    @virginmedia Thank you. Phone customer services picked up straight away. It’s an area wide network issue which is being looked into, still out though.

    @virginmedia lousy. Had intermittent internet loss every few seconds for over six weeks. Had to use ethernet cable. Finally, you've fixed the problem in the area and decided to charge full price for your shoddy service. I will be leaving and I hope others will do the same.
