    @virginmedia Dreadful customer service. Like others, waited nearly an hour on the phone only to get mucked about because I couldn’t instantly recall the name of my package. No help at all, representative wouldn’t transfer me and hung up.

    @virginmedia I've had engineers round from Virgin media on several occasions. Once I had no Internet for weeks because the engineer wired up the connection to the wrong house outside and I didn't even get a refund for the lack of service.

    @virginmedia My previous landline telephone number was meant to be ported over and this never got done. I’ve never been able to receive incoming calls on my landline. Internet is very intermittent. My experience with your customer service hasn’t been great. All along I’ve been paying in full.

    @virginmedia Some good news. I have just done the magic power it off for a hour, disconnect the network cables. Power it on, connect the network cable and force a re sync to Virgin and it works! the gremlin has left the building.
