    @virginmedia Wireless and before I get the next question, we all use Macs so we have to borrow cables / adapters to check a wired connection but whenever we do that, would you believe, there’s no issues on those days!

    @virginmedia Thank u 4 quick response. customer services are aware of the issues. Today I called again for compensation, as I’m spending so much money daily to use mobile & other data. I’ve been forwarded a link to register fault (that is known in postcode area) yet web says no known issues.

    @virginmedia And I love (!) how you still say “if” I qualify for compensation... we have no internet since tuesday.. The issue is known. Your colleague mentioned “an intermittent loss” and suggested I should reboot every 2 hours and hope that I’m connected for minutes in btw.

    @virginmedia Nope but your call centre and engineers told me that a ‘laser part’ needs replacing in Earl’s Court square sw5. They also said 500 homes are affected. Can’t tell me when it will be fixed. Problem ongoing for 3 weeks @ofcom

    @JayLatif @virginmedia That’s very frustrating I have so many issues with them because a lady on the phone messed up. Misled into a contract, told me channels were on my package and they weren’t. I hope you sort your problem. 😞😞

    @virginmedia No, the customer service team did not give me one. The complaint is on the system though and was confirmed today before the phone was put down on my face. The speed test was conducted with one device only.

    @virginmedia Its just a consistently bad customer experience across mobile, TV and broadband. You CSR tools are archaic and your teams aren't suffucuently trained or empowered. The Virgin way died years ago.

    @virginmedia I’ve had enough. I attempted to call given I can’t get through here and after being on a call for 45 mins Ive just been cut off!!! Utterly appalling service. Please can I have your complaints number as I can’t find that either
