@virginmedia You dont need account information to have engineers do checks on the NE28 area as the issue wasnt linked to just 1 account, it was multiple as you have already been advised by more than just myself.

The @virginmedia customer service and self-serve systems can only improve with @O2 . Managing your account with o2 is pretty easy, with Virgin it's next to impossible and there are ZERO loyalty elements. Nothing. Empty. All power to new customers :(.

@virginmedia Router was showing the white light, yet nothing was connecting. Wifi or cable, restarted it 3 times, no resolving it. We seem to get in contact at about the same time each day since last wednesday as happens between 3-4, yet after waiting an hour for a reply, the problem stops🤔

@Cloudstr1fe @virginmedia Our issue has been resolved but if this happens again, the same thing will occur. More angry customers trying to get in contact with Virgin to have the area checked rather than trying to solve it all online. Just check it out remotely so not cause more hassle for your customers.
