We won our case against @virginmedia for refusing to refund our money after they failed to cancel our landline. They owe us £321 and today they say they "can't refund due to #COVIDー19 so they will apply the credit to our account." Oh no you won't! Another poor #Virgin brand

@virginmedia I was offered a package for £42 per month for 18 months however when I get my contract the next day it rises to £96 after May this year Disgusting customer service and now I’ve sat on web chat for 2 hours and you haven’t even connected me to an agent. Disgraceful.
