Possibly the worst service Iv ever experience by @virginmedia signed up to a new contract on 4/08/22. Installation engineer was due today, no contact from virgin. called call centre on the phone for 56min multiple transfers asked to redo everything including provide bank details

@virginmedia Download speeds in SW18 are down to 5Mbps (on a 200Mb account) after works in the area earlier in the week. Called to report the issue only to be told by a message to wait 24hrs to see if the issue resolves itself. Can you please log the issue? Thanks.

@virginmedia Many complaints have been raised and we have tried to leave the contract due to the complete lack of anything beneficial to actually fix our broadband. Of course I’m not having a a go at you but your customer service team is very bad. They don’t care about actually helping 👍🏾

@virginmedia @freyabob 2 months of dealing with your whatsapp and the people on it cannot even do basic math, I'm being serious I paid 60 they wanted 30 more and when I said 90 they acted completely oblivious to what I was saying as if 90 never existed, the live chat has been an absolute failure
