@virginmedia Wi-Fi and I have and have had several engineers out and the last one said there was nothing he could do as the signal was too weak and they was 18 months ago and only now potential upgrade /boost :-(

@virginmedia Called from Bangalore touting me to renew contract offering me upgrades but lied about cost, sorted this out, then VM continued to bill me at rate I never agreed too, then we had four days of outages, then Bangalore team just disconnect if they cannot sort out a problem

@virginmedia Sent a message through live chat on 31/12/22 to cancel my contract and give 4 notice but it was a bot I sent message to and expected someone to action request next day but this never happened and my service still isn't cancelled and I'm being asked for another months money 😐
