    @virginmedia My virgin internet down completely since Friday and was told on the phone that it won’t be back till the 9th May! Yet when I check your website it sometimes says there are no problems. Obviously there are. You should be honest and report each area and give reasonable fix times.

    @virginmedia London EC1 is out. Seems a mast has been damaged in the brief heavy storm that hit London moments before. An act of god however don’t believe in him! At least I get usually get 99% great service from virgin :)

    @virginmedia @RosellaDegori Despite several attempts and restarting, service is still down in N16 impossible to contact help. When yiu run service check simply says everything is OK, well is NOT

    @virginmedia Been through customer service so many times. Today was at my wits end as they split my connection between 2g and 5g, then back again so I had to reset all my wifi devices 😡. Still not fixed. Waited for a new hub and was sent a plug? Hopefully this is now on it's way? If it helps

    @virginmedia Hi. I have existing service. After complaining to you on twitter that I could not upgrade online, two weeks later there was a magic upgrade button. I clicked it and added another 100mps to my account. I was sent an email reference: WS7548233 that it was completed. Spdtest say no.

    @virginmedia if your system goes down I think it would be advisable for your call centre staff not to blatantly lie to your customers when I'm told there is engineers working in my postcode I expect to see them when there is none at all it's a bit obvious you're lying to me again

    @virginmedia Nope. The works were completed. Sounds like your construction team didn’t notify the pre-install team. I’m now having to call the construction team to find out what’s going on. This sort of thing shouldn’t be down to the customer to resolve.

    @virginmedia The complaint was regarding the inability to get through to any kind of customer service in a timely fashion to discuss pricing of tv/b’band package - which has now resulted in overpayment! 👎
