    @virginmedia I’ve called, but that provided no help. I was told I’d get a callback from a team closer to the issue in 24 hours - which has since passed. Honestly, not a good start and I’ve not got service yet!

    @virginmedia All fine now - but TBH we're probably going to cancel. Our contract is up its going up from £70 to £85/month. To sign a new deal is a £82. Your offer to new customers is £45. I can't be bothered with this hassle every few months so am looking at sky. Thanks for checking though 👍

    On phone to @virginmedia ... ‘You don’t have to wait, you can go to our website to help fix the problem’ Right, the same website that’s telling me there is no fault & that my equipment is working fine despite having no internet for over 24hrs. NEVER join VirginMedia.

    @CateSevilla @virginmedia They then tried to fine me for not sending their 'hub' back and refused to refund the house move cost I'd paid a few months earlier. So so incompetent! SO stressful when all of us work from home too. I moved to TalkTalk & is cheaper and no problems so far, at least :)

    @virginmedia The only detail I’ve had is as follows and it’s hardly detailed. Please can someone tell me what is the issue and where, with timescales. “Hi, it's Virgin Media here. The installation is kept on hold due to construction issue.”

    @virginmedia I had a letter saying work was being done on 26th August and may effect broadband but since then the internet keeps going down intermittently throughout day ? No issues listed online can you check if work still being done as I am wfh post code SE39lr

    @virginmedia Thanks for your response l. The Web keeps dropping.(TV) Netflix, Alexa). There's interference on the phone line. Approx every 15 mins this happens. Immediate neighbours have no issue. However they appear to have more recent virgin hubs than we do.

    @virginmedia It was fixed last week, now having the same issue again. Haven’t reported it yet as I don’t have the energy today to talk to your faults team. You never fix the issue properly, it’s not a proper service you are providing for people’s money.

    @virginmedia Yes that has happened, but someone I know has the ability to make use of the phone socket and any extensions that the old phone line made use of, that what i would like to do too. The issue is he was helped by an engineer at his home, where as customer service want to charge me.

    @virginmedia Theirs a surprise! Really think Virgin should look after customers better! Technical services are still unable to fix the issue! If it’s an additional service then should not be advertised as part of your package to use when your TiVo box is down or not available as you can’t!!

    @virginmedia hi, my TiVo box isn’t working nor are any of the devices plugged directly into the internet router (our CCTV, playstation etc). Have tried re plugging in wires etc, can you please advise what can be done to fix this? Thanks :)
