    Hi @virginmedia. I've just spent 1.5 hours/3 calls on the phone with you to cancel my contract due to moving flats. Each time the line went mute after a long wait and eventually disconnected. Please fix your service! Thanks.

    @virginmedia So it seems you are doing "service improvements" in my area, and "everything should be back to normal by 15:00". It's the middle of the working day....😒😐. Could those improvements not be done at night or during the weekend? Cheers.

    @virginmedia Everybody in your company said it should be brought forward then no one calls back and I have to ring to find out nothing is happening .. resolutions team have actually sent a response which is untrue and basically ignore me.. very very poor service @virginmedia

    Bad day for @virginmedia. We got a new hub yesterday as ours was faulty. Said new hub has broken ethernet ports, so we can't connect anything via that. Ring Viegin and finally get through, and now they are saying that we can't lodge a complaint and have to pay for a new hub...
