    @virginmedia Seriously, it's laughable. Operator asking for a picture of my hub because you don't have a log of the equipment you provided me. 51min in and the only 2 things we know: that you didn't update my name when I asked months ago; and the broadband is slow after the patch up from Dec.

    @virginmedia SMS service sucks. 30min of security checks, I get a "Thanks for the details. I apologize for the inconvenience as there is a speed issued in the services i will transfer you to our technical team.I am sorry for the inconvenience caused". Next operator "May I ask your full name"

    @virginmedia I have done all of that even with proper resets by sticking a pin in the reset switch and nothing OT is truly awful :-(

    @virginmedia are there any issues with #netflix none of my V6 boxes are loading Netflix at the moment. Netflix works via my mobile phone though connected via VM router

    @virginmedia It was a change made with a deed poll and communicated months ago. If you "of course" have a log of the hub he couldn't find it. 59 minutes still no solution.

    @virginmedia Wi-Fi and I have and have had several engineers out and the last one said there was nothing he could do as the signal was too weak and they was 18 months ago and only now potential upgrade /boost :-(

    @virginmedia I couldn't care less about the name issue. You're taking your payment anyway so this only becomes an issue for your security checks. I need a solution to my broadband, if you fix that you can write whatever you want as my name in the contract.

    @virginmedia oomph package installed last week and since it has been installed i have had nothing but nightmare! The tv doesnt work correctly the wifi not working properly i only get 20.5 downloads i asked for engineer to visit you refused tried to cancel package u refuse

    @virginmedia @Virgin_Victoria The reason I refuse to get anyone in trouble is that if I was doing that job I would be frustrated too if im not hitting my targets for his commissions. Maybe you need pop up stores rather than door to door. And I’m massive on customer service

    @virginmedia Posted yesterday had response. Only response was to ping the ip address assigned to router to internet. Which is impossible when the network access is blocked your end so no ip address assigned

    @virginmedia Get your act together. My elderly father (aged 85 & hard of hearing) informed your customer service on 27 Jan 2021 that he no longer wanted your services as of 1 March. Also further informed you on 15 February. Why are you harassing him with further bills until May?

    @virginmedia I had this issue over Christmas as well. Didn't have internet for two weeks. And you lot did nothing about it. It took 30 attpemts with different customer service people till I finally got one who knew what I was talking about and two hours later got internet back
