    @virginmedia Just gone off again. Truly terrible reliability. I can’t spend so much time ringing you up, checking status, rebooting and replacing routers. Merton is going to be one of he first places in the UK for FTTP. It’s going to be great to have a reliable broadband.

    @virginmedia broadband keeps cutting out, intermittently for days now. Done all the checks, connections etc fine. Turned off & on many times. The online diagnostic test says there's no problem but THERE IS & MY INTERNET IS UNUSABLE! Please advise ASAP.

    @virginmedia probably, no defenitely, the worst customer service I have ever experienced. 4 hrs on the phone over 2 days, transferred unknown number of times and hung up on twice and still no result.

    I have had the most useless IT support from any company in all of the years I’ve been doing tech. @virginmedia wow. I finally got my connection back after several outages but because it’s now back for now, you won’t elevate the issue. Time to go...

    @virginmedia Strangely following my calls today, suddenly it’s rumoured to be delivered later today! The issue was I was never given a tracking number at all and without that you can’t do anything. Your message on Monday advised it was being delivered Tuesday

    @virginmedia Yes, done all that. Yodel tracking service just says it’s being loaded into a van, no time of delivery or anything. Yodel have been involved in a cyber attack which has limited their ability to deliver.
