@virginmedia Non issues. What happens is the internet will just go off completely. The hub showing white light that there is internet. Also wifi keeps coming up saying wrong password when it’s not. Looks like these new hubs not been tested before sending them out.

@virginmedia we have been w/o broadband since 10am, so have had to purchase hotspot subs to keep working. When I call you it’s a circular system which means I can’t talk to anyone. The automated message acknowledges service is out (OX2)- how can I talk to an actual human?
