    @ProfWoodward @virginmedia I can believe it. That’s outrageous - and clearly they don’t need the business. Which given the expense of their broadband + TV package seems about right. If it’s any consolation - it’s down a lot, and the speed we get is constantly being throttled, even before covid.

    @virginmedia not the best time to have an outage if all your services!!! Happens far to often for my liking and often for hours on end if not the whole day. As a home worker I rely on my internet connection!!! Sort it out!!!

    @virginmedia @virginhelp #internet. This hasn’t been resolved Virgin. Virgin Media told The Sun some of its 8.7million customers experienced a brief issue with their TV service this morning but says this has now been resolved.

    @lemonfreshrob @virginmedia Me too....been 5weeks and service is shocking. Not settling for it anymore . Just contacted BT and they are gonna install me WiFi with them in 2 weeks fibre as was with them before for 3 years and never ever had an issue with them

    @virginmedia It gets worse. 24 hours with little or no signal. Having been told yesterday that because the fault was yours, not that of my equipment, an engineer would be despatched urgently despite it being a public holiday. 1/2

    @richardbranson It kind of makes me mad when I see this because I'm paying for service what this gentleman owns Virgin media Very bad customer service and service multiple times loss of service and no compensation they say I do not qualify for days of Bad service Well I will not be staying😡
