@virginmedia Well - what a surprise. No contact after 48hrs which I believe is part of your resolution criteria. Don’t know how else I can move a complaint through this process when I am ignored!!! A court letter will no doubt wake someone up there 😊👏👏🤭

@virginmedia Your telephone service claimed it was a general outage in my postcode between 2am and 2pm. I was up at 5am to take a call. I couldn’t take that call bcos I didn’t have a working tv/phone/broadband connection. No warning. No explanation.
-
David Madelin (@pintofbeer) reported from Hammersmith, England
@virginmedia I grumble, why, why, why is it so hard for the online people to do anything. You are after all an online company. He feels my pain but all he can offer is for someone to call me back the next day. I never get the call.

@virginmedia Sorry but in a sector with much competition and when customers are being squeezed for every penny, I cannot see value in this. Think you may have lost a customer maybe 2 depending on what my elderly mothers account offers up. 1/2
