    If you have @virginmedia broadband and have been having issues the past 24-48 hours and have found their customer services less than helpful then it might be worth a complaint to @Ofcom I’ve just filled a form in. We are now paying for data due to lack of broadband service

    @virginmedia Interesting how quickly a response is given once placed on Twitter. Being told you will be called back and this does not happen only after chasing and then ridiculous question about compensation and stupid language such as deadlock.

    @virginmedia I don’t want to chat. Last time I did that it took 40 mins using my data cos no WiFi. I simply want a link to where I can make a complaint and claim a refund for the wif you aren’t providing. You guys had issues yesterday and are basically now ***************.

    @virginmedia the internet is still out, lots of people complaining. You’ve lied and denied and your customer services have been slack at best. I’ve now had to pay for extra data on my phone to be able to work and function. Can we claim compensation @Ofcom #virginmedia

    @virginmedia 40 minutes it took for one of your operators to answer the telephone with no apology. I pay for a 200MB/s service and am currently receiving about 8MB/s and it’s been like this for weeks. I hope you’ll be adjusting my bill.

    So apparently @virginmedia has a massive issue and we and many others have been told it won’t be working to 29th November. They won’t update the app or their site to reflect this, their twitter team here are not be honest about what is clearly a big problem. #CustomerServiceFail

    @virginmedia Co-01164235 was the code for your error it said this has been repaired but still says status 16:00 today. My Internet was combined in to this issue however after 2 hours and 19 minutes on hold someone refreshed it your end which addressed the net issue but not the TV.

    @virginmedia after 3 weeks complaining about your service your engineer James Crosby has solved the problem with my TV and avoided me cancelling my contract with you . 5 Star Service . I hope you can get all your other departments to work to this standard .

    @happimess73 @virginmedia had a huge battle with Virgin years back. Assured me place I was moving to could have virgin broadband and could carry over. moved. no broadband. Virgin then charged me breach of contract severance pay. Fought it for ~6mo. we won but jesus christ Virgin get your **** together

    @theRealDavood @virginmedia @EE Can't say I have ever had much of a problem with virgin. Although I did loose my rag last year when a customer adviser kept telling me I had to pay £50 & more to speak to retention team. She was the rudest, unhelpful person I have ever come across. I hung up and rang back.

    @virginmedia imagine not giving me internet during LOCKDOWN, having a job interview online and i COULDNT ATTEND IT BECAUSE YOUR SERVICES ARE TERRIBLE. My only chance to get a job and you lot **** it for me. I'm sick and tired of you lying when its going to be 'fixed'.
