@virginmedia I have been engaged with your SMS 'responder' for nearly 24-hours now and have got nowhere. The engineer who came and destroyed our connection is now not responding to any messages at all. The manager he promised would call me has never called.

@virginmedia we are paying a very high fee for not having broadband. It’s 4 days now and people like me who rely on the internet for work should get some compensation. Having to work hooked to my phone’s hotspot while paying for a service that is not provided. Not happy.

@virginmedia Aha just did the postcode check and it says you're hoping to have a fix by tomorrow. Do you have any more information please? We were hoping to have a family viewing of Hamilton today. Bit obviously you've got issues you're working on

@virginmedia why is it at 10pm at night my internet either is non existent or so slow everything is buffering? I feel like I’m back in the 90s! Starting to seriously wonder why I pay so much especially after all the outages lately... lucky for me my contact ends next month!

@virginmedia Day 4 since your engineer came round and attempted to reconnect a second box and wiped out an entire TV channel connection. He never came back despite his promises, the manager he said would call never called.... I have spent many more hours reconfirming multiple ...

@JustMeBeingMe4 @virginmedia He was for the many not the few and what's more Black People joined Labour because they could feel his sincerity. Now Keir begging us not to leave because he kneeled one day and called us a moment the next. Corbyn never needed a focus group and 72 hours to know right from wrong.

@VMSolutions_ I emailed you 3 weeks ago to get a broadband upgrade (as you would not take phone calls). I now have a letter from Customer Resolutions asking me to call, and the phone number provided “is not supporting voice calls”. @virginmedia is SO USELESS. PM me!!!!

@JustMeBeingMe4 @virginmedia Glad I'm furloughed, if I was working from home I'd be screwed. Their network hasn't gone back to normal since the national outage last week. Obviously something is down and can't be repaired. They're text conversation customer service covers up the fact they're partially reopen.

@virginmedia You really are running a poor service in N13. Letting customers down with constant broadband outages compounded by a lack of accountability for this. Not impressed.

@virginmedia I have waited in for over 4 hours for your engineer to find a leaflet on my doorstep - obviously someone didn’t bother to knock. This is now week 3 trying to get the service I pay for. I can’t spend anymore of my life on your voicehold. How can I get this sorted?

Jesus wept, Virgin Media is going up in price again. This time by £8.50 a month! That's another film streaming service I could subscribe to and not watch.

@virginmedia I thought my screenshot was fairly succinct about the issue. I have to just hope and pray that the right amount is taken, seeing as VM can't ever seem to give me email confirmation of something discussed on live chat. Very frustrating system!

@virginmedia But if I don’t get confirmation then how do I know it was actually processed? The man I spoke to was the most useless customer service agent I’ve ever spoken to. His exact words were “google collect plus to return equipment”!

@virginmedia so the website link for service status either doesn't work or changes its mind between whether or not there are issues. But the phone line says there are intermittent issues. I've not had broadband since last night so which is it and do I need to report it. PA1
