    @virginmedia how many months are we supposed to accept an unreliable substandard service in KT2 and how much compensation will we get? Using a @ThreeUK 5G router as backup, it’s not 1GB but at least it is consistent!

    @virginmedia Broadband in SM4 area has been down today since around midday and went down yesterday afternoon too. Actually saw a Virgin Media engineer on our road on a green box and he advised that it was all working again. Service status also currently advises no issue!!

    @virginmedia please help- our ntlworld emails have stopped working - saying pw is incorrect. Only solution is to access my account on virgin media but stopped using them for broadband a while ago. How can we change the pw for email?

    @virginmedia your engineer has come in today, replaced the router + connections outside. wifi speed is painfully slow and keeps cutting out. I keep checking service status for my area 15 + running test. I’m working from home! What is the issue and when will it be fixed?

    @virginmedia I haven’t got internet for 6 days, I’ve called you 4 times, waited 30min to talk to someone who couldn’t resolve my problem. I’m waiting for a technician since Monday. It’s unacceptable a cia like Virgin to treat customers like nothing.
