@virginmedia I've had engineers round from Virgin media on several occasions. Once I had no Internet for weeks because the engineer wired up the connection to the wrong house outside and I didn't even get a refund for the lack of service.

@virginmedia Yeah, I'm sure they thought long and hard about that one... Services continue to get worse, prices continue to go up under the guise of making them better but never actually do, only new customers get good deals and discount, loyalty not rewarded at all.

@derrickca @virginmedia I’ve just seen an advert for 100mps for £26 ! In 7 years and not one defaulted payment at 3x times that I’ve never had 100mps or close to it. I’m still waiting a year to have my landline sorted so I’d have a backup phone to reach mums carers. 😡
