  • guyrleech
Guy Leech (@guyrleech) reported from Camden Town, England

@virginmedia Here we go, phones again. This is the 21st century where other communication methods are much more efficient. I'll be surprised if they do respond to me and actually help with my 2 open support tickets (both failing your SLA)

  • yessibelloperez
Yessi Bello-Perez (@yessibelloperez) reported from Ealing, England

@virginmedia I’ve had REALLY bad connectivity all week. Please can you help? Have reset device to little avail. Ty

  • JeffSalmon
Jeff Salmon (@JeffSalmon) reported from Camden Town, England

@virginmedia Your bland response is no different to the info being said on your website. Rather than tell everyone that the fix will be ready in a few hours (as you have done for the past three days), why not tell us what the problem is and stop giving us false hopes. Your response please.

  • MarkAlexKeller
Mark A. Keller (@MarkAlexKeller) reported from Hillingdon, England

@ThreeUKSupport So does it only work when Three Wi-Fi is available? On Virgin Media it always asks me to login then says it should have logged me in automatically.

  • marcones87
marco salamone (@marcones87) reported from Haringey, England

@virginmedia n22 London still down… this is unacceptable at least 3 times per week..

  • Mrspdyer
Peggy Dyer (@Mrspdyer) reported from Barnet, England

@virginmedia @dpjohnston10 Complaints procedure is non existent. If you phone, promised call back never happens, webform complaint doesn’t work and hasn’t since at least 28/09. Sent letter 3 wks ago - no response, despite website saying response within 48 hours. Ombudsman here we come.

@virginmedia hi, received my new phone. Except there’s no 4G/5G showing up even though I can send messages, go on social media and I can’t access sky bet. Is there any solution to this?

  • david_renty
David Renton (@david_renty) reported from Barnet, England

@virginmedia I'd just like to cancel! Nothing personal! But stumbling blocks are being put up and it is tiresome.

  • SMillbery
Spencer Millbery (@SMillbery) reported from Harrow Weald, England

@virginmedia Yes, I’ve done all these. Very frustrating as I only had a new super hub and cabling to house installed 2 weeks ago. Never had such intermittent service in 20 years of using virgin.

  • thefitebegins
jrd1982 (@thefitebegins) reported from Hillingdon, England

@virginmedia Yet again Virgin Media is down and yes I have tried the checker. Why are services with VM constantly going down across the UK?

  • Johnboy82903002
John carroll (@Johnboy82903002) reported from Brentford, England

@virginmedia Done that, and still doesn't work

  • DuarteMendonca
Duarte Mendonça (@DuarteMendonca) reported from Hammersmith, England

@virginmedia having massive issues with billing and tried over 5 times to sort this over the phone. Most times someone will hang up and not call back making me have to call again, wait for 30m, tell the whole story again. Need to speak to an actual human at a store. Suggestions?

  • JeffSalmon
Jeff Salmon (@JeffSalmon) reported from Camden Town, England

@virginmedia As I have already told you-the service checker simply, and probably purposely, give us a fixed time of 4/5 hours after any time you look at it. In short virgin are just “moving goal posts“. Why are you unable to tell 100s of your subscribers what the problem is. Is it laziness?

  • PaulswainDJ
Paul Swain (@PaulswainDJ) reported from Kings Langley, England

@virginmedia I’ve given up for tonight. I’m struggling to deal with a company that has lied on record and taken money wrongfully out of my account. @MartinSLewis help!

  • Johnboy82903002
John carroll (@Johnboy82903002) reported from Brentford, England

@virginmedia I have done, but there is nowhere to report a total outage, despite the message, and no estimated time. I have no landline or broadband, and haven't for 2 days

  • Fatty_Koo91

@AlexanderTroup @virginmedia I guess there is a retention quota of some sort, that needs to be hit for some big wig get a big fat bonus. Especially, since we staying a customer anyway, just different account.

  • Robertjameses

@kwestfanclub @Stsantek @virginmedia No, the responsibility is with the customer to know what contract they are bound to, however unwanted it is

  • liz_langfield
    Liz Langfield (@liz_langfield) reported

@ArturNadol7566 So Virgin Media has to pay a fine of £28m for the deliberate mistreatment of customers. But where does that money actually go? Certainly not to their customer-victims of their mistreatment. As always, fines paid by large corporations and companies NEVER benefit the victims.
