    @virginmedia Hey @virginmedia Here i go again Tks for the new hub, the same model as the old one. The HUB was delivered to me but no technician to check the problem and no signal yet. I didn’t have broadband for 4 days, then it came back for 1 and today off again.only. Sorry @LifeInKilburn

    @katerussell Virgin Media support once told me that 2 days of no service were because “accidents happen”. I immediately switched to another broadband provider and will never go back to Virgin.

    @virginmedia I’m not paying more for the same service - having been a loyal customer for 3 years - than my neighbour would pay who has never subscribed to Virgin before. That is no way to reward your most loyal customers! It’s discriminatory to charge different people for same package

    @virginmedia I rang again and a new password letter on way. In meantime, I have managed to sign in to reset password but your site says every one I enter is invalid, yet they meet your stated criteria. On a 2nd browser, when I answer security question, it just reloads the page. Dire service.

    @virginmedia Let's put it this way, I had to tell them that virgin could service the new address by doing a quick search on your website. They kept telling me it wasn't possible. As far as having to sign up to a whole new more expensive contract I'm not happy.

    @virginmedia mustn't want paying seeing as they haven't updated my online bill since January, I'm not calling every month to fix your mistake, either sort it so I can pay without stress or can someone recommend alternative internet providers? Paying £71 a month for WiFi only 🤪

    @virginmedia All customers are not treated the same way. If I wasn’t a new @virginmedia customer I would get a different and lower price for the same package than I do as a long term and loyal @virginmedia customers. Charging different prices for same product is definition of discriminatory
