  @JessOrchardd @virginmedia I think they know their equipment is faulty and will never work properly. This is my fourth broadband provider and I have never experienced this. It was the only broadband instantly available in my new house. I really should have waited.

  @virginmedia you keep bombarding me with email about upgrading WiFi box and TV box for free . My question is if you're posting it which delivery service do you use , as som are more reliable than others and some I won't use due to things going missing in the past
