@virginmedia It was slightly better, but not much. I WFH, like most ppl and during meeting calls the internet connection is atrocious. It's not professional and frustrating. I end up hotspotting my phone. Thinking of cancelling contract if issue persists #internetIssues

@virginmedia Finally got thru to a very helpful chap (Aaren), who actually listened, updated my notes accordingly and passed me on to the pre-install team (Ralph?) who went into classic VM mode and said it was nothing to do with him. Put my foot down and he's booked it for the 19th! Really?!

@virginmedia Cannot even follow OFCOMS rules on complaint handling. Complained about loss of service for over a week, failed engineer attendance, failed manager call backs and over 10 outs in queues to staff without tools to do their job. Offered a measly £20 compensation

@virginmedia Why are we receiving bills when we wrote to you on 30 June 2022 asking to cancel the contract? You can’t get through on the phone and your complaints system online is ridiculous. This needs resolving so can you please advise next steps. Happy to DM on this case.
