    So apparently @virginmedia has a massive issue and we and many others have been told it won’t be working to 29th November. They won’t update the app or their site to reflect this, their twitter team here are not be honest about what is clearly a big problem. #CustomerServiceFail

    @virginmedia No fault in the area according to the link. Same as yesterday. There is an issue either with the line from the green box to the house or the hub or the configuartion of the hub not being able to receive any internet connection since it was first plugged in yesterday afternoon.

    @virginmedia the internet is still out, lots of people complaining. You’ve lied and denied and your customer services have been slack at best. I’ve now had to pay for extra data on my phone to be able to work and function. Can we claim compensation @Ofcom #virginmedia

    @virginmedia I don’t want to chat. Last time I did that it took 40 mins using my data cos no WiFi. I simply want a link to where I can make a complaint and claim a refund for the wif you aren’t providing. You guys had issues yesterday and are basically now ***************.

    If you have @virginmedia broadband and have been having issues the past 24-48 hours and have found their customer services less than helpful then it might be worth a complaint to @Ofcom I’ve just filled a form in. We are now paying for data due to lack of broadband service

    @virginmedia I have done this x15 times. I have never experienced a customer service line like this - impossible. Every time I say we need to cancel, they transfer the line and it hangs up.

    @MartinSLewis @itvMLshow Please, please, please will you investigate @virginmedia. It’s impossible to cancel your broadband package, they put you on hold, fob you off, ask you loads of irrelevant questions and then do nothing. Apart from driving to their offices, I’m out of ideas
