@MurlocPhil @mainlymono @virginmedia I can cope with the outage (VM mega-fast WiFi still fine so laptop hooked up to TV), it’s the inability to get any sort of response or information from @virginmedia that bugs me. Just an update via tweet, or even just a voice mail message when you ring them, would suffice.

I swear my virgin media is cursed. Ever since they rang me up and convinced me to change my package to include sky sports it’s been broken every time I’ve wanted to watch a game. 😩 just hung up after waiting on the helpline for over 30 minutes with no response

@virginmedia So I lose @btsportfootball in the second half of the Man City Women - Chelsea Women game a a crucial moment. Down for days recently. Website closed down, presumably because it isn’t scaled to cope with customers when issues arise. TV still off. Joke.

@virginmedia Yep and no issue with the promotion running out - my issue is the way the email is laid out, basically suggesting the deal will carry on the same only to hide the actual cost (that changes a few days later) in the same print, which is incredibly misleading.
