@simon_tabor @virginmedia My Virgin TV hasn’t been working since the 29th of July. They’ve “sent” 3 technicians, none of them have made it here. this is hands down the worst run service provider, with unethical, unhelpful customer service teams.

@virginmedia Thats a real comedy tweet. We had our slower reliable service upgraded in September & have barely had a day when our WiFi has been uninterrupted since. Hours spent on to call centres & at least 3 visits by engineers. They swap the equipment & the same fault happens again!
