@virginmedia Since this afternoon getting drops in the internet for 20 seconds or up to a minute. I have my own router, wireless mesh plus the hub 3 is in modem mode which means it’s usually very reliable. Any issues on the entire network or croydon area?

@virginmedia This is day three of significant problems with our internet. Each day there is a message stating it will be up and running by 3pm. But it isn't! Huge inconvenience as it is disrupting working from home and my children need reliable internet for their schooling.

@virginmedia I followed the steps there is nothing wrong with the equipment and it doesn't list anything wrong in the area however at the times it goes down other people with virgin in the area who I know also experience the same issues

@virginmedia What reference number??? I got told there was never a complaint made. When there actually was but @virginmedia being @virginmedia there's no paper chase or even a engineer that seemly never came out. Very very strange.
