  @virginmedia My husband has called because he is the account holder and has a Virgin phone. Virgin apparently will call tonight/tomorrow morning. However, my feeling now is that your service will work for a time and then will go bad, there is a pattern.

  @QxPain_ @virginmedia You said router with ethernet under the pc, is the pc connected with eithernet or WiFi as if both this will cause a loop back if on the same network and hence why WiFi is not working. For best rest result connect the pc via ethernet & phone to WiFi

  @trapdoor456 @virginmedia Ive been with the now virgin media used to be known as ntl for 30 years , never really had major issues To be honest, I have 1GB and practically get most of that speed , latency is fine , download speeds are atrocious , customer service could do with a overhaul, other than that Nps for me.
