    @virginmedia No need for escalation. Everyone has been courteous, it's just the lack of product package changes communication which has been an issue.

    @virginmedia please improve how you treat your customers! Broadband + TV down in NW1 since last Thursday with no text updates, no online status and the only way I find out the latest is a 30 min call. This follows a previous 2 week outage in November where I was not compensated.

    @virginmedia Sorry is just not enough as a big name and charge us a supreme service but not provide us a pathetic service. How much I lost in last 3 months and specially in festival time. Which is higher time of my business.

    @virginmedia I have been experience no internet since 10 December 2019. I have received the message 13-12-19 back to work but no internet called the Customer service couple time no internet yet now they book engineer wednesday.

    @virginmedia In my humble view the customer call centres, specifically abroad need more training...I've been on the phone 3 times to amend packages & in truth not many are up to speed when the change occurs As a customer of over 11+ years it's been a poor experience

    @virginmedia moved from #sky gave notice 2 weeks ago, looking forward to installation on Friday 13th. You confirmed on Tuesday 10th. Took the day off work. Didn’t arrive, called support. Was informed installation changed to 28th😡😡🤬🤬🤬. Great start! Received letter today14th

    @virginmedia I followed the instructions and called Your customer services team yesterday. The rebooted and reconfigured router remotely but still no improvement. I would like you to send an engineer out to my home.

    @virginmedia I have experienced similar issue in October 2019 they have book the engineer but didn't turned up on the day. I have take day off from my work. No communication from Virgin media . I have to call and listen all the songs and wasted my 1 hour nothing sorted.

    @virginmedia is a worst broadband provider and their customer service is pathetic they are lairs do promises their engineers not turn up I been calling since October 3 times book engineers no turn up yet last 7 days no service and again said book a engineer.

    @virginmedia Yes. That’s correct. When I am on my home network (Virgin), Netflix video will not stream — watching Amazon Prime right now, which is working fine. YouTube also works, so it only seems to apply to Netflix. (And Netflix works fine when I switch to 4G / Vodafone.)

    I advice people please do not use @virginmedia broadband they are false advertising. Pathetic customer service useless engineers not turn up on due date just charging big money in the name of fibre optic but service is worst than land lines. No service in my home last 7 days

    @virginmedia I've explained it ten times over on the phone, on your chat service, on facebook and now twitter. Your reps constantly hang up and hand out telephone numbers to departments that are closed, you've promised without fail to call me back, zero calls received !

    @virginmedia I am appaled by your service (or rather the lack of it), we've had our broadband installation delayed YET AGAIN - we've been now waiting for almost 6 weeks! That's 6 weeks of working from home using our mobile internet and paying extra for the 'privilage'.
