Well done to the engineers @virginmedia for sorting out my internet in Earl’s Court (ahead of time as usual). I appreciate that people have genuine problems, but we need to keep a sense of proportion. Especially compared with brave Ukrainians who face far worse troubles than us.

Hey @O2 just struggled down to the shopping centre to take advantage of the @GreggsOfficial free hot drink & treat offer, via my @virginmedia account, (available until 0000 tomorrow apparently) but got here, and offers have disappeared from app or come up as ‘sold out’ 🤬🤬🤬🤬

@premierinn no Free WiFi or Ultimate WiFi at Premier Inn Euston. Twitter has lots of other complaints of the same issue nationally… why I am asked to speak to Virgin Media, how hard can it be? Forget Network does not force the page to reload, what else can I do?

@virginmedia we’ve had no service in EC1V London, since our Wi-Fi was installed last month. We’ve tried to call countless time and we keep being told about “area issues” that would be solved the day after but never do. This is just unacceptable behaviour!

@virginmedia hi there, all of our services have dropped out in the last ten minutes, the router changed to a flashing red light without anybody touching it. I have rebooted the router and it comes back on but is still flashing red. No TV, no WiFi, no landline help please

I'm furious with @virginmedia that I've just had to pay for a service I didnt use! I tried to leave in Feb but couldn't get through on the phone so sent a letter. I paid March's bill and switched providers but they took over a month to close my account then billed me for April!

@virginmedia - On the phone for 3 hours yesterday trying to get a manager from virgin to discuss this issue they have caused. I was advised someone will call me but nothing. Now if I want to cancel I have to pay £200+even though they have still not provided me with a full service

@virginmedia once again the usual pile of s**** from you lot ..our broadband box had broken and you send a new box ..but it wasn’t the V6 box we had but a sub standard which doesn’t do 4K or record as much cos apparently you don’t have any V6 ..bet new customers get them tho
