Seriously @virginmedia you tell me your technician will arrive between 8am-12pm today. They don’t. I hear nothing. I call & am told they will arrive 3:30pm & “we do not provide the service to tell you they will be arriving later” & I can’t contact the tech = Awful system/process

@virginmedia It seems clear that in some locations you just offer terrible and inconsistent service. Given how much You charge it’s unacceptable that your response is in effect ‘sometimes it takes a while’. I have never known such appalling and unreliable service

@virginmedia Yes I also hope it gets sorted soon. But every single time there’s a problem the fix estimate is midnight of same day. And then the next day it’s the same again! So no amount of council permits, 3rd party access etc is the cause, it’s just rubbish communication from you guys

@issyl0 @virginmedia If they don't trust their own process, they should give options to do otherwise. Especially considering they forced us to pay for 6 months of no service as we're moving to an area they don't serve.

3rd time in 11 days my land line has broken. @virginmedia 2 engineers a week apart apparently fixed it. Today not working again. Not good enough virgin. It is essential that I have a land line!!!

@virginmedia It’s not if you fell short, you guys did fall short . I cancelled my service and it should have been cutoff on the 10th March not the 10th of Feb. all I wanted to here that it was going to be restored. #untrustworthy

@virginmedia I have spoke. To your CS team and I was passed to 3 different departments and basically told some admin nonsense about a call I made in October. Nothing as been resolved I don’t have TV service and I want have Broadband service soon as I will cancelling the that as well.

@virginmedia No. But when I call, there’s a recorded message saying improvement work is taking place in E17 3JQ. The time and date set for the fix changes every time I call. It’s just lies. The WhatsApp group for my road is full of very unhappy VM customers

Hi @virginmedia , my partner phoned you to cancel our account on Feb 2nd due to your price rises but now you're saying that the phone call never took place and want to charge us for an extra month that we didn't want. How do we get the cancelled month taken off our bill?
