Not the best start to the day when you attempt to log-on to work and discover that @virginmedia is down. Hoping that we don’t get anywhere near as late as 11:55 for KT2, that the website is saying that the issue is supposed to be resolved by.

@virginmedia No because I can’t get text messages as no signal. Yes my phone supports WiFi calling and have spoken to you twice before trying to get it to work. It works on another network (same phone) but only works with you when I have mobile signal. Once signal drops it disconnects.

@virginmedia 2/2 provider as I work from home and only get paid when I work. I’ve lost income because of this. Either the connection outside the house is down and needs an engineer or the box is broken. Virtual engineer won’t fix it so what’s the point. Waste of everyone’s time I think.
