  @JessOrchardd @virginmedia I think they know their equipment is faulty and will never work properly. This is my fourth broadband provider and I have never experienced this. It was the only broadband instantly available in my new house. I really should have waited.

  @ArmchairAdml Just give notice or switch to a different provider. I had similar with Virgin media recently and literally had to have my wife try and open a new account at the address before I got a deal comparable to the new customer one.

  @virginmedia guys, we’ve had a complete broadband outage now for some hours in BH14. We need this to be able to do our jobs over the weekend. Service update estimates fix by 20th May which is frankly unacceptable. Can you give me a real time update of when to expect service?
