@virginmedia This is the second time in less than a month. Last time it was a full week. I reported you to Ofcom and am waiting for their reply. Your customer services are appalling and you can bet we will be claiming a refund and finding a better service provider.

@virginmedia Thanks for replying so quickly. Finger crossed you can fix it sooner than later. Not necessarily for me (though that wld be nice) but for people who really need phones & computers to work. Using mobile WiFi at moment.

I do know people have worse problems but not having internet, mobile phone signal or home phone working is proving a nightmare. #virginmedia and explaining to a 2 yr old why he can’t watch Andy’s Prehistoric Adventures and Hey Duggee isn’t much fun either @CBeebiesHQ

@virginmedia FINALLY got through to someone helpful who admitted the issue is at your end not ours, after repeatedly being told it was nothing to do with you. Meanwhile, having to WFH, I have lost half a day. I'd thoroughly recommend nobody every uses @Virginmedia

@virginmedia I am not stupid or retarded, I graduated from 2 universities and got a masters degree. I know how to file a complaint. You however do not know to answer calls or to reply to customers disputes. But excel at treating customers like they are disposable.
-
Adochitei Iulia

@virginmedia Was offered a new deal but was forced to pay a charge for terminating a service I had only on paper. I never owned or used a landline

@virginmedia When are you going get the connect app fixed. For few months now it refuses to find the hub 5. Have done uninstall and reinstall but the issue is certainly VM!
-
Adochitei Iulia
(@iulivv) reported
@virginmedia No I am sorry to be your client. And it means that you built your app and website so that it does not accept complaints.I did everything correctly when sending the complaint and you just did not register it.And the fact that I received an answer from you shows that you received it
-
Adochitei Iulia
(@iulivv) reported
@virginmedia To charge 47£ to remove a virtual service (not a real one) that existed only on paper is just plain abuse. And if your CS would have been available/accesible on time, I would not have been forced to pay it.
