The router has been changed still no joy, a virtual tech was supposed to call me on Wed, he didnt, i keep calling and im still at square 1. Kids all study from home, so frustrating, help me🙏🏼🙏🏼

My hub status shows Internet as “Access Denied”! And telephone disabled. The last time this happened it just magically restarted after 2 hours.
