    I will never ever subscribe to @virginmedia services due to how difficult they make it to change services/cancel contracts. It's a joke and should be looked at by @Ofcom.

    @virginmedia That is the first thing I checked and after the call center told me all is fine, an engineer will be sent out on Monday a text came back about 3 hours later to say there was actually an issue and you are working on it. So after we all called an issue was found hope it is fixed

    . @virginmedia you know it would be great if my Internet didn't disconnect and average of 25 times a day, every day for 3 weeks. Sure makes working from home a challenge. Your support say 'there is nothing wrong their end' I beg to differ.

    got a phone call from a representative of @vmbusiness told them that I won’t talk to them unless they provide an email so I can track who I am talking with. the response: goodbye and hang down. Virgin Media Business customer care is the worst I ever experienced.

    @virginmedia mmm. Apparently because 10 flats are not working at the same time it is not a fault on your side but each one of us has the same issue by chance as your sys say all is good. Well all is not good and we have to wait till Monday for an engineer (all of us) area 22

    @virginmedia My internet keeps dropping (right now for instance) and it’s been like this for since I signed up (2 months). All my neighbours have been complaining about the same. During a period when I need my internet almost at all times it’s letting me down and making me lose business

    @virginmedia @riteshsonawala Why run a world speed test when all devices are wireless, im having trouble too , supposed to be getting 200mbps and this is what I'm getting!! If someone is complaining it's because their Internet is slow and not what they're paying for so doing a wired test isn't gonna help!

    @virginmedia how can you disconnect traditional land lines for customers who do not believe in Wi-Fi and expect an 89 year old lady to just accept your poor service! Are only option is to move to BT can we keep the number?

    @virginmedia Repeatedly being told all is ready 48hrs before, after I take the time to call and check, then getting a text 24hrs out cancelling the appt points to very problematic customer information processes at the least. Not to mention waiting over a year.

    I wish I’d recorded the phone calls I’ve had with @virginmedia because it would be an incredible @BBCPanorama or @C4Dispatches Over two weeks, 6-7 phone calls a day lasting 40+ mins, and still no service. Something is seriously wrong in this company.

    @virginmedia No landline - no dial tone. Service status says everything is OK! So how long before you acknowledge a problem, couple of years ago it was 16 days and an ombudsmen case to boot.
