    Sadly, still no #virginbroadband and simply an infinite @virginmedia loop online of getting nowhere. As I use VOIP I have no landline phone signal and no internet other than my mobile so work is very difficult

    @virginmedia Thanks, I tried that route and it didn’t work - I’ve called via my mobile but with Covid staff restrictions naturally there’s a long delay. I can patiently wait but wanted to find through Twitter how many others were having the problem again.

    @virginmedia My service in the last week has been dreadful, constantly dropping away. I must have reset it at least three times each day. Can’t test from here as that part of your website is not working. I can’t currently connect at all. I’m E11 2LX. Can you look into it please

    @virginmedia hi, I’ve just upgraded in the hope my internet performance would improve... I am still having huge jitter and latency issues. No point in half a gig if ping speeds are awful.

    @virginmedia @dwoodhouse1 The copper cable is the old NTl cable that was run nearly 20 years ago and would probably be seriously perished by now. So it is your ******* fault and not me the customer paying for the worst service
