    @JustMeBeingMe4 @virginmedia Glad I'm furloughed, if I was working from home I'd be screwed. Their network hasn't gone back to normal since the national outage last week. Obviously something is down and can't be repaired. They're text conversation customer service covers up the fact they're partially reopen.

    @virginmedia we are paying a very high fee for not having broadband. It’s 4 days now and people like me who rely on the internet for work should get some compensation. Having to work hooked to my phone’s hotspot while paying for a service that is not provided. Not happy.

    @virginmedia You’ve changed my contract without my consent, expect me to pay more for less, I don’t think so. Even the woman I spoke to this morning started by saying she will take notes of my complaint and then started to make comments like when you move home you are automatically changed

    @virginmedia Hi, i was told i would be getting my 2nd box delivered on 10/12, it never arrived and still hasnt, phoned up Thursday, agent told me needs to speak to manager and will call back and i am still yet to hear anything.
