    @virginmedia No, memory was at zero when I turned the box on & went to recordings yesterday afternoon. Even the planned recordings were missing. It was about 50% used, but I never tried a Factory Reset yesterday, just turned off & on again, hoping that would fix it.

    @virginmedia Sadly, your team has never made any thing clear at all. About connection, contracts or about how you dupe people into staying with you while you ‘fix issues’ then issues are fixed and because we trusted you were now in a contract we can’t get out of??!??

    @virginmedia now onto the second week of no contact. No help and no communication. Imagine trying to call someone at this billion dollar company just to open a business account. And you can’t even get through for 14 days. It’s pathetic. This 02 merger has finished them.

    @virginmedia how can you charge people for a service which doesn’t work and when we’ve finally had enough you are going to charge them £300 to leave! This is disgusting. I haven’t heard from anyone any further about our off coms report. No updates. No customer service.

    @virginmedia terrible service, no internet since Wednesday in South Croydon. Been told there are problems in the area, but your site says everything is working. Why would I be able to book an engineer if there are problems in the area.

    @virginmedia why do we pay so much when TV and broadband not worked all week? 😡Engineer came to neighbour and says its a network problem not likely to be fixed until 10th March. Surely we qualify for refund??

    @virginmedia we've had atrocious broadband on SE26 4HN for weeks now, it just keeps dropping out and then coming back. I have just had my bill and I'm not really feeling we should have to pay for the service we've had this month.

    @virginmedia so so upset with your service. We’ve had horrible wifi since day once which has been documented by 20 or so upset phone calls. You say you’re fixing the issue - nothing changes. Now you’re saying if we want to leave you’re going to charge is £300? No accountability.

    @virginmedia You describe your service like a land of milk and honey, but cancelling a contract with you is basically impossible. I've been kept on hold for more than 40 minutes and all the operators I spoke with pretend not to understand my request and moving me to another colleague. Shame.

    @virginmedia can you explain why you broadband team always ask for the router units to be reset! Its the rudeness of being told that a support call cannot progress unless you turn it off and on!

    @virginmedia I think I may actually be free from #Virginmedia at last other times I phoned up I got someone who just basically lied to me and extending my contract but this time I phoned up to cancel the contract and actually spoke to a very nice man so hopefully it's all done

    @virginmedia Thanks. But this is not a one off. Keeps happening on a daily basis. We have no time or the energy to keep reporting & complaining. Someone need to take ownership of the issues & fix it n provide a service for what we pay. We rely on BB heavily as is everyone. Tx for update
