@virginmedia This issue is now appalling. Now I will not have internet connectivity for at least 3 days. That is unacceptable and I will have to wait until a new router arrives which is shocking

@virginmedia If two hours being transferred around yesterday on the phone from person to person didn’t help us, I’m not sure an ‘automated assistant’ will help!

@VirginMedia How can you only teach your customer "facing" staff to only say sorry, we've been trying to resolve the issue. As a new customer, I'm starting to regret my decision of choosing your company as I haven't had any of my broadband or TV package working as your promise!

@virginmedia There was but apparently fixed. Not sure I believe that. It’s really slow when I test even after a reboot and webpages constantly don’t load or take a long time

. @virginmedia you know it would be great if my Internet didn't disconnect and average of 25 times a day, every day for 3 weeks. Sure makes working from home a challenge. Your support say 'there is nothing wrong their end' I beg to differ.

@virginmedia My internet keeps dropping (right now for instance) and it’s been like this for since I signed up (2 months). All my neighbours have been complaining about the same. During a period when I need my internet almost at all times it’s letting me down and making me lose business

@virginmedia It says fine but it works only intermittently. Many neighbours say the same. I have already filed a complaint as have others.

@virginmedia mmm. Apparently because 10 flats are not working at the same time it is not a fault on your side but each one of us has the same issue by chance as your sys say all is good. Well all is not good and we have to wait till Monday for an engineer (all of us) area 22

@virginmedia That is the first thing I checked and after the call center told me all is fine, an engineer will be sent out on Monday a text came back about 3 hours later to say there was actually an issue and you are working on it. So after we all called an issue was found hope it is fixed

@virginmedia I don't believe you have been able to identify if the fault is in my local area as the issue has been frequent, upon ringing I get an automated message of it being an external issue and will be fixed however because of the frequency it only seems to be a temporary fix each time

@mikejjennings @virginmedia Not constantly but I've had some small chugs for the past couple of months, going down randomly for no reason at all. All the fun stuff

@raztweets @virginmedia Can't agree more, customer service is one of the most disconnected services I've ever seen in my life. Trying to get an answer out of anyone takes at least 3 hours on the phone between multiple departments and in the end you end up with the above!

@virginmedia But if you need permission - why mislead people in to believing the internet is available in the area? Surely install it first, get permission first then advertise?? I was told 1st Feb and ongoing issue still. Has even affected my NHS work. Unacceptable

@virginmedia disgraceful for VM complaints handler unable to calculate the correct no-of-days of uninstalled service. And there is no method for cust to relay this back to team…! No service was 36 days billed and handler refunded £8. What did the other £28 pay for?
