    @GraemeKelly1 @virginmedia I moved house and wanted to take my 500mb virgin package with me (£110 pm) they don’t service my new area so they charged me £240 to leave them even though it’s their fault! Disgusting!

    @virginmedia I had a letter saying work was being done on 26th August and may effect broadband but since then the internet keeps going down intermittently throughout day ? No issues listed online can you check if work still being done as I am wfh post code SE39lr

    @leemallon @virginmedia Have you got a hub2 or hub3? We had the former and service was dreadful, did lots of reading 🤪 and found that we could request a hub3 and now the service is so much better

    @virginmedia So, after more than 25 years of Cabletel, NTL and now VM I have given up and am moving to Sky. VM customer service non existent, online support shocking and now I find I have to write a letter and post it to even cancel my contract. Feels like I’m back in the 80s

    Top tip for anyone considering @VirginMedia or @vmbusiness for their broadband: do yourself a favour, don't. They have a monopoly on speed, which they feel allows them to treat customers appallingly. Complete outage and no one on their "support" team gives a monkeys. #Awesome.

    @CateSevilla @virginmedia They then tried to fine me for not sending their 'hub' back and refused to refund the house move cost I'd paid a few months earlier. So so incompetent! SO stressful when all of us work from home too. I moved to TalkTalk & is cheaper and no problems so far, at least :)

    @virginmedia That was NOT offered to me, I was told I'd be cut off if I didn't pay the bill today so I said F.U. It won't be paid, the interest won't be paid, your debt collectors won't come to where I live and is they do they'll not hang around too long. Disgusting, and a ****** reply too.

    Hi @virginmedia can you tell me why, since "essential works" in B62 on 22 Aug I've only had 1 day where I've not had an outage of some sort. Even when I was told there was no prob on the 12th I was messaged that my issue was fixed on the 13th? Need @Ofcom for help on this #lies

    @virginmedia But they literally won’t, that is what I’m trying to tell you - they won’t log a complaint, they say things are investigated to get you off the line and then log nothing. I can’t raise to ombudsman until a complaint has been logged for 8 weeks. But you won’t log a complaint!
