@AVWorldwide @virginmedia They're absolutely useless. I had them for several years and the service only got worse and worse yet prices only went up. I kept saying I would leave each year and finally did it a year ago, moved to sky. So glad I did, virgin are beyond shocking.

@virginmedia Installed the new hub 4 - it’s connected but no broadband. You’re not set up to run diagnostic tests so don’t know where problem lies. Phone Virgin, on hold for an hour, then get cut off. No meaningful support online.
