  @virginmedia It’s been erratic all day on both connections and your service check says no issues identified. One minute it’s doing 40-60mbps then it’s just plain dead but shows a connection

  The service from @virginmedia is utterly dreadful. Had Wi-Fi issues so they sent someone out to rectify. Worked for 2 days then the same issues started again. Not had working Wi-Fi for the last 3 weeks. If your thinking of going with them for tv / internet, go with someone else.

  @virginmedia Pre install Refused to acknowledge any wrong, wouldn't get anyone to even attempt to look till 24th, cust. Service refused to engage as pre installs problem, so am left still with no Internet and no way to sort issues, plus having been spoke to rudely

  @virginmedia Never had we have such a terrible Internet service. Absolutely NEVER. "Can't find server.", for whatever page we want, day after day. Then it finds the server; next minute - puff! Gone! Absolutely abysmal.

  @RogerGreen2009 @virginmedia I'm definitely going to be reviewing my options at the end of my current @virginmedia contract as they've been dreadful in terms of communication and help when the chips are down(day SEVEN of outage)😢 Sadly, I've only just renewed my contract...
