@virginmedia Thanks. It’s only been down this morning. I’m advised it’ll be back by 4pm. So I lose one day of study/work and have no recompense because it isn’t 2 days. I can’t wait to leave Virgin Media but feel trapped. Not a good place to be.

@virginmedia ..there is a clear path from our house to the box, they just need to rectify the problem and send through a larger sponge to make sure the obstruction isn't there before they leave the property. They failed to do the job properly, and then again failed to return to sort it out.
