  @virginmedia My husband has called because he is the account holder and has a Virgin phone. Virgin apparently will call tonight/tomorrow morning. However, my feeling now is that your service will work for a time and then will go bad, there is a pattern.

  @Benleo @virginmedia They gave me a CCJ because they failed to action my notice and I complained, so they ignored the complaint in and pursued me for the month although had a PAC . I refused to pay it the never wrote to me. They just put a CCJ on me. @virginmedia WORST INTERNET COMPANY IN BRITAIN..

  @_kerryking_ @AndrewPittman2 @virginmedia Mine has just been fixed if you have a splitter (big white box) check the power plug there should be a green light on it if not thats the problem (which i had) if you dont have a splitter box i aint got a clue

  @Stephencheatley @virginmedia We had the full VM package quite a few years back but always had issues with their tv service. We ended up going with Sky and havent had any problems since then. We kept the broadband with Virgin because we get 1GB for £38 month with Netflix included. Shop around mate 👍

  Hey @virginmedia we just took out a new contract with you, had our box fitted on Friday, reprogrammed on Saturday due to an outage. Now we've just gone over 24 hours with no internet or TV yet again and the fix times constantly being pushed back. What's your cancellation period?
