@virginmedia Nope. No one has contacted me again, which is pretty much what I expected. If you want to come and do the outside work and fit the cables you’re more than welcome to. But my Sky broadband is being installed Wednesday so and I’ve tried to cancel my contract 3 times now so I’m done

@virginmedia I have managed to add my wife's name to our electricity & water bills without a problem & know it is possible with other companies. It must be possible - it is perhaps just the choice/policy of Virgin to not allow this. Is there an email/tel I can contact to take this further?

Anybody else have problems contacting Virgin Media about broadband issues, waited on phone for an hour yesterday then said other person has hung up? Is it because I have been a customer to long and should charge my whole TV and broadband package.

@virginmedia Yes after a 5 hour outage during a key work time did me it came back up. But I’m more disappointed in the delay in customer service response time.

@Thecarmagdriver @virginmedia 1) ISP hardware is total shite (Virgin in Particular) don’t use it. It is worth what you paid for it £0. 2) Draytek router and Ruckus wifi (connected via Cat6) is what you need to distribute throughout house (a single WiFi point is never going to work)! 3) it will cost money!

@virginmedia No change to devices being used, it starts to slow down from 500 to 30 between 9-11pm then nothing at all for around 30mins then back up.

@virginmedia They said a technician for inside the house, I told them that it wouldn’t be the right appointment but they insisted that they would be able to fix it after I explained to them that it needed to be a repull appointment twice

@virginmedia A late payment charge, out of principal I have not paid the late payment charge and manually paid my service amount, this has then resulted in more and more and more charges and is now disconnected even though you forced me to pay 55% more only a matter of weeks ago…..

@virginmedia A list of things 1st, I was called and offered a new package o2, tv, 500mb for £40 a month, the caller didn’t tell me that O2 would do a credit check on my account, this check cause my credit score to go down -37 point confirmed by Experian, it’s stop me from financing a new car
