    @virginmedia It’s been rubbish for ages, not just the past few days. The signal from the box is so weak in the house. The signal comes in and out and it’s not great when we are all using it. Working and schooling from home has highlighted how slow the connection is 😳

    Virgin Media is trending and as such it’s a good time to remind people that the only viable speeds should not be provided by the worst broadband company in customer service. Nothing will change if we stay quiet. UK-wide gigabit internet is ESSENTIAL to the growth of the economy.

    @virginmedia What's the max wifi speed the pod provides? Does it have an ethernet port to connect wired instead of wirelessly? 1st generation has a max of 200mbps which would be limiting for my needs. your BB support team are replacing my powerline with WiFi pod, but I think unsuitable.
