    @virginmedia Callback should have happened days ago. Now the person on 150 says that you failed to complete a process. They then tried to miss-sell me an upgrade to my package. Still not fixed but "should be" in a few hours! I doubt it. Abysmal deceptive service.

    @virginmedia so you hike our prices up and then the Internet has been awful today. Left home at 6am, just got home and still the same issue. Our landline relies on Internet and so does my 83 year old mother who uses it. Remind me what I am paying for???

    @virginmedia Oh yeah. Nothing that explains why it keeps happening though. Fix dates are usually meaningless. Feels like we're being rationed.

    @virginmedia again really???? I just signed up to a flipping contract and broadband goes down again! Worst mistake. Should have went with another provider. My Plex and my security system is down. Thanks for nothing virgin. 🤬🤬🤬

    @redheadlass1402 @virginmedia We’ve got the business service but it’s no better. They don’t seem to have any proactive monitoring or fault prevention and pretty much don’t care. They have a 3 hour service level that passed 12 hours ago, totally useless bunch of money-grabbers

    @YodelOnline OK have sent DM with details of the *Three* shipments @virginmedia have now sent due to their faulty software or equipment none of which shipments have been provided with a two hour delivery window by the carrier @YodelOnline as promised. Truly awful customer service.

    .@virginmedia - well done. Definitely the worst and most customer hostile new login system to my unwanted "Virgin Media O2 ID". So badly designed your email points to an invalid URL of to manage this insanity. Who approved or tested this? Total fail.

    @virginmedia How does £8.40 a day cover 2 people unable to work for a full day? Still no contact from Virgin engineer or any comment on what the issue is? The time to fix the issue just keeps getting later.

    @virginmedia You replaced my router now none of the WiFi pods will connect to the new one. Technician said need the newer type but your inline help says call us back in 24 hour. Embarrassing

    @virginmedia TV picture breaking up. Went to account to check for issues - site said it couldn’t do it. Tried to phone - got cut off after a couple of rings. Customer Service is non-existent.
