    It would appear that despite 3 emails to @virginmedia regarding their lack of service, their rubbish broadband and the fact my TV hasn’t worked since November - they have instead chosen to engage debt collectors for a Β£141.54 (for ONE MONTH) bill. See you in court then I guess.

    @virginmedia #VirginMediaoutage It keep continue in most of the places. But , Virginmeadia not taken any progressive action from last Nov. Really frustrating service nowadays! After merging with O2, it’s disastrous. Even O2 network also worst in UK….

    @virginmedia I have had internet issues since September last year I have called up too many times to count and once again internet is out in SW19 and now you want to rise your prices. Please can I get a solution and not one that means a technician cancels last min today!!

    Appalling from @virginmedia today! The whole network in shambles today, no one working from has been able to do anything! Just spent 40 minutes listening to Footlose in their phone queue and as I got to the front, they put the phone on me! Absolute shambles!

    Hey @O2 just struggled down to the shopping centre to take advantage of the @GreggsOfficial free hot drink & treat offer, via my @virginmedia account, (available until 0000 tomorrow apparently) but got here, and offers have disappeared from app or come up as β€˜sold out’ 🀬🀬🀬🀬

    @Benleo Some years back I was having awful issues with VirginMedia. On one visit my then 3yr old son looked at the engineer and said in a super clear voice - Sky is even better - the tag line at the time. The chap and I stopped arguing and just started laughing our asses off!

    @Benleo @virginmedia You should try EE TV mate, 7 months get fibre installed then it failed time and time again! I'm now with Virgin and have not had any issues....so far πŸ™πŸ»

    @Benleo @virginmedia They gave me a CCJ because they failed to action my notice and I complained, so they ignored the complaint in and pursued me for the month although had a PAC . I refused to pay it the never wrote to me. They just put a CCJ on me. @virginmedia WORST INTERNET COMPANY IN BRITAIN..

    @virginmedia This issue appeared to be fixed only for the internet connection to drop out again a few minutes later last night and the fix date remains 5 whole days! It doesn't seem to be affecting anyone else in my street other than me. Can anyone help?

    @virginmedia @Benleo I had VM for about 12 years and couldn`t fault the service. I only left because I got a cheaper provider who are okay. I will be returning to VM once my contract is up though.
