    @virginmedia Think it's more to do with the upgrade work then; when I select Help from the Help & Settings menu, the screen goes blank. I'm thinking it needs a network connection to work. Any plans for a Hub with built in 02 sim to increase connectivity? Currently hot spotting my phone.

    @virginmedia BT allow you to stop your contract immediately if they do not provide the service paid for. Your customer service is atrocious. My business has suffered, I paying to use my mobile Internet instead of my broadband and I cannot finish my masters assignment as I have no internet

    @virginmedia hey there. Our broadband has been down since yesterday and the estimated fix time keeps being put later and later. My wife is working from home today so it's pretty impossible. Please could we have some sort of replacement dongle in the mean time?

    @virginmedia I am desperately trying to sort out a finance problem for my son who suffers with depression and anxiety. This issue has been going on for several months. Whenever I phone I’m cut off once I explain the problem. It’s making him ill and caused no end of problems.
