    @virginmedia It obviously is an area issue as we have an area WhatsApp group and everyone’s internet is down: but I don’t have time to call as I have appointments all afternoon and knowi will be stuck in a queue for an hour minimum. Can you email to alert them to the issue???

    @virginmedia I rebooted, called the number, it says there is a known issue in my area and engineers are working on it. Does this take 5 days to fix? I try the status online and it tells me everything is fine but it isn’t. Is there anyone looking at this. I’ve never had an issue last this long

    @virginmedia Internet not working properly for weeks, engineer arrived and changed the hub, wouldn't listen to the fact most of the street is having the same issue. This is a issue your end as you have been told several times by various neighbours.

    @virginmedia I called as I am a new customer and the offer i expected is not showing and now I'm missing out on 100 pound credit and 200mb instead of 100mb broadband for 24 pounds a month. Waiting 1 hr twice and getting cut off is disappointing to say the least.

    @virginmedia They said IT would do something to resolve it. We tried to activate it through my vigin media online but the button on the web page does not work. On the phone I was refused by an advisor when I asked to soeak to a supervisor, asked to raise a complaint…

    @virginmedia It's simply not true. Or at least you may personally want to help, John, but the systems are designed as such so that you can't. The 'customer service' offered by Virgin continually appears designed mainly to frustrate customers and lead to capitulation.

    @virginmedia Yes, we have raised a complaint after the second cancellation, and in return... we got another cancellation. This also means we are now having to reschedule our TV package again due to a house move, which we are currently paying for but cannot use.

    @virginmedia So now all of a sudden you can actually help. Unbelievable. Forget it, as I’ve just wasted another hour of my life dealing with it on the phone. Your response, and the level of customer service I’ve received from Virgin Media today, is beyond parody. I’ll be making a complaint!!
