@virginmedia hi I reported an issue on sunday & an engineer booked for today who has not shown up. I have hardly any programmes & rebooted box numerous times.I am now unable to get through on the phone as message is saying there is an issue but my service update says no issues

Less than two weeks on from having to wait a week to get my wifi back up & running, here we are again. No service (Battersea) and 4 days wait for an engineer @virginmedia I deserve to be compensated. This is ridiculous and unworkable. #virginmedia

@virginmedia how many months are we supposed to accept an unreliable substandard service in KT2 and how much compensation will we get? Using a @ThreeUK 5G router as backup, it’s not 1GB but at least it is consistent!

@1Drubsy @virginmedia I have already filed a monitoring request for @virginmedia with Ofcom and submitted a complaint with CISAS. I had enough of them. They must face the consequences of their actions and I will not stop until this is done.

@virginmedia Broadband in SM4 area has been down today since around midday and went down yesterday afternoon too. Actually saw a Virgin Media engineer on our road on a green box and he advised that it was all working again. Service status also currently advises no issue!!

@virginmedia The only thing that did happen was the port of the number to BT. A complaint was made in January and a ticket opened. There was no contact from Virgin until an email was received yesterday which indicated the service had been terminated on 18/02/22.
