    @virginmedia The base light is a very light green, that’s on all the time. The Wi-fi light is green and keeps flashing. I’ve been running diagnostics checks for some months now, and it always says there’s a connection problem with the wi-fi.

    @virginmedia send an engineer yesterday to update service. Engineer cuts off all services through something he has done and then you find it acceptable to leave me without any services at all for 2 weeks. Some customer service that! I’ll be off to @SkyUK then 👋

    @virginmedia Right thanks John. I just googled Virgin media customer services and used a number that came up. If it’s no longer in use then why did it get through? And there was no warning about charges - surely this isn’t on? How can I be refunded?
