@virginmedia Ok, so as promised here’s an update… the problem still exists!! Instagram works perfectly on 4G & any WiFi other than Virgin, but on Virgin WiFi it is slow & won’t load videos or carousel posts properly. As per the forum threads, this is an ongoing issue with Virgin WiFi only.

@virginmedia I cannot believe the audacity of your adverts. We live in Twickenham and have regretted every day since we switched from Sky. (Even though they were robbing us for 11 years loyalty). We would happily pay overpriced sky for absolutely substandard virgin service.

@virginmedia Made more than 12 calls to sort and just notes taken but no calls back, complaints not actionex after promised calls back. Told would be reimbursed some monies due to outage but no discussion to what amount. the distress is the worst I have ever encountered.Would go back to sky

@virginmedia Returning customer after 8 years. Needed improves broadband. Self install early April but due to area issues and failing on Virgin side to understand I had no service, then an engineer reconnected my property end of the month after my sky broadband finished so no internet 3 days

@virginmedia @hboardk This is basically what you get with virgin. So trying to charge you £51 for the package that is only £24pm for a new customer right now (100m + inclusive wkends). All this you aren’t a new customer stuff is disgusting. Ignore that people are loyal. 🙄

@virginmedia No that was done in February, works fine. She was supplied with the Emergency backup line but the engineer didn't install correctly. I've found that the back up battery not even unwrapped or connected. And the unit hadn't been switched on! So how did he test it worked?
