Virgin Media is trending and as such it’s a good time to remind people that the only viable speeds should not be provided by the worst broadband company in customer service. Nothing will change if we stay quiet. UK-wide gigabit internet is ESSENTIAL to the growth of the economy.

@virginmedia Just spent 24 minutes on phone only to be cut off...again...whilst on hold. Your rep tried to get us to claim on the insurance. They obviously do not understand the issue even though it was explained that the phone was damaged whilst in for repair. We can't go like this!
