    I had Hyperoptic for 3 years and never had an outage. Had to move to @virginmedia in my new place and there are at least 1/2 outages a month. Some big company like that can't even keep the internet stable 🙄

    @virginmedia I’ve turned off 5G so I will see how it is only on 4G. I know it isn’t the phone as the signal with my previous supplier was absolutely fine.

    @virginmedia Sick of calling in every month it’s a waste of time as it’s never resolved. We changed contract in sept 22 yet have been charged 50pounds each month. Last time I called the guy even sent us email confirmation that we should be paying 22 pm so why are we still being charged 50?

    @virginmedia It’s a wifi connection. Also having problems watching on the tv downstairs which is located right next to the hub. I used to have M200 and had no issues at all, even with 6 of us using the WiFi at the same time. Upgraded to M600 and have had issues since and only myself online
