    What a nightmare to try to get any assistance from @virginmedia!!! They make it impossible to do anything online and the phone team is no help. The moment I mention “Id like to cancel my contract” I got disconnected after 30 mins.

    @virginmedia How do you send an engineer to my house to take away a hub that works and leaves me with a new one that hasn’t worked since he installed it? I was on the phone for 25 mins to customer services and got cut off at 7:30pm because the lines closed!

    @virginmedia Intermittent .. and for the whole street. I tried repeatedly to engage VM on this and was impossible to contact / get response. Hence I have withheld payment . Service has been so bad I understand that I can cancel contract ..

    @virginmedia It was down for the whole of yesterday. Came back eventually in the evening but too late for my working day. Please can you tell us what the problem was. The service is really flaky and for the price you charge I would expect 99.9% reliability.

    @drewsonix @virginmedia @BAFTA I only use the broadband and landline, as I use Sky and Netflix for tv Is they’re much saving in ditching the basic tv part if the “package” I never use.

    @virginmedia Nothing happened it just doesn’t give an speed when I look on the pc it says 100mb download but the actual is about 5mb I know that the hub 3 is useless as it has no good reports over the years and with a bad internet it affects my medical equipment for treatment

    @virginmedia Awful customer service, was told by a Virgin engineer that they don’t support WiFi coverage and that I would need to spend £300+ of my own money fixing it with a mesh system. If you have other options, use them, don’t bother with this lot.
