    @virginmedia Checked earlier - no faults found on the auto test. Also rebooted router to no avail. Issues affecting both WiFi and cabled connections, as well as the video on demand apps on the TiVo (amazon prime video was slow and laggy)

    F**king typical! I’ve trying to get a @virginmedia engineer to come and fix our limited BB for weeks and an engineer turns up to fix our phone lines... which we didn’t even ask for. But he found a fault! At the virgin end... which doesn’t surprise me one bit. #useless #fuckwits

    @virginmedia It seems ok the last few times I have checked it, but the whole point of this is that several months have passed with poor service poor management and me getting not the service I am paying for. Only time you want to telephone is when you want more money

    @virginmedia Yes and my hardwired connection was terrible as well paying for 350mb was only receiving between 40 and 70 MB on download. The Wi-Fi I resolve with my £400 mesh system

    @SkyHelpTeam WORST company I have ever signed upto in my life. Made a bad decision to leave @virginmedia and it's time sky own up they messed up and dodge all of my calls and complaints and when asked for a final letter so I can complain to @Ofcom they refuse too.

    @virginmedia how stupid are you, said I would leave 5 months ago, so retentions offered me a new deal until May 2020, so agreed £82 a month, 5 Months later still paying over £100 and every month I call and get told we will sort it, think I should just go to @sky #hopeless

    @virginmedia I telephone back in June to report an issue only to be fobbed off by one of your call representatives. Then I telephoned again in August because my issue had got worse to be promised a manager will call me back on several occasions no one did.

    @virginmedia Been with Virgin media 5 years, and never had issues until the last 3 days. The broadband went off yday, phoned and there was an error as it didn't show my payment. Again goes off just after 6pm. Leaving us with no services til tomorrow. Will be switching for sure now.

    @virginmedia sick of your company. Recently renewed on your top package.. Internet, still awful / booster boxes supposedly to be sent weeks back not sent / 1 of the 2 boxes suddenly died. Sky here i come. Would recommend virgin to noone

    @EAHelp Virgin Media are incompetant twits & have killed my ancient email address. They can't fix it, & I can't access my EA Origin Account without a verification link being sent to that e-mail. I seem to be at an impasse. Your online help doesn't help! Any ideas please?
