  @virginmedia Never had we have such a terrible Internet service. Absolutely NEVER. "Can't find server.", for whatever page we want, day after day. Then it finds the server; next minute - puff! Gone! Absolutely abysmal.

  It would appear that despite 3 emails to @virginmedia regarding their lack of service, their rubbish broadband and the fact my TV hasn’t worked since November - they have instead chosen to engage debt collectors for a £141.54 (for ONE MONTH) bill. See you in court then I guess.

  @virginmedia what an awful company. Someone I know is selling their house. Not gone through yet while they were out you came and drilled holes in their house and attached cable to the neighbours fence. Went when told to get off their property but you turned up again today.

  @virginmedia Yes, it has happened yet again today. Not working at all. Rebooted several times. As usual App says no problems in the area. Happens every 4-6 weeks. Then we call virgin and wait 5-8 days for an engineer!Then it comes back on b4 engineer turns up.!

  @virginmedia My son is job hunting and needs the internet. What with issues with you taking over my son’s Netflix account and giving us ads, we’ve had several times where we have lost services. Only renewed a few weeks ago! Wish I’d gone to Sky.

  @O2 @KerZE87 O2 has went downhill since they merged with Virgin media. I constantly have issues logging into myo2 app because I use a different email address for my o2 and virgin media accounts. Constantly asked to link the accounts which I do then I cant log into the apps.

  @Just_Katie_x @virginmedia Had a similar problem with them years when cancelling due to moving house. Absolutely useless would never use them again.
