    Has anyone with @virginmedia got the @SkySports red button working? I genuinely think it’s never worked for me and I’ve had Virgin for about 5 years now. I just wanna watch #Watfordfc. I’m paying enough, why do I not get the service?

    @virginmedia It obviously is an area issue as we have an area WhatsApp group and everyone’s internet is down: but I don’t have time to call as I have appointments all afternoon and knowi will be stuck in a queue for an hour minimum. Can you email to alert them to the issue???

    Virgin media let us down once - 2 week delay to service they said they could deliver. Now let us down again. Another 2 week wait. Appealing communication. All autobots and incapable@customer service. Avoid. Richard B would be embarrassed at the state of this brand. @virginmedia

    @virginmedia Well I'm paying for a service which I'm not receiving, I'm only getting decent internet connect in 3 rooms of my house, I have signal boosters as well. I've never been tempted by Sky, but looking at their contracts they seem cheaper and they also offer a wifi guarantee
