    @virginmedia I don’t understand how you can get away with 10%+ yearly bill increase with no service improvement. I’ve been with you for 15 years and enough is enough, I’m switching. No other company does this - I’m speaking to the communication ombudsman, it needs investigation

    @Virgin_Victoria @virginmedia Thank you. Virgin Boffin says no issues in area. I have carried out 3 x fully resets and all I am getting is flashing areos and horizontal lines.

    @virginmedia Thanks for replying TG, it’s back up now, however I do have a registered complaint about being charged £7.50 every month to upgraded to unlimited data on my broadband that has unlimited data.

    @virginmedia I did manage to get through to negotiate my contract now I have reached my first year. I went for an upgrade... now realised if I was a new customer I would get the same offer but £5 cheaper AND a free xbox/£150 odd bill credit. Going to cancel it now I think....

    @virginmedia Just done that and again no issues reported. This is the second time this week I have had no connectivity. Just tried a reset and still nothing. How do I get an engineer out as this is becoming tiresome now given the price we pay.

    Slightest hint of bad weather and here we go again. it's only slightly damp here but already working from home has failed before it's even started. Think its time to switch ISP as this is becoming all to frequent from @virginmedia.. 2 lost days of work/pay this mth already.

    @virginmedia Of our account for the same amount as last month. We were told that we’d be paying £99 a month but more was taken. We have been trying to sort this problem out for a week now and no one is helping. We asked to speak to a manager and got told there wasnt any available

    @virginmedia I called to report issues we were experiencing with our broadband service.I was told if I were to take an O2 sim at £7 a month I could get a free upgrade to 350mbps (from 200).I said I had no need for that, again I was asked if I’d take the sim. The upgrade was applied for free.

    @virginmedia shocking service! Intermittent wifi for over 3 mnth. Keep getting fobbed off, cant cancel for another 6 months because I'm in contract. So you take my money, don't provide the service I'm paying for, then I pay more to cancel - couldn't make this **** up if i tried!!

    What is going on with your phone lines @virginmedia ? Trying 150 and disconnects immediately. Main line seems a constant answerphone saying lines are busy. How do we therefore contact you? It really is a poor support service

    Hi @CitizensAdvice. Wonder if you can help? I'm a VAT-registered sole trader. As part of my work I have a @virginmedia account. The Virgin bills don't mention the VAT paid. Virgin say they'll send paper VAT receipts for £2/month. There's no free option (no paper). Is this legal?

    @KirkbyScouser @virginmedia They are the worst, plundering your account for huge, random, wrong amounts each month, while providing a **** service on TV and broadband that both drop regularly, alongside **** customer service. Best decision ever to **** them off.

    Reminded what an exemplary service @VodafoneUK provide. Called ref a death & straight through to a specialist, talked to an empathetic human who sorted it all out. Unlike @virginmedia - eventually spoke to the most patronising human ever & not sorted. Guess who I'm sticking with?
