@virginmedia Just gone off again. Truly terrible reliability. I can’t spend so much time ringing you up, checking status, rebooting and replacing routers. Merton is going to be one of he first places in the UK for FTTP. It’s going to be great to have a reliable broadband.

Anyone considering going with @virginmedia ... DON’T!!! Possibly the worst company I’ve ever dealt with, incompetent, rude, shambolic are just a few words that spring to mind. Broadband is terrible but in 30 days I’ll finally be rid of them!!!

@virginmedia Thanks. It’s only been down this morning. I’m advised it’ll be back by 4pm. So I lose one day of study/work and have no recompense because it isn’t 2 days. I can’t wait to leave Virgin Media but feel trapped. Not a good place to be.

@virginmedia in the 10 years I have been with virgin media, this is the first time my internet has gone down. Sometimes things do go wrong but it’s how you deal with it that matters. Well done to your engineers for restoring the service quickly!!

@virginmedia I did call! I called before tweeting. The lady told me to turn it off and on again (like we all haven’t done that throug my the day eh?), then, I kid you not, told me to decouple from my network and put the password in again. Not sure if she was serious. I didn’t do it.
