    @virginmedia 3 weeks after you drill through my pipe & send cowboy plumbers out I still haven’t heard anything! I filled a complaint 2 weeks ago and no response. If you think I am paying my bill this month you can jog on. Absolute terrible customer service

    @virginmedia This is not true, I have called early morning, no one ever answers, I have had a WhatsApp chat to a hot then just said someone will be with you but that was yesterday still waiting. How am I supposed to change or cancel my contract if you can't talk to anyone??
