@virginmedia I’ve tried the basics and First time I called customer services the message was “we are very busy at the moment, please try again later” and later I waited 30min to speak to someone who didn’t sort the problem out. Instead she told me the technician will visit in 4 days!!! What??

Broadband supplier #VirginMedia customer service is awful. Twice today spoke 2 people both had my account in front of them, was told hold whilst i transfer you. After waiting for over 30 mins on both occasions i hung up, Web chat tell you to call. #customerservice has to be 0

@virginmedia a conundrum. If I call your service centre to cancel my service I get routed to the website that doesn’t allow me to cancel or I get routed through to a team that don’t answer. Do I just cancel my direct debit? Then at least you’ll know I’m not longer your customer.

@virginmedia There has been days and days with complete intermittent service and days with no service. They tell me the only way to get rid of the fees is by having on three occasions different engineers out but its too late for that I jilust wanted it cancelling. It is virgin who has broken

@virginmedia it doesn't, the signal just cuts out and there's no data service until you get out of the area, that's why i have an issue, if it switched to 3G i would not care, then i would still be able to use the data i pay for, can't do that when it cuts out to no service whatsoever
