    @virginmedia Reg is YT17ZTM, it’s one of the few road in the area where permits are not needed every day, only on match days. Would you not help the driver get a permit for his own Rd? What rules do you have for driver vans being left outside of work hours?

    @virginmedia Thanks for your reply. I have been trying since last week to cancel my rolling 1m Broadband contract (nothing to do with the service, just needed it while renting). I have tired for 4 days to get through on the only # on your website to cancel a service but can’t get through.

Utterly useless, I could move to another provider I would, cannot stand them. @skytv customer service used to be incredible when I was with them, Virgin could learn a lot from them! 😡

    @KingMatW @virginmedia Look at getting a business connection put in, costs more but the service is faster and more consistent. Faults tend to get fixed quick for business users as if not they then owe you any business losses they caused

    @hayleybeau @virginmedia At least I tried to help you by sending you that jpeg picture with commands to use on the Command Prompt. You should at least try to use those commands on the Command Prompt screen. You need to practice using those directions.

    @virginmedia We’ve restarted it, we’ve restarted the router but nothing is fixing this problem. It is definitely a virgin issue as we have replaced the TV! And it still happens

    @virginmedia you’re customer service is disgusting you’re communication is diabolical. Rather than passing the buck all the time educate you’re staff you’re systems seem dated and not clear hence the continued loss of notes.
