    @joshshepherd88 @virginmedia @vmbusinesshelp Looks pretty simple to me tbh. Sell a service and just ignore customers. I feel sorry for the staff that have to try and run this **** show. They must get so much abuse. I’m not even mad I’m just disappointed that I can’t use the service I’m paying for. 3 months of this 💩

    @virginmedia what brilliant technology utterly soured by almost comically bad customer service. I say “almost” as there’s nothing funny about taking 5 weeks, countless phone calls, endless hours of online chat & 2 formal complaints to just get my bill right. Not asking much.

    So our education system & business activity now utterly reliant on solid, fast, reliable internet service that market consistently fails to deliver. @virginmedia down again this am. Time for state to take control of this crucial, strategic infrastructure. Really is a joke ATM.

    @virginmedia Hi, the wifi disconnects several times throughout the day. An engineer changed our hub last year. We then spent £80 on wifi extenders/repeaters/boosters. We want to change the wifi channel to see if that works, but login details are incorrect on the hub.

    @Leigh5Tom @virginmedia As an existing customer, they are known for their poor customer service. Can never get through on phone and that is main access point to info. Website CS info poor, with zero joined up thinking. Pretty good speed when working. Good luck!

    @virginmedia No you probably do it understand the extent of your lack of service. We have been having no internet for weeks and every time we call we get the automated voice saying the line is busy and to call later. 3 WEEKS like this. You guys need to sort this out.

    @virginmedia When I ring this number (which is what I have been trying) all I get is “we are sorry, we are busy, you might want to call us later” & the line disconnects. This is awful service VM. How can you run such an appalling service where we cannot get hold of anyone for help/support.

    @virginmedia it great to know we pay for broadband & you really struggling to provide! I’ve had speed issues since mid Jan. U acknowledge there was a fault on 8th Feb! Said it was fixed but engineer (who came today) said wasn’t & web page wrong! Won’t be fixed till 15th! Tonight

    @TheRossOwenShow @virginmedia Buy yourself a 5g router from CEX, get an unlimited simo £20. 3 years now and haven’t had 1 complaint. Average 350mbps down and 80up. Never ever going back to virgin not even if they paid me £45 a month for an 18 month term

    @virginmedia When users mobile (cell) phone also goes down as you are the provider & are left with no comms at all, thats not good. Thought mobile was teamed up with 02, so how that could fail totally too, just should not happen.
