    Hey, @virginmedia, your customer service is abysmal. After being told you can’t install an internet connection until end of the month at my fiancé and I’s new address, you then hang up on us three times when we try to cancel our subscription. Feels like you’re running a scam.

    Not very good @virginmedia complaint C-2901212518 emailed to say they tried to call. No they haven’t. No incoming calls registered and nothing on my mobile! Didn’t even remotely address the complaint in the email. Please call me!

    @virginmedia Yes I did, a VM agent went through the whole event and resolved it for me. There are thousands of VM customers in a FaceBook group suffering similar problems it is called Virgin Media Customer Service.

    @virginmedia Service status says no known issues but when I call over the phone an automated message refers to intermittent problems last two days and that engineers are taking a long time to fix complex problems. Currently ok but recently every day there is a long period of issues.

    @virginmedia Thank you but we have complained and no response. We are with you because you offer 200Mb and we need that, the closest competitor offers only 60Mb. It’s frustrating that we are paying for a service that is not guaranteed

    @virginmedia broadband has been absolutely dire in the last few weeks. Phases of outage or sun 2mbps speeds. Anyone else experiencing similar in SE26 area? Remember it was around cold snap it got bad - maybe affected the infrastructure.

    Anyone have constant issues with @virginmedia we pay for 200Mb super fast broadband. We are in Bromley. Over the last year we have had nothing but issues and no matter how many times we make contact we get fobbed off. We are paying for a service that cannot deliver. Anyone else?

    I have noticed a lot of people complain about the service received from @virginmedia for broadband. @Ofcom please can you look into this? We pay for a service that has constantly let us down for many months.

    @virginmedia 3 days I've been having non stop issues now! I can't work because of it being down (which is costing me money!). I scheduled an engineer visit, who can't get here until Friday and now just received a text to say its been put on hold! Wtf is going on.

    @virginmedia That is what happened. If it didn’t happened to you it is even more strange. Do you want me to do it again and record it? In the meantime, I was contacted today and agreed a way forwards to stay with VM. It is quite hard to have to deal with bad customer care while grieving.

    @virginmedia That Web link is no help. There's no option on the phone menu to complain. The option by chat doesn't work - no human, only a chat bot which says it can't help. Web form option doesn't work, says account is closed. So how else to complain ? Post ?

    @virginmedia As I mentioned this is NOT a Virgin Media problem. This problem was created 100% by Yodel. They are clearly falsifying delivery times and it cannot be for my benefit but it might be for your company's so you are left thinking the company can handle deliveries?

    @virginmedia Finally got through after being on hold for 20 minutes and all I was told that it's a short term problem and if it's still the same after 24 hours to call back. I did mention it's been going on for over a week now but "it's still a short term problem and call back in 24 hrs"
