@virginmedia Yes, it says I have a good internet speed which is incorrect. As I said before, Iv contacted your customer service and one of your agents said that the internet will be down until 23rd March & that there is an outage in the area. Surely it cant take that long to correct a fault

@PaulLuckhurst @virginmedia Hi @virginmedia - This morning I'm having the same problem Paul was. A rights restrictions message on the video stream on BT Sport 1 via Virgin TV Go. Never seen this before. Can this be investigated. Fairly certain there can have been a sudden change in rights mid-season. Thanks

@virginmedia It is my wired connection that is at fault. Have literally plugged my laptop in directly to the Virgin Hub box and run various tests and network diagnostics for which I have confirmed the slow speeds.

@virginmedia why everyday this week is my broadband having an issue? It drops, I check your site and you say you know there is a problem and it’ll be fixed at 3pm. It’s obviously not been fixed if it seems to happen each day!!!

@virginmedia I've tried many times. You're customer service is appalling. Nothing ever improves. So no there isn't anything you can help with AR.

@virginmedia The line wasn't just disconnected, the agent actively hung up on me. I am really not happy with this service and yet you don't even acknowledge the problem. Just empty words. We are very seriously considering moving providers as the service received is just not good enough at all

@virginmedia Yes there is. It keeps losing connection. The service webpage says it’s up but it keeps disconnecting. Which is a pain as I work from home. When is this getting sorted.

@virginmedia The only option given is to call phone support. Where no one ever answered. Or go to the “service upgrades” page which only offers to buy more services at additional cost
