    @virginmedia There are always issues in this area. I would suggest that most the equipment needs replacing. But I won hold my breath

    @virginmedia putting their tariffs up by 17.3% from 1st April - that’s 3.9% over the Retail Price Index Inflation of 13.4%…people getting nowhere near this sort of increase in their pay packets…hang your heads in shame especially in a cost of living crisis.

    @MartinSLewis @bbc5live Had replacement windows from a local company 18 months ago and they were excellent but I will tell you the worst people I have ever dealt with - Virgin Media, even worse than British Gas used to be.

    When you cancel services with a company, because you are fed up with crazy price increases, but the next day get some ultra pushy sales guy from an overseas office try to argue they can do it better, when will they ever learn, no means no. @virginmedia you are the absolute worst!

    @virginmedia Not now there isn’t. But there was no service at 8am until 10.30. T happens on a regular basis but it doesn’t stop the price going up.

    @virginmedia so you hike our prices up and then the Internet has been awful today. Left home at 6am, just got home and still the same issue. Our landline relies on Internet and so does my 83 year old mother who uses it. Remind me what I am paying for???

    @virginmedia help why have you made it so difficult to log a landline vault on line. Need to call, as line out of order since friday. I am certain it's systems fault as display message I have seen on previous occasions.

    @virginmedia no, they said their system couldn't detect any fault with our connection. support has told us, that they will get an engineer out to, we can do some stuff but without the security code you cant get any financial info, to we cant do anything without the security codes

    @virginmedia we called to cancel, explained the issue to SEVERAL operators, one convinced us to try a contract WITH the HUB 4. Almost 2 months now and we still don’t have it. Called to say we haven’t received the hub 4 weeks ago and said there is no note to say it’s being sent...

    @VirginMediaIE Hi there, we are customers in Graydon Newcastle, Dublin area, where all virgin media customers are impacted by network issues. All are struggling to get a hold, but not getting anywhere. Since morning, people have been asked to reboot and factory reset modems.
