  @virginmedia now that we have been forced to move the landline to virgin WiFi, the TV to virgin360, we not only dont have broadband,no phone or telly. The virgin mobile service i had was moved to o2 and I cant hot-spot as they say a mast is down. EN1 area. Any update on service?

  @virginmedia I am paying for a service you cannot deliver. Multiple failed engineer visits (Dec 24, Jan 22) and internet is still broken. you demand an illegal cancellation fee? I have raised a formal complaint: C-010626172 (Yeliz Guven Bilgin). Sort this out under Ofcom rules.

  My Internet has been intermittent over the last 3 weeks. @virginmedia engineer was supposed to come out today but never turned up. Turns out he signed the job off as completed even tho he didn't turn up. Internet still going off and on.
