@PeterMilligan #Virginmedia are being terrible during #covid lockdown. Our business premises are temporarily closed. Water & electricity suppliers have reduced our bills, but Virginmedia still charging full amount for internet & phone we can’t use. Said min 90 days before they’d do anything!

@virginmedia Known issue reported. Estimated fix: 24+ hours after issue began 🙄… Wouldn’t be as bad if everyone weren’t tethering on their phones as a result of the outage. Seeing only 2 Mbps @EE when on 4G 🤨

@virginmedia How about an email address for complaints? I cancelled my virgin subscription so I cannot submit via the website. Why not accept email complaints from customers? Why make it so hard? I was persistently called when I cancelled. They said they could compensate if I made a complaint

@virginmedia VM promises refunds re any loss of service, but we have never had any despite loss of line regularly for days on end, and - more recently - loss of access to email. I'm seriously thinking of shutting down my direct debit and not paying the last instalment.

@virginmedia Virgin media did an upgrade to the network in the Oxford area yesterday and since that point the upload speed as gone from 35MB to 300k. Your support staff are not interested in sorting the issue but selling me an upgrade!
