@virginmedia my broadband is still down since this morning. Your engineers have not fixed the issue although your automated system says no issues in area. Please tell your engineers we are still down in N21. Impossible to talk to a human. Very frustrating.

@virginmedia I’ve never had a protracted problem like this before. It’s only ever gone down a couple of times before (in over 15 years!) and then come back within 7 hours or so.
