@virginmedia thanks virgin media for a wasting 5 hours of my day waiting for an engineer after I reported a fault with my landline on Sunday. Turns out it was a problem with your cabinet so the engineer didn't need to check my property.

@SonosSupport I’ve only noticed it today, I’ve had the same set up for 3 years and then just stopped. Doesn’t seem to be an issue with any other devices. No extenders as I live in a tiny flat and my speakers are all less than 5m from the router - my router is a Virgin Media hub 3.0 - ta

@virginmedia That’s what I keep telling them! But they insisted it’s the only way to fix our issue (of everything in the house, including things hardwired in) loosing connection. Have had a call - apparently now there’s an outage - first time in 10 months they’ve given me that excuse.

@angela_royle @virginmedia Completely agree. Their entire business model is centred around trapping new customers with low price incentives whilst hiking up the price of loyal customers plans and making it impossible to leave. You can only cancel via a congested, inefficient call centre service.
