@virginmedia Broadband in SM4 area has been down today since around midday and went down yesterday afternoon too. Actually saw a Virgin Media engineer on our road on a green box and he advised that it was all working again. Service status also currently advises no issue!!

@virginmedia your engineer has come in today, replaced the router + connections outside. wifi speed is painfully slow and keeps cutting out. I keep checking service status for my area 15 + running test. I’m working from home! What is the issue and when will it be fixed?

@virginmedia a text to say there may be disruption to services is not the same as no wifi or TV since 8am and not expected back on until 4pm?! Can’t speak to anyone on the phone either! Not acceptable especially when I am having to cancel important work meetings?! Furious!

Hi @virginmedia. I've just spent 1.5 hours/3 calls on the phone with you to cancel my contract due to moving flats. Each time the line went mute after a long wait and eventually disconnected. Please fix your service! Thanks.

@virginmedia there’s nothing wired to the router as far as i’m aware. We have Virgin TV with our broadband, that’s been ok but as soon as I leave the room the WiFi router is in, the connection just goes and as I say my @O2 signal is a joke where I live so I have nothing. It’s getting annoying
