    @virginmedia Never had we have such a terrible Internet service. Absolutely NEVER. "Can't find server.", for whatever page we want, day after day. Then it finds the server; next minute - puff! Gone! Absolutely abysmal.

    Really losing my patience with Virgin media now. Down for 8 days been told 3 times it’ll be fixed within 24 hours but won’t send an engineer out

    @_Lewis_A @virginmedia I had this problem and was advised to buy new cables, did that and it gets minimum 200mb now, also make sure all cables are really tight and fitted properly.

    @virginmedia your system says it can’t see any fault on my services but that it can’t run a test on them. Something is wrong clearly, please offer me some support so I can begin my working day at some point.

    @virginmedia Post code is SM4 4NN , street name : Garth close . There is only one of these boxes on our street and given the condition of it ; you will not miss it if your team come here . Reference id for my complaint is 107332_22100. Can you give me a timeframe by when it will be fixed .M

    @virginmedia My husband has called because he is the account holder and has a Virgin phone. Virgin apparently will call tonight/tomorrow morning. However, my feeling now is that your service will work for a time and then will go bad, there is a pattern.

    @virginmedia I did and it said the service was ok. It’s now working after several times of going onto Amazon. I just don’t know why the service has become so poor recently

    It would appear that despite 3 emails to @virginmedia regarding their lack of service, their rubbish broadband and the fact my TV hasn’t worked since November - they have instead chosen to engage debt collectors for a £141.54 (for ONE MONTH) bill. See you in court then I guess.

    The service from @virginmedia is utterly dreadful. Had Wi-Fi issues so they sent someone out to rectify. Worked for 2 days then the same issues started again. Not had working Wi-Fi for the last 3 weeks. If your thinking of going with them for tv / internet, go with someone else.

    Again my Virgin Media broadband has shat itself. Shows it’s connected to the net but with zero download zero upload yet service checks says no problems In your area. Can’t wait to leave fed up of this

    @virginmedia Have raised a complaint but this is being dealt with by someone only capable of copying and pasting a series of platitudes into a superficial and thoughtless email. No intelligence or attempt to understand and address the issues. Pathetic. Still not fixed.

    @YodelOnline OK have sent DM with details of the *Three* shipments @virginmedia have now sent due to their faulty software or equipment none of which shipments have been provided with a two hour delivery window by the carrier @YodelOnline as promised. Truly awful customer service.

    @virginmedia what a terrible experience. At 66yrs old 4 calls to god knows where with limited English staff, expect me to crawl around checking cables, lied about outage and now given me a remote, can't up the volume and day 2 can't switch TV on. Appalling Customer Services.
