    I have had the most useless IT support from any company in all of the years I’ve been doing tech. @virginmedia wow. I finally got my connection back after several outages but because it’s now back for now, you won’t elevate the issue. Time to go...

    @virginmedia They have a record, I called this morning as its lasted the weekend without issue. Compensation was refused. Hence the tweet. It was on an off whole week. Even tried changing a resistor which did not work

    @virginmedia probably, no defenitely, the worst customer service I have ever experienced. 4 hrs on the phone over 2 days, transferred unknown number of times and hung up on twice and still no result.

    @virginmedia Hi thanks for the response We reported issue 1st on Monday last week it was intermittent all week 2 or 3 days we had nothing despite engineer visit It corrected itself Friday late pm. We had been told we had an issue but The engineer advised we were affected by a local outage

    Genuinely shocked at a phone representative at @virginmedia I ask to speak to the manager and then he hung up. I have had some bad service in my time but that was probably the worst I’ve ever experienced

    @virginmedia Just gone off again. Truly terrible reliability. I can’t spend so much time ringing you up, checking status, rebooting and replacing routers. Merton is going to be one of he first places in the UK for FTTP. It’s going to be great to have a reliable broadband.

    @JohnnyFocal @virginmedia Looks like their routing is really broken, I can’t to some site I access just via IP. They are all up via 4G, but show as no routes available on VM. Oh dear.

    @virginmedia @Mia6620 If you ring this number they cut you off after 5 rings. If you call the 0800 number they cut you off saying they are busy. How can they have any idea of how many people are affected if you cannot check the service status in any way?

    @virginmedia so I receive an email saying how you’re going to up my price and remove benefits such as out of home wifi and that it’s free to cancel until 04/04/23. But I’ve been trying to call since yesterday and get “our team are busy, good bye”. Such a dodgy company.
