I reported it on the phone again on Tuesday (Aqeelah), she said there are local problems (again). I fed up wit this, it’s been a week of impossible internet, day and night!

They then tried to miss-sell me an upgrade to my package. Still not fixed but "should be" in a few hours! I doubt it. Abysmal deceptive service.
