Their service is an absolute joke, if you can get out then get another service provider. Virgin is unethical.

Finally got through on the phone to a human who sorted it (the human was helpful, just getting to that point was a dreary slog. )

    @virginmedia All the customer service people I've spoken to (by mobile phone) have been very nice and tried their best with tests and notes on the file etc. The work on cabling seems to be a law into itself and repeatedly tried & fails, as far as I can gather, to though that is only surmise.

    @virginmedia Everything..it won't help..it is a network issue. Virgin is either at capacity in my area or you are managing the network and throttling bandwidth in the area between 9am and 5pm weekdays. I will post the BQM graph to prove it.
