    Extremely disappointed with Virgin Media. Made a contract with them for internet for my business on the 09/09/21 and still NO INTERNET installed. Called customer service and they can’t help, call the order manger and they can’t help too. Who can Virgin? @virginmedia @Virgin

    @virginmedia Yes my husband was trying to report it first thing when it was still not working . It keept saying no issue . Eventually accepted there was a issue . Estimated time 3pm .

    @virginmedia Yes, it said no problem. I'm getting nowhere here. It's INTERMITTENT. So if I run the test and wait for it to drop out it might come back at that moment so doesn't show anything

    @virginmedia How hard is it to phone someone and apologise for not fitting your equipment on a date YOU gave? Or letting a CUSTOMER know when you will fit what you ordered? Or leaving an elderly lady without phone and broadband?

    @virginmedia my phone line has been broken for 2 weeks now. Finally had an appt on Friday and engineer did not turn up. Made no contact and Virgin has not been in contact. - really bad service

    @virginmedia Every now and then on our hub 2 the signal would drop out! We were sent a hub 3 and since then we are struggling to connect at all, even the connect app says poor but yet with the hub 2 there was no connectivity issues as we were all able to connect to the WiFi!
