  @virginmedia Pre install was yesterday with technician linking my house to virgin and ever since I've had no Internet from my current provider. spoke with pre install last night, and today, total of 4 handlers then cust. Service with no resolution and nobody wanting to deal with it now!

  It would appear that despite 3 emails to @virginmedia regarding their lack of service, their rubbish broadband and the fact my TV hasn’t worked since November - they have instead chosen to engage debt collectors for a £141.54 (for ONE MONTH) bill. See you in court then I guess.

  Day EIGHT of my complete broadband outage with @virginmedia 😡 However there IS hope. Today an engineer from them is supposed to be arriving-so trying to be positive What a complete nightmare of an experience this has been, so I'm REALLY hoping this will be the turning point🤞
