@virginmedia is a complete joke. Can’t get even get in the cue to wait for 2 hours on the phone. Online on the website customer service ask function you ask the question and it’s 2 1/2 hours for them to start answering! What can I do to get away from these people?

@virginmedia Yes please. I'd like to begin a new help desk ticket for our TiVo box. We have reset it numerous times, used a new hdmi cable sent by your colleague and had a signal sent from automated phone line. This needs escalating please.

@virginmedia Is there a problem currently that you know of? My ping has been sky rocketing and I believe we have one of the best packages that you offer. We're not downloading anything at all and my ping spikes from 20 to 300 to 100 every 1 second (happened since last night.)

@virginmedia On Thursday 31st told somebody would call me and no contact yet again. On Friday 1st spent 1 hour 24 minutes with customer service passed around 6 different people including department which said they couldn’t help me and the last agent cut me off.
