    @DannyMonez @virginmedia Yes sat down to watch final episode of " and just like that " and the screen is pixels all across. Just tried to watch on catch up is the same. Virgin Media i want a refund how can this be fixed. Can you tell me when sky will repeat this final episode.

    @TfL why is the 4G signal on the Central line underground only around the posh area's of Notting Hill Gate, Queensway and Holland Park? Since @virginmedia stopped their WiFi in April it's annoying that a major metropolis like London has no internet connections on a lot of lines

    Appalling from @virginmedia today! The whole network in shambles today, no one working from has been able to do anything! Just spent 40 minutes listening to Footlose in their phone queue and as I got to the front, they put the phone on me! Absolute shambles!

    So @virginmedia won't let me leave our contract despite their service continually crashing or not providing the speed it promises. Ultrafast broadband but getting nothing or 9mb download. Fed up with it now. Avoid them at all costs. #VirginMediaoutage #broadband

    It would appear that despite 3 emails to @virginmedia regarding their lack of service, their rubbish broadband and the fact my TV hasn’t worked since November - they have instead chosen to engage debt collectors for a £141.54 (for ONE MONTH) bill. See you in court then I guess.

    @virginmedia hi virgin.. my TV is showing error codes c217 and c230. I have turned everything off and reset modem and tivo boxes 5 times and more and still no Internet. Its my husbands account but he's away till Thursday. Help please

    @ameehan71 @virginmedia All new and reconnected. 200mb then next day nothing, comes on for a day then drops to 10mb. Talk to customer service and they don't have a clue. They also want over £400 for me to leave. Worst service I've ever known

    @virginmedia Yes and the engineer that was meant to come yesterday is now not available until Wednesday and I am left with a key worker trying to teach over a mobile phone network and two children in year 11 that can’t get to their online lessons. All for £136 per month. 😠

    @virginmedia According to your some of your level 2 techs there is no problem, although the signal to noise ratio is above 40 and the virgin broadband phone cut out when I was talking with your last level 1 tech engineer.

    @virginmedia They can receive but not send. Pop up says error with server. If I log into their email from laptop they Sky I can send no problem. They have 2 laptops and it's the same so it isnt the laptop.

    @virginmedia But I can’t use it to test the service as I said I have no internet so can’t get on to the webpage that will test it..? Says no known issues in the area atm but I think that’s just because you don’t know about them because me and my neighbors are affected
