@virginmedia All of our WiFi appliances stopped working at the exact same time. The WiFi keeps trying to connect but just whirls and whirls. No issues with our appliances

@virginmedia We have broadband but no WiFi. Rang customer services on Thursday lunchtime to be told that although nothing shows up in the service checker it' known fault and should be back today, now it's almost two days without WiFi, just want update from someone who knows what's happening

@djdymond @virginmedialife @virginmedia And you can only claim compensation for no service not a ****** service that cuts out about once an hour. I can not wait to get out of this contract. I have set a timer. Years and years of broadband with other providers and I have never experienced this.

@JessOrchardd @virginmedia I think they know their equipment is faulty and will never work properly. This is my fourth broadband provider and I have never experienced this. It was the only broadband instantly available in my new house. I really should have waited.

@virginmedia Many thanks for your reply. Appreciate you cant guarantee a fault free service but it was more the time estimated to fix it which was is the issue. You can send someone into space but cant fix my broadband within 24 hours as opposed to your estimated 6 days. Cant be right surely.

@BMRSONIC @virginmedia Yeah bro, used to be on a TP link so was convinced that was the issue so I got ethernet straight from my router to my PC, didn't change. Don't think theres anything I can do at this point other than change providers, which won't happen :/

@ayresie__ @virginmedia Only other thing you can do your end is make sure there’s not any bent pins or anything on your Ethernet. I upgraded to a cat7 just so it was mega shielded to stop any interference. Could be a problem in the cabinet though 😫
