@Lgb89 @virginmedia We had the same situation about a year ago and they replaced both our boxes with the new ones 😩 it’s just our whole WIFI that’s useless, never not had issues with them and there’s always a “technical fault” being fixed somewhere 🙃

If they have a problem you lose it all tv, broadband, Internet and home phone. Too much concentrated in the hands of one provider and all those affected should a lesson from this.

@virginmedia @kdw181063 I live in North London. All of my services have gone down and the estimated time of resolution is 4pm tomorrow. What sort of an outfit can have services go down primetime at the weekend and no fix until basically the evening the next day??? It seems to be happening a lot!!!
