@foxinthebox2010 @virginmedia You do have a point @foxinthebox2010 though because they were asking if customers would be willing to pay £20 one off fee, then £15, £10, £5...which implies they could afford to upgrade for free but just want to squeeze more money of out their customers. We’ve had awful service

Seriously @virginmedia what is wrong with your internet in Wandsworth I pay £47 a month and the service is patchy cuts out all the time it’s supposed to be fast fibre broadband but it’s anything but at the moment!!

@virginmedia @MoneyTelegraph For last 2 months in the SW16 area VIRGIN TV & BROADBAND services has an ‘outage problem.’ Despite several engineer call outs the issue has not been resolved so no access to internet. Virgin please sort out and provide compensation for lack of service

@virginmedia Yes I’ve reported several times and when I run the checker it says no issue Yet when I call the 0345 number it says there is It was supposed to be fixed by the 24th Today I’m working from home and I don’t have any internet AGAIN!! Come on guys

@virginmedia Am so disappointed. Have tried multiple times to get an engineer to attend and fix a problem with have with our broadband, only be told I don’t meet the criteria and to be unceremoniously cut off. Worst customer service ever.

@maxhugh67122584 @virginmedia Nah am not just outside Glasgow my self but been having nothing but issues with them took them to regulator erlier this year and won my case there had my old router replaced as it had bad electric him and sins installing the new one it's been nothing but issues WiFi cuts off
