    @virginmedia Thanks for your help but this is a problem only Three can sort! Their new system works where it’s deployed. The problem is that they haven’t deployed it everywhere - eg Elizabeth Line.

    @virginmedia your business is great when things are working, however I have had terrible service for the last 24 hours- no broadband and differing explanations as to the reason- no follow up and still no connection.. very frustrated this morning as I can’t attend online meetings

    @redheadlass1402 @virginmedia We’ve got the business service but it’s no better. They don’t seem to have any proactive monitoring or fault prevention and pretty much don’t care. They have a 3 hour service level that passed 12 hours ago, totally useless bunch of money-grabbers

    @virginmedia Good morning, This is the 3rd day with no broadband. You have conflicting messages as to whether there is an issue or not, and whether it has been fixed or not. I have been unable to speak to anyone or log a call out. Can someone please help

    @virginmedia Here we go, phones again. This is the 21st century where other communication methods are much more efficient. I'll be surprised if they do respond to me and actually help with my 2 open support tickets (both failing your SLA)

    @themotablogger @virginmedia Terrible in Dagenham too! At least 3 times a day it drops out and normally in the middle of an important meeting! Not good enough!!

    @virginmedia really let down by Virgin media. I'm on M200 and am getting 50M at the mo. As low as 0.18M around 7pm and 10M around 8pm. Your customer service chat hasn't responded in 3hrs. I've reset router and changed channels. It's been patchy all week What am I paying for?

    @Barclays Why do I keep getting Error Code: 30915?? I’ve been trying to log into my acct for a LONG time now! Bcoz of not having access to my acct @virginmedia have been stealing DD even though I no longer have contract/subscription with them. Pls fix this b4 more money is taken!

    @virginmedia again really???? I just signed up to a flipping contract and broadband goes down again! Worst mistake. Should have went with another provider. My Plex and my security system is down. Thanks for nothing virgin. 🤬🤬🤬

    @virginmedia Since w/c 22Aug my wife and I continuously keep checking the service status which gets updated and deadline pushed back. Nobody with virgin has broadband or TV for over 3 weeks now without explanation or a decent update

    @virginmedia I’d like to move to internet only - advert suggests circa £30/pcm. We have 2 TiVo boxes, I’d lose one. Can you guys do something to help me help you and stay where I am. BT plus sky for same package is £60/month less than my proposed new bill. That gap is ridiculous.

    @virginmedia It's so frustrating because it's SUCH a simple thing to resolve, i just can't get anyone to help and it's costing hours and hours of time on the phone. Please provide ANY ADVICE other than doing what I'm already doing which is wasting my life on the phone

    @virginmedia Sure, we went through that for 5 hours, pinged between the same person more than once, security checked successfully multiple times until the final person decided we had failed the latest check and terminate the thread.

    @virginmedia not happy that after 24 hours with no internet, I have been told it won’t be fixed until 11th May! This also means no TV service. Plus the internet on my Virgin phone keeps dropping!

    @virginmedia This happens at least once a week and nothing has been done. We have made phone calls etc. We want out of the contract if you are not providing us with the service we were promised by signing an agreement with you.

    @virginmedia I passed security 3 times! Same password, same form to fill in. Why is it necessary for me to prove who I am repeatedly simply because Virgin staff need to hand over as soon as I ask a question. Maybe you could help? 50% increase is unaffordable, new account pays 80% less
