    @TweetingKatzo @virginmedia A large proportion of residents are in contact with each other on this and the few that that have waited an hour plus on calls have been told this. We know we are are dealing with the same issue (as timing of loss of connection is concurrent amongst us all)

    @virginmedia just witnessed the most outrageous and aggressive driving by one of your employees. I would have provided the number plate but they were so close I couldn’t note it down. Undertook multiple cars and almost caused a crash with a lorry on a roundabout. #awfuldriving

    @virginmedia in Islington and have just been booted off a call on an internet issue after being on hold for 90minutes. Only two songs (both awful) as hold music is about the end of my tether. Try picking up the phone. Feel like I’m in the 1940s!

    @virginmedia We have no broadband as of midnight, in London N3. Your status says no issues but rebooting router does not help. Can’t get through to anyone by phone or message and we are very dependent on internet right now. Please help.

    @virginmedia This is not about individual accounts but a whole neighbourhood looking for an adequate response from you on this issue. We don’t think it’s reasonable to have to wait 6 more days for an engineer to fix when everyone is in lockdown/working from home. Can your response be quicker?

They say to call, the phone message refers you to the website, and the website tells you to call. The last time I had customer service as bad as this was @VirginAtlantic !     @virginmedia 4 times trying to get hold of house moving via LiveChat. Waited ages each time and gave up. If you offer the service make sure it's working properly. Otherwise don't offer it !!!

    @virginmedia I have followed the guidelines on your app. I have researched the Forum to look for problems the match mine. They all show that the hard drive is broken. I now have to take time off work to wait for an engineer who will not have a replacement box. He will then order a new box

    @virginmedia No, I have not. Mainly because I don't want to be sat in a queue for ages on the phone waiting for an operator to answer. I'm very, very busy which is why the Live Chat "should" work for me. Like I say, If you can't make it work, don't offer the service! So frustrating.
