    @virginmedia My virgin internet down completely since Friday and was told on the phone that it won’t be back till the 9th May! Yet when I check your website it sometimes says there are no problems. Obviously there are. You should be honest and report each area and give reasonable fix times.

    @virginmedia I understand but I’ve got a masters deadline. What I don’t appreciate is when I call the 0800 number with my Camden postcode it says that there is no problem. And that’s the number 0345 people tell me to call. A week of no internet over a bank holiday is beyond dissapointing

    @virginmedia @jwsal Yeah, I’m in Brixton too and there are faults reported in our area. The estimated fix time keeps getting pushed further and further back, and new faults are being flagged. So it’s getting worse, rather than better. Been like this since last night. Very frustrating.

    @twopointslost @virginmedia I'm in the WF area and I've been down since last Friday. No end in sight for this. Engineer who could have come to take a look was auto cancelled by virgin. Days keep getting pushed back. P1 downgraded to a P2 today.

    @VirginMediaIE #VirginMediaIE Our Virgin Media service is a real disaster. We keep upgrading but the service gets worse. TV signal input in sporadic, it comes on for a while then blacks out but service says there is no problem. Broadband is now narrowband. It’s a rip off
