@virginmedia Everyone gets that. But changing the estimate 5 minutes before twice is poor. And give a realistic estimate in the first place so we can make alternative arrangements.

@virginmedia Another engineer was booked for today between 8am and 12. It was not communicated to me that it would be a remote virtual visit so my wife waited in all day while struggling to work from home using her hotspot (we don’t get very good mobile phone signal where we live).

@virginmedia I was told that an engineer would attend between 8am and 12 on Wednesday 3/8 he did not turn up (I have since been told by customer services this was cancelled on Friday 29/7- when I booked the appointment- this was not communicated to me).

@virginmedia Very poor communication. I have since been offered by two different agents. (I can provide screen shots form WhatsApp chats) different upgrade packages. I do not know what package I am being changed to, when I am getting it, or when/if an engineer is coming to install it.
