Speaking to a human being is impossible. You are taking around the loop and then they hang up on you. You have to listen to this infuriating patronising voice for 10 minutes before being cut off. @virginmedia @BritishTelecom @richardbranson #badcustomerservice #virgin

@virginmedia very poor customer service asked to down grade service as no longer in contract after spending 30 mins. All done. Get an email nothing changed back in contract called back 40 mins on hold then agent hung up. Called back again office closed Very bad service.

@virginmedia Truly terrible customer service. Need to change my package, can’t do it online, long phone wait times & when I finally get through, so slow to get any info, then cut off. Think I’ll have to cancel & move elsewhere as it seems always to be this way with you. Hopeless!

If you have @virginmedia broadband and have been having issues the past 24-48 hours and have found their customer services less than helpful then it might be worth a complaint to @Ofcom I’ve just filled a form in. We are now paying for data due to lack of broadband service

@tacomonster_ Must be mate. Here we only get Sky Sports. Thought it was due to the fact Sky own Now TV here. I recently got rid of Virgin Media as was too expensive. Now offer great deals if ur going to cancel like that one. Cheapest way tbf. Not much delay/lag unlike some.
