  @virginmedia My husband has called because he is the account holder and has a Virgin phone. Virgin apparently will call tonight/tomorrow morning. However, my feeling now is that your service will work for a time and then will go bad, there is a pattern.

  @virginmedia how on earth is the a wide outage lasting days without any communication from you. Ive tried to contact several times ove the last couple of days. HA4 for my father in law and UB9 for me. I have never seen such as display of lack of customer service.

  @virginmedia Ive just had my new bill through £102.34, I've had the same box and internet for years no add ons and my bill is going up and up, I need to cancel my box but keep the internet. If you can't, i will find somewhere else.
