  @virginmedia Never had we have such a terrible Internet service. Absolutely NEVER. "Can't find server.", for whatever page we want, day after day. Then it finds the server; next minute - puff! Gone! Absolutely abysmal.

  @virginmedia your system says it can’t see any fault on my services but that it can’t run a test on them. Something is wrong clearly, please offer me some support so I can begin my working day at some point.

  @Dratcliffe1986 @virginmedia @ExeterBub You need to first register the outage through Virgin media itself. I do this everytime there is an outage. Virgin will usually then give you any compensation, if they don't, then report to Ofcom.

  @soarizard @elliviant Tbf mine is usually about £125, rn it’s down to like £76 but I also have tv package with Virgin Media. I have all the sports channels and so I do pay a lot, but I’m not sure how much my broadband is separately! But yes, mine WHEELY fast 🤘🏻🤓
