@virginmedia Called from Bangalore touting me to renew contract offering me upgrades but lied about cost, sorted this out, then VM continued to bill me at rate I never agreed too, then we had four days of outages, then Bangalore team just disconnect if they cannot sort out a problem

@virginmedia That's not an agreement to a contract. You can't just tell someone that they have entered a contract, you have to explicitly request for their agreement. This was never provided by myself and you would need to provide evidence of my explicitly agreeing to this for it to be valid.
