    So apparently @virginmedia has a massive issue and we and many others have been told it won’t be working to 29th November. They won’t update the app or their site to reflect this, their twitter team here are not be honest about what is clearly a big problem. #CustomerServiceFail

    If you have @virginmedia broadband and have been having issues the past 24-48 hours and have found their customer services less than helpful then it might be worth a complaint to @Ofcom I’ve just filled a form in. We are now paying for data due to lack of broadband service

    @virginmedia 40 minutes it took for one of your operators to answer the telephone with no apology. I pay for a 200MB/s service and am currently receiving about 8MB/s and it’s been like this for weeks. I hope you’ll be adjusting my bill.

    @TobyBourke @virginmedia Oops. Service must have deteriorated since I left! 🤣 Get on BT Vision. You get Sky Sports Main Event, Eurosport, BT Sports package and can add on extra sky channels for far cheaper than Sky itself. On Now TV! 🤣

    @virginmedia Never in my life have I dealt with such a hideous service - she has been cut off for 3 weeks!! We have contacted customer services several times a week yet still this isn't working. To top it all off she's suddenly received 3 letters in the post saying you're putting her bill up!

    @virginmedia It is very inconvenient to say the least and to know that the box was worked on last week that caused this or it is suspected . I'm glad whoever got their service back on is enjoying their package. We will look elsewhere for a better service than we have had with virgin.

    @virginmedia Why on earth do you make it so difficult to cancel when people are moving house? I’ve been trying for weeks as you don’t provide services at my new address and it’s so difficult I’m still being charged for services at my old address (that I moved of 3 weeks ago!!)
