    @virginmedia I am furious! #VirginMobile disconnected network coverage whilst overseas. How am I supposed to change to new SIM card when not present in the UK? Why SIM card pre-activated plus giving only two weeks to change from old SIM? This is breach of contract, GDPR rules!

    So have @virginmedia pushed a firmware update that all the hubs and bricked them? I can see a load of complaints and mines been going on / off intermittently since Friday morning and getting very slow connection speeds overnight. Bit **** really. Probably need to get a failover

    @virginmedia VERY disappointing to have no access to Wi-Fi, TV, landline service since yesterday lunchtime in my area still today despite fixing it all by 11pm last night (which in itself would have been poor-and you couldn’t even do that!). Using up my mobile date to connect to
