Hi @virginmedia. I've just spent 1.5 hours/3 calls on the phone with you to cancel my contract due to moving flats. Each time the line went mute after a long wait and eventually disconnected. Please fix your service! Thanks.

@virginmedia Broadband in SM4 area has been down today since around midday and went down yesterday afternoon too. Actually saw a Virgin Media engineer on our road on a green box and he advised that it was all working again. Service status also currently advises no issue!!

@virginmedia Have you read the messages? This use to happen before I put the mesh on and it still happens now even if the mesh is not connected which is what I’ve said. I have stated I’ve had to buy a mesh to help with the connection and I can switch between the two. My connection’s a problem

@virginmedia Yes I was sold a new package deal @ £63 per month and was told I would be given a sim card free on O2 i asked numerous times is this free as I don't need it i have now been charged by O2 for the sim which I haven't or never will use your sales missold this to me as a blatant lie
