@virginmedia @virginmedia you keep cutting off the phone and not allowing me to speak to a manager! I’ve rang back 4 times! And I’ve spoken to 4 different people who won’t help! And keep hanging up...can someone please contact me this is insanely poor service

Honestly getting fed up with @virginmedia now. Had a great service for 12 years at my last property, nothing but problems since I’ve moved. Currently have no TV or internet service, can’t be fixed remotely so I have to wait until Wednesday for an engineer.

@virginmedia It’s like talking to a wall - just a text message service that just don’t even listen - well virginmedia apply your charge and we will see you in court . I can’t see how I am wrong when doing as requested then you want to charge me because your man didn’t write the info down

@virginmedia I couldn't care less about the name issue. You're taking your payment anyway so this only becomes an issue for your security checks. I need a solution to my broadband, if you fix that you can write whatever you want as my name in the contract.

@virginmedia Seriously, it's laughable. Operator asking for a picture of my hub because you don't have a log of the equipment you provided me. 51min in and the only 2 things we know: that you didn't update my name when I asked months ago; and the broadband is slow after the patch up from Dec.

How **** are @virginmedia pay for 200Mbps and only get WiFi connection in 2 rooms 🤯 rang them and all they want you to do is spend more money to upgrade cause there service isn’t good enough 🤯 then an engineer comes out and tells you get boosters cause they can’t guarantee wifi

@virginmedia Indeed, it went off at 14:00 and I was told it would be back on at 23:00, pretty poor really. No reason as to why and it’s happening more often, you need to let your customers know what went wrong and what has been done to prevent such things happening again.

@virginmedia @oppo @Wimbledon Well I did, which is nonsense you already know that I don’t have service. The thing that is insane is that once logged in I need to provide info on the account I have already been authenticated. Bad service poor costumer experience.
