    @virginmedia This problem is still here; internet has been sporadic all day, dropping out for several minutes at a time. You are not reporting any issues on your coverage tracker however.

    @virginmedia Yes I did try to call but couldn’t get hold of anyone after a 20 min wait. As you can see from the screenshot above in previous tweet, every appointment I make gets cancelled. Are you able to do something about this? Any help would be much appreciated

    @p_louisa @MarkWalker59 @virginmedia I spoke to 3 people who all offered me more than i needed. After almost 15 years with Virgin Media they wanted to charge me £300 to leave. I moved to Sky for £30 less a month and due to the price increase i can now close down my Virgin Media account without being penalised

    @virginmedia Trouble is, at some point in the night- I don’t know when because I sleep, the @virginmedia hub disconnects from all of my appliances, when I wake up I have to reset the hub, which I do & it reconnects. Shall I stop up all night watching the WiFi symbol on my phone?

    @virginmedia you should be ashamed. My 84 year old mother, no fault of hers, you cut phone off in December while in hospital. We discovered this when she went home on 27th December. Phone only restored today. No way to treat vulnerable customer How will you protect others?
