@virginmedia Hi, yep. It’s been poor for over 4 days and non-existent for nearly 36 hours. Yes, I’ve checked BB status, it’s supposedly OK, yes I’ve rebooted, yes I’ve factory reset, multiple times. Still no BB. Still have to go to office, no choice unfortunately. No BB = Big health risk🙁

@virginmedia Was waiting over an hour on Saturday to speak with your customer services regarding an issue with my TV service. After which I was cut off . I tried again on Monday and was able to resolve the issue

Switched to @virginmedia broadband in Nov ‘20 and agreed to pay more per month than I was paying before just to get reliable broadband. Now I find myself never using the Wi-Fi at home and the kids having to use my phone data to complete school lessons and work as it is SO BAD 😡

Day 4 of trying to get hold of @virginmedia technical support. Quite incredibly I just got a phone call from their marketing team trying to offer me deals. I said I didn't want any deals, I just want my Tivo box replaced as its broken. The woman hung up on me. Disgraceful.

Dear @VirginMedia, are there problems in the GU14 area? Because the reliability of broadband here has been appalling since at least Thursday/Friday. You really need to sort it out, I have to WFH and my daughter needs to connect with her school.

@virginmedia No this link is not useful. They pretend to be from my internet provider (which is virgin but don’t mention the name) and that I’ll get disconnected. I just hang up but I’ve been woken up 3 mornings now earlier than I wanted to. I don’t even give my landline number out.

@virginmedia I don't get a chat box. But also when I tried webchat I didn't seem to be able to say emails aren't working so I gave up. Only so many options to pick and when I did broadband it then asked if problem with wifi, or router lights but no email option.
