    @virginmedia Been promised somebody would call me back about a complaint for three weeks now. Nobody has, and it's a 1hr 30min wait on hold to talk to anyone at your end. Internet is terrible, engineers were a joke and you're still charging us full price...

    @virginmedia Hi John no Ive had it for quite some time with no issues and only yesterday it started doing that, everywhere I plug it close to the hub its just solid white light. I cant be paying extra for something not working just coz customer service on the website/whatsapp is nonexistent

    @virginmedia There has been no resolution. Just empty promises about an engineer attending my property at some point in the day. But I've was told this Thursday, Friday and Saturday. In fact on Saturday I was guaranteed an engineer would be at my property at 8am this morning.

    @virginmedia another day, and broadband down again. Service status telling me fixed by 7.15pm. My boss will be chuffed that I can't do any work for the last 2 hours of my shift. Putting prices up whilst providing a much lesser level of service. Brilliant
