@virginmedia @Virgin_Victoria The reason I refuse to get anyone in trouble is that if I was doing that job I would be frustrated too if im not hitting my targets for his commissions. Maybe you need pop up stores rather than door to door. And I’m massive on customer service

Honestly getting fed up with @virginmedia now. Had a great service for 12 years at my last property, nothing but problems since I’ve moved. Currently have no TV or internet service, can’t be fixed remotely so I have to wait until Wednesday for an engineer.

@virginmedia I couldn't care less about the name issue. You're taking your payment anyway so this only becomes an issue for your security checks. I need a solution to my broadband, if you fix that you can write whatever you want as my name in the contract.

@virginmedia It was a change made with a deed poll and communicated months ago. If you "of course" have a log of the hub he couldn't find it. 59 minutes still no solution.

@virginmedia Seriously, it's laughable. Operator asking for a picture of my hub because you don't have a log of the equipment you provided me. 51min in and the only 2 things we know: that you didn't update my name when I asked months ago; and the broadband is slow after the patch up from Dec.
