If you have @virginmedia broadband and have been having issues the past 24-48 hours and have found their customer services less than helpful then it might be worth a complaint to @Ofcom I’ve just filled a form in. We are now paying for data due to lack of broadband service

@virginmedia Yes did speak to the team and the only option open to me was to leave, come back as a new customer (send equipment back etc, place new order) or go to another provider. With those 2 options on the table you can see why I've chosen to leave.

@virginmedia How long does it take to request vat bills(receipts), over 1 hour over last 2 days, and 5 previous phone calls. Seriously VM Need to sort their customer service. Holding now and put on hold, every now and then they check I am still holding, then put back on hold…….
