  @virginmedia Pre install was yesterday with technician linking my house to virgin and ever since I've had no Internet from my current provider. spoke with pre install last night, and today, total of 4 handlers then cust. Service with no resolution and nobody wanting to deal with it now!

  The service from @virginmedia is utterly dreadful. Had Wi-Fi issues so they sent someone out to rectify. Worked for 2 days then the same issues started again. Not had working Wi-Fi for the last 3 weeks. If your thinking of going with them for tv / internet, go with someone else.

  It would appear that despite 3 emails to @virginmedia regarding their lack of service, their rubbish broadband and the fact my TV hasn’t worked since November - they have instead chosen to engage debt collectors for a £141.54 (for ONE MONTH) bill. See you in court then I guess.

  @virginmedia Download speeds in SW18 are down to 5Mbps (on a 200Mb account) after works in the area earlier in the week. Called to report the issue only to be told by a message to wait 24hrs to see if the issue resolves itself. Can you please log the issue? Thanks.

  @virginmedia It’s been erratic all day on both connections and your service check says no issues identified. One minute it’s doing 40-60mbps then it’s just plain dead but shows a connection

  Been with @virginmedia for 7 years now. The best "deal" they can offer me is 500mbs down (boosted to 1gb because of my cell plan) for £51 a month. Or I can swap to youfiber, £30 a month for 2gb up/down 🥴 @virginmedia you aren't the best choice no more. customer retention sucks.

  @Ofcom @CommsOmbudsman u sided with @Virginmedia in our complaint that exposed all of this abusive behaviour to customers. VM claimed a 3rd party was to blame for VM having the wrong address. Yet VM installed my mothers equipment at her 🏡 so how does that add up? U need investigated

  @Ofcom I was diagnosed with leukemia in August 2023 I had to stop work so I had no money @virginmedia would not allow me to cancel my subscription but no compensation for me where is all the money going
