@virginmedia Yes there were, we received a text at 2am to say it was (finally) fixed but it isn’t & we are now expected to go through the entire reporting/testing the router process again. No engineer for days.This is NOT a router issue, it’s affecting many homes. #bangsheadonwall

@virginmedia I don’t doubt it will be fixed eventually but there have been significant issues here for months & I need more info than this. The message on your link hasn’t been updated since PRIOR to being told it was fixed. When reported this morning it was treated with no history.

@virginmedia Yes, I’ve done all these. Very frustrating as I only had a new super hub and cabling to house installed 2 weeks ago. Never had such intermittent service in 20 years of using virgin.

@virginmedia To be honest you probably can’t, I’ve been this route often previously and nothing changes. Made to jump thru the same basic hoops time & again by staff members who don’t understand the systems, it’s a perpetual, frustrating loop. Still my service is dreadful.

@virginmedia really let down by Virgin media. I'm on M200 and am getting 50M at the mo. As low as 0.18M around 7pm and 10M around 8pm. Your customer service chat hasn't responded in 3hrs. I've reset router and changed channels. It's been patchy all week What am I paying for?

@virginmedia It's on WiFi. just did a test on wired connection and is now 100 mbps in down and is 10 mbps in up When I called CS they passed me on to technical support and we did all the test for over 1h but nothing got sorted not sure why I can't. Sometimes is so bad I can't send an email.

@virginmedia I thought it was sorted as they rebooked us in for the 31st December but yet again they DIDNT TURN UP and claimed it wasn’t even booked in after 2 hours on the phone it cut off and no call back. Absolutely disgusted with the service and will be going elsewhere #virginmedia
