I just want to say how rude the agent turned when I declined the offer to stay, & once it was all done he just cut the call off. Glad I made the right decision #virginmedia

Nevertheless, the problem has been the lack of communication to us.

If it's not the coverage it's the phone !!!!

The English call centres are great but the Indian and Philippines ones are really bad I avoid them because they just read off scripts!

No reason as to why and it’s happening more often, you need to let your customers know what went wrong and what has been done to prevent such things happening again.
