@virginmedia So, after more than 25 years of Cabletel, NTL and now VM I have given up and am moving to Sky. VM customer service non existent, online support shocking and now I find I have to write a letter and post it to even cancel my contract. Feels like I’m back in the 80s

Started the process of leaving Virgin Media, waiting for confirmation of a site survey from @zeninternet to get 900Mbps up and down. By cutting the TV cord and changing provider for broadband we will save over 30% while increasing download speed by 450% and upload by 4500%
