Hard to escape their clutches when signed up. Still smile when eventually terminated the contract after hours on the phone. No online option to do so.

At 66yrs old 4 calls to god knows where with limited English staff, expect me to crawl around checking cables, lied about outage and now given me a remote, can't up the volume and day 2 can't switch TV on. Appalling Customer Services.
