@virginmedia I spent almost an hour on the phone to a nice customer advisor who then forwarded me to another department. half hour later my disconnect. I called back to go through security- when answering my q’s disconnected. another half hour disconnected. Can comeone call me!!!

@virginmedia Known issue reported. Estimated fix: 24+ hours after issue began 🙄… Wouldn’t be as bad if everyone weren’t tethering on their phones as a result of the outage. Seeing only 2 Mbps @EE when on 4G 🤨

@virginmedia Now 24 hours without broadband, you have the entire country being told to work from home and you can’t provide any details as to why. I understand you’re probably using fewer techs but I’d have thought you’d be able to triage a problem in less than a day, or know the actual issue

@BockerWright @virginmedia New customer. Loyal to BT but taken the gamble on trying it for 18 month. Agree hub is rubbish. BUT ... before going down the modem mode route I persisted. Got the Pod WiFi (I believe Mesh) and so far so good. Cust Svc ok once get through. 500mb
