    @virginmedia I'm told the engineer has closed the issue from his end and they will have to raise a level 2 again and will be in touch within 48 hours. Dies this mean the issue is still open?

    Mum is shielded and home alone. Her landline stopped working, after 6 days @virginmedia came to fix. Engineer couldn't fix so said would escalate. Mum chased again today and calls been closed! So far cost £21 in calls. #virginmedia, is that how to treat vulnerable customers?

    @virginmedia @O2 Maybe you should concentrate on actually delivering what is now a “utility” type service to clients. We have an outage and the customer service is dreadful. Get the basics right before aiming higher.

    @virginmedia The ~45mbps speeds. Every device. We have some in the same room as the hub, and we have Gigabit Ethernet wired throughout the house. It was downloading an update over cable on the Series X that first alerted me to the speed issue
