@virginmedia So it seems you are doing "service improvements" in my area, and "everything should be back to normal by 15:00". It's the middle of the working day....😒😐. Could those improvements not be done at night or during the weekend? Cheers.

@virginmedia Everybody in your company said it should be brought forward then no one calls back and I have to ring to find out nothing is happening .. resolutions team have actually sent a response which is untrue and basically ignore me.. very very poor service @virginmedia

@virginmedia I did. 3 calls to be precise. There seems to be a tech issue on your end which keeps hanging up on callers....I can't afford to lose any more hours, so I've resorted to writing a letter instead. Thanks.

@NickChis @virginmedia I just called their helpline and I was told service improvements are currently being done locally and "everything should be back to normal by 3pm" today. 😒

Hi @virginmedia. I've just spent 1.5 hours/3 calls on the phone with you to cancel my contract due to moving flats. Each time the line went mute after a long wait and eventually disconnected. Please fix your service! Thanks.

@virginmedia thank you for sending out an engineer after the previous two couldn't fix our ongoing issue, but it would've been nice to have gotten a text or more than one call from an unknown number to confirm whether or not they are actually coming x

@virginmedia a text to say there may be disruption to services is not the same as no wifi or TV since 8am and not expected back on until 4pm?! Can’t speak to anyone on the phone either! Not acceptable especially when I am having to cancel important work meetings?! Furious!

@virginmedia An email was received that the first complaint had been resolved and closed. I was expecting a phone call from the supervisor and a resolution. The second was regarding the 1st complaint on why it was closed without discussion. So no wasn’t a duplicate complaint.
