    @virginmedia I couldn't care less about the name issue. You're taking your payment anyway so this only becomes an issue for your security checks. I need a solution to my broadband, if you fix that you can write whatever you want as my name in the contract.

    @virginmedia Wi-Fi and I have and have had several engineers out and the last one said there was nothing he could do as the signal was too weak and they was 18 months ago and only now potential upgrade /boost :-(

    @virginmedia Seriously, it's laughable. Operator asking for a picture of my hub because you don't have a log of the equipment you provided me. 51min in and the only 2 things we know: that you didn't update my name when I asked months ago; and the broadband is slow after the patch up from Dec.

    @virginmedia It was a change made with a deed poll and communicated months ago. If you "of course" have a log of the hub he couldn't find it. 59 minutes still no solution.

    @virginmedia Called from Bangalore touting me to renew contract offering me upgrades but lied about cost, sorted this out, then VM continued to bill me at rate I never agreed too, then we had four days of outages, then Bangalore team just disconnect if they cannot sort out a problem

    @virginmedia oomph package installed last week and since it has been installed i have had nothing but nightmare! The tv doesnt work correctly the wifi not working properly i only get 20.5 downloads i asked for engineer to visit you refused tried to cancel package u refuse

    .@virginmedia I pay a substantial amount for internet access. This week in CB22 internet has been non-existent (recorded message 'we are upgrading your service') & fails every 4 to 5 minutes. I should not have to tether to my phone -'on demand' never works. Can I have a refund?

    @virginmedia I have a hub 4 and 3 wifi pods and am still very disappointed with my home broadband. The signal from the WiFi pods drops out randomly and is not reliable. I can't be bothered to wait 45 mins on hold to contact customer service. And my charges have doubled!
