Munira Wilson MP (@munirawilson) reported from Richmond, England
@janeillustrates @bristolboudicca @VirginMediaCorp @virginmedia @Ofcom If she receives any care support, the agency ought to be checking up on her more regularly. That doesn't help with the isolation of no TV though.
-
Sarah Cox (@SarahCo85095085) reported from Richmond, England
I cannot believe we are still without a service @virginmedia in SW London. Please give us a sensible update - it is the least that can be expected after 3DAYS of no service. It is an utter disgrace. Already looking for a new provider #virginmediadown @Ofcom
-
Gary (@PilotBoyGD) reported from Merton, England
@alexodam @virginmedia I'm in Raynes Park... Fix estimate now Monday morning at 9. Three days without broadband man. And I thought no nut November would be hard.

-
Munira Wilson MP (@munirawilson) reported from Richmond, England
Appalled by lack of response from @VirginMediaCorp @virginmedia to me, colleagues & most importantly thousands of customers struggling without broadband, phone or TV for at least 2 days. Lack of info and misleading fix times unacceptable. An urgent case for @Ofcom to investigate
-
Jon Gardner (@JonGardner_gb) reported from Richmond, England
@____________jkg @harerik @virginmedia You have a backup hub that you can route traffic too if one is down. In a business environment this is standard practice. If Virgin want to just be a home TV provider, fine. But if they want to sell services to schools, other public services and business things need to change.

Deborah 👩💻 (@deb_mae_ellis) reported from Poplar, England
@virginmedia Just want the service m paying for it’s been going on to long.... East London
-
Was this in the plan 🦋 (@stephnimmo) reported from Merton, England

-
Christian Furr (@Pientello) reported from Richmond, England

@virginmedia Ok, thanks, we had service this am but when the portal@shows three greens and a good device it should be updated to at least amber.
-
Bev Fitzsimons (@fitzy45) reported from Merton, England
After 4 days without broadband, TV and phone what is particularly vexing is the ‘no known problems’ message on the @virginmedia website. The communications about what has been going on has been shocking
-
Jon Gardner (@JonGardner_gb) reported from Richmond, England
@harerik @virginmedia They sell a business class service to businesses, schools and all manor of other organisations. They should be able in emergency to reroute traffic around a problem like this in minutes or hours, max..... #virginmediadown
-
John Steele (@Chilly_in_the) reported from Merton, England
So now two full days of no internet or Tv. Seems some muppet put a digger through the fibre to local hub. It’s amazing how much we’ve come to rely on it for al sorts of things. Banking probably being the most useful. Anyway crack on & fix it @virginmedia I’ve got bills to pay.
-
Mrs R (@KateRenton) reported from Merton, England
@virginmedia your site states the issue will be fixed by 1600hrs today Friday and they laughed apparently it will take them days to install new cables and make the intricate connections to each fibre optic strand. They said they were likely to have it all working again on Monday
-
Tony Mills (@tonystwit) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England
@telnetport25com @EdwardJDavey @virginmedia Ed likes to campaign for populist issues with no success, so don’t hold your breath. Virgin media is his current target after failing with his SWR campaign. South of the Borough lost faith in him!

Pete (@petebeckett1) reported
@virginmedia To be honest I'm so fuming that our connection still isn't sorted, after over a month of telling you about intermittent faults, and now nearly a week of total loss of connection, and you appear not to care at all, dodging the point that the CS agent put the phone down on me
-
💘💘 #AnGeLcHeStEr 💘💘HiLdA ⓁⓅ ★ •♬•♫•. (@BenningtonIsGod) reported
@virginmedia They wanted to know how many devices we had. It's landline calls. Said we had been hacked & could give us all IP Addresses etc but I just didn't believe them & said I had to go. They've rang back a few more times since but I know it's not official so hang up it's just annoying
-
Dan L (@gindan82) reported

-

@virginmedia how can I cancel my virgin media when I have no email as my Nan passed and my mum can’t remember it?
-
Joanna Barton (@JoannaB50859080) reported
@virginmedia why do feel it's ok to sign someone up to a contract when specifically asked not to, under the guise of a free gift to a loyal customer and then when queried try to charge £80 per service to cancel. I do not wish to pay £240 to get out of a contract I didn't agree to
-
Sam Davies (@SamAFCDavies) reported
@DannySaunders1 @ShaunsmithSKS @virginmedia Wish they’d fix mine instead of apologising and lying too me all day

@virginmedia @MoneyTelegraph how do I escalate a complaint. Cs is a waste of time phones about 20 times going round in circles. 8 weeks on and still paying for what I'm not getting. Emailed CEO and no answer... what do I do to get it fixed
