    @virginmedia @jwsal Yeah, I’m in Brixton too and there are faults reported in our area. The estimated fix time keeps getting pushed further and further back, and new faults are being flagged. So it’s getting worse, rather than better. Been like this since last night. Very frustrating.

    @virginmedia My virgin internet down completely since Friday and was told on the phone that it won’t be back till the 9th May! Yet when I check your website it sometimes says there are no problems. Obviously there are. You should be honest and report each area and give reasonable fix times.

    @virginmedia London EC1 is out. Seems a mast has been damaged in the brief heavy storm that hit London moments before. An act of god however don’t believe in him! At least I get usually get 99% great service from virgin :)

    @virginmedia customer service is shocking, no Broadband or TV and when you call to find out an update you get a recorded messsge “Sorry lines are busy please try later” or try another service provider.

    @virginmedia IG95AH postcode broadband issues, expected resolution 28th April. So 17.3% increase in cost with no guarantee in service….. this is 2023 and you can’t give me a stable broadband connection! FAIL yet again.

    @virginmedia Intermittent outages. No apology and no reduction in my bill for the inconvenience. I work from home so it is crucial I have reliable broadband. I never know from one day to the next whether I will be able to work! Not a very reliable service.

    @virginmedia No, it doesn’t, and the internet goes down again within hours, usually in the evening when I presume there’s high usage. We’re in a loop - report issue, told issue is resolved, issue happens again.

    @virginmedia The exact same over wired connection. 2 days ago an engineer came out and change the box and advised use to make a compliant as we have been having this issue for nearly a year and today you have disconnect our internet after 2 days of normal internet speed in a year

    @virginmedia I was speaking to someone on WhatsApp yesterday from 14:41 to 18:09 whilst still on the phone to a representative. The problem here which you don't seem to grasp is that wherever you are you're NOT assisting me..unless going round in circles achieving nothing is assisting?

    @virginmedia Can't get to speak to anyone about it , gives the standard pre recorded message about a known fault then offers the option of registering for txt updates and that's it , absolutely stunningly terrible customer service and think a call to the ombudsman is in order
