@virginmedia Also "we're" not "were" Yes pls - can you give update on "Trouble Call 12165447"? I was given that as a reference number for issue engineers were investigating; I received a text saying it was fixed but the problem persists. Also - insane that your bot asks for bank sort code!

@virginmedia Yeah, I'm sure they thought long and hard about that one... Services continue to get worse, prices continue to go up under the guise of making them better but never actually do, only new customers get good deals and discount, loyalty not rewarded at all.

@virginmedia terrible terrible service. Internet cuts out every day at least 10 times a day, keep telling us it’s “due to the amount of devices” yet that has never been a problem before. DO NOT GO WITH VIRGIN

Wow. Does @virginmedia have the worst customer service? Or do they just engineer the experience to make it seem that way?

@virginmedia @virginmedia no other alternatives were offered. I’d have thought any company worth their salt would put the offers to me as a loyal customer instead of me having to ask what they could provide. I’d already told them what I’d want so it’s down to them to offer best deals for me

@virginmedia Absolutely shocking service! No Internet since 11pm Friday- checked all cables, switched on/off etc- phoned VM yesterday-"try cables, switching on/off etc" "we have already done all that". "Ok give it 24hrs and if u still have issues we'll get someone to you ASAP!"
-
Ross Baker
(@Bakesville) reported
Terrible customer service from @virginmedia - called to match contract offered to a family member for £75 p/m (1GB BB, sports & movies, all tv channels and landline) only to be quoted £119 for same! Loyal customer since 2009 counts for nothing!!
-
Ross Baker
(@Bakesville) reported
@virginmedia I appreciate they change, but knowing someone is paying less p/m for WAY more than we are getting is an insult. The offer of £119 was best offer they could give me. I was told I could call back and speak to someone else or to cancel contract for £300 approx
