    @virginmedia what time does your call centre open? Been without broadband all day through a fault now it’s showing as fixed but we are still without service. Have done all online tests. Please respond as this is unacceptable. Spending a fortune running 2 laptops from hotspots!

    Which idiot at @virginmedia thought it was a good idea to take most of North London’s broadband down and to schedule upgrade and maintenance work to start at 9.30 a.m. on a weekday morning when thousands of people are WFH? That’s ridiculous.

    @virginmedia can you help us out? Service has been BAD for the past month. 3 time calling call centres and NOBODY picks up. Engineer appointment booked but cancelled as ‘issue solved’. It keeps disconnecting devices throughout the day. We work from home. Help or go to BT?

    @virginmedia TOTAL LIE. Spent majority of lockdown complaining about my intermittent service, dropping out during meetings etc. Eventually moved to a different provider and paid @virginmedia TWICE. Told to return equipment BEFORE a chq will be sent. No Chq received YET.

    1/2 Absolutely disgraceful service from @virginmedia - we’ve been trying to cancel your service since the middle of October and have been repeatedly cut off when being transferred to the cancellation team. In the end we had no choice but to cancel our DD.

    @virginmedia And how am I to do that with no service? It took 3 technicians to figure out my modem had to be “pin reset” and another to rename it properly. Thats 1 hr of my life gone. So glad @CommunityFibre has arrived near me.

    @virginmedia I spoke to someone at the end of Dec to cancel, to retain me they kept my cost the same and increased Internet speed. Now I've received a bill for double the amount agreed and no one will provide me the evidence of the live chat conversation and just moved straight to cancel.

    @virginmedia It feels your WhatsApp service is appalling...Not even sure if it is an automated service or it is an operator.Anyway I texted I'm not interested any longer. I will renew my TV&Internet as it works for me but your customer service is really poor. You should make things easier 😕

    @virginmedia Not understanding the question. The devices not working are connected to my linksys velop. The connection to the velop stopped 2 days ago when the hub light went from white to amber. The hub3 isn’t good enough for our house as now we have dropped signal and no signal upstairs

    @virginmedia I am currently in Tenerife. I’ve been here 3 days and cannot connect to any network. I have checked all the settings on my account and on my phone and have tried manually connecting. No joy. Cannot get through to you for help v
