    @virginmedia In relation to a potential weakness in security. I’ve got a retro phone with no caller ID. I have a name, they provided a customer licence number for me to check and to authenticate them as genuine . I have a name and they said they were phoning from Hampshire.

    @virginmedia no broadband, WiFi or TV services in the SE7 area until 5pm today is completely unacceptable for people working from home. Engineering faults should not be happening during the day. £8 compensation is absolute peanuts. Very poor indeed.

    @virginmedia are a disgrace!! Upgraded to fast broadband a month ago and ever since it hasn’t worked - called and complained a number of times and nothing has been done! Called to cancel tonight and they want £220 to release us from a contract where the internet doesn’t work 🤬

    I have to say @virginmedia customer service is ******* appalling. Something so simple to sort out, took us nearly an hour on the phone, and we are now having to wait for a technician (which isn't needed) to resolve the issue. Wasting the technicians time and ours. Not impressed.

    Hey everyone, I'm going to have to cancel tonight's stream. I'm really sorry but my internet has gone down AGAIN, it's crashed everyday since Friday. Virgin Media are apparently looking into it. Hopefully we will get a make up stream in this week. I love you all.
