    @virginmedia following a power outage in the epsom area my WiFi has been very very poor I have super fast M350 fibre Broadband package but unable to use the service. I have followed all the steps online resetting the router etc but nothing seems to work. SOMEONE PLEASE RESPOND!!!

    @virginmedia I spent almost an hour on the phone to a nice customer advisor who then forwarded me to another department. half hour later my disconnect. I called back to go through security- when answering my q’s disconnected. another half hour disconnected. Can comeone call me!!!

    @virginmedia I am supposed to get 1gig Internet, best ive seen is 450mb (using okla speed check) i also was promised 3 WiFi extenders which I never received, can someone from your team please tell me why, also I'm about 7 months into contract so that's alot of reimbursement
