    So @virginmedia have said a broadband outage since last night will be fixed by 12:25, 17:00 now by 20:10! Very disappointed. Going to be paying extra for my mobile data to try to get some work done! #N4

    @virginmedia thanks for such a helpful and amazing customer support service. After 40 min waiting to talk to one of your agents, he complained he could not hear me properly, I asked him to bear with me while I plugged my headset and 10s later, he hanged up. 1/2

    @virginmedia No. It's an intermittent problem so is currently working. The message that goes out on the phone line ( when I call in to report when it ISN'T working) says Iit's a ''complex problem' . This is frustrating as your customer services ( appalling) said it would take until Sept 9 th

    @virginmedia This is not account specific data. There’s a Service outage in a large area. Updates on service areas such as mine e8 service area 15. Are not sensitive. Other utilities say there seems to be an outage in your area. Call or chat for detailed information.

    @virginmedia no internet connection since 10pm last night. Router rebooted multiple times. Service test run 3 times no fault found. Area reference 15 east London.

    @virginmedia @pgee91 No, the team on the phone have not told us anything except an engineer is on site to fix issue. Meanwhile the ‘Fix estimation’ time continues to go up, and ‘An engineer is on his way’ - is he coming from the call centre in India too as has taken hours...

    @virginmedia Yes, I did. I said that in both my posts. Three times even before and after I rebooted my router. Other people in postcodes near me are reporting the same problem. It reports back that all is well. But there’s no connection to the internet.

    @virginmedia someone was meant to call me back an hour ago as I have lodged a complaint that my broadband isn’t working. Your call centre could not help and I urgently need engineer as I work from home. I will need to have compensation for taking a days leave otherwise.

    @virginmedia Spoke to someone at Virgin on the phone at about 13.00. He confirmed again that there is an area 'outage'. I can expect to have wifi again from 10am on 8th! That would be 4 1/2 days without. And your web page still says no known broadband issue - you should correct that urgently

    @adelarks @virginmedia I Know the feeling 66 Mbps wifi on M350 service is appalling, keep being told there is a SNR and they keep missing there fix dates been going on for weeks. Can’t log a complaint because the page isn’t working

    @virginmedia I am a customer of yours and i would like to make you aware that I received 3 phone calls asking me to follow instructions from an automated call as my internet was being cut off within 24 hours for illegal use. Obviously I just hung up as I no this is false but others may not.

    @virginmedia That is a basic question. Spoke with one person after 33 mins (couldn't help); another after 63 mins (couldn't help but lodged two complaints and expects me to phone back in 3 days); and now, after 138 mins, I'm waiting to speak with another. Hope @ofcom is monitoring this.

    @virginmedia The service status for area 01 has been showing a fault for over a week! Can you please tell me when you expect this to be resolved. We still can’t watch on-demand and are resetting the box daily!!! Paying a premium for standard tv is not good 😠
