    @djdymond @virginmedialife @virginmedia And you can only claim compensation for no service not a ****** service that cuts out about once an hour. I can not wait to get out of this contract. I have set a timer. Years and years of broadband with other providers and I have never experienced this.

    @JessOrchardd @virginmedia I think they know their equipment is faulty and will never work properly. This is my fourth broadband provider and I have never experienced this. It was the only broadband instantly available in my new house. I really should have waited.

    @virginmedia On wired connection I’m getting the same results 431mb download and 30mb upload. I’ve tried to diagnose the issue via your website and it suggested again to send out a technician, so I’ve requested one to come again next Monday 11th.

    @virginmedia my 1Gb stopped working last night. Can’t get an engineer out to replace until Monday. Why can’t you send a replacement one or a temporary replacement to get working. Don’t mind even collecting it from a store. 😡😡😡 you have to start providing a better service
