@virginmedia 24 hours without WiFi. Still awaiting callback to arrange engineeer, who couldn’t be scheduled yesterday due to a systems fault. Tried calling but unable get through. Please help. I was guaranteed a call back by 1500 today. Not impressed with customer service.

@virginmedia The base light is a very light green, that’s on all the time. The Wi-fi light is green and keeps flashing. I’ve been running diagnostics checks for some months now, and it always says there’s a connection problem with the wi-fi.

@virginmedia Sadly... I've done that every single day this has happened and it doesn't help v.v I did it last night when upload went a second time and after reboot, my upload was still 1-2Mbps and didn't come back till midnight or later. I stream from 6pm to midnight, hence the issue v.v

@virginmedia your broadband is terrible! I pay you £66 a month for the privilege of constant WiFi drops or complete Internet outage. We've had a replacement router but it's still happening every day. You're not providing the service I pay for!

@virginmedia It’s all devices and the WiFi works on most Apple devices intermittently so it’s not that the WiFi is down it’s that the smart/ intelligent WiFi isn’t working so none of the heating, printers or lights will work because they’re stuck between 2.5 & 5 ghz

@virginmedia I accepted the new deal when they called the next day. It's not been applied, however, the day before the guy who put through my cancellation then went on to cancel the cancellation. Apparently I need to wait for him to call back but will be nearly £200 out of pocket by then.

@virginmedia Yes it was the other engineer that noticed the problem he removed them and said everything will now work but it doesn’t. No outdoor lights working, no heating working and no printers working as all are WiFi enabled
