@virginmedia Just gone off again. Truly terrible reliability. I can’t spend so much time ringing you up, checking status, rebooting and replacing routers. Merton is going to be one of he first places in the UK for FTTP. It’s going to be great to have a reliable broadband.

@virginmedia probably, no defenitely, the worst customer service I have ever experienced. 4 hrs on the phone over 2 days, transferred unknown number of times and hung up on twice and still no result.

@virginmedia We tried and it didn't work. I don't think is a problem of our hub but in the zone. Last week happened as well and they sent an engineer to fix it but it looks like it wasn't fixed properly

Genuinely shocked at a phone representative at @virginmedia I ask to speak to the manager and then he hung up. I have had some bad service in my time but that was probably the worst I’ve ever experienced

@virginmedia do you know what the issue is in NW6. There are 2 faults one has said “The problem is almost fixed - our engineers are carrying out their final checks” for quite a while now. Area code 21.

@virginmedia No, they said all 8 of the devices that I have that can connect to the internet including 2 laptops, ps4 pro and 4k blu ray player were all faulty and that virgin has no issues. I argued rightfully that this attitude is ridiculous & a manager was to call me back to discuss it.

@virginmedia Tried phoning but sadly can't get through. Read all the leaflets from front to back went on to the internet on my phone 4g to diagnose the problem all that did was waste my time. My child was so upset he needed to finish his homework & worried him. What am I paying for you for.

@virginmedia Yes I did. Then requested pod for bedroom after running tests on the app & found out there's long queue & a lot of "demand" for the pods. Later on someone told me even if I get a pod it won't help much according to their own experience. So basically I was on 100mbps connection...

@gingerannie34 @virginmedia Oh it does seem to take them about half an hour to register it on their website so hang tight. But reporting issues is a problem in its own right. I have to wait for someone else to manage to report it because their website's shite and will not work with Safari.
