@virginmedia Broadband down again this morning in SE London, got through to customer services and they advised the outage expected to be fixed by 12th April. No compensation offered and I would have to pay a penalty to cancel my contract.

@virginmedia Broadband gone down again in SE3 8HT area, I’ve reset the hub 3times and still no Wi-Fi or broadband. I’m using data on my phone again.

Appalling from @virginmedia today! The whole network in shambles today, no one working from has been able to do anything! Just spent 40 minutes listening to Footlose in their phone queue and as I got to the front, they put the phone on me! Absolute shambles!

@virginmedia Quite unbelievably, the best solution I have been offered means I have to sign up for a new mobile. Apparently this is the only way to get a dongle. So I now have an 18 month contract for a phone I do not want or need, just to solve a problem of a 2 week gap until connection
