  Called Virgin Media to complain about the TV box not working and to get it removed from my package. Somehow ended up singing another 18 month contract with the TV box included but at a reduced price. Not ideal but not horrendous.

  @virginmedia It’s been terrible since early June. Yes I have tried wired and wireless. There was an issue in the area that was ‘fixed’ a few days ago but nothing has changed. 4 people have come to the house and ‘fixed’ the issue. No change. I have work to do.

  @GameRiot Exactly, who doesn't have the internet in 2026, virgin Media internet went down and was fixed for me with in 4 hours. If you don't log on you don't lose your games, just need to sign back in to play.
