    @virginmedia Maybe you should try and look after your existing customer before trying to get more customers. I’m leaving due to the better value for money sky are offering I will be saving well over £300 a year joint them. If only you offered me the new customer deal which you are doing£79

    @virginmedia 40 minutes it took for one of your operators to answer the telephone with no apology. I pay for a 200MB/s service and am currently receiving about 8MB/s and it’s been like this for weeks. I hope you’ll be adjusting my bill.

    Been on the phone with @virginmedia the level of customer service is ridiculous. Been on the phone for over an hour explaining I received I call on Friday from them about upgrading my tv broadband and phone. However I explained @SkyUK we’re doing a amazing Black Friday deal.

    VIRGIN MEDIA are stealing money from accounts. Last week @virginmedia stole £150 from an account, they are now avoiding paying it back EVEN after accepting the mistake. They have gona as far as to just not take a call, never phone back and bypass the customer

    @virginmedia Truly terrible customer service. Need to change my package, can’t do it online, long phone wait times & when I finally get through, so slow to get any info, then cut off. Think I’ll have to cancel & move elsewhere as it seems always to be this way with you. Hopeless!

    @virginmedia the last couple of weeks have been abysmal - packet loss and routing problems making my internet connection unusable. Now the TV is affected too. I had an engineer booked for Saturday but received a text saying visit cancelled as the issue was fixed. It’s not!

    @virginmedia Yes, I rang and told them not to close the complaint, I also rang and cancelled my subscription and told them the complaint should stay open. Then you choose to close the complaint saying you could not get in touch, it just shows how much you ignore people and lie to their faces

    @virginmedia Waited over 20 mins to speak to a lady only to find out I had been passed to the wrong department. She apologized and said she'd raise a complaint, but a complaint would mean I then couldn't speak to anybody else about my problem. She transferred me to a 3rd person.

    @virginmedia I have tried to call today about leaving yet cannot get through 🤬 if I can’t speak to someone to leave properly I’ll have to cancel the direct debit. My contract is up and I’d rather leave than pay £54 a month just for m200 broadband
