I upgraded our wifi from 200mbps to 500mbps but as always the darn thing is even slower than before. The worst thing about is am paying even more now?? I complained so many times but @virginmedia only ignores it. Why are you deceiving the public @virginmedia? @BBCWatchdog

@virginmedia It was slightly better, but not much. I WFH, like most ppl and during meeting calls the internet connection is atrocious. It's not professional and frustrating. I end up hotspotting my phone. Thinking of cancelling contract if issue persists #internetIssues

Why is it SO painful trying to watch a programme on @BBCiPlayer via @virginmedia TiVo box. Any programme, every time without fail, hangs, pauses, stops, often ending up with "Something went wrong playing this programme". It's awful.

@virginmedia The issue isn’t not connecting, sorry, the issue is that two devices can’t both get good quality WiFi at the same time. I can connect my mobile for example but then my laptop would have lags, and vice versa. Makes 2 x WFH adults really frustrated!
