  It would appear that despite 3 emails to @virginmedia regarding their lack of service, their rubbish broadband and the fact my TV hasn’t worked since November - they have instead chosen to engage debt collectors for a £141.54 (for ONE MONTH) bill. See you in court then I guess.

  @virginmedia Many complaints have been raised and we have tried to leave the contract due to the complete lack of anything beneficial to actually fix our broadband. Of course I’m not having a a go at you but your customer service team is very bad. They don’t care about actually helping 👍🏾

  @djdymond @virginmedialife @virginmedia And you can only claim compensation for no service not a ****** service that cuts out about once an hour. I can not wait to get out of this contract. I have set a timer. Years and years of broadband with other providers and I have never experienced this.

  Called Virgin Media to complain about the TV box not working and to get it removed from my package. Somehow ended up singing another 18 month contract with the TV box included but at a reduced price. Not ideal but not horrendous.

  @Papi85799379 @virginmedia Is awful isn’t it? Mine’s been on and off since early June. Many people have come out and ‘fixed’ it for it to be even worse. One guy said that he went out and fixed whatever the issue was, but he was in my house the whole time!

  @virginmedia I am paying for a service you cannot deliver. Multiple failed engineer visits (Dec 24, Jan 22) and internet is still broken. you demand an illegal cancellation fee? I have raised a formal complaint: C-010626172 (Yeliz Guven Bilgin). Sort this out under Ofcom rules.

  @OliverGMcManus @virginmedia Go on the open reach network my man. Essentially all providers use it except virgin meaning the competition is high for retaining customers. Usually aim for a 24 hour service visit from an open reach engineer. Virgin are the worst BB provider, period.

  @virginmedia services down in my whole area since Thursday night. Only got a message at 18.30 yesterday that they had an engineer on site. Child trying to revise for their GCSEs has no Internet access.
