    @vmbusinesshelp @vmbusiness By ‘protecting network’ you mean protecting profit margins let’s be honest here. Thankfully we are being released from the contract and moving to a more reasonable provider that supports customers through the pandemic and not makes them inaccessible.

    @virginmedia my wifi is dropping out every 5 to 10 mins. this has been going on for three weeks. Hours and hours of phone calls. Same script read to me. Unplug plug back in, reset router, wait for a few hours etc no help.

    Shocking service @virginmedia I cancelled my services and called back to see if I could work out a deal. Only deal offered was to increase payment by £25 for the same package I already have! No interest in retaining my custom!
