Appalling from @virginmedia today! The whole network in shambles today, no one working from has been able to do anything! Just spent 40 minutes listening to Footlose in their phone queue and as I got to the front, they put the phone on me! Absolute shambles!

@virginmedia Broadband down again this morning in SE London, got through to customer services and they advised the outage expected to be fixed by 12th April. No compensation offered and I would have to pay a penalty to cancel my contract.

@virginmedia No known issues, but I know people are experiencing the same issues. Tv and phone lines working fine, just issues with wifi as usual. From looking online and at Twitter it seems this is happening up and down the country so I'm not sure why we all keep getting the same response?
