@virginmedia not the best time to have an outage if all your services!!! Happens far to often for my liking and often for hours on end if not the whole day. As a home worker I rely on my internet connection!!! Sort it out!!!

@virginmedia @virginhelp #internet. This hasn’t been resolved Virgin. Virgin Media told The Sun some of its 8.7million customers experienced a brief issue with their TV service this morning but says this has now been resolved.

@ProfWoodward @virginmedia I can believe it. That’s outrageous - and clearly they don’t need the business. Which given the expense of their broadband + TV package seems about right. If it’s any consolation - it’s down a lot, and the speed we get is constantly being throttled, even before covid.

@lemonfreshrob @virginmedia Me too....been 5weeks and service is shocking. Not settling for it anymore . Just contacted BT and they are gonna install me WiFi with them in 2 weeks fibre as was with them before for 3 years and never ever had an issue with them

@MPIainDS people in the E4 area have been unable to work for days due to the @virginmedia internet service having 0 upload speed. Every day they say it will be fixed by 2pm, every day it’s not fixed. Can you escalate this? They will not compensate for loss of earnings.

@virginmedia I can't get through by phone, the community page is a joke as no one can do anything, the chat service is pointless as by the time you get a reply, the agent has finished for the day and the new person has to start fresh or they book a bloody engineer.

@virginmedia We are suffering ongoing issues. Today is ok so far. I can't afford to spend hours phoning VM every time there is an issue. And our issue is the same for everyone on the street, so one person from our group calls and then updates the rest of the group.
