    @virginmedia Tbh it’s been ongoing since we locked down in April. I accepted things might be a struggle but as time has passed colleagues and friends are not struggling with day to day connection or having constant lapses in connections. Having spoke to CCare nothing can be done.

    @virginmedia since 2016 with virgin but really disappointed and disgusted as network is so cheap, sometimes feel like i am in the Amazon Forest. As advised i upgraded it and nlw paying more money but without proper service. Everyday it drops.

    @virginmedia I understand that, but nobody from the cabling company has been out to assess that’s what’s needed. Virgin engineer suspected a knocked connection in the main box. There is no light arriving at property, no visible damage to cabling and most likely a connection issue
