@virginmedia Internet is down in BR76HH. Engineer allegedly coming Fri as it’s only one house at fault. Now a neighbour is saying that there’s outage in the whole area & 30 June is meant to be the day we get our internet back. Any advice on which VM advice to believe, please?

@virginmedia Started chat at 16:44 Had to end 18:05 for hospital treatment to be done. In all that connection time, never got to the stage were some could deal with my problems. Most of it was going through security questions. Password rejected tho' VM posted it to me wks back. Useless.

@virginmedia i have now answered 101 questions in the Virgin Support Chat. Every ten question or so is along the line of ”pick one option to continue: 1. I really love Virgin Customer Services OR 2. I have a really small ****”. Worst experience for a long time. BOT heavy, no fix.

@virginmedia seems to be an issue in Twickenham with broadband. Signal just disappeared. This happens far too often. Your service & coverage is terrible

A question for @virginmedia Is it more important for an engineer to a) resolve a customer's service problem b) get to next appointment because the engineer is measured on appointments attended rather fixed? You have one unhappy customer #poorcustomerservice

@virginmedia Virgin really needs to simplify it's process of dealing with customers' enquiries. Customer care needs to be open and easily accessible, not made to impede or frustrate customers. It's way easier dealing with a bank or even HMRC.

@virginmedia I have never experienced worse service in my life. I have spent the last 6 hours on the phone to you and still have no comfort that you know what you’re doing or can deliver a product. It’s extremely disappointing as a nee customer. Avoid.

@virginmedia @virginmedia have already tried phoning once today. After an hour on hold I was transferred to someone who had no idea why I was transferred to them, they then proceeded to hang up on me. Gave it 10 mins to see if they would ring back. They did not. I am now back on hold.
