    @virginmedia At some-point in Dec I try cancelling contract through online chat => computer says no, you must phone up. Ugh. I don't understand why, but fine... 29th Dec -my move out date- I phone up to cancel, 25 minutes later apparently it's done. (...to be continued)

    @virginmedia If you cannot call me in this instance, then fine. I will go to court as I have the detail, lack of service, a signed tech report stating local equipment not fit for purpose, no calls received on landline for 2 years coz it didn’t work! LL £16.99 x 24=407.76 I was fair. V weren’t

    @virginmedia Your telephone service claimed it was a general outage in my postcode between 2am and 2pm. I was up at 5am to take a call. I couldn’t take that call bcos I didn’t have a working tv/phone/broadband connection. No warning. No explanation.

    @virginmedia I am failing to get customer relations to understand I want to cancel ALL VM services.2 weeks ago I managed to cancel TV and Broadband. I have since received another £78 bill. On checking my current contract it seems I am STILL paying for phone!

    @amoore1091 @virginmedia ripping me off, I'm not sure if it's because the network is trying to calm down as it was installed yesterday but I've phoned and it said my router is having issues and if it's not sorted in 24 hours then they'll send an engineer, I should be getting 213 mb a second

    @virginmedia tried for over a month to cancel broadband/TV package, via emails & phone calls. Cancelled direct debit in the hope you would get in touch but the payment chasing email cannot be replied too. Haven't used your services since BT was installed, sort plse

    @virginmedia Virgin Media is a joke of a service, I have had my services terminated by mistake. Waited over 2 hours, passed between 3 different departments to get my service back live and now been given a bill of over £100 and moved from £38 package price to £57. Customer service is dire.
