Called to report the issue only to be told by a message to wait 24hrs to see if the issue resolves itself. Can you please log the issue? Thanks.

Of course I’m not having a a go at you but your customer service team is very bad. They don’t care about actually helping 👍🏾

Worked for 2 days then the same issues started again. Not had working Wi-Fi for the last 3 weeks. If your thinking of going with them for tv / internet, go with someone else.

I was with Virgin Media, and Starlink beats it hands down for gaming and streaming. The connection is fast, reliable, and far more consistent than I expected from a satellite service. Another big advantage is that I no longer have to deal with the rip-off pricing and policies of many UK ISPs. And if you’ve ever tried leaving Virgin Media, you’ll know exactly what I mean, it can be an absolute nightmare. With Starlink, the whole experience feels much more straightforward and customer-friendly.
