    So @virginmedia wifi down in SW18 2 for the third time this week. Don’t ask me to check your status dashboard, this happens EVERY week. It’s a constant, systemic issue, please get an engineer to come out & look at local box. Paying £130/month for terrible service, fuming 🤮😡

    So after wasting a whole day waiting in for my @virginmedia box to be delievered when it was meant to, @YodelOnline has still got it sitting in there warehouse and after 2 webchat with the help desk I get told you get it when you get it…what a joke so atm have no internet fml

    @virginmedia Last time, our wifi was down for over a week. I spoke to an agent on the phone who was utterly useless. You never offer any solutions. I’m starting to think that the only way for you to take any action is if I cancel my DD.

    @virginmedia Many complaints have been raised and we have tried to leave the contract due to the complete lack of anything beneficial to actually fix our broadband. Of course I’m not having a a go at you but your customer service team is very bad. They don’t care about actually helping 👍🏾

    @StevenRayMMA @virginmedia I had the same problem, it was due to having to many devices connected at the one time.. ask them to split the connection, sorted it straight away for me.

    Please, never get Sky Broadband. I legit can't even stream anymore if there another person in the house, the way the Internet gets throttled is a ******* joke. Just go with Virgin Media and I promise your life will be better
