Sadly, still no #virginbroadband and simply an infinite @virginmedia loop online of getting nowhere. As I use VOIP I have no landline phone signal and no internet other than my mobile so work is very difficult

@virginmedia Thanks, I tried that route and it didn’t work - I’ve called via my mobile but with Covid staff restrictions naturally there’s a long delay. I can patiently wait but wanted to find through Twitter how many others were having the problem again.

@virginmedia #virginbroadband like so many other customers I have had a week of constant disconnections & router restarts but still have no connection. #virginmedia web help is even down so I can only connect via my mobile phone making my range of parish & school work difficult!
