    @virginmedia I am on 1GB line with Hub 4. I get 20MB speed. Have complained. Agent said they can’t fix Hub 4. Engineer replaced a new Hub 4. Result the same 20MB on 1 GB line. I am fed up. Can Anyone please help. A very loyal VM customer 😡

    @virginmedia I've had engineers round from Virgin media on several occasions. Once I had no Internet for weeks because the engineer wired up the connection to the wrong house outside and I didn't even get a refund for the lack of service.

    @virginmedia there is a fault. it is getting repaired by 1.55 pm every day for the last week. apparently. were kafka born a few decades later, he would be structuring stories around the baroque architecture of your customer services provision.

    @virginmedia Waited for bot service to connect to someone and waited and waited no success. The advice on Twitter from virgin is equally useless. I complained online, suppose to get back in 48 hours but it is more than 96 hours. Virgin clearly have terrible customer service..only care revenue

    Good luck trying to get any help from @virginmedia! They mess up and no one can help. If they think we’re paying our bill this month they’re sorely mistaken. We’re not paying for a service we’re not receiving.

    @virginmedia you guys offer up the worst WiFi I've ever dealt with constantly cutting out, it may be fast when it works but it ain't any use when it cuts in and out all the time sort it out!!! When I was with BT over the past two years I had it never cut out sort your shite out!
