    @virginmedia The webchat has been unavailable last night and today. I told them about this and they acknowledged it did not work. Yodel are useless. I am desperate for my router to enable my WiFi. Really poor service all round.

    When you ring @virginmedia to discuss your current package... 1st guy ruder than rude... Asked to talk to disconnections and get the best customer service. Turns out there was a deal to be made. Very happy now.

    @virginmedia I'm accessing my virgin media via chrome browser. Login to MVM seems ok but then accessing emails is very slow, often times out. Plus it happens on various devices so not the device.

    @pmorganbentley 90 minutes care time wasted (I get 10 hours per week) I REFUSE to sign up for monthly direct debit with them I'll pay quarterly at the bank not going through what I went through before with these ableist scofflaws. Ofgen need to shut them down. They are worse than Virgin Media!

    @MartinSLewis @MoneySavingExp #virginmedia 52 minutes on the phone to Virgin asking for reduction in my 85 yr old moms TV/landline package and finally negotiated down from the increase from £41 to £52 in April to an 18 month contract for £23.75. Muriel said thanks Martin x

    @JiffyRugby @BritishGas I remember an 18 month saga with Virgin Media after I had left my apartment. Tried every social media platform to contact them after hour long non answered phone calls. Eventually nearly broke down in tears when one of their legal team called to say they were sueing me..😬
