    @JockItch96 @virginmedia Don’t know how many times I’ve told you mate, the worst company in the world. When I cancelled them they carried on trying to take money then put a black mark on my credit file for non payment. Wouldn’t use them if they were the only choice!! Go Sky!!

    @virginmedia shocking customer service and shocking logistics - internet down over Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day . Time to leave this poorly driven ‘tech’ company. The level of communication for a communications provider is appalling for this day and age.

    Still no TV, phone or internet in TW11 since Thursday morning. Their website is showing no known issues in the area! What an incompetent and disgraceful company @virginmedia

    @virginmedia Thanks but from what I read on social media yesterday, we were not the only ones using Virgin Media having problems and sure we do not all live in Welling! Will see what happens next time we try to watch #EFL footie on the red button. But thanks for the acknowledgement

    @virginmedia Thank you. I'm way beyond reviewing your site for tech support (which is limited) and have cancelled my account. I asked Virgin Media to take some responsibility for 5 months of problems by not charging us for the 30 day cancellation period but they wouldn't even consider this.

    Season’s greetings to @virginmedia Broadband unusable for over a week now. The ETA to fix is 2nd Jan, when whoever’s job it is to fix my issue comes back from their break. I especially enjoyed the staff who refused to put me through to a manager even though I asked 4 times

    We have internet, thank you to the engineers who fixes it but @virginmedia need to take a long hard look at how they managed this, poor poor communication , o-one monitoring SM over the weekend, a classic lesson in failing in crisis management and customer care

    @virginmedia Engineer noted it last month when he fixed telephone line. It has become worse overnight, probably hit by a car. Have reported via virgin media online complaint also.

    (2/2) - not to mention the internet quality is extremely poor since the services have been restored and the whole system needs to be restarted each time I need to use it. Terrible customer services and what else can be expected from @virginmedia

    Trying to reach us on our office line? @virginmedia media have spectacularly failed in attempts to divert our calls to a mob while we are obeying the welsh 'work from home' directive. Wrong divert first time (just copy/paste), then the promised fix failed to materialise. grrr!

    @virginmedia The big brick looking one with the light that goes around near the top, I think it's the hub 4 and funnily enough as the WiFi signal of a brick aswell.
