@virginmedia I grumble, why, why, why is it so hard for the online people to do anything. You are after all an online company. He feels my pain but all he can offer is for someone to call me back the next day. I never get the call.

So @virginmedia tech team have ruined my Internet connection and ended up causing 2 hour delay and missed deadline for me today. Then, they've claimed they can't fix it, yet tired to charge money to try to fix it. If they're going to put you through to the "gadget team", beware -

@virginmedia enough is enough. Broadband in the Nunhead/ Peckham are has been useless for nigh on@a year. We were promised big improvements in Sept that never came. We now re-boot 2 to 3 times a day. Had enough of your suggestions that never work. Please arrange an engineer ASAP

@virginmedia My escalation is the the British Court and Justice system. Fed up with all this shit. Just shows levels of competence and CRM interactions.

@virginmedia That is totally inconsistent with what your customer service team told me. I think you are behaving disgracefully

@virginmedia After 15 years as a customer you have been dreadful towards me as an ex customer. Aggressive. Dishonest. Disingenuous. Deceitful even

@virginmedia Your telephone service claimed it was a general outage in my postcode between 2am and 2pm. I was up at 5am to take a call. I couldn’t take that call bcos I didn’t have a working tv/phone/broadband connection. No warning. No explanation.

@virginmedia At some-point in Dec I try cancelling contract through online chat => computer says no, you must phone up. Ugh. I don't understand why, but fine... 29th Dec -my move out date- I phone up to cancel, 25 minutes later apparently it's done. (...to be continued)

@virginmedia I have completed your online form to extend this complaint before I apply to SCC. Let’s hope we hear from Virgin today. If not, I have tried and wouldn’t be surprised if I am not contacted because my account is closed as of Nov 18.

@virginmedia Well - what a surprise. No contact after 48hrs which I believe is part of your resolution criteria. Don’t know how else I can move a complaint through this process when I am ignored!!! A court letter will no doubt wake someone up there 😊👏👏🤭

After 72 hours without functioning WiFi/broadband (have given up explaining the difference to my bemused family) , normal service is resumed. It’s been tough. We had to actually watch whatever was on live TV. Dreadful. Big thanks to @bt_uk for sorting out @virginmedia mess

@virginmedia Only thing we can easily connect is the PlayStation. It’s definitely better but haven’t got any data for that. Even a basic work video call has issues on WiFi sometimes when sat next to the router. It’s been pretty bad ever since we had Virgin tbh.

Celebrating 20 years of home broadband with @virginmedia family - are we your oldest customer?! Back in 2001 we were so excited to get 0.5MB instead of a dial-up connection. Now on speeds 200 times faster

@virginmedia It says there are no known issues in the area. I'm quite concerned as I have only been with you for 8 weeks and this is a constant issue. Apparently the area I'm in is known for issues with Virgin. I work from home and cant have an unreliable service.

@virginmedia 3.0 If I log in to that and do some diagnostics it says every device has poor signal strength and to move nearer the router yet some are in the same room and totally unobstructed
