    @virginmedia it’s now 6 weeks with virgin media that has had a fault with the television service in Dunstable Bedfordshire it’s on the service status saying we are aware well we have had enough

    @virginhelp as much help as @virginmedia ABSOLUTE DISGRACE 5 days trying to speak to someone, and no replies to the link you told me to contact you on! I can't even bloody get disconnected coz I can't get through!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID ANYONE THINKING OF LEAVING SKY ETC !!!!!

    @virginmedia No - these are generic tips, these aren’t going to help with more fundamental issues W/ network reliability. Wifi connection is fine. But the internet is unreliable and I’ve reset my router 4 times today. That has nothing to do with connectivity/speed.

    @virginmedia After FIVE DAYS, hours on the phone, messages via the link you sent me etc, I hearby give notice that I have now CANCELLED my direct debit. If you want payment this month and keep me as a customer after 14 years of payments, I suggest you contact me today!

    @virginhelp Virgin Media.FOUR DAYS now. They make you hang on forever then offer you a link to your mobile, and when you message on that as instructed, they never come back to you. Absolute disgrace. My bill has gone up by another 20 quid a month. I will NOT be paying £120 for this service!

    @virginmedia called three times yesterday totaling 90mins holding on the phone with no answer. Still having issues with you service but is ok I’ll still carry on paying full price for a reduced service. On the phone now 17 minutes and counting..

    Thanks to FB,I got an email address for a guy at @virginmedia & after days spent tearing my hair out & lots of rude words emanating from my mouth, he's reduced my bill back down & credited my account with £50👊Good job I am wonder woman.Always me that has to sort this stuff out!

    Internet down for ages yet again. @virginmedia kept us on hold for over an hour then cut us off at 21:30 and call centre closed. No internet. No service. No use at all.

    @virginmedia Although it’s fixed now you left me in a dangerous situation. I was unable to install new hub straight away. I needed help. Without warning my old hub had been closed by you without the new hub being installed. I rely on wifi for different area’s of illness....

    @virginmedia turns out speed is not the main thing when choosing a broadband provider it’s WiFi availability. This contract is not working for me, I need a provider who has high WiFi availability in all my rooms, especially if I am within 10 metres of the router

    @virginmedia New Hub 4 arrived during time when Virgin have low staff due to COVID. Keeps dropping out, difficult to work from home and no ability to contact Virgin! ‘Call Failed’ when phoning. Great planning by Operations Mgr. Customer nearly 20 years and want to leave! Fed up!

    @virginmedia phoned 2 weeks ago because the WiFi signal is virtually non existent. Recorded levels as requested, phoned back tonight, put on hold for 1hr then cut off. However fully expect to get the 26th sales call of the month tomorrow - funny that.

    @virginmedia I understand but this has been going on for months and months and months by now. We have the 1gb download speed package and currently are unable to use what we signed up for. @virginmedia I expect our account to be credited/compensated going forward until the issue is resolved.

    @virginmedia Hey! No extra fee was added but, I never got the box or any mails or text messages about its delivery. So basically my situation remains unchanged as I have no box, no news and I'm still getting bills for a service I can't use.

    @AnchorGamingUk @virginmedia TOOB is 👌 I will never go back to Virgin, Sky or anyone unless they can guarantee the same speeds as I get from TOOB, and at the same price. I was paying £90+ for Sky and getting 12Mb average, 20Mb if I was lucky. I was paying for the 50Mb package. ...1/2

    @virginmedia I meant that I've been paying bills for Internet (my package is broadband only) but I can't access it since I never received that internet Hub. So if I don't get it soon, I'll have to file a complaint to be fully reimbursed for everything I paid and close my account.

    Customer account no: 844163002. I have been told that I will receive £163 credit to my account within 3 days, communicated on 26th Jan 2023. I did not get any money. I wonder why @virginmedia
