@virginmedia Thanks. Yes the account was transferred to my mother - but we didn’t realise we’d lose his email address too. We haven’t been able to let people know he’s died because we don’t know who is still messaging him. I just can’t get anywhere with the complaint system.

@virginmedia In relation to a potential weakness in security. I’ve got a retro phone with no caller ID. I have a name, they provided a customer licence number for me to check and to authenticate them as genuine . I have a name and they said they were phoning from Hampshire.

Never seen this before. Can this be investigated. Fairly certain there can have been a sudden change in rights mid-season. Thanks

@virginmedia Yes, it says I have a good internet speed which is incorrect. As I said before, Iv contacted your customer service and one of your agents said that the internet will be down until 23rd March & that there is an outage in the area. Surely it cant take that long to correct a fault

@virginmedia We requested the money back and phone no back in Jan. You lied and said vodaphone never requested the number back. As you won't cancel, my Dad stopped you charging with his bank. Now you're trying to charge another £58 to restore the service?!

@virginmedia I am quite reluctant to following the level of service I received initially. I’d rather not be hung up on again. I don’t want to speak to frontline staff. I want this to be escalated to someone higher, respectfully.
