    Virgin Media is trending and as such it’s a good time to remind people that the only viable speeds should not be provided by the worst broadband company in customer service. Nothing will change if we stay quiet. UK-wide gigabit internet is ESSENTIAL to the growth of the economy.

    @virginmedia It’s been rubbish for ages, not just the past few days. The signal from the box is so weak in the house. The signal comes in and out and it’s not great when we are all using it. Working and schooling from home has highlighted how slow the connection is 😳

    @virginmedia @NetflixUK @YouNetflix Please tell your call centre staff to stop harassing me. 16 times in 10 days to review service. Including 3 times in one day despite me asking to be removed from lists. After call number 2. Yesterday spoke to three people each call. Yet still they ring !!!!

    @virginmedia See complaint C-310123223 New TV box promised as part of retention package never arrived and Virgin denying all knowledge. Impossible to speak to a human, just endless chatbots. Gone round in circles for a week and now just been given main CS tel number as a 'resolution'. Awful

    @O2 May I add also 5G data is just about as useless in Manchester City Centre. I use the Virgin Media Mobile network. Its been appaling since the switch over pretty much!
