@virginmedia Not impressed, area service is restored but my service is still down. Engineer booked for Tuesday - do you really call this service!!!! I seem to have ongoing issues with Virgin Media - seriously considering changing my provider.

@virginmedia very poor customer service asked to down grade service as no longer in contract after spending 30 mins. All done. Get an email nothing changed back in contract called back 40 mins on hold then agent hung up. Called back again office closed Very bad service.

@virginmedia Well considering I can't get access to there I've no idea. Last straw in reality, replacement box is a dud, I had to buy a €30 adaptor to get it to work on tv. Quality is appalling. No word from anyone when I sent in a complaint

@virginmedia hi, my grandma is having constant issues with her tv picture, I have checked the cables and also reset the tv box but she’s still having the issue, the picture will freeze and she gets green squares, I’m not sure if it’s the tv or the virgin box

@virginmedia There is no problem viewing the channel (sky one) but when trying to watch catch up I can only watch selected episodes of The Flight Attendant” ep 2,6 and 7 say we are not subscribed.
