@virginmedia 1h 15 jon the phone just to try to get my TV service up and running and now being told no service until the end of the month -computer says no to getting an engineer around unless your broadband is not working either -surely a better way #rubbishcustomerservice

@virginmedia Hi, I have 1GB line on Hub 4. When I start my MacBook I get 500gb, if I leave on standby for 15-20 minutes it goes to 20 mb unless I restart my laptop which is so annoying could someone please help me to stay on the same speed all the time

@virginmedia The SAR apparently should take up to 30 days by which point it will have been 8 weeks since original complaint with no response from VM meaning I can go to CISAS with all evidence needed.

@virginmedia I have not internet in my flat in EC1V9ET since Monday. No explanation no comment and after calling the Customer Service team every day for an update today I was told that I should not be working from home if I’m not a business.! So that’s just 👍 great. That’s why 1
