I can not wait to get out of this contract. I have set a timer. Years and years of broadband with other providers and I have never experienced this.

Service with no resolution and nobody wanting to deal with it now!

Now when my broadband's down, which happens weekly, I check their online service checker and it bounces me to a virgin02 sign in page.
