    Not the best start to the day when you attempt to log-on to work and discover that @virginmedia is down. Hoping that we don’t get anywhere near as late as 11:55 for KT2, that the website is saying that the issue is supposed to be resolved by.

    @vmbusiness my experience as a virgin business customer has is appalling. Constant outage, no apologies or comp, no one gets back to you, 45 mins wait this am to speak to someone in Manila who couldnt help me. No internet since Sunday 4pm unable to take payment #useless

    @Junkyard_Fool @Ebbrell67 Virgin Media for me. I have their fastest service, and it isn’t cheap, but you definitely get what you pay for. Four of us in our house, all working/studying from home, multiple devices connected, plus Hive, Ring, etc. Very rarely lets us down.

    @virginmedia The service is fine in the area .I had an engineer visit 2 weeks back & had confirmed the router is all fine. The signal strength is too low in all these days and we need to sit next to router to work . Needs this fixed as kids can't get home learning done
