@virginmedia I think it’s pretty poor that your routers don’t allow us to change DNS servers - I’d like to use some family filtering (Cloudflare/Cleanbrowsing etc) and have to do it per device instead. The kids will figure out how to change that in no time!

@virginmedia Again the general internet service is fine but every night without fail between 00:00-01:00 my internet will cut out for about 5/10 mins cutting out anything I'm doing. Be it watching something or playing games with friends. It's infuriating.

@virginmedia Hi no problem, all other sites load fine. All devices have the same issue, both hardwired and WiFi exhibit the same issue. Trying to work out of my own router is blocking the connection or if it’s the same for all VM connections. I have also tried multiple DNS servers.
