    @VMSolutions_ I emailed you 3 weeks ago to get a broadband upgrade (as you would not take phone calls). I now have a letter from Customer Resolutions asking me to call, and the phone number provided “is not supporting voice calls”. @virginmedia is SO USELESS. PM me!!!!

    @JustMeBeingMe4 @virginmedia Glad I'm furloughed, if I was working from home I'd be screwed. Their network hasn't gone back to normal since the national outage last week. Obviously something is down and can't be repaired. They're text conversation customer service covers up the fact they're partially reopen.

    @virginmedia I thought my screenshot was fairly succinct about the issue. I have to just hope and pray that the right amount is taken, seeing as VM can't ever seem to give me email confirmation of something discussed on live chat. Very frustrating system!

    @virginmedia so the website link for service status either doesn't work or changes its mind between whether or not there are issues. But the phone line says there are intermittent issues. I've not had broadband since last night so which is it and do I need to report it. PA1

    @virginmedia The test keeps timing out, not really sure what else to do. The phone is working, there's nothing to say anything is wrong with the line coming in or the box outside, but it looks like a line problem.
