Appalling from @virginmedia today! The whole network in shambles today, no one working from has been able to do anything! Just spent 40 minutes listening to Footlose in their phone queue and as I got to the front, they put the phone on me! Absolute shambles!

@virginmedia Broadband down again this morning in SE London, got through to customer services and they advised the outage expected to be fixed by 12th April. No compensation offered and I would have to pay a penalty to cancel my contract.

I was locked in a contract with @virginmedia and used the price increase to cancel. I phoned them up and spoke to a lovely girl, briefly explained that I had to break the contract due to having to leave the property in October due to a marriage break down and some brief detail 1/
