I have been trying since last week to cancel my rolling 1m Broadband contract (nothing to do with the service, just needed it while renting). I have tired for 4 days to get through on the only # on your website to cancel a service but can’t get through.

As per my previous message, it usually comes back in a few hours, but it's not acknowledged in Service Status. I'm getting incoming mail OK; it just won't send. #virginmedia #email
