    @virginmedia No, but more failed, incompetence calls with tech support. Forums cannot change your servers, but tech support can Another few days of waiting with heavily restricted services and no sign of client service.i have spent over 20k with you over the years.

    @virginmedia No technician has visited. The issue is not with the household. The issue is with the provider, which is why the service status line says there is an issue. Its been like clockwork works during 8am-4pm then is awful overnight. Today its decided to be terrible constantly.

    So @virginmedia has now lost broadband service in SW16 for the third time in less than a week. I am dependent on this for my work. It is utterly unacceptable that they don't debug this properly. Even their website is buggered too so I can't find a line to call.
