Today I called again for compensation, as I’m spending so much money daily to use mobile & other data. I’ve been forwarded a link to register fault (that is known in postcode area) yet web says no known issues.

Your colleague mentioned “an intermittent loss” and suggested I should reboot every 2 hours and hope that I’m connected for minutes in btw.

Why the wait then? Can you just provide the connection now?
