    @virginmedia Thank you but we have complained and no response. We are with you because you offer 200Mb and we need that, the closest competitor offers only 60Mb. It’s frustrating that we are paying for a service that is not guaranteed

    Guess what? Yes, @virginmedia is down again. I have no idea what I have done to them but they are treating me like I'm a c**t. Since 12 Feb I can count the days of adequate service on one hand. What an embarrassment of a company.

    I have noticed a lot of people complain about the service received from @virginmedia for broadband. @Ofcom please can you look into this? We pay for a service that has constantly let us down for many months.

    Anyone have constant issues with @virginmedia we pay for 200Mb super fast broadband. We are in Bromley. Over the last year we have had nothing but issues and no matter how many times we make contact we get fobbed off. We are paying for a service that cannot deliver. Anyone else?

    @virginmedia can send an engineer in an emergency to our neighbour as the socket isn’t straight on the wall.... but can’t send one to activate services. There are 2 vans in my street now why do we need to wait until 24th when hardware already in house?

    @virginmedia Internet has gone down several times this week. You keep forcing me to go into the office during a pandemic because you're failing to provide the service I'm paying for. Service status says it won't be fixed until tomorrow. Broke today, broke yesterday and broke the days before.

    @virginmedia Yep tried the steps on your website. Again it's gone down this morning just now. Seems to be around this time each day. This is a fibre connection right into the property. BT copper cable was slower yes but never this inconsistent with connection!
