    My wife tried to cancel our @virginmedia the man on the other end of the phone wouldn't let her go, baby screaming in the back ground for a bottle my wife kindly told him to cancel and she needs to feed the baby, nope he still was asking questions to why. Very unprofessional

    @virginmedia Ha, had to be sure because in past I've had responses about tube WiFi telling me to restart the router etc... It's pretty lame that I would need an app. I really can't see how that will help, as you can't surely expect all of London to download your app just to use tube WiFi?

    @virginmedia There has been an outage in burgess hill since Saturday but it’s still not fixed. There are texts being sent everyday saying when the next update is but nothing has been fixed. I am totally dumbfounded.

    @virginmedia I guess this sums up the level of service. Simply can’t get in touch to discuss the contract we have. Website, telephone, Twitter, bots... no doubt I’ll get a call at the supermarket checkout or at dinner.

    @virginmedia What app? I'm talking about tube WiFi. I've never needed an app for that before.... And I shouldn't need an app... I'm talking about the sign in page. In the past I only had to put my username and password in once in a while; now it's EVERY station.

    @virginmedia how do I book an engineer to move my hub 3 to another room in my house? I’ve had a new kitchen installed and the hub no longer fits in this space, it’s causing problems with wiring. Webchat does not recognise relocation inside the same property so no use to me.

    @virginmedia just drives me nuts. Want to talk to a human? Go through these troubleshooting steps (again and again). Doesn't work? Well, sorry no human that way either. Call? Nope, no human. This is the least reliable internet I've ever had and no real support at all.

    @virginmedia 2/2 ring them up asking where it is only to be told they had none. Why could they tell me that instead of me waiting for delivery. I was also told they would deduct money from my bill which they haven’t done. VM customer service is crap.

    @virginmedia I am trying to cancel my broadband and TV package. I keep being passed to another operator as “they do not deal with cancellations” after 4 sometimes 5 transfers it goes blank. I have now rung 9 times in total! Please can someone contact me as with most people I don’t have time.
