  @virginmedia My husband has called because he is the account holder and has a Virgin phone. Virgin apparently will call tonight/tomorrow morning. However, my feeling now is that your service will work for a time and then will go bad, there is a pattern.

  @virginmedia Broadband down again this morning in SE London, got through to customer services and they advised the outage expected to be fixed by 12th April. No compensation offered and I would have to pay a penalty to cancel my contract.

  Called Virgin Media to complain about the TV box not working and to get it removed from my package. Somehow ended up singing another 18 month contract with the TV box included but at a reduced price. Not ideal but not horrendous.

  Appalling from @virginmedia today! The whole network in shambles today, no one working from has been able to do anything! Just spent 40 minutes listening to Footlose in their phone queue and as I got to the front, they put the phone on me! Absolute shambles!

  @MartinSLewis Virgin media have a call back team. You actually have to cancel your contract, then they call you back within 2 weeks and that's when you get the best deals.

  @gblondon1 @skytv @virginmedia Sorry, mate, but Virgin Media has the worst customer service I've experienced in my 54 years on this planet. They've got over 100,000 reviews on Trustpilot with an average rating of 1.5/5. That should tell you all you need to know. I cannot wait for my contract to end.

  @gblondon1 @skytv @virginmedia I switched from Sky to Virgin, worst decision I ever made. All was fine until I renewed my contract, they overcharged me for services agreed and I even had it in black and white on a contract from them, multiple phone calls to India with no resolution. Buffers all the time too
