@CustomerFirst2 @virginmedia My complaints started long before I deemed the service received unworthy and I am not going to renew a rolling contract simply so I can continue a complaint - natural to leave with these types of issues. Now that I am not technically with them they ignore my attempts at contact

@virginmedia The base light is a very light green, that’s on all the time. The Wi-fi light is green and keeps flashing. I’ve been running diagnostics checks for some months now, and it always says there’s a connection problem with the wi-fi.

@virginmedia Hi! Our WiFi is constantly dropping out and not working even when the lights on the box look fine. And it can’t even reach around the whole house and it’s definitely not a big house! Is there any way you could sort it out as it has been a problem for a while. Thanks.

@virginmedia Please note that I do not consider the complaint closed. That I feel you are bullying me to agree to this. And that I have clearly expressed my dissatisfaction accordingly. Please note this. Thank you.

@virginmedia @QuarterGeekster Yeah well, not that “automatic”, you need to be ABLE to register the loss of service in the first place ... good luck with that.

@virginmedia send an engineer yesterday to update service. Engineer cuts off all services through something he has done and then you find it acceptable to leave me without any services at all for 2 weeks. Some customer service that! I’ll be off to @SkyUK then 👋

@virginmedia hi there, just rang your hotline as our WiFi is down in se14 in London because you’re ‘upgrading the network’ and it will be down until 10am - there’s nothing to say this on the service checker on your website. Is this true? Thanks

@virginmedia Right thanks John. I just googled Virgin media customer services and used a number that came up. If it’s no longer in use then why did it get through? And there was no warning about charges - surely this isn’t on? How can I be refunded?
