@virginmedia @virginhelp #internet. This hasn’t been resolved Virgin. Virgin Media told The Sun some of its 8.7million customers experienced a brief issue with their TV service this morning but says this has now been resolved.

@aimeemcs @virginmedia She won’t get one in 24hours. I’m waiting for a similar issue to be resolved and, one month after complaining, I’ve just received a letter to say they have “tried to call” (they haven’t) and now I have to text all my personal info to a robot. Ridiculous.
