Called to report the issue only to be told by a message to wait 24hrs to see if the issue resolves itself. Can you please log the issue? Thanks.

There was an issue in the area that was ‘fixed’ a few days ago but nothing has changed. 4 people have come to the house and ‘fixed’ the issue. No change. I have work to do.

Service with no resolution and nobody wanting to deal with it now!

Would you believe it took me 36 hours of chasing them on WhatsApp to cancel the contract.

Virgin Media News (@VirginMediaNews) reportedA man is in a serious but stable condition in hospital following a shooting incident in Limerick. The incident happened at a residence on Hyde Avenue in Ballinacurra Weston at around 4.30pm yesterday. A man in his 60s was taken to University Hospital Limerick to be treated for serious injuries. Your poor service has put me through hell, not being able to deal with my finances with my bank accounts etc. I cannot wait to move elsewhere once I get to the end of my current contract with you. 😡
