    @virginmedia Wow I’m shocked. Clearly a lot of people will have gadgets that can only support 2Ghz which was available as a separate SIDD on the hub 3. If you were not going to support it you owed customers forewarning of this fact.

    So @virginmedia can’t honour the upgrade offer they’ve made and the subsequent order I have placed. So from trying to upgrade to now cancelling our existing package altogether as a result. Poor customer service

    @virginmedia two attempts to upgrade package online. 1st included emailing confirmation and waiting in for delivery of equipment. Didn’t happen. Also spoken with someone on your chat and after 50 mins they couldn’t find order or offer same upgrade deal. Very poor indeed

    @virginmedia how do I book an engineer to move my hub 3 to another room in my house? I’ve had a new kitchen installed and the hub no longer fits in this space, it’s causing problems with wiring. Webchat does not recognise relocation inside the same property so no use to me.

    @virginmedia Yes, tried new batteries but no luck. The Virgin TV remote app doesn't seem to support the Stream box? The Virgin Go app has a remote function but this only seems to work intermittently.

    @virginmedia Ok if you are saying you don’t send emails that means once again someone LIED (Virgin) I can’t really trust you guys anymore. if I’ll call again today I will have start again from scratch. Yesterday call was 1hours 18mins long. Seriously I’ve never seen service like this.

    @virginmedia we have connected however the speed we have is 4x faster than previous broadband and we never had a problem with the same amount of devices. The only way to connect reliably is through an ethernet cable which is not practical and even if it was I'd have cables running throughout

    @virginmedia my partners parents landline isn’t working yet the app says the issue is with tv? They can make out going calls but can’t receive any? He’s self employed so this is losing him business
