    @Queen__Leiaa @virginmedia did this me 5x , sch install in Feb now saying end of July, each time with text night before and reply chat never worked, I even got 2 differ answers on the same day, engineer said no one home then told engineer never came to work

    @virginmedia Your bland response is no different to the info being said on your website. Rather than tell everyone that the fix will be ready in a few hours (as you have done for the past three days), why not tell us what the problem is and stop giving us false hopes. Your response please.

    @virginmedia BT allow you to stop your contract immediately if they do not provide the service paid for. Your customer service is atrocious. My business has suffered, I paying to use my mobile Internet instead of my broadband and I cannot finish my masters assignment as I have no internet

    @virginmedia As I have already told you-the service checker simply, and probably purposely, give us a fixed time of 4/5 hours after any time you look at it. In short virgin are just “moving goal posts“. Why are you unable to tell 100s of your subscribers what the problem is. Is it laziness?

    @virginmedia hey there. Our broadband has been down since yesterday and the estimated fix time keeps being put later and later. My wife is working from home today so it's pretty impossible. Please could we have some sort of replacement dongle in the mean time?

    cont/- Every 2/3 hours you say that it is going to be fixed within three or four hours. It has not. We could not give a **** about £8 compensation per day. You are costing us thousands of pounds in lost revenue for those of us working from home. More @virginhelp @virginmedia

    @virginmedia Having spent from 9.30am to 2pm on the phone yesterday to virgin media and asking for my complaint to be resolved and escalated having been put through to every different department…… complaint manager not available!!…. Call again exasperation!

    @LornaCWells @virginmedia @Ofcom I’ve cancelled my direct debit. 4 hours and hung up on 5 times, I actually manage to get through once then hung up. My ex is still down as the account holder as their crap service wouldn’t change it so think it will affect his credit report if any

    @ConMarbleHalls @virginmedia They did worse to me, they stopped answering my calls and then blocked my number. They failed to fix my phone thru insurance & instead of replacing it they just ignored me. I’d call up with different numbers & ask for manager & then they’d hang up when they’re realised it was me

    @virginmedia Not good enough. Been passed from one person to another repeatedly and have been cut off every time. If there is a problem why has no-one said so? Your team have promised to return calls if cut off (I asked them if they could after being cut off the first time) and no-one has.
