@virginmedia how do I book an engineer to move my hub 3 to another room in my house? I’ve had a new kitchen installed and the hub no longer fits in this space, it’s causing problems with wiring. Webchat does not recognise relocation inside the same property so no use to me.

My wife tried to cancel our @virginmedia the man on the other end of the phone wouldn't let her go, baby screaming in the back ground for a bottle my wife kindly told him to cancel and she needs to feed the baby, nope he still was asking questions to why. Very unprofessional

@virginmedia Since this afternoon getting drops in the internet for 20 seconds or up to a minute. I have my own router, wireless mesh plus the hub 3 is in modem mode which means it’s usually very reliable. Any issues on the entire network or croydon area?

@virginmedia No faults, i phone 150 and it states that a reboot is needed. It does this and then the poor connection returns within 24 hours.

@virginmedia any news with issues in Area 20 for WiFi? Service Status page says fine, but isn’t for me or neighbors. Big issue when working from home, especially when your website then says we suggest an engineer - next available Sunday 12th?!?!
