  The service from @virginmedia is utterly dreadful. Had Wi-Fi issues so they sent someone out to rectify. Worked for 2 days then the same issues started again. Not had working Wi-Fi for the last 3 weeks. If your thinking of going with them for tv / internet, go with someone else.

  @gblondon1 @skytv They will but ring you when its too late stuff them I say, I've been with @virginmedia for years now and everytime my contract ends I just ring up and get a decent deal, not as good as a new customer which I have an issue with, but still a good deal!

  @virginmedia Yes. It was the bereavement team that have the most awful and length process. So I’m doing it online. But I still had to wait on the phone and have the cancellation of contract spiel even though we aren’t cancelling. Just a poor process and no consideration for the customer

  @O2 @virginmedia ... Was here in April, no issues whatsoever ever. My account was under review for suspected fraud, this investigation was closed on Tuesday, it's now Friday and I STILL CANNOT get thru to family back in the UK because you're not allowing me to make calls...!!!
