Why don’t companies offer deals for long standing customers not just new? Been with @virginmedia for 25+ years, started back when it was Telewest; want to downgrade, deal I am looking at is £37 for new customers, same package for me is £69. Where is customer loyalty rewarded?

@virginmedia Still shocking, just managed to speak to someone and I have to wait 10 days for a deadlock letter, but again no a single resolution upon my complaints! Fraudulent sales is very bad! Very upset! I’m sorry but this has been the worse customer service ever!

@virginmedia Trying 2 switch from Sky to VM for home bb, phone + TV, and keep old number. VM cancelled the port (WHY?!). After ages on phone, agents with different stories+saying last agent was wrong+no call backs, now the number has been lost?! How is that good service?! Really annoyed! :(
