    @virginmedia Hello. I keep getting interference through the TV box and also keep losing sound. The only way to fix this is to turn everything on and off again. This keeps happening. How can this be fixed?

    @virginmedia what time does your call centre open? Been without broadband all day through a fault now it’s showing as fixed but we are still without service. Have done all online tests. Please respond as this is unacceptable. Spending a fortune running 2 laptops from hotspots!

    @virginmedia I reported my loss of WiFi on 16/10. Engineer on 21/10 was not able to fix as virgin had put a noise blocker on. Engineer on 27/10 did fix WiFi. So no WiFi for at least 10 days so no bills for a couple of months at least if £8 a day for no WiFi?

    I can cancel by calling a call centre I cannot get through to - or in writing. Even though you can send my bill via email, oddly I cannot cancel via email. Double standards @virginmedia Surely if you have an email address attached to my account, I can email you to cancel?
