@virginmedia Wireless and before I get the next question, we all use Macs so we have to borrow cables / adapters to check a wired connection but whenever we do that, would you believe, there’s no issues on those days!

@virginmedia my internet and TV are down and seems like a supply or hub problem. Just called your call centre for help and I appreciate they have a script to follow but no help whatsoever. Earliest they could offer an engineer was tomorrow evening when we are not in!

@virginmedia VM cancelled my direct debit didn't inform me Added £7.50 for non payment. Threatened to stop my services. I rang today virtually accused of lying as VM wouldn't cancel DD. My bank confirms VM cancelled. 2hrs on phone and still not sorted. 🤬
