@virginmedia absolutely piss poor customer service from@whoever the guy was who put us on hold, blagging our of his arsehole he was waiting for a technician, to then cut us off just before 8pm so that we couldn’t call back BECAUSE THE LINES ARE CLOSED!

Hello @virginmedia. My broadband has been out since 9am for Essential Works. The Service Checker website says there are no issues, but my Hub tells me otherwise despite several restarts. Can someone let me know how long the outage is meant to continue?
