    @virginmedia Yep that’s funny. Really is. Do you not think I’ve not tried ringing you & only can do so on my mobile as no landline remember, on hold up to 40 mins+ & then cut off. You try it. It’s impossible to speak to a real person. WORST SERVICE EVER👎🏻

    Impossible to ever actually get to speak to anyone @virginmedia have an urgent issue and no one responding on chat, no one ever picking up a phone on hold forever!!!

    @virginmedia Since this afternoon getting drops in the internet for 20 seconds or up to a minute. I have my own router, wireless mesh plus the hub 3 is in modem mode which means it’s usually very reliable. Any issues on the entire network or croydon area?

    @virginmedia I was given a discount in March this year, what I didn’t know was that meant a new contract, that part was definitely not clear. Plus as I said my landline that you charge for has never worked. I will be making an Ofcom complaint

    @virginmedia It seems to happen whenever there’s bad weather. I wouldn’t have thought weather could affect tv / WiFi services, unless it’s just a coincidence.

    @virginmedia No internet all day. Have done all on-line stuff via your website to try and fix (via 4g). Need engineer. Can’t book one on-line. Working from home - have had to give up multiple times trying to call as doing between meetings. Help.

    @WadeBox @virginmedia Dude, we had such issues with virgin media this past year... they literally told us to do what we had already tried to do and it didn't work. And we could never get through to a human on the phone, and they finally sent a new modem to us after a month of trying

    @virginmedia To check wires aren't loose (they aren't); that there's a local area problem due to insufficient capacity (very probable); that my router needs rebooting (which I've done). A different answer each time. No engineer call, text or email update as promised. Lost patience with you 😡

    @virginmedia The main thing here is that not one person who I have come into contact with in your organisation wants to take ownership of the problem and try and resolve it which is the essence of customer service. It’s a massive fail.
