    @virginmedia Hello. I keep getting interference through the TV box and also keep losing sound. The only way to fix this is to turn everything on and off again. This keeps happening. How can this be fixed?

    @virginmedia Well you said u only get compensation 4 certain things however for almost 3 weeks now the internet I rely on for nearly everything is slow &cuts out my neighbours the same . I have missed on line interviews , zoom meetings , unable to do some coursework & u guys say oh well ...

    Thank you @virginmedia for the worst service ever. We have been suffering from no broadband all day today while our work depends on this. It has been horrible for many days now. You do not answer phones or messages through your app. Is this what your customers deserve???

    @virginmedia Taking payment every month whilst we sit here with no tv, no broadband. We have a contract, I pay for your service, you aren’t providing that so I’m not paying. I’m already paying for extra data every month on our mobile bills. Virgin media is a joke.

    @virginmedia Your customer facing systems are obviously not fit for purpose and your staff have lied, hung up on me and been relatively unhelpful throughout the process. I would strongly recommend nobody use your services.

    I have @virginmedia 1000mpbs and atm east 3/5 games is very laggy as landing at a location on @FortniteGame is this a server problem it’s all the time? I’m confused as my speeds are the best you could get.. it happens with everyone in the same squad not just me? #fortnite
