    @virginmedia I did call. One chap was very helpful and referred the poor broadband service and a faulty landline for two years to @Ofcom and the latter chap was not very helpful. Would you stay and have your monthly fee go from £28.50 to £49.50?

    @browntoby @virginmedia My wife works at a well known provider. The biggest discounts are available from ‘retentions’ i.e tell them you want to cancel and you can sometimes get over 1/3 off your bill.

    @virginmedia hello, we are unhappy with our broadband. It’s bad as my husband and I are both WFH and my Teams calls are regularly interrupted. We have the highest broadband package available and pay over £100 a month so it’s clearly unacceptable. Please send an engineer ASAP!

    @virginmedia Just spent an hour on the phone to yourselves, not only is the service going to be referred to @Ofcom due to frequent drops in the service + no LL, but you can’t offer me a 12mth contract insisting I have 18mth. Well, I might take up @SkyTV’s offer reluctantly. #Ealing

    @virginmedia it great to know we pay for broadband & you really struggling to provide! I’ve had speed issues since mid Jan. U acknowledge there was a fault on 8th Feb! Said it was fixed but engineer (who came today) said wasn’t & web page wrong! Won’t be fixed till 15th! Tonight

    Can’t wait till I get to cancel my @virginmedia contract and move to BT. I mean selling me 200Mb internet and not even delivering an average of 10Mb is not cool right! I mean imagine all the people that pay for the same service but don’t know how to measure it!? Right!

    @virginmedia Not very helpful. If your company can’t fix the issue, why would the community be able to? Spent another hour on the phone again today, again being told I will get a call back in 45 mins. It didn’t happen. Still no email!

    @virginmedia what brilliant technology utterly soured by almost comically bad customer service. I say “almost” as there’s nothing funny about taking 5 weeks, countless phone calls, endless hours of online chat & 2 formal complaints to just get my bill right. Not asking much.

    @virginmedia you’ve been fined by ofcoms before for your dreadful customer service but locking people into contracts where you’re not providing working wifi services and then charging them £240 to leave is CRIMINAL. This is not ethical or ok.

    @virginmedia I can’t get through on the phone again. Waiting 35mins and hung up. It’s so annoying. 😡😡😡. I have 14 days to cancel in which I am going to do. This has happened to me several time. Can’t you help me please.
