    @virginmedia I reported a fault on my Home Telephone with Virgin Media on 6th March I am still waiting for this to be repaired. Virgin Media are absolutely disgusting for customer service. Don't ever join them!

    @virginmedia No, there is an IT fault on my account which is stopping a call being raised for an engineer to call out. Your IT people were notified 12 days ago and have still not rectified the problem.That is what is causing the whole problem.

    @virginmedia you contacted me to replace my TiVo box... you did this on Thursday,it didn’t work, I called up, no resolution, I waited 48 hours... called again, still no resolution.... was told I had to wait 5 business days... manager going to call in 30 mins...90 mins🙄 #service

    @virginmedia My aim is to take you to small claims court as you DO NOT respond except on Twitter to them tell me - oh you need to do this on line and some responses take longer than 28days. You are just a poor company with contempt for customers even when we ‘follow’ your requests

    @virginmedia In the end I hung up and redialled i got a helpful person but they didnt resolve the issue and have suggested a wifi booster kit but just had confirmation this wont be delivered until 6/9 my service will have been down 5 days by the time this arrives
