    @virginmedia its been a month intermittently now with no phone or Internet.. if I have to say again its not the equipment but the amp I will make it a equipment issue by throwing the whole lot outside.. no way of contacting on 150 as i have no land line!!

You have done your legal duty to cancel. They then have no leg to stand on. Meantime arrange to switch providers. Hope that helps.

    @virginmedia even better. After 45 minutes on hold, got to an agent who said her system was down and she'd call me back. At an unspecified time. Like I don't have work calls I'm now doing all by mobile because I don't have broadband. YOU SUCK

    @SophieEB @virginmedia Avoid Virgin Media if you value your security. Spent months last year helping my dad recover from identity fraud caused by VM's shoddy security - particularly on the phone and complete lack of understanding of their issues.
