    @virginmedia Broadband is down. Box is showing solid green base light, solid green WiFi light and a flashing green internet light. Reboot, lower cycling, full disconnection and reconnection achieves nothing. TV service fine (sans network features).

    @virginmedia I need an engineer to come back to my house, possibly to rewire everything as my tv service doesn’t work properly. The previous one got everything working again recently but said it might break again and if it does we would need to replace the cables coming from outside

    @virginmedia No change after rebooting both boxes (v6/hub). Nothing on the service status page. I’ve been through all of this before and was explicitly told if it happened again the cables would have to be re fitted

    @virginmedia I wasn't complaining at all, just commenting on how Virgin is on top of its game. My broadband was only down for half an hour, no dramas. And your field tech was very friendly and helpful in explaining what was going on. All good here.

    @virginmedia It’s been going on for months. Worse the past couple of months. No known outages and when I check the speed it’s usually good when I do have internet. Terrible reception in my bedroom, the children always move to other rooms from my room if they don’t want to use their data.

    @virginmedia on Sat, tried to forward an email about a street party. Virgin decided it was 'suspicious' & 'spam' and locked my account! 5 phone calls & multiple broken assurances, have been told will take 5 working days to fix. WORST company I've ever dealt with. Just shocking.
