  @virginmedia I rebooted, called the number, it says there is a known issue in my area and engineers are working on it. Does this take 5 days to fix? I try the status online and it tells me everything is fine but it isn’t. Is there anyone looking at this. I’ve never had an issue last this long

  My Virgin Media fiber broadband was installed by an NBI/Circet technician almost 3 weeks ago and is still not working due to some provisioning/configuration error on Virgin's side, I've contacted support like 5 times by now, still no sign of it being resolved. @VirginMediaIE

  @AndyBtheatre @Simon_Whale @virginmedia Same here I had virgin for many years, never had issues always sorted my problems (not many) only changed as they dont cover my new area, and everything we had on virgin worked out £50 cheaper with sky.
