    @virginmedia The connection isn't working properly,I have to restart hub 3 or 4 time of the day,so no anymore call to virgin support for internet because they say same just restart hub,waiting for finish my contract and move to other network

    @virginmedia totally appalled by the waiting and the way I’m being treated only want to give my 30 day notice and cancel but no such luck feel stuck with this contract. Customer service is pushy and not bothered if you want to cancel.

    @virginmedia Thanks. It’s only been down this morning. I’m advised it’ll be back by 4pm. So I lose one day of study/work and have no recompense because it isn’t 2 days. I can’t wait to leave Virgin Media but feel trapped. Not a good place to be.

    @virginmedia Again, hoops to go through to log a complaint. Why can’t YOU log it on my behalf. It’s called customer service. Sorry, @virginmedia is generally not fit for purpose when it comes to customer care. I’m sure your hands are tied by a ridiculous, uncaring system

    @virginmedia The internet has been cutting off everyday the past week. 1st engineer came 2 days ago. He didn't fix it. 2nd engineer came yesterday and said he will come back today with new router. He didn't come... On the phone we are put on hold forever. Here as last resort now.

    Yaaa final bill from Talk Talk is on its way I have wasted so much money and time with this rubbish company. I had no service from them now I am back with Virgin Media I was such a Clutx to of changed, as soon as that bill comes in and I pay I will be happy😊😊😊😊

    @virginmedia Thanks - I’ve run through it but it seems like an actual signal issue rather than a local config issue. I’ve also checked the coax cable on my end and it’s in securely (tried re-seating it as well).

    @SagaUK you obviously don’t care about my holiday and assume that anyone who goes with saga will put up with appalling service as wont be young enough or tech savvy enough to use social media. So far, worst holiday of my life - no problems with Virgin or Wendy Wu. Just with Saga

    @virginmedia @virginmedia Well well well as I said before, I won't get a call back from anyone to discuss my complaint which I logged OVER 28 DAYS ago. You clearly do NOT care about my service and just care about my money. Receiving 30MB wired on a 1GB contract!!!

    @virginmedia Yes, I apologise - WiFi pods. It was agreed I could have two gratis for 6 months. I received 1 and coverage is still patchy. But the biggest issue is that you’re charging me for something you said would be free. It’s so disrespectful not to mention dishonest.

    @virginmedia Yesterday one of the engineers told me it was very nearly resolved and would be fixed by yesterday afternoon. This is the third straight day of these issues and I’m beginning to wonder why they can’t fix it. We will definitely have to consider our options when it comes to renewal

    @virginmedia Why do you answer some questions and ignore others? You did that to me last night when I asked if not phoning customers back was part of training, a cultural issue in Virgin or a coincidence. Although 9 times this has happened does seem it’s more than a coincidence
