  The service from @virginmedia is utterly dreadful. Had Wi-Fi issues so they sent someone out to rectify. Worked for 2 days then the same issues started again. Not had working Wi-Fi for the last 3 weeks. If your thinking of going with them for tv / internet, go with someone else.

  @virginmedia Pre install was yesterday with technician linking my house to virgin and ever since I've had no Internet from my current provider. spoke with pre install last night, and today, total of 4 handlers then cust. Service with no resolution and nobody wanting to deal with it now!

  @virginmedia had tv service issues since last weekend 18th May, fix was due to be done on the 18th but still isn’t resolved. Now having internet issues aswell. Is there any fix date please as the vm app states fix is the 18th May?!
