@virginmedia 40 minutes it took for one of your operators to answer the telephone with no apology. I pay for a 200MB/s service and am currently receiving about 8MB/s and it’s been like this for weeks. I hope you’ll be adjusting my bill.

So apparently @virginmedia has a massive issue and we and many others have been told it won’t be working to 29th November. They won’t update the app or their site to reflect this, their twitter team here are not be honest about what is clearly a big problem. #CustomerServiceFail

@virginmedia I have been charged £288 disconnection fee for renewing a contract i was going to cancel but decided to stay as I did not want the TV package, Was never advised I would have to pay a exit fee. Also I have not had any acknowledgement from my cpmplaints through the website!

@virginmedia No I haven’t. I have given 30 days notice to cancel. Through no fault of my own I have no broadband. Before I spoke to your technical dept, I had broadband but due to their incompetence, when I finished speaking to them I had no broadband. 4 hours on hold with different depts.
