Anyone have constant issues with @virginmedia we pay for 200Mb super fast broadband. We are in Bromley. Over the last year we have had nothing but issues and no matter how many times we make contact we get fobbed off. We are paying for a service that cannot deliver. Anyone else?

@virginmedia upload speeds are constantly slow during the day. As low as 2Mbps at times, in the evening it’s back to 38Mbps. No reboots or usage changes in that time. Has been like this for at least over a week. Download speeds not as impacted.

@virginmedia I added it to my stream account 4 months ago and it only started working this week. But, the channel isn’t in UHD on the stream box! You are falsely advertising the channel! I’ve had to buy it from Sky! So I’m paying twice for it now! Awful customer service!
