    @virginmedia ridiculous disgusting service, had problems all week, had engineer booked between 4-7pm today, been waiting 3hrs and nothing. Called virgin and India told me there is an outage in area and therefore have cancelled engineer but not told anyone! No reports on web 🤬

    @virginmedia We tried and it didn't work. I don't think is a problem of our hub but in the zone. Last week happened as well and they sent an engineer to fix it but it looks like it wasn't fixed properly

    .@virginmedia customer service twice hang up the phone, website says broadband works perfectly in the area, and still there’s no internet and no way to find out from you what’s happening. And still paying the highest bill every month compared to every other provider!

    @virginmedia That would imply that I had faith in your services & belief that you cared about your customers. I know from the past that this is not the case. I have already checked and this problem is supposed to be fixed by 3pm, it has been ongoing since 8am. It really is tedious and boring

    @virginmedia do you know what the issue is in NW6. There are 2 faults one has said “The problem is almost fixed - our engineers are carrying out their final checks” for quite a while now. Area code 21.

    @virginmedia When you are using your data in your own house so often, have Netflix, Now and Amazon Prime you pay for that you can’t even use when Broadband are down, you have to ask, what the HELL am I doing with a company that can’t provide a basic bloody service.

    @Louisewafc @virginmedia Keep your expectations of Sky Broadband in check - ours down all day and 'may take 2 days to sort'. Had it for 4 years and regular outages and low speeds in that time. I doubt it is worse than anyone else - they all seem crap.

    @virginmedia 1) Currently trying to cancel. A Kafkaesque experience. Started by calling VM, eventually got put through to what sounded like Paddington station, had to stop that call because I couldn't understand a word being spoken.

    Latest @virginmedia fiasco. After reconnecting our landline they have now totally disconnected it and have said they cannot reconnect it!!! I depend on the landline for my health. And they expect me to carry on paying for a service we are not getting. Time to move on I think.
