@virginmedia The original messages were around 4th October. This was when the advisor said they've cancelled them. They then said about early exit fees (even though I was disputing due to below minimum speed for months) they were then transferring me to relations team. Never got through 1/2

none of my accessories will connect over wifi, i have split my connection into 2 bands (2.4 and 5ghz) to make sure i am connecting to the correct network (the devices only connect over 2.4ghz) any reason why this may be? is it an issues with internet, my router etc? @virginmedia
