@virginmedia Many complaints have been raised and we have tried to leave the contract due to the complete lack of anything beneficial to actually fix our broadband. Of course I’m not having a a go at you but your customer service team is very bad. They don’t care about actually helping 👍🏾

@virginmedia After a long phone conversation with one of your operatives today we were promised an engineer would come out but nobody showed. Over a month without reliable broadband. Checked our contract we are bound to you until 2024 and need to pay to leave your terrible service

@virginmedia when I switched to you in April the guy selling the package offered me some Wi-Fi boosters if I had poor signal in parts of my house which I do… now some months in I really do need them and was promised them free of charge so can you make good on your promise please

Possibly the worst service Iv ever experience by @virginmedia signed up to a new contract on 4/08/22. Installation engineer was due today, no contact from virgin. called call centre on the phone for 56min multiple transfers asked to redo everything including provide bank details

@virginmedia Download speeds in SW18 are down to 5Mbps (on a 200Mb account) after works in the area earlier in the week. Called to report the issue only to be told by a message to wait 24hrs to see if the issue resolves itself. Can you please log the issue? Thanks.

@virginmedia Had an engineer visited on monday, supposed fixed everything thing. Brand new hub..... Wifi still disconnect today, and can't get back on. On phone with customer support, try/checked everything still not getting back on. I'm meeting my deadline can't have Internet that messed up.

@virginmedia Was off for 30 days , your phone lines call up also when trying to discuss this always cut off. #so should be 30 days x £5.04 = £151.2, plus 3 missed appointments £25 a missed appointment . The customer service agent didn’t have the authority and said his boss would call me back

@virginmedia I have already spoken with a customer service agent. They promised broadband would be back today by 1500. Still nothing. I would like to cancel my contract as I am not receiving any kind of service. The early termination of contract fee needs to be waived.
