@virginmedia so frustrating...hub keeps resetting, i call for help and it tells me to reset the hub and hangs up.Why can someone not actually be available to speak when there is a problem.Hub is dropping internet 3-4 times every day this week-can someone please fix this!

@virginmedia So, after more than 25 years of Cabletel, NTL and now VM I have given up and am moving to Sky. VM customer service non existent, online support shocking and now I find I have to write a letter and post it to even cancel my contract. Feels like I’m back in the 80s

@cheekibinki @virginmedia Same! Our estimated fix time keeps changing every few hours. Was originally told 3pm yesterday, then various points today and how 10am tomorrow. They must know the severity of the problem, so I don’t understand why they can’t give an accurate fix time.

@virginmedia Disconnections at least once an hour and if more than 3 people connect to the WiFi it has a mental breakdown and curls up in a ball, so normal service has resumed 👍
