After 10 years with @virginmedia , & after weeks of terrible WiFi & customer service, I asked they equal BT’s deal. Operator could not do that and would not let me talk to manager, nor send a message for call back. I asked x3. Operator terminated call. Poor service!

@virginmedia broadband service in Greenwich London is shocking, hasn't been working for 1 week now and when I've rang customer services multiple times, all they try to do is up-sell me on their other more expensive packages. Terror to think we pay for this service!!!!

@virginmedia Many comments on requesting compensation. You have directed customers to your compensation policy. But this only mentions phone, broadband, service installation or missed appointments. Nothing about loss of TV services. So what about TV service compensation ?

@virginmedia 42 days without TV so talking to cancellations as VM aren't even offering to try and fix the problem before 20th Nov. Leaving after nearly 10 years. Feels like a good win for VM, clock stops on compensation, penalised as under contract and you don't have to fix the problem 😒

@virginmedia An engineer is coming tomorrow for the second time. If it isn’t resolved, I’m going to have to cancel. I can’t do what I enjoy anymore & working from home is hell, not to mention my package doesn’t meet my contractual minimum speeds (not average).. this has gone on too long now.
