@virginmedia Just says a problem that was fixed at 4PM. It was going full wallop about 30 minutes ago, but then stopped working. When running the connection test it can’t fix it. Thanks.

F**king typical! I’ve trying to get a @virginmedia engineer to come and fix our limited BB for weeks and an engineer turns up to fix our phone lines... which we didn’t even ask for. But he found a fault! At the virgin end... which doesn’t surprise me one bit. #useless #fuckwits

@virginmedia Checked earlier - no faults found on the auto test. Also rebooted router to no avail. Issues affecting both WiFi and cabled connections, as well as the video on demand apps on the TiVo (amazon prime video was slow and laggy)

@virginmedia Yes and my hardwired connection was terrible as well paying for 350mb was only receiving between 40 and 70 MB on download. The Wi-Fi I resolve with my £400 mesh system

@virginmedia I telephone back in June to report an issue only to be fobbed off by one of your call representatives. Then I telephoned again in August because my issue had got worse to be promised a manager will call me back on several occasions no one did.

@SkyHelpTeam WORST company I have ever signed upto in my life. Made a bad decision to leave @virginmedia and it's time sky own up they messed up and dodge all of my calls and complaints and when asked for a final letter so I can complain to @Ofcom they refuse too.

@virginmedia Moved house. Old contact was in wife's name. So new contract in my name. Couldn't sign in when disconnected. When finally managed to pay came up with wife's email but I gave mine and payment went thru, reconnected but no email to me. Have checked spam.
