    7 days time to no more bad service, disrupted TV and broadband service of Virgin Media. I'm saving myself £600 plus increased prices annually. So downsizing technology and reducing carbon footprint = 1 fone, mobile data and 1 computer. Will only have what I use! TV is next. Yay

    Annoys me way more than it should that Virgin... sorry, LNER call their class 800s “Azumas” and the media are treating them as something new, when class 800s have been in operation on the GWML since 2017, just without a stupid brand name.

    @virginmedia your service is a joke. Just taken me 32 minutes to change my bank details on the phone. Call centre staff should be able to speak the same language as your customers to a standard high enough to be able to do the job. Such a waste of time 😩😩😩

    The @virginmedia customer service can’t understand one simple request and problem, passing my housemate between pillar and post for hours on the phone and making broken promises. Seriously useless. Oh and the internet speed has been crap and not as advertised for months - avoid

    @virginmedia We have contacted you numerous times on those numbers, all we get is a recorded message saying ‘it’s a complex issue’, that your engineers are working on it and you’ll update us & that’s it. We get no updates, no broadband & no apology for the fact we have no working broadband.

    @virginmedia I’ve done this and also tried any black spots in house for wifi, no issues but still having issues. Working from home and signal continues to be poor and literally hanging not loading anything!!

    @virginmedia hi, the 5ghz signal on my WiFi keeps dropping out, and when I’ve tried connecting through the app to try and fix the issue it just keeps saying ‘hub not found’ even when I follow the instructions to connect to the hub

    @virginmedia There was an issue within the area but the site redirected back to this message. I couldn’t do the diagnostic checks so had to travel to another location to get work done. I’ll check this evening to see if it is working

    @virginmedia 55 minutes on the phone. Vast majority of that on hold with ridiculous advertising and music. Passed from person to person just to be hung up on. What kind of service is this? Shambolic.

    @virginmedia You've had 8+ years to assist, and instead you chose to provide the worst possible service and customer service imaginable. You refuse to allow me to downgrade and remove the unused landline and TV services, instead you tell me you'll charge me more if I remove services.
