    @DavidBeckitt @virginmedia In my experience (so might be wrong), all the others use the same BT/Openreach infrastructure - so much of a muchness. I’ve got TalkTalk, it’s cheap & the new router is good. The customer service is poor tho’!

    @virginmedia The service drops out daily, connection is very slow. Poor to no coverage upstairs. We’re a busy family of five which is why we upgraded to make sure we had a service that could cope. And it can’t!
