They say to call, the phone message refers you to the website, and the website tells you to call. The last time I had customer service as bad as this was @VirginAtlantic !     @virginmedia I have been on your SMS 'help' for several days now and getting nowhere. Keeps saying it will refer me to the correct team but that never happens. Going to give your 'Broadband' one more try with a new router if I can never get through to you....

    @virginmedia This is not about individual accounts but a whole neighbourhood looking for an adequate response from you on this issue. We don’t think it’s reasonable to have to wait 6 more days for an engineer to fix when everyone is in lockdown/working from home. Can your response be quicker?

    @virginmedia in Islington and have just been booted off a call on an internet issue after being on hold for 90minutes. Only two songs (both awful) as hold music is about the end of my tether. Try picking up the phone. Feel like I’m in the 1940s!

    @TweetingKatzo @virginmedia A large proportion of residents are in contact with each other on this and the few that that have waited an hour plus on calls have been told this. We know we are are dealing with the same issue (as timing of loss of connection is concurrent amongst us all)

    @virginmedia shocking service lately and we are not happy clients, with broadband being down. We were forced to upgrade and then the engineer didn’t even bother to show up. Waited over 4 hours on the phone. Finally had enough and will be disconnecting.

    @virginmedia Hi, can I send you a private message with my postcode/area and get you to escalate this issue, the issue is packet loss on the area and although the ticket says engineers are working on it, it has been 4 days without an update. Between 0.5 to 25% packet loss on uploads.

    Now I know why @virginmedia have such good deals on, because they are the WORST for customer service……EVERRRRRR. I’d rather pay higher prices for products that actually work and customer services that I can speak to. 🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻

    @FeastAndGlory @virginmedia Then offered me a “deal” for 67% more than I’m currently paying for half the speed. Given the poor customer “service” I’m pretty much certain to leave as they still haven’t got back to me with the “amazing offer to retain” my business. Broadband and 4 mobiles walking away.

    @virginmedia Disgraceful customer service!!! When calling it is an Indian call centre which is incredibly loud and difficult to understand!! I shall be cancelling my contract with you especially as you are increasing it by £17 per month and no phone service!!!!

    @Haggisman04 Hi, if you’re looking to cancel both your Virgin Media cable and O2 sim, you'd need to please call Virgin Media customer services. They’ll let you know about any applicable early termination fees and cancel the cable first. Once done, they’ll transfer to O2 for the sim.
