@virginmedia note...... it is not good customer service to disconnect the call simply because you are unable to answer some legitimate questions relating to your poor service. I made a move to you last month and have to say it is one of the worst decisions that I have made!

I pay them 70 quid a month to be Spoken to like dirt by someone who has no knowledge of all the problems and can’t construct a sentence . The most appalling service I have ever experienced . @virginmedia No, the customer service team did not give me one. The complaint is on the system though and was confirmed today before the phone was put down on my face. The speed test was conducted with one device only.

@virginmedia No error. It just fails to connect. The Tick actually appears in the Wi-fi settingswhich makes it seem that the @o2 advert will pop up (the final step before connecting) but it never does. I have restarted my phone several times.

@virginmedia Nope but your call centre and engineers told me that a ‘laser part’ needs replacing in Earl’s Court square sw5. They also said 500 homes are affected. Can’t tell me when it will be fixed. Problem ongoing for 3 weeks @ofcom
