    @virginmedia Internet is down in BR76HH. Engineer allegedly coming Fri as it’s only one house at fault. Now a neighbour is saying that there’s outage in the whole area & 30 June is meant to be the day we get our internet back. Any advice on which VM advice to believe, please?

    @virginmedia i have now answered 101 questions in the Virgin Support Chat. Every ten question or so is along the line of ”pick one option to continue: 1. I really love Virgin Customer Services OR 2. I have a really small ****”. Worst experience for a long time. BOT heavy, no fix.

    @PaulbernalUK @virginmedia I had multiple dramas with mine last year/18 months while they were doing the network upgrades, having to resort to 4G. Annoying. Once all the pain is done & you get gigabit broadband using your own router/mesh system & the superhub as just a modem it’s staggeringly good.

    @virginmedia We agreed after 2 years of slow service you’d upgrade my 2 TiVo boxes to V6 and bring 3 pods to cover dead zones agreed in Nov last year and after 3 missed appointments and you calling me 3 days to confirm the work to do & you still **** it up. #fuckwits

    @virginmedia I did say repeatedly that the timing meant it was likely something the previous engineer did but no one believed me. That's the worst bit, being disbelieved and repeatedly told there's nothing that can be done - when clearly there was, as now proved.

    @virginmedia Your customer services have run tests and said yes there a fault we'll deal with it at our end if it continues call back and we'll send out a technician .. so I rang back and was told it's fine ..we're not sending anyone out
