@virginmedia You’d think their customer services were good according to their lovely adverts. Automation is only so good when it keeps you in a useless loop going nowhere.

-
Cara-Heleny (noses too please) Stripp (@CaraLaraLa) reported from Camden Town, England
@virginmedia Prehaps it would be better if the customer service line was set up to service customers? Not laugh at them and try to sell them business accounts as we are working from home in a pandemic. I guess I'll invest more time trying to solve your supply issue.
-
david (@kentsoc) reported from Bromley, England

-
Lee West (@West0Lee) reported from Croydon, England
@virginmedia This is getting boring now. Contacted customer services to be told a Virtual Technician would ring me by 18:00. I wasn’t holding out any hope. So far been without TV or Broadband for 10 days with so called engineers never turning up to replace equipment. I give up !!!!!

@virginmedia Hello, we called last night about our fault and repeatedly asked to be escalated to a manager, as this is ongoing for a month. No-one would, one member of staff even laughed and put us back in the queue. So not sure how a DM is going to help now.

Simon Crowther (@SCcrowther) reported from Hackney, England
@virginmedia As I said, I am aware of the contract - however it reflects very poorly from a customer service perspective. You can’t offer a service to the capital city and want to charge me for your lack of coverage. Shocking business practise. #avoid #ripoffbritain @bbcone

ian (@IanBorrett) reported from Lambeth, England
@Jay_Kay_Pea @virginmedia I've never encountered a company where it is so difficult to speak to an actual person.

@virginmedia what’s going on with the service in SM4? No internet, no phone, no broadband???
-
Cara-Heleny (noses too please) Stripp (@CaraLaraLa) reported from Camden Town, England
@virginmedia We clearly stated that our intermittent issue, connection dropa multiple times a day and stays down for 30 mins at times, happened on both wired and wireless connections. Your operative tried to sell us a WiFi extender for an extra £5 a month - a huge rip off and fixes nothing.
-
david (@kentsoc) reported from Bromley, England
@virginmedia I want to speak with an agent in the U.K. The bad line and my hearing make it very difficult to understand your colleagues in other Asia

Bappi (@Bappi37800092) reported
@virginmedia Well then why does the virgin router signal keep dropping on and off? Surely you are accountable for that? This happens after every couple of months. I don’t want to do a wire test. I need the wifi as was

Darren (@iDGMxD) reported
@virginmedia Disgusting service, paying for m350 and getting 6mbps at best! Tried webchat and it tells you to reset the hub, like i havent tried that, then when i test my equipment online apparently nothing is wrong? 6mbps instead of 350? Oh believe me there is something wrong.
