@virginmedia I could have lied and said I had no knowledge of how the cable broke but didn’t. Have been a customer for about 15 years. But have lost confidence in virgin. The bills are never correct to what was actually quoted. Partner who pays bills still can’t get anyone to correct email

@virginmedia Despited repeated requests. The whole service has been a catalogue of errors but if you need to complain it’s hard work but if payment wanted there are no problems. NOT HAPPY AND NOW WANT TO CANCEL CONTRACT.

@virginmedia An engineer will be sent on Saturday. Second one in a week. Trying to use the chat function to load get a complaint and it disconnects. The agents do not seem keen on taking a complaint. I have been happish with tservice for few years now but it has deteriorated in last 6 weeks

@virginmedia Well surprise surprise. The WiFi is down again. 6 weeks in a row. Call Centre hing yo when passing my call to a manager. Poor service. This is now unacceptable. How do I complain (other than @Ofcom) about this poor service. Why is the service so awful now.

@virginmedia I spoke to someone on the actual day but they were not very helpful. As stated before this cable has never been an issue before. I can only assume that when neighbours were weeding area where my cable runs that may have accidentally lifted it.

@virginmedia Just been on the phone to @Virginmedia customer service for 30 mins and they're now saying the broadband outage in South London won't be fixed until MONDAY. Imagine how frustrating that would be if you were, I don't know, not able to leave your room at all before then.

@virginmedia When I click forgot password, it asks for my email address, then it says email not recognised...I'm certain the email is correct. I clicked forgot username anyway, filled out acct no, area ref and last name....and it leads to a page saying 'oops somethings broken'

@virginmedia 3 push backs on installation date now - less than 24 hours notice the last two times. Please can you try and prioritise our external works? It’s going to be 2 months installation delay IF you even do it when it’s next due.. not impressed.. tempted to cancel.
