    @virginmedia I think it’s pretty poor that your routers don’t allow us to change DNS servers - I’d like to use some family filtering (Cloudflare/Cleanbrowsing etc) and have to do it per device instead. The kids will figure out how to change that in no time!

    @virginmedia Hi CW, thanks for the update. It's been over 72 hours and the phone line still isn't working. Appreciate that these are difficult times for everyone but that's a long time to not have a service. It's your senior managers who need to sort themselves out.

    @virginmedia phone line been down since early afternoon, possibly longer. Recording & account message both always saying engineer is on site to fix the problem. I hope that site is Virgin phone line storage as no one has contacted me or turned up to look at this.

    @virginmedia I tried all that, the bloke on the phone told me an engineer would be the only one who could fix it, surprisingly it started working after a few hours, don’t have much confidence in your tool or your help desk! Neither seems to know what they are doing!

    @virginmedia talk on ‘is the service down’ website that there are major VM probs in Watford area AGAIN! There is no way I’m paying £25 for a technician to fix a service that I am already paying for. Please advise how I claim loss. I want to share it with other dissatisfied VM customers.

    @virginmedia It's says everything is ok but when got home my said it's been down all day went to see my next door neighbor who all so said it's been down most of the day. People who are on the Nextdoor app are also saying the same thing I have just turned my router off waited 3 to 4 secs
