    @virginmedia how many months are we supposed to accept an unreliable substandard service in KT2 and how much compensation will we get? Using a @ThreeUK 5G router as backup, it’s not 1GB but at least it is consistent!

    .@virginmedia 9.30pm and our WiFi installation appointment for tomoz AM has been delayed another 4 weeks! this is third time. we’ve been waiting since July, 4 x professionals trying to work from home, awful customer service from chat bot - can we please have support and answers?!

    @virginmedia your engineer has come in today, replaced the router + connections outside. wifi speed is painfully slow and keeps cutting out. I keep checking service status for my area 15 + running test. I’m working from home! What is the issue and when will it be fixed?

    @virginmedia No, I gave up. I work long hours so I am not able to wait on the phone for 45 mins. I need to cancel within the 14 day cooling off period so I wrote instead and it was delivered on Tuesday. Will this suffice?

    @virginmedia I can accept there was an issue meaning we can't be serviced but you didn't even bother to let us know or that your eng wasn't coming. We waited all day & your agent lied saying eng was just late. That's the unacceptable part for me.

    @virginmedia It got worse.. I've sent the letter to cancel and a complaint. Letter has just been completely ignored. A new invoice for internet for £200... and the reply to the complaint did not address the issue. Can somebody at Virgin contact me to solve all those issues please?

    @virginmedia We were told we could transfer our old router to our new house immediately, no problem. In fact the connections don't fit the router so we need to wait for an engineer to come. Seems like something Virgin should have anticipated rather than promising it would work.

    @virginmedia @Ifran33666617 What’s the point using the service checker?! Every time it’s the same old message “there are issues”, “our engineers are fixing it”, “check back”. Been like this for DAYS! We are ultimately paying customers! Personal hotspot does not last forever and certainly is not free!

    @virginmedia The WhatsApp Service is pointless all they do is tell me what my bill is, which I can find on my “Bill” anyway. Though they have reminded me I’m paying over £1000 a year for TV and broadband and that’s crazy to think about, I’m sure that’s not the best way to keep customers!!
