Didn’t realised upgrading our @virginmedia internet would cripple my home office. Wireless @HP printer can’t find the network and I have to get new boosters for the other rooms in the house. So frustrating - I’ve wasted so much time trying to sort it all out. To no avail.

@virginmedia I don’t have a problem with mine. I changed it to a different router a couple of years and all of the problems that everybody experiences; such as dropping Wi-Fi disappeared.

@StephenD1402 @virginmedia It’s the router Steve. The free Virgin router is the problem. Buy a new router from someone like Asus and turn the Virgin one to Modem mode. Should solve most problems.

@virginmedia We’ve spoken to eight people to try and resolve our internet issues.We’ve ordered new boosters because the new service isn’t compatible with the old ones.We’re a ‘priority customer’ - the new boosters still haven’t arrived…So frustrating. Your service is appalling.

@virginmedia Called that number got an engineer coming out on Wednesday which is a bit long to be without broadband then they wanted me to pay for a priority service wanted me to pay for your equipment that’s is not working to be fixed I don’t think so not a great service

This forced them to refund. it then took them 45 days to issue a refund *by cheque* who the hell issues cheques nowadays? Virgin does.

Took a contract out with Virgin media. Bill was £79 but brought it down to £69 because they couldn’t install a 2nd tv box. A direct debit of £79 comes out my account every month even after I was given written proof the bill would be £69. What can I do? #MartinLewis @MartinSLewis

@virginmedia Our electricity is now OK but our phone line doesn;t work, no dialing tone, no incoming phone calls. I have checked our phones with our neighbour and the phones work on their line so it must be a problem. Thank you.
