Shame poor @virginmedia call centre agents- must be bombarded now with callers about their service not working. Seems like most of northern London has been disconnected. Good luck engineers. #VirginMedia #Down #NW3 #DialupIsTheNewBlack #TwiddlingThumbs

@virginmedia My virgin internet down completely since Friday and was told on the phone that it won’t be back till the 9th May! Yet when I check your website it sometimes says there are no problems. Obviously there are. You should be honest and report each area and give reasonable fix times.

Great. Bank holiday binge watch plan ruined by @virginmedia being down in SW8 AGAIN. Might be finally time to move from them. Speedy broadband isn’t speedy broadband when it doesn’t bloody work.

@virginmedia @jwsal Yeah, I’m in Brixton too and there are faults reported in our area. The estimated fix time keeps getting pushed further and further back, and new faults are being flagged. So it’s getting worse, rather than better. Been like this since last night. Very frustrating.

@virginmedia It was solved 15 mins later, thanks. The service page wasn’t functional yesterday either, so it wasn’t really useful, but thanks for the suggestion. Glad it wasn’t a meteorite on you guys. Cheers!

@virginmedia @iamchrisowen Some warning would have been nice, you should have told SW9 customers you intended to remove service this weekend, I could've made other plans for my deadline.

@virginmedia Hi, I am a new customer and my Virgin 360 equipment was installed yesterday (Tuesday) Everything is set up but the TV button on my remote isn't working. I've paired my tv and that works OK but I cannot use the tv button (top left on remote) so my tv won't turn off

@virginmedia .@WhichUK what do you make of a virgin customer not having service for nearly three months and still being expected to pay?
-
Ian Jeffray
(@ianjeffray) reported
@virginmedia I pay for 300mbit. I've been a VirginMedia/BlueYonder/etc customer for about 25 years now. Yet since your "upgrade" in July the service has been an absolute shower. Uttterly abysmal performance - usually only about 1mbit. I have to reboot the modem MULTIPLE times a day.
-
Kev Edge
(@DadDancing123) reported
@virginmedia No. I’ve been waiting an hour and a half for a response from your WhatsApp service
