    @virginmedia Worst part of it @virginmedia is the way your customer service team speaks to customers. Quite appalling and in my experience always approached on basis that the customer is wrong. It consistently bad - to be told you don’t send texts when I clearly had two texts quite insulting!

    @joshshepherd88 @virginmedia @vmbusinesshelp Looks pretty simple to me tbh. Sell a service and just ignore customers. I feel sorry for the staff that have to try and run this **** show. They must get so much abuse. I’m not even mad I’m just disappointed that I can’t use the service I’m paying for. 3 months of this 💩

    @virginmedia Yep. Wired isn’t working either. I have no broadband, no WiFi, no service. Been like this since Saturday and intermittent since Jan/Feb.

    @virginmedia I upgraded to the Ultimate Oomph package in Jan but still waiting for the order to be completed. I’ve contacted customer services on numerous times but no success, I’ve also raised a complaint. How do I actually get some help to complete the order?

    @virginmedia Inadequate reply, to my mind, you contracted to supply a service, you cannot deliver that service, uou terminated the contract....perhaps YOU shoukd pay the cancellation fee!

    @virginmedia truly awful company stuck in the dark ages why would you trust them with broadband when after 3 months notice to quit they take full payment and then you have to apply for a refund !!! Company run by dinosaurs looking for opportunities to rip you off when leaving !

    @virginmedia Thanks. Engineer showed up, plugged in a new Hub 3, “fixed” my BB & WiFi and, 3 hours later, it’s still not working. Can I 1) file a complaint and 2) get a guarantee that this will be fixed for once and for all.

    . @virginmedia any chance you can install fibre line for my buisness that’s now 2 months delayed! 😢 Over 180 emails sent / over 12 hours on support calls going round in circles. You did manage to take payments however for these months of no internet! 🥴 #virginmedia

    @virginmedia Thanks. Done that. Multiple times. And over the last 6 months. And when I was an ntl: customer. And CableTel before that. 27 years of 56k > 350Mb and now it’s totally doing my head in. Unable to work from home properly. Boss won’t be happy!

    @virginmedia Getting a new/replacement Hub, existing one keeps turning off/resetting. Call lasted 50 mins, 6-7 mins was chatting to someone, until put on hold again. Gave up.... shocking service!!

    @Woodpunk Urgh - that's dreadful. When my partner died I notified Virgin media and they acknowledged my correspondence to him. When I complained, they sent the 'apology for being so insensitive' to him. Customer service in these places totally sucks. Hope you can sort the buggers out

    Update: after an hour on hold to @virginmedia, I spoke to somebody who transferred me to somebody who transferred me to sombody else in Customer Relations. When I said I wanted to make it a formal complaint, they put me on hold and the call disconnected… It’s been 2 hrs now…

    @virginmedia it is unacceptable that in 2022 you still need to phone to cancel your service and doing it through the website is not an option. I've been waiting in this phone call for 50 minutes 😡
