@virginmedia can you tell me why we had internet issues for the last three days which are now solved, but I still cannot get Netflix, iPlayer, Amazon prime video or Now Tv. I am sick of paying for extra tv services I cannot access. Would you like to refund me for these days?

It’s now 23 days since I suffered a total loss of all @virginmedia services. Virgin Media has done NOTHING to repair it, provided ZERO proactive updates, LIED repeatedly to me about when it will fix things, I’ve spent 7hrs & 53mins on the phone chasing for information #epicfail

@virginmedia Everybody in your company said it should be brought forward then no one calls back and I have to ring to find out nothing is happening .. resolutions team have actually sent a response which is untrue and basically ignore me.. very very poor service @virginmedia

@virginmedia Thanks I’m currently doing this now. So on the ‘phone once again for around an hour and been passed over and back and STILL no outcome a d still holding. Just waiting for the line to go dead as previous. When does a customer give up and just leave this shower for good?!?!?! 🤬🤬

@virginmedia John, I have just spoken to Joseph but he could not tell me how much was owed. I have personally paid £100 which will hopefully restore her service. I am disappointed that your colleague promised they would not cut her off last week and that the letter promised gas not been sent.
