    @virginmedia The supervisor from Kier said they need an emergency permit to clear the blockage the they can pull the cable, they haven’t even requested the permit as I have checked with the council

    @virginmedia Many comments on requesting compensation. You have directed customers to your compensation policy. But this only mentions phone, broadband, service installation or missed appointments. Nothing about loss of TV services. So what about TV service compensation ?

    @virginmedia Still no service. Your website tells me service is fine. Over the phone the automated message is “an intermittent service” and when I finally spoke with someone they’ve organised a technician to visit next TUESDAY. It’s a mess.

    @virginmedia I have done this now 7 times since 28th Nov without any Virgin service. I just called for the 8th time as I am expecting a new hub today to now be told it’s not coming today . A long list of bad customer service. I am fed up . Don’t use Virgin media as for the customer your left

    @virginmedia…consistently topping the chart on highly unreliable broadband service…well done virgin team..your team has come up and start fixing an issue in our area without notifying any of the users impact of your fix.. Reduce effort on your marketing communications

    Took out an @O2 account as part of some 'volt' deal with @virginmedia. My god O2 are bad. Apparently you have to wait a few months to access your account online to wait until their systems "catch up" for new joiners. Shouldn't have bothered.

    @virginmedia Yes there were, we received a text at 2am to say it was (finally) fixed but it isn’t & we are now expected to go through the entire reporting/testing the router process again. No engineer for days.This is NOT a router issue, it’s affecting many homes. #bangsheadonwall

    @virginmedia Yep, no issues in the area. Everything was working up until about an hour ago, and now the Internet has gone very sporadic and constantly disconnecting, as shown by the ping test.

    @virginmedia all week had total Broadband outages and down again now (past hour). Received a text from VM with link to follow (self help) and guess what, I need Internet to access! Trying to WFH just impossible. Every hour we have issues.

    Merry Christmas to all at @virginmedia who have left all of us in WD3 area with no TV or Internet for over a week (predicted) and probably longer over the entire festive period, moving to sky in the new year due to your continuing rubbish service and customer service

    @virginmedia 42 days without TV so talking to cancellations as VM aren't even offering to try and fix the problem before 20th Nov. Leaving after nearly 10 years. Feels like a good win for VM, clock stops on compensation, penalised as under contract and you don't have to fix the problem 😒

    @virginmedia honestly hindsight is great because if I had just waited I wouldn’t of gone with yourself as a provider. £90 a month for constant drops in internet / tv. Your stream box is useless. Massive thumbs down 👎 would not recommend. Should of just renewed with @skytv 👍

    @virginmedia I am absolutely disgusted in the service I have been receiving over the last week. I have been with you 12 years and calls have been cut off. WhatsApp chats have been ended while trying to go over offers. Which may I say are shocking. You get nothing for being loyal.

    Classic Virgin Media. I have TNT sports. TNT bought by HBO Max. VM email about streaming deal. Follow instructions, click "activate TNT Sports-HBO Max". Get this :- > Sorry, something’s gone wrong! We’re having some technical issues. Please try again later. Sigh.

    @ChrisWales61 @virginmedia I had similar, they promised me a free month when I complained, that never happened. I complained again and they said the offer had expired (huh?) I record all my calls take names and times with suppliers and on threat of ofcom/ombudsman I got my free month promised.
