    @virginmedia It is my wired connection that is at fault. Have literally plugged my laptop in directly to the Virgin Hub box and run various tests and network diagnostics for which I have confirmed the slow speeds.

    @virginmedia 33Mbps DL and 19.59 Mbps UL... but however three attempts at running the Speedtest. On the first two attempts the UL test failed reporting connectivity issues.

    @virginmedia please stop phoning my house daily in middle of working day to tell me you’re upgrading my WiFi signal. Every time you upgrade my signal, it breaks it. I’m already on a self purchased WiFi booster and it’s currently adequate. Please leave me and my signal alone!

    @virginmedia In relation to a potential weakness in security. I’ve got a retro phone with no caller ID. I have a name, they provided a customer licence number for me to check and to authenticate them as genuine . I have a name and they said they were phoning from Hampshire.

    @virginmedia Hello, I pay a premium for your fastest line. The last few months the broadband has been cutting out, incredibly slow and I’ve lost work. Ive been a customer for nearly a decade but the last few months I feel ripped off. Will you offer a reimbursement?

    @virginmedia I asked for it to be raised as a complaint but doubt it did get raised by the experience so far. I'm sick of talking about it, how about virgin actually gets of their *** and actually sort this out for once, and before you ask me to call virgin, forget it I've done enough already

    @virginmedia It was yesterday and I was hung up on 3 time yesterday by your staff, I reported problem on Tuesday and no one is bothering to call back when they say they will, twice now. I've requested 5 times that the order Is cancelled and get blocked everytime by your staff. I'm Furious

    Is @virginmedia the worse company in the world to deal with. been a customer for many years, just spent 45 on the phone to discuss an upgrade to a new package that is on their website for £79 to be told that I will have to pay £104 because I am an existing customer. #crapservice

    I can’t log in my own account on the website, I am profoundly Deaf and want to end my contract last January but I asked my dad to phone them for me, a lady said fine and ended of the call… they still charged me and I don’t understand why… can you help me please? @virginmedia
