    @virginmedia your customer process to report a deceased account holder to cancel services is an absolute shambles, been on hold for 2 hours, no links on your website to do it. Thank god I’m with @SkyUK

    @virginmedia I spent over an hour on hold today trying to speak with someone about cancelling. I ended up having to put the phone down. How an earth can I cancel my contract if the only way to do it is by calling and you don’t answer the phone?!

    @virginhelp @Virgin @virginmedia I’ve been online using my EE data as your phone lines are so busy you are not answering. Online went through the checks to be told there is a problem with your broadband [I know this your engineers caused the problems and then left!] your online offered me Wednesday to fix this!

    @virginhelp @Virgin @virginmedia The engineers were prepping to put in broadband upstairs I now have wires left hanging out the front box, no broadband I cannot get through on the phone and in my media offering an appointment on the 13th! I was in the middle of work! They need to return my service, immediately

    @virginmedia @nikkijcar Answer me for god sake! Do you think maybe when your existing customers are using your “moving home” service they might be busy oh I don’t know... moving home? So don’t have time to wait around for your engineer 90 minutes after their appointment?

    @virginhelp @virginmedia So who’s going to fix this? they came to set up stuff for installation to the upstairs flat. I am so 🤬right now you have no idea. I have grading to do and I need my damn internet. I’m really not impressed

    @virginmedia your engineers just left, created a problem, they weren’t even working on my property and just left. I can’t phone you because that’s not connecting? There’s no cable and no internet and I’m in the middle of my Classes and no internet!! I am not happy

    @virginmedia @virginhelp Your engineers came to install on another property and managed to disconnect me I’m in NW area they knew they did this I told them at the time they said they would fix it and they just left without restoring or knocking to say when they would be back.

    @virginmedia I have managed to add my wife's name to our electricity & water bills without a problem & know it is possible with other companies. It must be possible - it is perhaps just the choice/policy of Virgin to not allow this. Is there an email/tel I can contact to take this further?

    @virginmedia No I haven’t, I have rebooted several times, I am not even sure what service I’m signed up for as although I get an email telling me my payment is going out, I can’t see my account as it won’t let me set up an online account. I am getting less than 30mb but thought I had 100.

    @briansm20193481 The old firestick does a good job, virgin media aint bad, I have got around 300 channels of repeats and all the +1 channels, I watch perhaps 6 out them all, but the sport package it comes with aint bad.
