@virginmedia Two days? Seriously? Why are you always too busy to respond to and help your customers? You have multiple communication channels yet it’s all pointless as the only way you will do anything is on the phone and I can never get through.

@randomranger @virginmedia The last six months it’s been on off on off on off. A few multiple day outages but mostly shorting all over the place. I pay for 200. Often 3,4,5. Upload speed never more than 29 which makes video calls unviable. The customer service just doesn’t care.

@virginmedia That’s my point!!! your text says you’re coming today, your system says Thursday! Once again a massive let down on your apparent Customer Service!!! Your call centre has just advised that the text was sent in error and the appointment is now Thursday....costing my company money

@virginmedia Well im not happy with my service and last night 5 times i was put on hold and then the call disconnected . I was talked into taking yhe m200 fibre broadband guarenteeing me speeds between 107 ans 213. My current speed right now is 61.1 last night it dropped to 36. Not acceptable
