@virginmedia So, after more than 25 years of Cabletel, NTL and now VM I have given up and am moving to Sky. VM customer service non existent, online support shocking and now I find I have to write a letter and post it to even cancel my contract. Feels like I’m back in the 80s

Got to be impressed with the effort @virginmedia go to to provide poor customer service. 4 agents all told me different things. One signed me up for a contract I didn't want. They say use the webchat and then leave you hanging for hours. It takes effort to be this ****. #Kudos
