Our home phone went down 5 weeks ago and we were promised an engineer in 10 days, yet still no one has come. I have tried ringing the customer help number a number of times but after about 1 hour 15 mins it rings off. Help!

Not easy to cancel a V Mobile contract, & not at all clear on the site (I get it, you don’t want to make it too easy for customers to leave, but it was all going a bit Kafka!) The Virgin Media customer experience, on the other hand, was vastly more pleasant!

Not that it’s particularly important to have working broadband when you’re all working from home and can’t physically spend Christmas with your family. What an absolute joke.

He told us the cable in the road was damaged and it would take 10 days to fix. That was nearly 6 weeks ago and we have heard nothing since and can’t get through to your customer services.
