After 10 years with @virginmedia , & after weeks of terrible WiFi & customer service, I asked they equal BT’s deal. Operator could not do that and would not let me talk to manager, nor send a message for call back. I asked x3. Operator terminated call. Poor service!

@virginmedia 3 weeks after you drill through my pipe & send cowboy plumbers out I still haven’t heard anything! I filled a complaint 2 weeks ago and no response. If you think I am paying my bill this month you can jog on. Absolute terrible customer service

@virginmedia 42 days without TV so talking to cancellations as VM aren't even offering to try and fix the problem before 20th Nov. Leaving after nearly 10 years. Feels like a good win for VM, clock stops on compensation, penalised as under contract and you don't have to fix the problem 😒

@virginmedia How much more time are we going to waste regarding this complaint? We have many other commitments and have now spoken to multiple people regarding this over 3 months taking many hours and it has still not been resolved. We feel we have been left with no choice but to escalate it.

@virginmedia An update as requested. Two different engineers came yesterday but still not able to fix the problem. Sounds like the under street cable box needs a part which they dont have. So still in limbo and not sure when they can come back to fix.
