    @virginmedia don’t touch this company they turned off the internet in the LU6 1DY area this morning saying they were doing essential work it would be back on at 3pm it’s now 9:30pm & still not working having to use mobile internet to post this the company are a bunch of liers

    @virginmedia 2. The 2.4ghs remained ok, our internet connection was fine. The intermittent problems are that we have a loss of WiFi connection and/or drop in performance. This seems to only to affect the WiFi devices and not the hardwired devices leading us to believe it’s an issue with the

    @virginmedia The Cable was brought across a path at the front of my house and it never has been filled in the engineer who installed inside the housewas very good and reported it at the time but nothing was followed up .

    @virginmedia Outage since yesterday a.m, you say it’s affecting Lewisham but far wider than that. Fix time keeps shifting, now 9pm, I’ve used over 2GB of data keep working and the fact that you charge £50p/m for WiFi that usually won’t even stretch 8 paces from the router is just infuriating.
