@virginmedia since 2016 with virgin but really disappointed and disgusted as network is so cheap, sometimes feel like i am in the Amazon Forest. As advised i upgraded it and nlw paying more money but without proper service. Everyday it drops.

@randomranger @virginmedia The last six months it’s been on off on off on off. A few multiple day outages but mostly shorting all over the place. I pay for 200. Often 3,4,5. Upload speed never more than 29 which makes video calls unviable. The customer service just doesn’t care.

@virginmedia Thanks for reply. As virgin has added this to his virgin media package I would say it’s your responsibility it cancel it. He has not put the SIM card you sent in his phone or called the number. Just remove the mobile from his media account please.

@virginmedia keep getting calls on my landline from Virgin (supposedly) telling me theres a problem with my internet speed and asking me to do things (but my internet is all fine and they dont ask account number/security etc), keep just hanging up but can you confirm its a scam?
