    @tzusj @virginmedia .@virginmedia are just the worst. Over the course of about four months we found they incentivise their call centre staff to full on lie to you. Awful business practice, puts their service staff in a real bind

    Grrrr @vmbusiness have had to be up all night working on a project and broadband went down... SO... - uploading 20gb via hotspot on 1 bar of 4g - heating down (smart home) so frozen too - lights not working 🙃🙃

    @virginmedia your phone lines are telling people your call centre are closed! I have had an issue with our bill since we opened our account with you. I was apologised to on the 30th October and ASSURED the credit would be applied to November’s bill. Just been charged full amount!

    @virginmedia shocking service lately and we are not happy clients, with broadband being down. We were forced to upgrade and then the engineer didn’t even bother to show up. Waited over 4 hours on the phone. Finally had enough and will be disconnecting.

    @mowatb @HarisA1995 @virginmedia I think the only solution is to badger them until they send engineers out to fix it, the site is still saying no fault. They also told me to resart on the phone and I could connect with slow speeds, which worked for a bit, but after I restarted again I lost all ability to connect

    @virginmedia I’m with you.....520mbps to my router...only 110mbps coming via WiFi with a range of about 6m.....awful awful service 😢 I’ve spent 6 hours today in total trying to fix it, no compensation, no fix, only been hung up on three times...I didn’t even shout or swear...#snowflakes
