    @virginmedia Hi ALG, thanks for the reply, it’s greatly appreciated😊 After a long call with Yodel we’ve found out there was a system error resulting in them having to return to the depot & they will attempt to deliver today. Nevertheless, the problem has been the lack of communication to us.

    @virginmedia Can someone answer the phone. Last week when I got rid of sky and got virgin installed you had someone on the phone to me in record time the last two days I’ve had issues no one available. I’m within my 14 days so I’m gonna cancel if u don’t respond properly

    @virginmedia seems to be a problem with playback on iPad from virgin media box. Stored shows on the box were playable now not. Connects, plays 2 secs then stops noticed 3 days ago.

    @virginmedia I could indeed try ringing that number - if I wanted to spend over an hour listening to the same songs on a loop then speaking to someone who doesn’t know anything. You have a real problem with customer service and it will lose you business.

    I have just received the most atrocious customer service from @virginmedia ! WiFi was supposed to be here two days ago because it was signed for at the wrong address & I’ve just been told by a supervisor that there’s nothing they could do, thanked me for my time. Then hung up!😡

    “Catch up on iplayer" A phrase loved by Virgin Media. Shame it’ll only play 4 mins before freezing!!! You contact them & get "there’s no problem showing at our end" We can send an engineer to investigate but that’ll be next week! As much use as a chocolate teapot!

    @CISASUK Think it's disgusting that @virginmedia can take your payments instantly directly from your bank account yet you have to wait 7 weeks after 30 days after cancellation to receive a cheque that will take days to clear. 3 months to get your own money back is awful!

    So @virginmedia I finally get a call back from a technician, bcoz we are getting intermittent wi-fi from day 1. You suggest wi-fi boosters at an additional cost of £5 per month! So I have to pay more for your bad service issues? We are already paying for bad service! #badservice

    @virginmedia We’ve phoned them regularly. But never get any follow up. Speaking to someone now who can’t help us. This has opened the door to all kind of fraud, and over a month since I requested the service to be disconnected.

    @virginmedia No updates for over 4 weeks. Completely pointless that page.. doesn't tell me any more than I already know. The other complaint has been closed.. poor resolution summary and no call to inform me or discuss the issues that are still outstanding. Completely pointless again.

    @JohnnnyW @virginmedia Agree. 6 weeks waiting and now I, me, the wronged customer, needs to spend more of my valuable time trying to sort stuff out. This is a problem I’ve now raised three times so the least @virginmedia should do is take ownership of their error and sort it out.
