@virginmedia On the old app you would scroll down to a programme press ok and it would say watch now and you would press that and program would start on the tv. Now you have switch to the new remote which isn’t like your tv remote which the old app was exactly the same

@TomGeorgeBest @virginmedia I live in South London and this keeps happening to us too. Internet cuts out between 10-11am and then again between 3:30-5 every day. We pay for 50mbps and have internet speeds as slow as 0.9mbps. So frustrating.
