@PaulbernalUK @virginmedia I had multiple dramas with mine last year/18 months while they were doing the network upgrades, having to resort to 4G. Annoying. Once all the pain is done & you get gigabit broadband using your own router/mesh system & the superhub as just a modem it’s staggeringly good.

@virginmedia At that time only 2 devices were connected. The wifi is pretty much useless, constantly loosing connection. The speed over wifi is extremely low. Do you think it might be an issue with the router?

Mad that I pay £71 a month for 350mbps for @virginmedia Broadband for them to only supply me with 40mbps, internet is barely moving, can’t even load basic web pages on my MacBook or phone. Problems in the Birmingham area?

@virginmedia it’s been three and a half days with zero wifi, tv or phone. No one has seen a single engineer attempt to fix the problems and we’re just consistently given failed times for a fix. Any actual plans to do anything? Again attempts are allegedly only happening tomorrow.
