    @virginmedia After a long phone conversation with one of your operatives today we were promised an engineer would come out but nobody showed. Over a month without reliable broadband. Checked our contract we are bound to you until 2024 and need to pay to leave your terrible service

    @virginmedia Thanks for your help but this is a problem only Three can sort! Their new system works where it’s deployed. The problem is that they haven’t deployed it everywhere - eg Elizabeth Line.

    @virginmedia Yes, I’ve done all these. Very frustrating as I only had a new super hub and cabling to house installed 2 weeks ago. Never had such intermittent service in 20 years of using virgin.

    @redheadlass1402 @virginmedia We’ve got the business service but it’s no better. They don’t seem to have any proactive monitoring or fault prevention and pretty much don’t care. They have a 3 hour service level that passed 12 hours ago, totally useless bunch of money-grabbers

    @virginmedia Download speeds in SW18 are down to 5Mbps (on a 200Mb account) after works in the area earlier in the week. Called to report the issue only to be told by a message to wait 24hrs to see if the issue resolves itself. Can you please log the issue? Thanks.

    @virginmedia really let down by Virgin media. I'm on M200 and am getting 50M at the mo. As low as 0.18M around 7pm and 10M around 8pm. Your customer service chat hasn't responded in 3hrs. I've reset router and changed channels. It's been patchy all week What am I paying for?

    @virginmedia I was complaining about the poor customer service and the inability to contact Virgin to discuss any issues. My last complaint was marked as resolved before I spoke to someone. I logged a new complaint on Thurs 3rd. There’s nothing showing in my cases.

    @virginmedia Constantly having to reboot the router to get any form of internet. Two concurrent Zoom calls tends to kill the service on most days. It’s a very poor experience for the rates that you charge.
