@virginmedia So it seems you are doing "service improvements" in my area, and "everything should be back to normal by 15:00". It's the middle of the working day....😒😐. Could those improvements not be done at night or during the weekend? Cheers.

@virginmedia a text to say there may be disruption to services is not the same as no wifi or TV since 8am and not expected back on until 4pm?! Can’t speak to anyone on the phone either! Not acceptable especially when I am having to cancel important work meetings?! Furious!

Hi @virginmedia. I've just spent 1.5 hours/3 calls on the phone with you to cancel my contract due to moving flats. Each time the line went mute after a long wait and eventually disconnected. Please fix your service! Thanks.

Less than two weeks on from having to wait a week to get my wifi back up & running, here we are again. No service (Battersea) and 4 days wait for an engineer @virginmedia I deserve to be compensated. This is ridiculous and unworkable. #virginmedia

@virginmedia I wanted to take on a new 18 month contract but as an existing customer is apparently costs me £11 a month more than a new customer. Just seems stupid, it must cost more than £200 to win a new customer but VM r happy 4 me 2 join another supplier at 20 pcm instead of pay u 34 pcm

@virginmedia Today is the 3rd day in a row with a broadband outage in N15. Each evening it's marked fixed then back off next morning. Please let us know what's up, it's about to start really impacting my work.

@virginmedia Last technician said some of the connectors were old and she replaced them, spent an hour checking everything. Replaced some parts and it worked for 6 months. It's now the same and you guys can't see the issue. Was told it would be sorted in 48 hours and time is about up.

@virginmedia I've done everything I can, rebooted 10 times, all the things you are told to do I have done multiple times and I'm at my wits end with it. Last 2 years have been awful to say the least.
