  @virginmedia You should be keeping an eye out for this sort of criminal activity, creates profiles for most large UK companies so they can reply to any complaints and get the customer to download software so they can compensation…and rob them. Report them to X

  @virginmedia My Internet went out last night & the status page said it was out in my area. I got an update text this morning saying the issue had been logged and then right after that it had been fixed, however the status page still says it’s down and I have no Internet
