@virginmedia @nancycooper This is an absolute lie, we’ve been told on two occasions that a manager would reach out and we’ve had nothing. We haven’t had our virgin tv working for almost a month. Their service is an absolute joke, if you can get out then get another service provider. Virgin is unethical.

@virginmedia It happens on both. I've tried running this test and it shows no issues on the line. When I try to test through the Virgin app it says there is an issue connecting to the hub. The engineer who came out last week found an issue 'upstream' and fixed this which worked for a day
