Outraged! Spent 1 hour on the phone trying to sort out an order for two @virginmedia mobile phones. On top of 2 hours yesterday. Still not resolved, and can’t cancel the order without passing me on to a third customer service agent. Worst service ever! #virginhatecustomers

@DavidBeckitt @virginmedia In my experience (so might be wrong), all the others use the same BT/Openreach infrastructure - so much of a muchness. I’ve got TalkTalk, it’s cheap & the new router is good. The customer service is poor tho’!

It’s been an issue with trying to get virgin services in our area. Had engineers out and promises were made and dates set. Dates cancelled kept/being moved and eventually just forgotten about having spent so much time getting things in motion to bring virgin media to our area

@virginmedia First it was 6.15pm yesterday. Then it was adjusted to 11pm yesterday. Now its 8pm tonight. This isn’t the first big major outage in the last month. Starting to think it’s an experiment to see how people cope without services.

Called them 9 times and no one ever calls you back. Avoid at all costs!

@virginmedia Unfortunately, there is nothing on that link, my contract expires in september, going to be shopping around in the future. I see no valid reason for this increase in price as nothing has changed with the service, just a price increase for the sake of it.

@virginmedia From the status page, it looks like a wider area fault. Originally it said it would be fixed by 11pm last night, then at 11pm last night it changed to 8pm tonight. When I request updates to be sent to me, that "service" isn't working.
