    @BadDice_Podcast @virginmedia I think you’re about to find that all broadband providers are equally shitty but in different ways. :) Virgin are lying about BT being too slow to stream Netflix. However, I found BT to be surprisingly unreliable. Often hours-long outages that I now don’t suffer with Sky. YMMV.

    Don't bother getting a package with @virginmedia . I got the VIP bundle with there best broadband internet and after the first month it's been terrible. Constantly cuts out. Broadband cuts out. the TV cuts out. Its terrible. Was with talk talk previously and it never happened

    @dilan_ipekx @JackofallReeds @virginmedia The planned disconnection was to a Virgin Media box which was requested from VM. The work was done earlier than originally scheduled therefore causing the issue as everything hasn't been transferred to a new unit. We are now working closely with VM to rectify the issue.
