    @virginmedia weekend only landline calls inclusive. Guess what? Christmas Day, a Sunday and the line’s dead. Self help in the app goes through everything, noise on line, nuisance calls etc but no option of dead line. Tried different handset. #bahhumbug

    @virginmedia I keep being told that and it’s still ongoing. Every time I ring up no one can help, nobody can put me through to the right team, I have to wait for them to contact me and they don’t. This whole thing has been so stressful and it’s still not sorted
