    @katelallyx @virginmedia I found the WiFi was bad because of the router, even though the connection to the router was solid. I use the Virgin router in ‘modem mode’ and use a Google Router for wifi instead. Pretty solid ever since.

    @AvieDelta @virginmedia Why can't Virgin check their own link?? The estimate for SE14 getting fixed has just changed from 16:00 to 23:05. Please can you acknowledge this problem on Twitter and tell us what is actually being done, instead of claiming that the issues have all been resolved.

    @virginmedia No one at all, no information to be seen. The contractors (Heneghan) have moved on and 3 way controls removed but the crossing hasn't been re-opened. Information for residents about these works has been very poor. No dates given, just a general leaflet.

    @virginmedia signed up 12 days ago, multiple disconnections of service, router reboots, poor signal over 5 meters. Call up customer services to be told systems are down so they cannot troubleshoot my service nor offer me the new HUB 4.0 I should have got in first instance.
