    Broadband supplier #VirginMedia customer service is awful. Twice today spoke 2 people both had my account in front of them, was told hold whilst i transfer you. After waiting for over 30 mins on both occasions i hung up, Web chat tell you to call. #customerservice has to be 0

    @virginmedia a conundrum. If I call your service centre to cancel my service I get routed to the website that doesn’t allow me to cancel or I get routed through to a team that don’t answer. Do I just cancel my direct debit? Then at least you’ll know I’m not longer your customer.

    @virginmedia The issue you ‘fixed’ hasn’t resolved anything. I’m now being told earliest at-home tech appointment is 4th Feb. I am a freelancer who relies on internet to make an income wfh. If it doesn’t work, neither do I - and I lose jobs. PLEASE HELP.

    @virginmedia 4 days??!!!! What about 2 people doing home office?! Is Virgin Media pay for it?! I understand technical issues happen, but I don’t understand incompetence to deal with problemas. Virgin Media is a expensive service and it’s unacceptable this lack of good service to its customers

    @virginmedia I’ve tried the basics and First time I called customer services the message was “we are very busy at the moment, please try again later” and later I waited 30min to speak to someone who didn’t sort the problem out. Instead she told me the technician will visit in 4 days!!! What??

    @virginmedia Was given installation date of 1st Feb. 3 days before this was cancelled due to ‘construction issues’. Delayed by THREE months. Made to switch my mobile deal unnecessarily so I’m paying more. Now they’ve said 31 day delay? Some surveyors came and CUT the existing fibre optic??

    @virginmedia Yes.Countless calls over last few weeks.Un-authorised £200 taken out of dead person’s bank account by Virgin Media,also,when they were a Sky customer.Death certificate sent in as well. Today’s actions need remedied immediately -I expect £200 2b refunded. More pressingly….1/2
