@virginmedia Yes, have checked service status - no issues. Done factory resets on our router to no avail. Our broadband has been dropping out every 10-15 minutes for the past week making it impossible to work from home.

I was on hold for 18 mins (at a charge of 7p per min) to speak to @virginmedia. Then, guess what? My WiFi cut out (again). #terribleservice Can. Not. Wait. For my contract to expire. 6 months and counting.

@virginmedia over 20 years and will be looking at cancelling that service too. Once I have cancelled all my accounts affiliated with Virgin Media, my next step will be to file a complaint with the financial ombudsman and seek compensation……

@virginmedia They didn’t suggest anything. I have tried all the tests through the Virgin Media app and have moved my router as recommended. It is mostly WiFi but sometimes impacts wired connections. There are no local issues.
