    @virginmedia I’ve paid £15.99 for this movie and it’s been nothing but glitchy. Can’t watch it and almost mockingly, a message has come up saying “you are currently experiencing network issues with this show”! I’m getting average download speeds of 400mbps!!

    After 10 years with @virginmedia , & after weeks of terrible WiFi & customer service, I asked they equal BT’s deal. Operator could not do that and would not let me talk to manager, nor send a message for call back. I asked x3. Operator terminated call. Poor service!

    @virginmedia I’m not hopeful. You have given a 10day lead time for a fix. It’s been 6 days and my connection is still unusable. I just had to switch to 5g again. I genuinely don’t get what could possibly cause a 10 day lead time. 10 days without internet when I still have to wfh

    I just cancelled my broadband with virgin media, due to another price hike. It took me thirty minutes on the phone, dealing with some rude guy at first who then transferred me to cancellations, who I practically had to argue with to stop her offering me new deals. Horrible.
