  @djdymond @virginmedialife @virginmedia And you can only claim compensation for no service not a ****** service that cuts out about once an hour. I can not wait to get out of this contract. I have set a timer. Years and years of broadband with other providers and I have never experienced this.

  @virginmedia It obviously is an area issue as we have an area WhatsApp group and everyone’s internet is down: but I don’t have time to call as I have appointments all afternoon and knowi will be stuck in a queue for an hour minimum. Can you email to alert them to the issue???

  @virginmedia I have checked. There were outages and it’s now apparently fixed. Yet I still have no service. So I can’t watch tv, can’t use my tablet, my daughter can’t use her tablet and I can’t work next week. What fabulous service!

  @LessGrumpy @virginmedia Exactly that. The quality of the broadband has never been an issue but the customer service is almost non existent. But when you base that offshore it does tend to be the case. Very polite but utterly useless.

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK They are so out of touch it's unreal. I recently had to phone virgin media "bereavement and critical illness line", a relative has terminal cancer, but yet they can't offer monthly rolling contracts? We had to sign up for a min 2 year contract? It's disgusting. I'll never go VM!
