    @virginmedia Yes, have checked service status - no issues. Done factory resets on our router to no avail. Our broadband has been dropping out every 10-15 minutes for the past week making it impossible to work from home.

    @virginmedia i have been loyal customer and i asked if i change my package to phone and broadband as its far more affordable for me seeing the prices. You refused offering me what is on offer i find at absolute ridiculous and unvalued therefore requested cancellation.

    @virginmedia I want to leave. I really want to leave. Your first customer agent was good, your second agent (cancellations) was rude, and the third (technical) was plain useless. I can’t afford your service, I suffer severe depression, and I can’t keep spending 45mins doing this

    @virginmedia it has said ‘no problems detected’ despite the fact that multiple people on local facebook groups are having the same issue. Other down detector websites have also noted issues so there must have been some outage this morning in the area?

    @virginmedia Yes wired - you hub is in Modem Mode so I can get round the SIP ALG problem and use me work phone while I #WFH however with all the mega latency and packet drops this is not possible. (Yes I am a Network Guy so understand the tech here)

    @virginmedia It would be good to know. The resolution has now been pushed back (again) to 4pm. Its looking likely Its going to extend into the Christmas holidays. I would like to know if they are going to continue to work on the fix. @ReportingThanet

    @virginmedia Now says 4pm. Not your fault I appreciate that, but the complete lack of any acknowledgement on your part for over 24 hours and the constant "fixed in 2 hours"... If its going to take 3 days tell us. Don't keep moving the fix time 2 hours ahead. People work from home.
