When you spend 2 hours on the phone to @virginmedia about a complaint that’s taken them over a month to respond to and they pretend not to hear you and hang up the phone coincidentally when they close at 9pm. I’m going to lose my **** soon.

You know what is absolutely is crap about @virginmedia? In the US, when I had issues with the router from Comcast, I could replace it with my own (and I did). But @virginmedia forces you to use theirs.
