@virginmedia Not good enough! I would believe you if this was the first time it happened but I am not paying £53.75 a month for this awful service and unreliable service… not when there are plenty of providers offering more for less.

@virginmedia It’s been terrible since early June. Yes I have tried wired and wireless. There was an issue in the area that was ‘fixed’ a few days ago but nothing has changed. 4 people have come to the house and ‘fixed’ the issue. No change. I have work to do.

@virginmedia I’m afraid not. I did ask to speak to a supervisor/manager and they said they would submit this request. My question is: is there actually a fault or is this an ongoing issue? It seems to be the latter, tbh.

@virginmedia No. I cancelled my service on 27 June for disconnect on 27 July. This was all agreed online. Why am I still getting bills when I paid up to and including that date? I am not spending huge amounts of money waiting on a phone line whilst you pay 'Greensleeves'at me!

No I’m out of contract I was told that I couldn’t organise a disconnection more than a few weeks in advance. It’s almost like @virginmedia is doing everything in its power to make it very difficult to cancel. No way of doing this or finding out online, no call back service either
