    @virginmedia been on the phone for 30 minutes trying to get lack of internet sorted. Myself and neighbours on two year old virgin and all have issues but you cannot detect any. You cant access you technicians diary either so #unresolved. #frustrating @richardbranson

    @virginmedia Yes, I’ve checked them. The thing I’m annoyed about is the lack of notice. I’m an environment where a huge amount of people are still working from home, having no notice is terrible. The timing isn’t great either!

    @virginmedia help internet has gone down done all tests You said need engineer to come and fix but the conformation wont click through son needs internet to do homeschool but earliest appointment is wednesday 8am but wont let me book /confirm it
