    @virginmedia The picture begins to stutter and flicker. The tivo box also becomes very slow to respond to remote inputs. Our other tivo box is not affected. Thanks for replying

    @virginmedia I have been trying to reach out to call center agent for over 2 weeks now. I was promised from online agent that someone will call me within an hour. That call never came! This is unbelievably poor service!

    @virginmedia Yes, I've done checks. The service will stay down unless I reboot the hub 3.0. The cables are fine and the hub isn't overheating.

    @theshmelaarr @virginmedia Ffs - that’s so bad man! I had issues with BT. Switched to sky even though they use the same lines as BT and works a charm. I get 70 to 80mbps tho.. no where near what virgin promises. Hope they do you a solid and sort it out for ya
