@virginmedia Also "we're" not "were" Yes pls - can you give update on "Trouble Call 12165447"? I was given that as a reference number for issue engineers were investigating; I received a text saying it was fixed but the problem persists. Also - insane that your bot asks for bank sort code!

@EE hi there why has the broadband internet become so poor recently. When I switched a few months back from @virginmedia the signal was always reliable around 50 to 60mbps never dropping out. Recently keeps dropping out to below 2mbps which is the reason I switched from virgin.

@virginmedia Service down 2.30pm Monday came back Tuesday 3.00pm went again about 8pm Tuesday evening. Came back Wednesday morning. Broadband has gone again and website says service won’t be back until 4pm Sunday. This isn’t good enough.

@virginmedia @deez_boof Virgin have problems with the hubs friend, they will tell you absolutely anything to evade the admission that: they over sell the service and where analogue is converted to digital becomes blocked, it’s like trying to poor a bucket of water through the hole the size of a thimble
