We won our case against @virginmedia for refusing to refund our money after they failed to cancel our landline. They owe us £321 and today they say they "can't refund due to #COVIDー19 so they will apply the credit to our account." Oh no you won't! Another poor #Virgin brand

Just to let you know in the next week I will be cancelling my virgin media and broadband. I have lost my Wi-Fi at least 20 times in the last week and half and it is no relatable at all @virginmedia it has gone down again and has for about 90 mins
