    I upgraded our wifi from 200mbps to 500mbps but as always the darn thing is even slower than before. The worst thing about is am paying even more now?? I complained so many times but @virginmedia only ignores it. Why are you deceiving the public @virginmedia? @BBCWatchdog

    @shoottheducks @virginmedia The reason I left also. Might be fast when working but when you have regular outages pretty pointless. I got out using thinkbroadband free health monitor. Basically pings your router regularly and tracks failed pings. I sent them the evidence and they allowed me to cancel

    @virginmedia is there any danger that we might actually get bb working in West London today? Been off all day. According to the w/site there’s no issues & your diagnostic tool says there’s no issues either. But try ringing and there’s a message saying “we know there’s an issue”.

    @virginmedia Awful customer service. Time wasted by agent focused on up-selling rather than helping at every opportunity. Got in touch per technician’s advice if dropping issue recurred so someone could come out again. Agent first wouldn’t book, then tried to charge for doing so

    @virginmedia Its a significant increase. BT offer a much more cheaper TV/BB package tbh. I have seen no change in the current service as I had in 2016 - in fact I have the same router and VM box. Its simply not good enough

    Ugh, @virginmedia down already. Not a good start, not even had the line two weeks. vDSL 66.7/19.9 Sync - January - Uptime 100% DOCSIS 3.x 350/40 ranging - January - Uptime 72% And just to rub your face in it. Three 4G 20/5 average - January - Uptime - 89%

    @virginmedia hi, what is going on with the internet service in South London today (SE27 specifically)? I've been having issues all day, and now it's been literally an hour I have no connection at all. No info online about any issues. We are paying far too much for this.
