ᒍᗩᑎE (@gemmak500) reported from Chesham Bois, England@virginmedia Yes there were, we received a text at 2am to say it was (finally) fixed but it isn’t & we are now expected to go through the entire reporting/testing the router process again. No engineer for days. This is NOT a router issue, it’s affecting many homes. #bangsheadonwall
-
Jesse Bryce (@jesseb4me) reported from Luton, England@muppetkeeper @virginmedia @TalkTalk Plus at almost double the speed. No idea why they need to make it so difficult to get a good deal. But for continuity of service, and not having another piece of obsolete hardware lying around, I’ve taken it.
-
LadyKitty McKatfacelady (@ladykittymckat) reported from Datchworth, England@virginmedia @VirginMediaCC Yes, since the day we signed with Virgin we’ve had our broadband drop out intermittently, I’ve been years trying to rectify it. When it works it’s brilliant, but we seem to go two weeks of good service and a month of intermittent! Call centre said they’ve been aware since June!

maggie.todd@live.co. (@maggietodd10) reported from Letchworth Garden City, England@virginmedia We can’t use landline because of fault. Tried mobile - no response. We shouldn’t have to keep reporting. You know there is a problem. Fix it please.
-
ᒍᗩᑎE (@gemmak500) reported from Chesham Bois, England@virginmedia I don’t doubt it will be fixed eventually but there have been significant issues here for months & I need more info than this. The message on your link hasn’t been updated since PRIOR to being told it was fixed. When reported this morning it was treated with no history.
-
Jason Flynn 💙 (@jasondflynn) reported from Letchworth Garden City, England@virginmedia Not ‘sorry hit you’ll need to get into another queue for hours and hours because it’s another team and we can’t help you’ That is not how to treat customers. In any business. Someone needs to take ownership of a situation. Truly terrible customer service. #virginmedia
-
Ella A Cutler (@angelstorm13) reported from Welwyn Hatfield, EnglandYet again dispicable lack of customer service from #virginmedia for the 7+ hr outage. Not even one tweet. -
Jason Flynn 💙 (@jasondflynn) reported from Letchworth Garden City, England@StephenD1402 @virginmedia It’s the router Steve. The free Virgin router is the problem. Buy a new router from someone like Asus and turn the Virgin one to Modem mode. Should solve most problems.
-

Rick Barrow (@TheGreenBarrow) reported@virginmedia **** your service and your contract. Four times I've been disconnected whilst on the phone. That's almost 2 hours of my life gone. You can have this equipment back. Only had a tv fault now I've got a broadband fault. So no tv and no broadband
-

-
Miles (@milesc2003) reported@virginmedia “Intermittent signal in your area” check back in, in X amount of hours. Been that way since 7am this morning. I get that something has gone wrong beyond your control. But to know what has gone wrong would be nice to know. Thanks
-
RednalNut (@RednalNut) reported@JamieGBarry @virginmedia I was with them for twenty+ years since they took over from Telly West. They did exactly the same to me. Never again dropped them & managed to encourage family and friend's to do the same.
-
Pete 😷 #COVIDisAirborne (@PeteUK7) reported@itsendeavour @virginmedia I hope they listen to the feedback they are receiving here. Not that I suppose they care that much. It's all about pleasing shareholders rather than providing professional service to their customers.
-
On The Right Side (@antiprotests) reported@PeteUK7 @virginmedia I’m sorry for your loss, this interaction with @virginmedia just goes to show how “important” the customer journey is to all of the big communications companies. They are just interested in new customers and have little care or empathy with their existing customers.
-
markrmifsud (@markrmifsud) reported@virginmedia @RumouredRebecca I am guessing her TV service isnt up to scratch, much like mine right now
-
Ed61 (@Ed6114) reported@virginmedia and how do I get rid of the awful self promotion advert that is constantly banging on about how good V360 is? It start when the box powers up and then when I start browsing something to watch, it moves to the bottom right hand corner.
-
phillip stapley (@phillipstapley) reported@virginmedia response to my problem is terrible.. Please contact me!!
-
Adam (@Adam83492464721) reported@Nasher6328 @JamieGBarry @virginmedia Nah **** that. If I need to go through the song and dance anyway I may as well switch and get whatever freebies they throw to new customers. It’s just a stupid system that doesn’t reward loyalty and means we all have to waste our time every 2 years.
