    @virginmedia It was slightly better, but not much. I WFH, like most ppl and during meeting calls the internet connection is atrocious. It's not professional and frustrating. I end up hotspotting my phone. Thinking of cancelling contract if issue persists #internetIssues

    just spent 3 hours on the phone with @virginmedia trying to get an early termination fee waived (for an account which they cancelled) only to be passed to about 8 departments, and then be told it’s not possible and I’d have to make a complaint.. make it make sense pls

    @virginmedia The issue isn’t not connecting, sorry, the issue is that two devices can’t both get good quality WiFi at the same time. I can connect my mobile for example but then my laptop would have lags, and vice versa. Makes 2 x WFH adults really frustrated!

    @virginmedia We have tried but after 45mins we ended up in another dept as no one available to help - she didn’t want to do anything in fear of stopping new box being sent. So we now hopefully answer to our internet problem but was told our phone package would not change - will be on record

    Looks like i am going to be on the phone most of tomorrow to Virgin Media , their wifi coverage is shocking dont know why we went back to them , and we pay nearly £65 for on/off signal

    @virginmedia I tried still the same issue, it was a call from a supervisor. I was on the phone for 1h 45 mins and didn’t get anywhere
