    @libertyglobal Nice. But @virginmedia refuse to extend their existing network by 50 yards to allow me & my neighbours the option of super fast broadband. Instead we’re left struggling with speeds in single digits. And we don’t live in rural Scotland - we live less than 15 miles from C London.

    @virginmedia give your heads a wobble, service has been pure **** recently and now the 2.4ghz WiFi is not working which my smart bulb connects to so I had to actually get out of bed to turn the light off at the switch like a ******* caveman...... Absolute ******* of a company 🖕🏻

    @virginmedia No, not heard anything at all, plus they shut down the chat so obviously we're unable to continue talking. A complete waste of time. What's the point in having this support when it takes a customer chatting to support for 2.5/3hrs for them to basically "hang up".

    @virginmedia why are your technicians lying to customers and why are your cust serv reps so rude? Got my hub 5 but apparently there was some issue with the cables at my property so arranged a technician for 4 days after i received the box.
