    @virginmedia Thankfully network issue Sorted overnight- however it was frustrating not being able to report it over phone, having gone through auto message and diagnostics it then said office closed and cut you off.

    @virginmedia The engineer said he was unable to fix and said would escalate and she would get an update by 13.30 yesterday afternoon. No update was sent so she phoned today to be told the call had been closed

    @virginmedia How do you send an engineer to my house to take away a hub that works and leaves me with a new one that hasn’t worked since he installed it? I was on the phone for 25 mins to customer services and got cut off at 7:30pm because the lines closed!

    Mum is shielded and home alone. Her landline stopped working, after 6 days @virginmedia came to fix. Engineer couldn't fix so said would escalate. Mum chased again today and calls been closed! So far cost £21 in calls. #virginmedia, is that how to treat vulnerable customers?

    @virginmedia your whatsapp messaging service is the most infuriating piece of crap I've ensured in a long time. Almost 24 hours of bot driven nonsense only for you to cut me off because I didn't respond to you in 0.05 seconds. It has helped me make up my mind about my renewal.
