They'll hang up on you, the staff don't put notes on accounts and you have to tell the same story to 20 different disinterested call centre staff.

  @timtam1888 @heid_the_baw_ @virginmedia The problem many have with connection Speeds in other Rooms has partly nothing to do with the size of the Router, it is down to using wifi and not wired by Cable. All rooms for best results need wired, my own wifi I can't even get sat outside my own House never mind game with it.

  Appalled at Virgin Media @virginmedia I was paying £105 a month for a TV package and landline phone I never use. All I want is the broadband. So I try to fix this and get told that having the internet alone will cost more more than the 'improved' £65 contract for all 3 things!
