@virginmedia Thanks, John. No they didn’t confirm. All they said was that the issue *might* be fixed by August 2nd, which as you can imagine is far from ideal. Meanwhile, I’m also being charged a full month despite not having a reliable connection for over a week.

@virginmedia It’s been terrible since early June. Yes I have tried wired and wireless. There was an issue in the area that was ‘fixed’ a few days ago but nothing has changed. 4 people have come to the house and ‘fixed’ the issue. No change. I have work to do.

So @virginmedia wifi down in SW18 2 for the third time this week. Don’t ask me to check your status dashboard, this happens EVERY week. It’s a constant, systemic issue, please get an engineer to come out & look at local box. Paying £130/month for terrible service, fuming 🤮😡

@virginmedia Literally the whole thing has changed over night haha. It doesn't even suggest me a number to call anymore. I put in a complaint to ask for an engineer as well since that's the only way I could get hold of anyone. But now my complaint has been deleted haha.
