    @virginmedia Everyone gets that. But changing the estimate 5 minutes before twice is poor. And give a realistic estimate in the first place so we can make alternative arrangements.

    @virginmedia Hi. I’m very well aware of the fault, the causes and the hard work your engineers are putting in to the fix the issue. All I and thousands of others want to know is a realistic timeframe to be reconnected. If we know it’s going to be days we can make alternative arrangements.

Accidents happen, (as with the fibre optic ****-up) but lying, misleading and manipulating is utterly deplorable, #leavevirgin

    @virginmedia I followed the service status page, and it was saying no issues. Did some old school witchcraft with the tech, a bit of jiggery pokery with a test router i have, and it's finally back on now through my Virgin router, this is happening all too much with Virgin over the last month
