    @virginmedia Thanks, I tried that route and it didn’t work - I’ve called via my mobile but with Covid staff restrictions naturally there’s a long delay. I can patiently wait but wanted to find through Twitter how many others were having the problem again.

    @virginmedia when someone tells you that their entire house is down for a week because YOU mucked up the broadband, a good solution would be to to offer a temporary mobile broadband dongle, rather than shrugging and saying there's nothing you can do
