    @ProfWoodward @virginmedia I can believe it. That’s outrageous - and clearly they don’t need the business. Which given the expense of their broadband + TV package seems about right. If it’s any consolation - it’s down a lot, and the speed we get is constantly being throttled, even before covid.

    @lemonfreshrob @virginmedia Me too....been 5weeks and service is shocking. Not settling for it anymore . Just contacted BT and they are gonna install me WiFi with them in 2 weeks fibre as was with them before for 3 years and never ever had an issue with them

    @virginmedia @Ofcom Having customers waiting for 2 hours on the phone to get support is obscene at best. I know these are unusual times, but it's completely unacceptable that a company make their customers wait this much to sort out (maybe? hopefully?) a poor service.

    So basically I have also heard that basically I am held at a ransom of £240 if I want to leave Virgin Media now and try to get a service that is stable and works with my work vpn (that is the very common Cisco Anyconnect).
