@SkyHelpTeam WORST company I have ever signed upto in my life. Made a bad decision to leave @virginmedia and it's time sky own up they messed up and dodge all of my calls and complaints and when asked for a final letter so I can complain to @Ofcom they refuse too.

@virginmedia I telephone back in June to report an issue only to be fobbed off by one of your call representatives. Then I telephoned again in August because my issue had got worse to be promised a manager will call me back on several occasions no one did.

@virginmedia Your service check link keeps saying the same thing but keeps forwarding the estimated fix time in increments of 4 hours, making it seem like an engineer is working round the clock... But we see no-one on our street. I've never had a service cut off for so long + no updates!(2/2)

@virginmedia Checked earlier - no faults found on the auto test. Also rebooted router to no avail. Issues affecting both WiFi and cabled connections, as well as the video on demand apps on the TiVo (amazon prime video was slow and laggy)

@virginmedia @KatherineMcKeen At leash she had it fixed. My 92 year old grandmother has had no phone line for 4 months. She relies on it for her emergency button. She has had a repair booked in at least 7 times. Each time, nobody turns up and the repair is cancelled 1 minute after ist start time. Disgusting!

@virginmedia Still no parcel delivered. Talked with your representative team and yodel over the phone +20 times. Nothing is sorted out. All you can get is “sorry”. Incompetent service. I even ordered earlier than 21st. Imagine being this bad. Putting your customers into the worst situations.
