  The service from @virginmedia is utterly dreadful. Had Wi-Fi issues so they sent someone out to rectify. Worked for 2 days then the same issues started again. Not had working Wi-Fi for the last 3 weeks. If your thinking of going with them for tv / internet, go with someone else.

  @virginmedia I rebooted, called the number, it says there is a known issue in my area and engineers are working on it. Does this take 5 days to fix? I try the status online and it tells me everything is fine but it isn’t. Is there anyone looking at this. I’ve never had an issue last this long

  @virginmedia Never had we have such a terrible Internet service. Absolutely NEVER. "Can't find server.", for whatever page we want, day after day. Then it finds the server; next minute - puff! Gone! Absolutely abysmal.

Added the service, gave me £4 discount off my monthly bill then found another offer £2 less. So I have an extra service plus £5 a month saving for 18 months. Change to @TalkTalk they are excellent.

  Yet more shockingly poor service from @virginmedia. Long standing customer but have been trying for three months now to change my package and can’t because three times now I’ve been told I’ll be called and haven’t! Literally don’t care about their customers at all
