    When you spend 2 hours on the phone to @virginmedia about a complaint that’s taken them over a month to respond to and they pretend not to hear you and hang up the phone coincidentally when they close at 9pm. I’m going to lose my **** soon.

    So @virginmedia have just told me that a complaint I made over a month ago was actually never going to go anywhere and was only with the person I made the complaint to. I’ve just wasted a month on a complaint that was never going to get resolved. They wonder why ppl hate them

    @virginmedia Slow broadband. I spent ages on the phone to your helpline and s was hen they couldn’t do anything they said an engineer would call. Waited on all day but he didn’t bother.

    @virginmedia awful customer service! A letter saying my bill going up 21.50, which is shocking, but not until current offer expires in July, CS telling me it goes up in May, they then say it will go up to 161 in July which is £90 more than i currently pay then I get hung up on!

    @virginmedia Well, because I am only 95% sure it's a modem problem I also booked an engineer to come out, which I do see but not the order. I figured I'd hedge my bets. Has it overridden and cancelled the order (which is much more likely the cause)?
