@PippaCrerar @virginmedia If you're using a Virgin router I would buy another one as they're useless Main issue I found was they don't switch between 2.4GHz/5GHz very well If you want stronger signal then switch off 5GHz

@virginmedia I’ve finally got an engineer coming on Thurs, which took over 24 hrs to arrange by message. Pretty bad, cutbacks rather than Covid I guess since many companies are doing better than this, & your high premium rate charges to call are not fair when my Virgin line is faulty!

@virginmedia Although it’s fixed now you left me in a dangerous situation. I was unable to install new hub straight away. I needed help. Without warning my old hub had been closed by you without the new hub being installed. I rely on wifi for different area’s of illness....

@virginmedia not happy #VirginMedia landline forcibly converted to digital line after “fault” broadband outage 1am this morning sets off lifeline phone line warning. The point of having a big red emergency button is when there’s an emergency you press it and it calls for HELP!

@virginmedia finally wired up your emergency backup line the rightway! But even then your emergency message gets cut off by a insufficient credit message! #ThisIs DangerousVM. Many vulnerable people won’t be able to cope with this in everyday situations let alone an emergency!
