  @JessOrchardd @virginmedia I think they know their equipment is faulty and will never work properly. This is my fourth broadband provider and I have never experienced this. It was the only broadband instantly available in my new house. I really should have waited.

  @virginmedia such poor service from virgin media. Called about renewal as I can see online for 1gb broadband and anytime chatter for £37.99 yet my renewal for the same package is £58 a month. How do you justify that and they cannot match but would rather lose a customer.
