    I've just had to suffer the same 4 songs,1 a poor cover of 'Where my Rosemary goes', on a loop, in 2,45 mins of waiting for @virginmedia to pick up. Within 10 mins of engineer fixing fault, its playing up again. Its also the end of my contract so I want to deal with it.

    @virginmedia The next slot was 28th April which I would not be in and so have taken 5th May. A loyal customer of about 12 years this a complete let down after arranging today from a previous cancellation on your company's part.

    @virginmedia Two weeks with no service, when we were told it would be fixed Is not good enough. It’s not the first time. We asked to escape contract and were told no. Not happy at all.

    @virginmedia It’s ok on LAN. 2.4Ghz band has always been awful around here, never goes over 100mbps. 5Ghz band was always a solid 200-210mbps until last year. Since then it’s been extremely unreliable despite channel changes. I do have a V3 though, which is the worst router you’ve made.

    @virginmedia So I called back again. Spoke to one of your colleagues who said she would get this sorted and would apply a credit to my bill to cover some charges that weren’t explained at the time of charging my contact due to the issues of applying the correct issue. 3/

    @virginmedia I was meant to have an installation yesterday between 1pm and 6pm. The engineer never turned up. I then spoke to some one on a chat and the said some one would be with me today between 9am and 1pm no one showed up.

    @virginmedia So this months bill also shows part payment charges which is confusing considering the credits should have covered this! Then the rolling credit of £10 is also missing from this months bill. The complaint was raised online via the complaint form on the 7th of Jan. 7/

    @virginmedia And that's on top of the 2 weeks it's already been since I placed the order. After several years with sky, I've ready spent far longer on the phone, experienced several very poorly trained call center workers and had far more problems with virgin media and I'm not even connected.

    @virginmedia Turns out they were just changing my direct debit and not actually adding any credits. So every bill after December were showing part payment issues and subsequent part payment charges, how can I pay pay when I pay via direct debit. So my bills were easing every month. 5/
