  @virginmedia Yes, I’ve done all these. Very frustrating as I only had a new super hub and cabling to house installed 2 weeks ago. Never had such intermittent service in 20 years of using virgin.

  @IainSankey @virginmedia Had same issues. Have kept land line, Minimum TV pkg & B/Band. Renewal in April Next yr. TV package is going. Do not need to pay for it. If reasonable reduction not offered I will have to look elsewhere. VM is overrated and expensive.

  @virginmedia so your customer services promised that the broadband would be working by the end of the day…… it isn’t so more lies. Tv now apparently not going to work till tomorrow. Half expected as engineers went home around 18.00 leaving it broken
