    @virginmedia Again the general internet service is fine but every night without fail between 00:00-01:00 my internet will cut out for about 5/10 mins cutting out anything I'm doing. Be it watching something or playing games with friends. It's infuriating.

    @virginmedia I think it’s pretty poor that your routers don’t allow us to change DNS servers - I’d like to use some family filtering (Cloudflare/Cleanbrowsing etc) and have to do it per device instead. The kids will figure out how to change that in no time!

    @virginmedia Hi CW, thanks for the update. It's been over 72 hours and the phone line still isn't working. Appreciate that these are difficult times for everyone but that's a long time to not have a service. It's your senior managers who need to sort themselves out.

    @virginmedia Hello, your problem with the intermittent connection is happening again... WiFi works for 30 mins and then stop for 3/4 minutes.

    @virginmedia on the 22/02 I was told you would carry out an investigation and get back to me in 72hrs. It’s now been 15 days and I’m still yet to hear from you. I’ve called customer services and have been told to wait for someone to call me back. How long am I supposed to wait?

    @virginmedia TERRIBLE time with you. Tried to leave on 1st March, Offered cheaper price. Asked for confirmation email. NONE received. Phoned up to chase. New contract not gone through, charged HIGHER price, can’t speak to Manager, & told 30 days required, contract ends 27!?
