start dropping at 8pm and then keep doing it for the rest of the night, like the last couple of nights

    @virginmedia Called tech support, they asked me the standard questions asked me to turn it on and off multiple times and then said it will be activated at midnight and to turn it off until then..its past midnight and my router is still just flashing green

    @virginmedia I have recently moved house the new house has 2 virgin wall sockets one downstairs one up, plugged in down stairs we get 500mbps but we want the hub upstairs so we plugged it into the upstairs wall socket everything is live but now only get 50mbps? Any fix to this?
