Is @virginmedia the worse company in the world to deal with. been a customer for many years, just spent 45 on the phone to discuss an upgrade to a new package that is on their website for £79 to be told that I will have to pay £104 because I am an existing customer. #crapservice

@virginmedia It is my wired connection that is at fault. Have literally plugged my laptop in directly to the Virgin Hub box and run various tests and network diagnostics for which I have confirmed the slow speeds.

Never seen this before. Can this be investigated. Fairly certain there can have been a sudden change in rights mid-season. Thanks

@virginmedia I ordered virgin on 17/2 no permit was applied for until the week my install was due (13/3) I got a text at 9pm the night before saying it couldn’t happen and now workmen have today told me they need another permit to dig up further down the road!!!

@virginmedia 33Mbps DL and 19.59 Mbps UL... but however three attempts at running the Speedtest. On the first two attempts the UL test failed reporting connectivity issues.

I was told to call back. 3 days later still no internet and no idea whether they'll pay for my phone data.

Don't know what else to do - they have made it literally impossible to cancel... not sure what #Ofcom would think of that. I will wait and see if they acknowledge a complaint!

@cleland777 @hazeltunes @virginmedia They are now giving me the run around on text messages. I messaged saying I want to cancel, they sent 3 automated texts about what they can’t help with. Now they’ve text to confirm I want to cancel, I’ve said yes. They can’t help so someone else will text me 😭
