@virginmedia Some notice of planned works (a push notification in App) plus meaningful updates rather than platitudes would help please. Service is still intermittent but no further updates have been provided.

@virginmedia Your 150 service is saying we owe you money. How can that be when the payment is due today and you take it by direct debit. Actually livid right now

@latoyaestella @TalkTalk @virginmedia and Sky’s customer service are better and no drops of speed I hear. That’s who I’ll be going to when I get rid of this rubbish (TalkTalk)provider and their service!

Given how badly BT’s share price has fared over the last few years, this might not be too unrealistic. There doesn’t seem to be much money in fixed telecoms at the moment. We@could have a Network Rail of broadband. Except there is also the Virgin Media fibre network.

@virginmedia your TV and Internet are down and there's a glib message on 150 saying you're always "improving services". Just so you're clear being down is not an improvement and a fix time of 17:30 is taking the Mick. #W02 @downdetector

@AyoCaesar Problem is that Sky have no control over it, because its actually owned by Openreach. They own the lines for all providers, apart from obviously Virgin Media.

@virginmedia so, having been on hold for 25 minutes, then cut off, called back on hold for a further 15 minutes... cut off again. Your customer service is atrocious... I can hear @SkyHelpTeam beckoning... they were crap, but they were never this shit.

@virginmedia And if the issue is more@complex than originally thought, I should be informed and not keep having to waste even more time chasing information from you. It’s really not good enough.

@virginmedia We know of an issue in your area that results in loss of service [...] you may be eligible for bill credit if your service isn't restored within two full working days.” I don’t know about bill credit but I massively need to work from home today.

@virginmedia They know they're taking to the right person because of all the other details, too. They are deliberately making it difficult. If I wanted to buy more from you there would be no problem.

@virginmedia Hi - took me 10 mins to get through amazingly only to be told that I’ve got to call back in 4 hours as they don’t have access to the systems or tech teams to sort my issue to order a new box so if that’s what everyone else has been told at 5pm it’s gonna be hell! #StayConnected
