    .@virginmedia customer service twice hang up the phone, website says broadband works perfectly in the area, and still there’s no internet and no way to find out from you what’s happening. And still paying the highest bill every month compared to every other provider!

    @virginmedia Engineer on site. No signal for the “little” channels E4, Channel 5 etc. (others are OK) so he’s in the pit in the street. Presumably therefore not just us....

    @virginmedia That would imply that I had faith in your services & belief that you cared about your customers. I know from the past that this is not the case. I have already checked and this problem is supposed to be fixed by 3pm, it has been ongoing since 8am. It really is tedious and boring

    @virginmedia Hi it’s with Media. Need to cancel subscription to Sky Premier channels and that requires 30day notice, which I haven’t been able to do for the last 30days...and it keeps rolling into another month and so on...

    @virginmedia Ok, so as promised here’s an update… the problem still exists!! Instagram works perfectly on 4G & any WiFi other than Virgin, but on Virgin WiFi it is slow & won’t load videos or carousel posts properly. As per the forum threads, this is an ongoing issue with Virgin WiFi only.

    @RuislipR @virginmedia Virgin - abysmal. Went with them for a year (for my dad) and it was a disaster from start to finish. Should never have left SKY. Went straight back to them.

    @virginmedia I cannot believe the audacity of your adverts. We live in Twickenham and have regretted every day since we switched from Sky. (Even though they were robbing us for 11 years loyalty). We would happily pay overpriced sky for absolutely substandard virgin service.

    @virginmedia When you are using your data in your own house so often, have Netflix, Now and Amazon Prime you pay for that you can’t even use when Broadband are down, you have to ask, what the HELL am I doing with a company that can’t provide a basic bloody service.

    @virginmedia hi , have been trying to contact you for the last month. Each time been waiting for 25-30 minutes with no answer. Today after 10min someone answered but said cannot access my account. When I insisted she needed to make a note she cut me off. Awful!

    @virginmedia The reboot is what is suggested, I even downloaded the VM Connect app as rebooting is easier. Given that it is intermittent the forum wasn’t great, some thought there may be an actual issue with the hub. It is out in the open so I know it is not overheating

    @virginmedia my parents have received a letter regarding their internet, threatening to cut them off because SPAMBOT mail is coming from their ip address, they are a retired couple who need this service for medical needs etc, my mum is desperately trying to communicate for help

    @virginmedia Yes, and they have fixed our issues. The phone wait is really unacceptable. We've also had scammers call from virgin media 3 times today wanting to remote on to one of our laptops 😡. Trying to convince us we had an issue. Im not easily fooled, but others maybe!

    @virginmedia I spoke to the person on the 2nd call to let them know I wasn’t free and if it was a sales call I wasn’t interested as I had already been through the sim renewal I had been due to do this month. I am a virgin customer, have been for years and haven’t been pestered like this.
