    Checked the speed and 150mb I cant. It can be foolish of me but 150? I cant for real. 900mb minimum, my house moves are planned based on fiber connectivity. ps: 150mb from virgin media hahahhahahhahaha everyday in the phone screaming with customer service, nope im good

    @virginmedia It happens every month at the moment. My housemate spoke to someone on Wednesday (as it is his account) and they said it would be active by Thursday and it's still down.

    @virginmedia He has tried this and every time it just reverts to an automated bot response that doesn’t accept/understand /respond to his request to cancel. I need another way. As it’s proving impossible and stressful

    Absolute nightmare with @virginmedia arranging new package. Since agreeing package deal yesterday I've received FOUR different emails telling me I'm gonna be paying four different amounts, all higher than what was agreed. Absolutely terrible customer service and real headache

    @virginmedia But your hub has died and as such I cannot access my broadband, use my landline as you moved it from copper to Ethernet and the TV services are impacted as I cannot record, watch the BBC or any streaming service. In short an outage.

    @virginmedia I cancelled my broadband subscription in October and Virgin have kept charging me for landline although other provider inform me that they are providing service I just want to close the Virgin account

    @virginmedia we’ve had no service in EC1V London, since our Wi-Fi was installed last month. We’ve tried to call countless time and we keep being told about “area issues” that would be solved the day after but never do. This is just unacceptable behaviour!

    @KevvyJ63 @SkySports @virginmedia We were sent an engineer on Wednesday by error but it’s a known outage on skys end and he reckons sky won’t be quick to fix! You can log in online and watch all the games.

    @craigy1977 @bmstewart2004 @virginmedia When your contract is due for renewal tell them you're done & you're not paying £100 any more I did & got my bill down to £64 18 months later I did it again, got a speed increase from 300mb to 1.2 gig, Netflix & price down to £53 Might not be £12 but it's a saving

    @IainSankey @virginmedia Interesting, this was going to be my move in October. I have never used the phone line and we don't watch any of the Virgin TV stuff. Was it really that hard to get just Broadband?

    @virginmedia Ok so no sky sports+ available to watch.. just spent over a hour and 20 minutes on a web chat queue that no human turned up to help. Now seeking compensation as I cannot view what I paid for. Please advise.

    If you can stay clear of @virginmedia always do so. Forever having days without broadband and TV services, happens at least one a month where I’ll be 36-48 hours without anything. Their customer service is scarily bad too, they just don’t care.

    @saltyy_savage @virginmedia Never had any issues with BT Fibre. Yes speeds weren't the greatest but never any issues. Missus wanted faster speed, we have has so many faulty hubs, and keep losing Internet. Hope you get it fixed bud.
