  It would appear that despite 3 emails to @virginmedia regarding their lack of service, their rubbish broadband and the fact my TV hasn’t worked since November - they have instead chosen to engage debt collectors for a £141.54 (for ONE MONTH) bill. See you in court then I guess.

  @virginmedia I logged a complaint a few weeks ago regarding mis-sold broadband rate. I rejected your initial offer in writing, then spent over 1 hour on hold only to be promised a callback in 20 minutes that never happened. Please check my complaint.
