@virginmedia That is the first thing I checked and after the call center told me all is fine, an engineer will be sent out on Monday a text came back about 3 hours later to say there was actually an issue and you are working on it. So after we all called an issue was found hope it is fixed

got a phone call from a representative of @vmbusiness told them that I won’t talk to them unless they provide an email so I can track who I am talking with. the response: goodbye and hang down. Virgin Media Business customer care is the worst I ever experienced.

@virginmedia mmm. Apparently because 10 flats are not working at the same time it is not a fault on your side but each one of us has the same issue by chance as your sys say all is good. Well all is not good and we have to wait till Monday for an engineer (all of us) area 22

@Defencebrief @virginmedia Cancel your contract. Book a replacement. They'll then call you. Insist you'll only reconsider if they do the whole package for less than £55/month. They're desperate to keep your money so they'll almost certainly do it. They have to call you, btw, usual cs staff can't do it.

@virginmedia The saga goes on. Lunchtime I got a text saying the issue was fixed. It wasn’t. Contacted what’s app again. Said they would send an engineer out. I work until 6 so they couldn’t book a date and specific time. One appointment on Saturday. The man tried to book it but it was gone

@Defencebrief @virginmedia Precisely. Unless there are 6 of you in the house streaming movies then 1g is a bit pointless! The only thing to watch with companies such as plusnet offering cheap deals, is that the routers provided can be less than amazing. That's a cheap and easy fix though. Good luck!
