  @virginmedia I rebooted, called the number, it says there is a known issue in my area and engineers are working on it. Does this take 5 days to fix? I try the status online and it tells me everything is fine but it isn’t. Is there anyone looking at this. I’ve never had an issue last this long

  @virginmedia Many complaints have been raised and we have tried to leave the contract due to the complete lack of anything beneficial to actually fix our broadband. Of course I’m not having a a go at you but your customer service team is very bad. They don’t care about actually helping 👍🏾

  @OliverGMcManus @katedodd3 @virginmedia It was a great day when I got these rip off merchants out of my life. If uou Google it you will see tgere are multiple mass complaints to Ofcom about obstacles they create to customers trying to switch away. Keep going and threaten a formal complaint.

  @JaneEyreAtHeart @virginmedia They offered a way of dropping it off at an O2 store which again was a bit of a mission to get too. Eventually a friend who had come over offered to take it as he was going that way. He had his own issues with Virgin though so knew where we were coming from!

  I am wondering on what is wrong with customer services advisers at @virginmedia Why would they ask me for my monthly price & when I tell them £27 I then get asked for my email address which I gave and then immediately after my email address confirmation they again ask my price
