  So @virginmedia wifi down in SW18 2 for the third time this week. Don’t ask me to check your status dashboard, this happens EVERY week. It’s a constant, systemic issue, please get an engineer to come out & look at local box. Paying £130/month for terrible service, fuming 🤮😡

  @djdymond @virginmedialife @virginmedia And you can only claim compensation for no service not a ****** service that cuts out about once an hour. I can not wait to get out of this contract. I have set a timer. Years and years of broadband with other providers and I have never experienced this.

  @virginmedia hub still down in SW8 region. Box and hub are on. Ran tests everything fine. Can see WiFi to connect to, but not devices can connect. This started after last nights midnight update it seems.

  @Benleo Ben bring up your hub on virgin media I guarantee you it’s been hacked and you get a warning. This is happening all over London and I can’t get anybody to help me with it. Bring up your own Virgin media hub and you will see what I mean.

  @virginmedia experiencing outage of broadband since yesterday afternoon, it stated fix by 4.07am then moved to 4.07pm today! Working from home with no internet means now on my on second day of not being able to work 😖 you must know what is wrong!! Not just “there’s an issue”

  @j_ball13 @virginmedia when my mum died she was the primary account holder of our t3sc0 mobile family plan. instead of letting us switch our dad to the named person on the account, they cut our contracts off and left us with no working signal at all. absolute rubbish, i think they even put a block on

  @virginmedia With all due respect, the engineers have been there all day, I saw two of them having a 40 minute lunch break at 10am at Greggs. Can you push these engineers to get this completed today? Compensation isn’t a valid response to not being able to work - ridiculous service
