    @virginmedia our Virgin fiber is down *again*. The connection test is just taking me through the steps and then starting over with no option to book an engineer. The website signs me out whenever I attempt to find a number to call and says I need to be signed in to contact you.

    @bt_uk Your service is completely useless... I have now had three engineering appointments booked and the engineer has never turned up to any of them. Leaving us without a phone or our internet for weeks is completely unacceptable. Comes to something when Virgin Media are better.
