  @virginmedia I just tried to contact you remotely re my TIVO box & the changeover. Your Terri bot clearly couldn't deal with it. My whole computer then froze completely followed by a page of Chinese writing before the computer telling me there is a problem & rebooted itself.   @virginmedia @RobRollin2 If you have the 1gb they are free plus most WiFi issues are due to devices & not the service. Plus you can if want put in modem mode & use your own equipment
