    @virginmedia terrible terrible service. Internet cuts out every day at least 10 times a day, keep telling us it’s “due to the amount of devices” yet that has never been a problem before. DO NOT GO WITH VIRGIN

    Yay. @virginmedia has gone down. One kid needs online school, Husband needs online access to work, and I have a work zoom call... let’s hope it’s sorted pronto. I have zero tolerance for WiFi nonsense from a company that charges us a fortune!

    @virginmedia No, only through WiFi. Just no amount of re-sets seems to do anything. I’ve also had the router changed and it’s made no difference. It’s only a 2 story house but the signal just won’t reach.
