@virginmedia hi , have been trying to contact you for the last month. Each time been waiting for 25-30 minutes with no answer. Today after 10min someone answered but said cannot access my account. When I insisted she needed to make a note she cut me off. Awful!

  • Praeceps69 Paul and Sir Fluffy Watson (@Praeceps69) reported from Hounslow, England

  • Jonathon73 Jonathon Lisseman (@Jonathon73) reported from Richmond, England

@virginmedia I cannot believe the audacity of your adverts. We live in Twickenham and have regretted every day since we switched from Sky. (Even though they were robbing us for 11 years loyalty). We would happily pay overpriced sky for absolutely substandard virgin service.

  • JennyIllmann Jenny Illmann (@JennyIllmann) reported from London, England

Lately Virgin Media hasn’t been very good at all. I never used to have issues with it.

  • JohnJohnb471 John Briggs (@JohnJohnb471) reported from London, England

  • NickO_L1805 Nick (@NickO_L1805) reported from Richmond, England

@virginmedia Ok, so as promised here’s an update… the problem still exists!! Instagram works perfectly on 4G & any WiFi other than Virgin, but on Virgin WiFi it is slow & won’t load videos or carousel posts properly. As per the forum threads, this is an ongoing issue with Virgin WiFi only.

  • anna_fran Anna Parry (@anna_fran) reported from Bromley, England

@virginmedia Hi it’s with Media. Need to cancel subscription to Sky Premier channels and that requires 30day notice, which I haven’t been able to do for the last 30days...and it keeps rolling into another month and so on...

  • gorgeousuk anne hill (@gorgeousuk) reported from London, England

@virginmedia When you are using your data in your own house so often, have Netflix, Now and Amazon Prime you pay for that you can’t even use when Broadband are down, you have to ask, what the HELL am I doing with a company that can’t provide a basic bloody service.

  • rajeevdatta Rajeev Datta (@rajeevdatta) reported from Brentford, England

@RuislipR @virginmedia Virgin - abysmal. Went with them for a year (for my dad) and it was a disaster from start to finish. Should never have left SKY. Went straight back to them.

  • HDPMS Hugh Scantlebury (@HDPMS) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England

@virginmedia Engineer on site. No signal for the “little” channels E4, Channel 5 etc. (others are OK) so he’s in the pit in the street. Presumably therefore not just us....

@virginmedia Not lying that someone has spoken to me would have been a great start. How much does an apology mean if it didn’t even happen?. tried to cancel since August 2020 and finally finished in March 2021. Not using any services. I expect a full or partial refund

  • MsPurplePumpkin Michelle O (@MsPurplePumpkin) reported

@virginmedia my WiFi signal is dropping intermittently and has been for the last couple of days. It is making work impossible. Service status says that there is no issue. What can I do to resolve this issue?

  • timbo_g08 Tim G (@timbo_g08) reported

@virginmedia do you have an online chat help thing via your website. I can’t see one but I did once come across a page that suggested messaging you, but no actual link to do so. I don’t have hours free today to sit on hold trying to ring you

  • idrewdoughnut Andrew Molodoi (@idrewdoughnut) reported

@virginmedia I’m still out of broadband service since Friday 19/3, and I have no option to report this. Calling a number where no one answers is not an option for me. I have tried reporting it here but you refuse to acknowledge it. I’m expecting a full refund for this loss of svc

@virginmedia *Josiah. And yes. I do need further help. Please can you tell me why #virginmedia is charging me for placing a Collect Call when those are always charged to the recipient? The first reply to my tweet seemed to think I shouldn't have been charged...
