@virginmedia My internet keeps dropping (right now for instance) and it’s been like this for since I signed up (2 months). All my neighbours have been complaining about the same. During a period when I need my internet almost at all times it’s letting me down and making me lose business

@virginmedia Hi CW, thanks for the update. It's been over 72 hours and the phone line still isn't working. Appreciate that these are difficult times for everyone but that's a long time to not have a service. It's your senior managers who need to sort themselves out.

@virginmedia I think it’s pretty poor that your routers don’t allow us to change DNS servers - I’d like to use some family filtering (Cloudflare/Cleanbrowsing etc) and have to do it per device instead. The kids will figure out how to change that in no time!

got a phone call from a representative of @vmbusiness told them that I won’t talk to them unless they provide an email so I can track who I am talking with. the response: goodbye and hang down. Virgin Media Business customer care is the worst I ever experienced.

@virginmedia Not now that we have invested in a £300 mesh WiFi system so we can get WiFi across the house as the router is pointless. And apparently the issue is with the infrastructure in the Sotih Croydon area so intermittent broadband is to be expected 🙄

@virginmedia I tried all that, the bloke on the phone told me an engineer would be the only one who could fix it, surprisingly it started working after a few hours, don’t have much confidence in your tool or your help desk! Neither seems to know what they are doing!

@virginmedia There isn’t a fault, the issue is the current router. I have tested it with a third party AX router on loan and the bandwidth is far greater. So I know the issue lies with current Hub 4
