@virginmedia It’s happening periodically on a wired connection (not wifi related). When it happens upstream drops to 150-300Kbps and downstream drops massively too. No known issues reported in my area, but it’s been happening for a few days now.

THE worst #customerservice from @virginmedia TV signal unusable for over a month. Numerous calls, terrible automated service. Eventually get engineer booked today between 8am-12pm and they don't turn up! Plus they mess up an upgrade. Any ideas VM? Think i may just go to @SkyUK
