    @virginmedia new broadband install today, was working fine now nothing. Your website won’t allow me to set up my account to check local service. Im an ex virgin engineer so know what to do and check. No Down or upstream signals. Same for neighbours. Get this sorted immediately

    @virginmedia An engineer will be sent on Saturday. Second one in a week. Trying to use the chat function to load get a complaint and it disconnects. The agents do not seem keen on taking a complaint. I have been happish with tservice for few years now but it has deteriorated in last 6 weeks

    @ThreeUK absolutely fed up of the abysmal service I get with my broadband. It simply doesn’t work. Was promised a speed in the store, ive never even got half. Constantly dropping out. Time to change back to @virginmedia

    @virginmedia Well surprise surprise. The WiFi is down again. 6 weeks in a row. Call Centre hing yo when passing my call to a manager. Poor service. This is now unacceptable. How do I complain (other than @Ofcom) about this poor service. Why is the service so awful now.

    @virginmedia Sorry for late reply. I know my sim contract is about to end. When I tried CS I explained the issue I have. I asked if I could cancel the sim when the contract expires during that call. He told me a date to call back. Because of memory issues I forget date.

    @virginmedia Thanks for the number but they responded that they cannot hep with technical issues and have to call the usual phone number which I don’t have 2 hrs to waste on hold. Still losing internet connection constantly throughout the day even after receiving a new hub. #worstbroadband

    @virginmedia But it is difficult when the company is not taking with the customer. I raised a written complain some months ago for the same problem. I receive a letter that I will receive an answer in 28 day. Time is over and my tv service is terrible.

    I have tried on several occasions to cancel my contract with @virginmedia with no luck. Today, I spent 3.5 hours on the phone, being passed from one department to another. In the end, I was hung up on and I am still no further forward. Terrible customer service.

    Hello @virginmedia I have a problem with valid IP configuration for ethernet. My pc is not connected to router directly and I use the Powerline adapter in the different room. I restarted the router, but the problem perssts every time I switch on and off my Pc... Please help
