    @virginmedia twice I’ve been on hold to customer service for 25mins only to get cut off. My broadband & TiVo hasn’t been working since 4pm. I’ve tried restarting the hub many times, checked the connections as well. I work from home & this is not what I need right now.

    Hi @virginmedia, I'm trying to pay a bill through your app, but every time I try to pay, it keeps saying ”session has timed out” and has done for the last couple of days. Before this, I've never had an issue with it but it's not happening this time. Please advise. Thanks.

    @virginmedia @skytv Saying sorry doesn’t change the way @virginmedia treat the customer, they lie to them and when you point out the calls are recorded they refuse to let you speak to anyone, the proof is in the recording but only used against the customer the customer can’t use it, one-sided #wrong
