    @virginmedia Broadband in GU14 is up and down like a "****** draws". I pay for 350 Mbps but am getting much less than that. I've rebooted and reset my Hub 3, please sort it out!

    The power of @virginmedia strikes again... internet drops out daily now, call them up and they tell you there is a problem and you have the option to listen again or get sms alerts.... no option to speak to someone.... I wonder why

    @virginmedia It says the same as always. No area issue. I then book an engineer and wait approx 5 hours for it to update to area problem. It gets fixed for 12 hours and my engineer appt cancelled. Repeat the next day. This is exhausting!

    @virginmedia Thank you, the problem was even when we reported that we were having an issue and having to use our mobiles as hot spots all we were offered as a mobile solution where the 5gbt provided was insufficient. Had I not threatened legal action the engineer visit wouldn't have happened

    @virginmedia I don’t care why/if there are problems in my problem is why haven’t they been resolved in 3 weeks?!? A day or two is understandable, things happen. But three weeks?!? That’s Virgin Media issue...please respond to my formal complaint and ensure everything is fixed.

    Delighted after 8 weeks of issues Viorel pf @virginmedia resolved our issues which turned out to be a damaged isolater. Would it have been better instead of claiming it was an area issue if Virgin had sent an engineer out at the time, instead of causing us anguish
