@virginmedia Any news on when your fibre service will be running again in Richmond (TW10)? I switched to VM a month ago and already two full days of no internet. Crazy! Never had one blackout with Sky Broadband in two years. Regretting the switch!

@virginmedia That issue fixed itself. However, this evening we're getting the same problem. This has been going on for the past week on and off. I'm now told that the issue is estimated to be fixed by 2pm tomorrow - the service we've received from Virgin has been particularly poor of late

@PippaCrerar @virginmedia If you're using a Virgin router I would buy another one as they're useless Main issue I found was they don't switch between 2.4GHz/5GHz very well If you want stronger signal then switch off 5GHz

@virginmedia They didn't, I have the names together with dates and times of the individuals I spoke to. They also told me all calls are recorded, so if you could please look into this further. The clearly said to me a complaint reference is not required, Emma Jean is the last agent i spoke to

@virginmedia Has only marginally improved things. I can't use 2g WiFi at all in my house for some reason, it jsut won't work. Virgin 2 years ago couldn't resolve the issue, and it's worse now than ever before
