@virginmedia as a key worker, delivering Teams lessons online, I would expect any broadband issues to be responded to immediately. Sadly, this has not been the case; despite repeated complaints about the broadband dropping out mid lesson, you have not resolved the issue.

Respect to the engineers @virginmedia Consistently maintaining such a complex network is a tough job, especially at a time of exceptional demand. Whingeing the instant something as advanced as an internet network goes wrong is such a self-regarding 1st World problem. Shame on us

@virginmedia not just there signal it’s there non existent customer service I’ve asked if I can just leave as there service is not fit for purpose but all they do is send generic message saying i have to pay contact in full!! I was happy with virgin not 1 problem in 10 years now a nightmare

@virginmedia We have the cable in the pavement outside though. With the little black covers outside our house, since 2019. I just don’t understand why it was never hooked up after they dug the trench and laid the cable?
