@virginmedia Now the wired Ethernet is not working either. I tried factory resets multiple times when the WiFi first stopped working 8 days ago. I've just turned it off for 30 seconds and on again. So far, nothing.

@virginmedia negotiated new contract with tv added in Nov, sales person assured me no activation fee, of course, 35 quid activation on the first bill. Phone support, say they have to conduct an investigation. Meanwhile, I'm 35 quid out of pocket this month.

@virginmedia Sadly I have been down all those paths already. I have talked through the problem with a support technician completing tests and the engineer resetting the Hub remotely. That did not work and I was promised a site visit.
