@virginmedia Thanks for your reply. I have been trying since last week to cancel my rolling 1m Broadband contract (nothing to do with the service, just needed it while renting). I have tired for 4 days to get through on the only # on your website to cancel a service but can’t get through.

Utterly useless, I could move to another provider I would, cannot stand them. @skytv customer service used to be incredible when I was with them, Virgin could learn a lot from them! 😡

@virginmedia It’s all sorted. I’ve finally cancelled. Took two more calls and three more people and an hour of my time. On hold for most of it. You offer a great product but the service you get is so bad. Was asked to complete a survey yesterday. You should look it up. It’s very funny.
