    @virginmedia Just now. The service is appalling. They have no up-to-date info on faults, they can’t explain why faults often happen in SW5 9, and point blank refused to put me through to someone who could explain the faults, and also refused my request for a call back from a Uk based manager

    Hey @virginmedia! 3 days no internet or TV, you cancelled 2 visits because of ‘local network problems’, even though you identified a local fault in my premises. Can’t book another visit until the network fault is cleared. Oh, and to book it I have to call you again! #Fail

    @LynseyAnneWhite @virginmedia @Ofcom When they cannot even run a consistent broadband and tv service in central London you know they’re an unreliable organisation . Plus you cannot get through to customer service . On hold for hours and when you do get through you get someone rude who cannot communicate

    @mattbundy82 @virginmedia Oh they are appalling! I was a loyal customer for years until their service quality plummeted.... and the. They just blatantly started lying on my customer record in order to close jobs and complaints down that hadn’t been resolved. I left pretty decisively

    If you’re considering getting broadband / tv in SW5 central London don’t bother with @virginmedia. The service drops out almost daily for many hours and the customer service is non existent @ofcom

    So @virginmedia in error cut off our internet because another house nearby cancelled. And now they’ve made an error in the re-connection which means they have no idea when our internet will be fixed. Never thought I’d long for the days of good old @bt_uk.

    @virginmedia All connections are secure and it’s been reset many times over the last few weeks. And virgin send new signals to the router and it makes no odds. Im confident it’s a problem with the new router you’ve sent as the old router gave us NONE of these issues.

    @virginmedia I’ve checked using virgin’s service status site and apparently there are no issues. I’m so fed up of having the same conversation with virgin about this, how do I get it resolved? If I can’t work, Virgin won’t get paid. Simple as.
