    @virginmedia its been a month intermittently now with no phone or Internet.. if I have to say again its not the equipment but the amp I will make it a equipment issue by throwing the whole lot outside.. no way of contacting on 150 as i have no land line!!

    @Lgb89 @virginmedia We had the same situation about a year ago and they replaced both our boxes with the new ones 😩 it’s just our whole WIFI that’s useless, never not had issues with them and there’s always a “technical fault” being fixed somewhere 🙃

    @virginmedia Service is back, but I moved over to VM recently and the service from my previous provider was much more reliable. WiFi has been down several times in the last few months.

    @virginmedia why is it absolutely impossible to cancel a contract with you? A communications company that doesn’t want you to be able to speak, write or email them. No wonder everybody wants to leave you. 0 rating for customer care... we’ll keep trying to get hold of you.

    @virginmedia WiFi down yet again in SE6, what’s going on, can your servers not cope with temperatures above 30c! I think it’s time to stop using the #stayconnected tag line, it’s not doing you any favours. Some of us have to work to do and deadlines to meet.

    @virginmedia offering an insulting waiver of £30 for a £218 early disconnection fee for life events out of my control. I would have gladly stayed had my new flat was covered by the service. What a joke of a customer serivce.

    @virginmedia Apparently, the technical support couldn't even find my devices. Even after i gave my details, account number and the device number. After all that he said that he doesn't know what is wrong and a technician needs to come and check but they can only come next week.

    @virginmedia It's been mentioned multiple times because of how unstable the connect is and each time it's been noted each time. Nothing has been done to improve this feature.
