@virginmedia I had an email Monday saying i was due a refund but there was a problem with my information and to click on the link ! Of course i deleted the email as it was obviously not from Virgin media , they got my regon code rong as well as not using my name on the email !

@virginmedia I had a call trying to upsell, not been able to use 1 of 3 boxes, can't watch from any other box, kept being told I'd need to upgrade my WiFi, u refused as not has proper service for a while, that's when I was told I would receive a call 3-5 days later!

@virginmedia I am still unable to get Endeavour series 3. I phoned Virgin Media but they just suggested that I signed up to Virgin Media Store, which I have done. If I go on Box Sets and choose Channels and ITV, all shows, not just Endeavour, say Subscribe but do not say how. HELP please.

@virginmedia ..why set an installation date if you cannot honour it & have to reschedule 2 days before the installation. I had to cancel my work to organise around this. Who is going to compensate for missing a work day?

@virginmedia I don't believe it to be a local issue. its an intermittent thing that's lasted years. The request to increase the phone rings certainly isn't. Husband spent ages on phone for this and was told it would change overnight, it didn't. Blacks pots in our house aren't a local issue

@virginmedia I got 2 calls from my parents while I was in the cinema. I had to leave the screen to answer the call as I thought it was a family emergency as I don't usually get unexpected calls as I had only seems them on Monday!
