@virginmedia 1. I already have this app. 2. It didn’t work with hub 4 3. The problem is NOT Wi-Fi dead spots as the Wi-Fi will drop when I’m only a couple of feet away from the router.

@virginmedia Every time I’ve called it’s been over an hour before I’ve given up. I just lose the will to live. Do you have an actual customer service that works? When I got through previously, they haven’t provided solutions. It’s a real let down in an otherwise decent offering.

On a reddit-tip I changed my billing address to a random Californian address and then, magically (legal reasons I suppose), a 'cancel subscription' button appeared and I no longer had to call UK customer service. Go figure.
