30 minutes on hold to @virginmedia only to be told that we still won’t have any internet til at least Tuesday as they can’t get a router to me before then. If I ordered it myself on Amazon I could get one tonight......pathetic customer service

@virginmedia my internet and TV are down and seems like a supply or hub problem. Just called your call centre for help and I appreciate they have a script to follow but no help whatsoever. Earliest they could offer an engineer was tomorrow evening when we are not in!

@virginmedia I have to reset my hub wifi everyday & sometimes the wifi doesn’t even reach the next room. Not great when you work from home! I’ve tried calling & live chat to report but can never get through to anyone. If the problem persists we’ll have to move to Sky.

@virginmedia That’s all fair enough, but someone at the top in VM needs to be more aware & think - hang on, this just isn’t right. I pay a lot for my package. I shouldn’t have to pay extra for this - England games are on Channel 4 for example. VM could easily cover the cost of showing 🏴
