@virginmedia Every time I’ve called it’s been over an hour before I’ve given up. I just lose the will to live. Do you have an actual customer service that works? When I got through previously, they haven’t provided solutions. It’s a real let down in an otherwise decent offering.

@virginmedia My internet is the issue. I do not own a TV. I rang and was told Ofom would decide if we're entitled to any kind of compensation. We just want a reliable internet service from @virginmedia.

@virginmedia I've lost count the amount of times I have called. Installation date keeps getting pushed back due to cable work needed outside. (my next door neighbour has Virgin). So I have no wifi and no true resolution date in sight.

@virginmedia Yes. You offer “hubs” which is all good. My issue is you charging fifty two English pounds for 10.4mb of data. That is absolutely scandalous and you should be utterly ashamed. Once my contract ends I will never use virgin again and I will urge everyone to do the same
