Anyone thinking of signing up to @virginmedia - think twice. We live in NW London and are enduring day 6 of a total VM blackout - no WiFi and no TV. Not good enough.

@virginmedia you contacted me to replace my TiVo box... you did this on Thursday,it didn’t work, I called up, no resolution, I waited 48 hours... called again, still no resolution.... was told I had to wait 5 business days... manager going to call in 30 mins...90 mins🙄 #service

@virginmedia Yes even with a wired connection anyone with Virgin in my area has been having this problem around 9.30pm your WiFi dies and doesn't start working again till about half 1/2 in the morning which isn't acceptable.

@virginmedia Provide the service I'm paying for. Makes it worse the way you fix a problem with my service is to sign me up to a bigger contract. That's just despicable. Signing people to q contract for a product not working then making them sign up to spend more money instead of fixing it.
