    @virginmedia Well we already had an engineer out and even he confirmed its the most problematic router virgin has given out. Especially with the dns issues. We also have 6 people in a 3 story house. We were told adding wifi extenders also cause issues so we cant even get signal now...

    @virginmedia Dont use the virgin router switch off wifi buy another router and use the virgin one as a modem. I did this at another property and its fixed all my issues apart from the dns issue. Thats an issue due to the way the virgin router works

    @virginmedia 24 hours without WiFi. Still awaiting callback to arrange engineeer, who couldn’t be scheduled yesterday due to a systems fault. Tried calling but unable get through. Please help. I was guaranteed a call back by 1500 today. Not impressed with customer service.

    @virginmedia Just tried to call to get a quote for broadband and TV - after a 12min wait I got to an operator who I could not understand or hear, and who in turn did not understand the alphabet. Awful customer service, was ready to switch from Sky but not going through that again

    @virginmedia It’s been over a an hour and have been passed to 5 different advisors. All they seem to be trained to do check security and pass the call. Last advisor put the phone down. On call again to another advisor. Can’t wait to come out of contract @richardbranson

    @virginmedia And to add insult to injury. I have been a loyal customer of yours for more years than I can remember. My current package is costing me £81.75. The same package is i9n the winter sale for £39 normally £69 yet here I am paying almost £12 more and you are going to increase by £15

    @virginmedia I am already paying over the odds, WHY IS THIS? You should be reducing my bill or increasing my speed to 1GB not charging me more when I'm pay more than I should. 1gb package is £79 yet I am paying almost £82 for 362MBPS treat your customers better instead of making us pay more.

    @virginmedia Subsequent paperwork stated 18 month contract (not what was agreed), a £40 installation fee (not what was agreed) and I have not received the fibre extender. If I could face the 2 hours it takes to actually speak to someone, I would call up now and cancel the whole thing.
