    @virginmedia what’s going on??? I don’t have any internet since morning? And it’s affecting my mobile phone in the house!! I had to leave the house to use mobile network to work! Rubbish service! That’s the problem when 2 service providers - O2 & VM joins force! #virginmediadown

    @virginmedia broadband service in Greenwich London is shocking, hasn't been working for 1 week now and when I've rang customer services multiple times, all they try to do is up-sell me on their other more expensive packages. Terror to think we pay for this service!!!!

    @virginmedia Please tell me why I am paying for M100 broadband but lucky to get M1 some times. Never have we got more then M30. For the last 1 1/2 years it been crap

    @doismellburning @danpalmer I have a self-hosted box with DigitalOcean in London. My use case is isolation from local networks and ISP privacy (I know I’m just moving the problem, but I trust DO more than Virgin Media). For those cases, VPN providers are a haven for data collection, so no.

    @virginmedia Pls don’t take this personally but honestly it should be in your policy that customers reps should read treads before relying!! I’ve mentioned before - I’m deaf! I CANNOT make phone calls! That’s why that stupid BOT robot is demeaning and frustrating for ppl with limitations!

    @virginmedia And what’s so annoying is that for some reasons it’s seems to be affecting my mobile network because even though I’m not connected to the wifi @O2 doesn’t works in the house and I’d need to leave the house and move further down street for the #O2 network to work and reply!

    @virginmedia VM I’ve not had any internet for 24hrs now!!! I can’t get access to a customer service rep on here who actually do something about it and all I’ve had it a BOT on repeat on WhatsApp!! Can you sort this issue out!? It’s 24hrs now!!

    @O2 Yes, the wifi isn’t working due to technical issues with @virginmedia and I need to leave the house for @O2 to work.

    @virginmedia They could not offer me a competitive price compared to other providers. There is just no incentive to stay with Virgin as a loyal customer and I will just have to switch somewhere cheaper.

    @virginmedia He was installing broadband, he knocked as we have it but he couldn’t see how it was patched down (i’ve no idea!), he’s not been outside their house whilst my WIFI has been off, he wasn’t at the green box either.
