    @virginmedia That is the first thing I checked and after the call center told me all is fine, an engineer will be sent out on Monday a text came back about 3 hours later to say there was actually an issue and you are working on it. So after we all called an issue was found hope it is fixed

    @virginmedia mmm. Apparently because 10 flats are not working at the same time it is not a fault on your side but each one of us has the same issue by chance as your sys say all is good. Well all is not good and we have to wait till Monday for an engineer (all of us) area 22

    @virginmedia This issue is now appalling. Now I will not have internet connectivity for at least 3 days. That is unacceptable and I will have to wait until a new router arrives which is shocking

    @virginmedia It has been ONE & HALF MONTHS trying to sort an issue. U r still billing me even tho I’ve given notice. Deadline passed for deadlock letter over my formal complaint. I have every sympathy re the Covid situation but this is the TERRIBLE customer service despite that

    @virginmedia I think it’s pretty poor that your routers don’t allow us to change DNS servers - I’d like to use some family filtering (Cloudflare/Cleanbrowsing etc) and have to do it per device instead. The kids will figure out how to change that in no time!

    . @virginmedia you know it would be great if my Internet didn't disconnect and average of 25 times a day, every day for 3 weeks. Sure makes working from home a challenge. Your support say 'there is nothing wrong their end' I beg to differ.

    @virginmedia I tried all that, the bloke on the phone told me an engineer would be the only one who could fix it, surprisingly it started working after a few hours, don’t have much confidence in your tool or your help desk! Neither seems to know what they are doing!

    @virginmedia Now after the problems of the last few days and a phone call yesterday my 1gb internet is operating at the stunning speed of 8mb. All equipment checked, router rebooted Please just get somebody to come and repair it . You are getting over £100 per month out of me for this mess!!

    @virginmedia That's fine but I would suggest that you will have seen a copy of my letter of Complaint which I sent to Sunderland and to which their email response of 4th June refers. In that I also stated that I wouldn't accept an email or phone call as a final resolution.

    Just had a cold caller from Virgin media. Said we had just signed up “Not according to our system” was her response. Had to practically close the door on her despite me clearly chasing round after a toddler. Awful experience making me reconsider other suppliers.

    @virginmedia I'll be submitting yet another complaint & going to CICAS. VM's incapability to take a DD I've set up 4 times & then when I try resolve it, staff have the cheek tell me to make sure I have enough funds in my account like I'm some sort of tramp 😡 Disgusting customer service

    @virginmedia It was to do with a SIM card initially (which I now have) but my letters of complaint now cover issues including compensation, lying and an apology.
