@virginmedia Still shocking, just managed to speak to someone and I have to wait 10 days for a deadlock letter, but again no a single resolution upon my complaints! Fraudulent sales is very bad! Very upset! I’m sorry but this has been the worse customer service ever!

Why don’t companies offer deals for long standing customers not just new? Been with @virginmedia for 25+ years, started back when it was Telewest; want to downgrade, deal I am looking at is £37 for new customers, same package for me is £69. Where is customer loyalty rewarded?

@virginmedia No. I do not ever switch off data. As soon as I am on a phone call I lose all data connections and the reception is terrible. If I try and use data I get a message to say I can't use data whilst making a phone call
