  It would appear that despite 3 emails to @virginmedia regarding their lack of service, their rubbish broadband and the fact my TV hasn’t worked since November - they have instead chosen to engage debt collectors for a £141.54 (for ONE MONTH) bill. See you in court then I guess.

  @virginmedia Pre install was yesterday with technician linking my house to virgin and ever since I've had no Internet from my current provider. spoke with pre install last night, and today, total of 4 handlers then cust. Service with no resolution and nobody wanting to deal with it now!

  @virginmedia You should be keeping an eye out for this sort of criminal activity, creates profiles for most large UK companies so they can reply to any complaints and get the customer to download software so they can compensation…and rob them. Report them to X

  @virginmedia I have been a customer for over 20 years and been told today that my monthly bill will go from £141 to £213 when my current contract expires in May. I don’t know how you get away with such an increase for loyal customers. I shall NOT be renewing my contract 🤬

  @virginmedia The last 3 days have been poor from virgin media with my postcode area.. Hours without WiFi, TV or Broadband.. Absolute disgraceful really.. Not helped that my @giffgaff mobile is non exsitant in my area too.. Shocking in this day and age too..

  Lost my blue tick due to a banking error. I absolutely ******* hate virgin bank. Never had these issues when it was Yorkshire bank. Had virgin media payment bounce back for 3 months, octopus energy almost 2 month. Money went out then came back again. I didn't realise at the time.
