    @virginmedia 40 minutes it took for one of your operators to answer the telephone with no apology. I pay for a 200MB/s service and am currently receiving about 8MB/s and it’s been like this for weeks. I hope you’ll be adjusting my bill.

    @virginmedia I haven’t been in touch, I crucially asked for the account not to be closed down. Nobody can send me an email on it, emails can’t be sent from it. I can still see emails in it, and hopefully find old inbox emails. But only before June 6th. Please, please don’t delete the inbox.

    @virginmedia 1/2 I can never get hold of anyone on the phone nowadays, which seems to be the only way to escalate, queues are endless & I even tried the ‘leaving’ option with no success. The chat option has been useless and the actual cause of my complaint ignored.

    @virginmedia There was nothing to be made clear. I made the complaint @ 3pm today & was told I will get a response in 5 business days. So on top of the absolutely poor service, U have also managed to close my unresolved complaint & are now asking ME to make contact to reopen it? Unbelievable
