  @virginmedia I rebooted, called the number, it says there is a known issue in my area and engineers are working on it. Does this take 5 days to fix? I try the status online and it tells me everything is fine but it isn’t. Is there anyone looking at this. I’ve never had an issue last this long

  Hi @virginmedia, I've been without Internet & Landline services for 5 days, everyday am assured someone is fixing the service. Nobody comes, help desk have no information where the engineer is or why they don't show; Everyday I am told to be patient. Pls remedy this failure
