    @virginmedia Not exactly the same time. But I've logged the outages on my account, and they've also been listed as network faults (engineer going is on the way etc)- so nothing to do with the router or home network.

    @virginmedia Have you read my entire thread? I got a letter saying my complaint was invalid due to lack of evidence - despite the internet outage on 25 June making BBC, Guardian and Sky News. Can you please direct me to how I can escalate this?

    @virginmedia Tried texting this number twice but no reply. I have no been trying to cancel my broadband contract for a _month_ but no one from @virginmedia will speak to me.I even tried calling the # on the outstanding bill e-mail but it will only automate taking your money not let you leave

    @virginmedia @virginmedia @Ofcom literally don’t waste my time you rude wasteful sucks.. just spent 45 minutes on the phone to get out through to customer complaints - and get Kirin in India poor luv who has no way to trader me to complaints - just a suck of time . You will fail

    @Lgb89 @virginmedia We had the same situation about a year ago and they replaced both our boxes with the new ones 😩 it’s just our whole WIFI that’s useless, never not had issues with them and there’s always a “technical fault” being fixed somewhere 🙃

    @virginmedia is it common practice to lie? Myself and my neighbours have been without internet and tv services for nearly 2 days. We have been told an engineer is on site but time to fix keeps getting extended. Neighbour calls to follow up and is told ..1/2

    @repeatall @virginmedia And when you do pick up the phone, and put somebody through to customer services, and they wait for 30 minutes to speak to CS, why is it not CS on the phone?? But some poor lad who cannot help because he’s not working in CS and can’t transfer the call. Frauds and criminals

    @virginmedia Tried and referred to website FAQs which hold no answers and states the obvious. I hold for hours and get through to someone who then cannot help as they don’t have the authority. I try to cancel the contract of £149 and get put to retentions, who cannot seem to get it right!
