@virginmedia I reported a fault on my Home Telephone with Virgin Media on 6th March I am still waiting for this to be repaired. Virgin Media are absolutely disgusting for customer service. Don't ever join them!

@virginmedia My aim is to take you to small claims court as you DO NOT respond except on Twitter to them tell me - oh you need to do this on line and some responses take longer than 28days. You are just a poor company with contempt for customers even when we ‘follow’ your requests

@virginmedia Yes even with a wired connection anyone with Virgin in my area has been having this problem around 9.30pm your WiFi dies and doesn't start working again till about half 1/2 in the morning which isn't acceptable.
