    @DavidBeckitt @virginmedia In my experience (so might be wrong), all the others use the same BT/Openreach infrastructure - so much of a muchness. I’ve got TalkTalk, it’s cheap & the new router is good. The customer service is poor tho’!

    @virginmedia WiFi down yet again in SE6, what’s going on, can your servers not cope with temperatures above 30c! I think it’s time to stop using the #stayconnected tag line, it’s not doing you any favours. Some of us have to work to do and deadlines to meet.

    @virginmedia It was down for the whole of yesterday. Came back eventually in the evening but too late for my working day. Please can you tell us what the problem was. The service is really flaky and for the price you charge I would expect 99.9% reliability.

    @rwilliams1947 @virginmedia Call the Virgin Media press bods and advise them you are going to write about their crap service. It's amazing the effect that has. I hate to play the "I'm a journo" card, but it has worked for me with several inept utility providers, inc Openreach and Scottish Power. Good luck.

    @virginmedia Your flat out is obviously not the same as most people's flat out. STILL got issues&can't stabilise connection at work&going to have to make the time back because I'm waiting for connection to stabilise for me to do my job 🙄 But it's not off long enough so you dont fix

    @virginmedia Service down and any time there's an outage including yesterday the service check *always* says there's no issue but it comes back hours later without action. Very frustrating being told our hub isn't connected properly during a national outage when clearly it's not our fault.

    @virginmedia @BBCWatchdog there comes a time when virgin have to be accountable for their terrible broadband service - prices go up and up and we lose service everyday - note to self find another supplier such a shame after being with virgin for over 20 years

    @virginmedia To Clarify, latest speed test is 11.1 Mbps download and 0.04 Mbps upload. It should be over 1000 Download and 50.0 upload. It's just just slow, nothing works. Nothing loads properly. Totally unusable.

    I think #virginmedia should be forced to knock a significant amount off customers bills for these regular outages. People pay through the nose for quite frankly extremely unreliable services. The odd outage is expected but often it can be a daily occurrence.
