@virginmedia we had an outage yesterday that you advised was fixed at around 2pm, but it isn't! Your service status says there is no longer an issue, but we're only getting broadband for about 5 minutes every few hours so there's definitely a problem. How do we report this?

@virginmedia Since I’ve had the fibre optic nothing but problems with my box rebooting all the time then glitches constantly I had no issues when I had my copper wiring but since they change none stop issues
