I can say that @virginmedia is giving me a proper nightmare before Christmas! I’m going to have 3 days with no Internet, TV and Phone... and they just push the fix date/time forward... should be fixed at 9 am, now they pushed to 5 PM... always that way! #fail #virginmediadown

@virginmedia We have issues EVERY day. I gave up trying to get the live streaming event (that I'd paid £11 for) to work on either of two TVs. We've had a replacement Superhub already. It has the same issues. They're just unreliable kit.

@virginmedia Completed installation after moving house, ordered on 26.11.20, moved in on 11.12.20 with virgin engineer attending and ordered Repull’ as no signal - ordered for 16.01.20 and then rescheduled for 18.01.20! On numerous occasions this has been promised earlier #keyworker #nhs

@virginmedia So I followed your advice, after over 45 mins on the phone I end up with an engineer visit, however I check my emails this morning and I have an email that tells me my month bill has gone up approx £70 a month, this really is the most appalling customer service!!!!
