    @virginmedia Not expecting a fault free service but an entire day with no Wifi when working from home is not acceptable in the slightest! The texts said some disruption not no service at all? Compensation is required!

    @virginmedia how many months are we supposed to accept an unreliable substandard service in KT2 and how much compensation will we get? Using a @ThreeUK 5G router as backup, it’s not 1GB but at least it is consistent!

    @virginmedia Yes I have it shows no issue. Yet when i call it says there is. Why can you never speak to anyone at Virgin? 90% of channels show W02 error message

    @virginmedia Broadband in SM4 area has been down today since around midday and went down yesterday afternoon too. Actually saw a Virgin Media engineer on our road on a green box and he advised that it was all working again. Service status also currently advises no issue!!

    @virginmedia Vodafone said they wanted proof of my mother inlaw illness and see if it's right for THEM to cancel her contract... She has late stage vascular dementia, half of the time she can't remember where she is let alone where her old blackberry is.

    Less than two weeks on from having to wait a week to get my wifi back up & running, here we are again. No service (Battersea) and 4 days wait for an engineer @virginmedia I deserve to be compensated. This is ridiculous and unworkable. #virginmedia

    @virginmedia hi I reported an issue on sunday & an engineer booked for today who has not shown up. I have hardly any programmes & rebooted box numerous times.I am now unable to get through on the phone as message is saying there is an issue but my service update says no issues

    @virginmedia how can you fine me for being unable to take VM with me to my new home because you don’t cover that area, and even though I was giving 30 days notice but under contract for 7 more months, maybe we should check first with the holy VM, discussing service

    @virginmedia a text to say there may be disruption to services is not the same as no wifi or TV since 8am and not expected back on until 4pm?! Can’t speak to anyone on the phone either! Not acceptable especially when I am having to cancel important work meetings?! Furious!

    @virginmedia Service status is all green, which is wrong because there is known maintenance work happening. My point is that planned work should happen over night to reduce impact.

    @virginmedia I've seen you advising people to call with issues. When I call, it advises going online if you have issues? I've got intermittent quality on my broadband. I've tested online and reset. Is it possible to request a Hub 4?

    @virginmedia New customer, online order 'cancelled' & placed manually by telesales operator (commission??), delivery now postponed by 3 weeks. New details wrong (extra charges) - no one cares or listens - can't speak to anyone! Poor customer service - having second thoughts!

    @virginmedia I have the 200M fibre package, and my internet is consistently too slow for video calling, and often cuts out altogether. ontop of that my bill has increased to £89 which I did not agree to. Can someone speak to me about this?

    @virginmedia @Hpsaucy515 Please catch up with your tech team @virginmedia they are saying there is a known issue with Apple and Virgin. Not sure if this is even true, but customer service taking 48 hours to call back and not able to resolve anything.

    @virginmedia Nothing on service status AC, we’ve had a multitude of broadband problems for a whole year now (obviously all the more crucial when you have home schooling and working from home). Getting constant disconnects and slow speeds even after a hub reset

    @virginmedia To be fair it’s a fairly consistent issue daily, with intermittent drop outs. By the time we have made contact with customer services it’s back on. This does seriously hamper our career progress.
