@virginmedia Your broadband is terrible. I am suppose to have 350meg and it is under 20 on speed test. Your customer service team are incompetent at best. Being told I was being put on hold while they try and sort the broadband out and the agent never came back and didn’t call me back either

@PippaCrerar @virginmedia If you're using a Virgin router I would buy another one as they're useless Main issue I found was they don't switch between 2.4GHz/5GHz very well If you want stronger signal then switch off 5GHz

@virginmedia The box freezes on 'Welcome' screen and takes multiple reboots to get it eventually started. Had problems with it ever since I got the new remote. Other problems are - it doesn't play any 'catch-up' programmes, and, it only plays the first three minutes of recorded programmes.

@virginmedia And here is a glowing example of the wonderful service of Virgin Media. They made a mistake and disconnected my service (very promptly, didn't take 48 hours to do that as it was disconnected exactly at midnight on Friday despite having been extended to the end of March). 1/2
