    @virginmedia I was promised a call back from a manager to discuss a discount and compensation. Still nothing. The issues go on longer than I can state on here. Very upset. Can’t go anywhere else for similar speeds although I’doce to leave Virgin and can’t recommended.

    Hi @virginmedia When I called the customer service the other day, I asked about having my account credited because of the issues with my internet, they were on going for around a week, I've just gotten my bill, no credit and yet the woman said she would sort it out.

    @virginmedia But you can never leave! @virginmedia continue to charge you even when you’ve cancelled your contract.if you try to call up they put you on hold for hours until you’re cut off
