@virginmedia 42 days without TV so talking to cancellations as VM aren't even offering to try and fix the problem before 20th Nov. Leaving after nearly 10 years. Feels like a good win for VM, clock stops on compensation, penalised as under contract and you don't have to fix the problem 😒

@virginmedia Did you not read my response? She cancelled his sim, after speaking to him. She was rude and not listening, just talking. His account was cancelled last jan. She said there was no record of that , only a request for a PAC CODE. so he wouldn’t get a refund.
