    @virginmedia It seems to happen whenever there’s bad weather. I wouldn’t have thought weather could affect tv / WiFi services, unless it’s just a coincidence.

    @virginmedia Yep that’s funny. Really is. Do you not think I’ve not tried ringing you & only can do so on my mobile as no landline remember, on hold up to 40 mins+ & then cut off. You try it. It’s impossible to speak to a real person. WORST SERVICE EVER👎🏻

    @virginmedia It’s working this morning but both broadband and TV have been having long outages (on av 6hrs per day) since Friday. I’m in NW10 and service status says it won’t be fixed until 12 Oct - is this still the case?

    @virginmedia I just want 2 speak 2 someone that will sort issues out ASAP without holding for an hour & more. App chat is non responsive. Beyond frustrated by no phone or broadband & terrible backup help support non existent. How can I fix this or please just cancel as had enough now.

    @Ofcom hi, @virginmedia is refusing to help us deal with constant scam calls on a new number after our old one was bombarded with them too. It would seem that that somehow scammers have got hold of some of their numbers. How do we deal with this if Virgin won’t?

    @virginmedia Your reply was 15 hours after the event. All my services were 'down' for about four hours. I'm just 'lucky', I s'pose, that it didn't happen during my working shift that day... cuz I don't get paid if I can't get online!

    @virginmedia There seems to be a disparity between what your representatives on the phone are aware of and what your engineers on the ground are aware of. For instance, we were told there was no more 'planned work' yesterday evening and like clockwork an outage is reported at 8.30 this AM.

    @suezUK @JohnS1969 I had full ppe, the issue is the paper work, I had recently bought the house and didn't have a virgin media bill or a council tax bill, but I did have the deeds to the property and every other manner of identification that proved without question the house was mine
