  @JessOrchardd @virginmedia I think they know their equipment is faulty and will never work properly. This is my fourth broadband provider and I have never experienced this. It was the only broadband instantly available in my new house. I really should have waited.

  @Papi85799379 @virginmedia Is awful isn’t it? Mine’s been on and off since early June. Many people have come out and ‘fixed’ it for it to be even worse. One guy said that he went out and fixed whatever the issue was, but he was in my house the whole time!

  @virginmedia He relies on his television to watch Sky Sports. That is the service he pays for, and at the moment that service has failed him. Please can you confirm what the actual fault is and when you expect Sky Sports through Virgin TV to be working again?
