    @virginmedia It's always the same response. No service impacting issues reported. However, the service is pretty bad. Wondering if @virginmedia network is capable of handling traffic or deliberately doing throttling. @Ofcom

    @virginmedia Nope. No one has contacted me again, which is pretty much what I expected. If you want to come and do the outside work and fit the cables you’re more than welcome to. But my Sky broadband is being installed Wednesday so and I’ve tried to cancel my contract 3 times now so I’m done

    Hi @virginmedia, I’ve spent more than an hour on the phone to your advisors this morning and am getting nowhere. I have therefore now decided I would like to cancel my contract (I am within cooling-off period). Would I still be considered a ‘new’ customer if I find a new deal?

    If anyone is interested in how much @virginmedia are overcharging for their dreadful service, I’ve just been offered a price match on cancellation to move to a different supplier. £27.50/month for a service for which they originally increased price to £105/month

    We have issue with #HGVdrivers but why @virginmedia broadband had issues for the last few days in RG6 area. Pretty bad service. @Ofcom

    @denman79 @virginmedia The irony is that @virginmedia are more like the Pistols -‘No point in asking you’ll get no reply’ and they seem ‘Pretty Vacant’ but ‘Never mind all that…..’ can someone please take some responsibility and ownership that seems to be sadly lacking atm

    @virginmedia Thanks - I’m not going to trust it again, so won’t bother using the record function, as it’s too unreliable. I’ll stick to streaming on catch-up and buying DVD and Blu-ray discs from now on. Another dissatisfied customer, eh? And we’ve just increased how much we pay... 😡

    @britfoodfinder @virginmedia They had a major crash last August...thats when my issue started. After that it wouldnt accept my password, asked for a passkey which I'd never even set up, but didnt provide an option to do so even an 'Ive forgotten my passkey...' etc.

    @virginmedia Oh, I can think you should rest easy in bed knowing that this will never happen. I on the other hand have to spend every moment of every day telling people about what a bunch of front b0ttoms your organisation is and how 5hitty sticks should be deployed to keep away from you

    @rpd_pacer @virginmedia @virginmedia customer service is woeful. With them since it was Telewest. Sky are much better and have got good offers on at the moment. Only time they were any good was after a death in the family when they weren't needed anymore! Good luck.
