    @virginmedia FYI, received phishing email today claiming to be from Virgin Billing & with your logo. Said our service will be suspended from 02/04 due to invalid billing info & invited us to sign into our account by clicking on button in email to validate billing details.

    @virginmedia @Virgin_Victoria For a start my phone keeps coming up as no service available and your csa says I need a new sim card,!!!! WiFi in my flat is rubbish and keeps dropping out. They won't come out to look. Have complained 10+ times but no one cares. So after 20+ loyalty to your company I expect more

    @virginmedia been on hold for 25 on a second call. The first disconnected. Problems with BB for three days and now the hub doesn’t even power on after an apparent update!

    @lastdart @virginmedia I am with you on this one. They may have me over a barrel right now but when this is all over and normal service is resolved they can say farewell to this customer. If this is the way they treat loyal customer then #SirRichardBranson is in for a big expensive shock.

    @virginmedia I have managed to do a wired test and we are getting 205mbps down and 8.3mbps down. That's still around 60mbps less than the guarantee? Also, how can we boost this signal, because the WiFi is still only reaching 20mgps a meter away from the box.

    Very niave of me to think the service by @virginmedia would actually be any good. Left @SkyUK due to poor customer service and excessive unjust price hikes. But virgin just mislead and miss sell the close chats down if you don't respond in 5 mins when they keep you waiting 2hrs

    @virginmedia It certainly allows me to get on with my day, because no one replies. There is 'unprecedented demand' every day. What this means is that Virgin need to employ more customer service staff.
