  So @virginmedia wifi down in SW18 2 for the third time this week. Don’t ask me to check your status dashboard, this happens EVERY week. It’s a constant, systemic issue, please get an engineer to come out & look at local box. Paying £130/month for terrible service, fuming 🤮😡

  The service from @virginmedia is utterly dreadful. Had Wi-Fi issues so they sent someone out to rectify. Worked for 2 days then the same issues started again. Not had working Wi-Fi for the last 3 weeks. If your thinking of going with them for tv / internet, go with someone else.

  @virginmedia I rebooted, called the number, it says there is a known issue in my area and engineers are working on it. Does this take 5 days to fix? I try the status online and it tells me everything is fine but it isn’t. Is there anyone looking at this. I’ve never had an issue last this long

  @virginmedia no service for 32 days appointments booked but for wrong issue, every time I go in chat I get different reasons but nothing comes of it. complaints resolved with no communication with me, all I get is we are dealing with it, to say I’m fuming is an understatement

  @virginmedia please please please can you replace my ancient 11 year old Hub 3. It doesn't play nice with my modern Nest WiFi Pro mesh system. It wasn't very good when it was new! Customer services won't help because it's not actually broken!
