    Anyone thinking of signing up to @virginmedia - think twice. We live in NW London and are enduring day 6 of a total VM blackout - no WiFi and no TV. Not good enough.

    @virginmedia Provide the service I'm paying for. Makes it worse the way you fix a problem with my service is to sign me up to a bigger contract. That's just despicable. Signing people to q contract for a product not working then making them sign up to spend more money instead of fixing it.

    @virginmedia That is what your support staff had them do first, before upselling them to a new connection. They can sign into the home page, when they click "email" for the webmail, they get a 404
