    @virginmedia I’m not hopeful. You have given a 10day lead time for a fix. It’s been 6 days and my connection is still unusable. I just had to switch to 5g again. I genuinely don’t get what could possibly cause a 10 day lead time. 10 days without internet when I still have to wfh

    @virginmedia My internet is the issue. I do not own a TV. I rang and was told Ofom would decide if we're entitled to any kind of compensation. We just want a reliable internet service from @virginmedia.

    @CynthiaRao4 In my area Virgin Media is the worst provider. You have to be a stoic to stay with them. But my road doesn’t have it anyway so I am with BT. Pricy but reliable; engineers visited twice at the beginning. I didn’t need customer service for years (and considering it as a bonus)

    @virginmedia Had outage on Wi-Fi lunch time. Start of groundhog week like last week. Phoned VM on 789 who sent me a text. A while later it worked. So I didn’t look at the link. Checked it out at 22.45. I cried laughing. It wouldn’t work due to intermittent faults in our area. Groundhog week?

    @virginmedia #neverconnected would be a better tagline. Not sure why I’m paying £80 a month for a 1GB service when I only get 800MB and the the connection drops 5-6 times a day. Trying to run a 24hr chauffeur service that relies on internet and you guys take the piss

    @virginmedia It’s fine, up until the evening. At some stage this evening, the connection will drop among all our devices and we’ll have poor signal for up to an hour after that
