@virginmedia Last time I called I was told there was a cable problem and the field team would be in touch! The engineer didn’t call at my house and I had to chase... not heard from the field team and here I am chasing again!! I need my installation installed properly!!

@virginmedia I called yesterday about this xmas chaos plus the bill I just received and the lady didn't know what I was talking about. I said I was considering leaving VM and she promised her manager would call within 2 hours. Never happened.

@KelCurwood34 @virginmedia I have broadband with these and no issues, so I was gonna get TV with them, but literally everybody told me to avoid their TV services because it’s so dire. Always coming up with error messages, channels not working. Seems Virgin aren’t ready to TV services right now

Heads up folks who have their Netflix account as part as their main Internet provider package you may have to sign back up for it to continue using your service had to today very annoying and inconvenient to say the least 🙄 it seems that virgin media is doing this
