    @virginmedia thank you for sending out an engineer after the previous two couldn't fix our ongoing issue, but it would've been nice to have gotten a text or more than one call from an unknown number to confirm whether or not they are actually coming x

    @virginmedia But it's meant to be in modem mode. I have it plugged into my own wi-fi mesh so I can access internet across the flat. I've plugged things directly into the eth port on it and still get choppy internet. Also the TV problem is still a problem

    @ThreeUKSupport Hey @ThreeUKSupport , can you acknowledge there is a 3G/4g capacity issue at Stratford? Says I have 4g but simply doesn’t work, yet fine away from Stratford. Fortunately @virginmedia tfl WiFi saves a 1hr wait this afternoon.

    @virginmedia additionally we spoke to four advisors, who told us a ‘manager’ would call back in 24/48 hours - this never happened. What sort of company is this? She is SEVENTY FIVE years old, shame on you. Now she is stuck in her contract. It’s been one month

    @virginmedia Everybody in your company said it should be brought forward then no one calls back and I have to ring to find out nothing is happening .. resolutions team have actually sent a response which is untrue and basically ignore me.. very very poor service @virginmedia

    @virginmedia I didn’t receive an invoice but had a DD taken from my account. I am not sure why I need an engineer either as there is a virgin media box from the previous renters. My ISSUE is the delay and that 41 days is not acceptable! Please actually help! I need to be able to work!!!

    @virginmedia We'll still got to say your service is abysmal. Was on text luckily but took ages to get through and get a simple answer. Whichcsays the new property doesn't have virgin, even though I've been informed by the developer it has. Once this contract is done, glad to be gone

    @virginmedia Yes I've checked and it says it's fine. It's definitely not. It does say there is an issue with the phone but not broadband.

    @virginmedia Well just spent 40 mins on we webchat. No further on from my initial complaint. However, another complaint has been raised. That’s the 2nd in 2 days! However as yet complaint callback from y’day still not materialised! VM seem to be very bad at communicating. Communications co???

    Still can't recommend @virginmedia broadband. Took them a week to resolve the issue I last tweeted about and with 24 hours it's the same problem again. Clearly they have no idea what they're doing.
