@virginmedia over 2 years of daily intermittent broadband caused by you and hidden - I can’t get a fix. Now tv box and router both don’t work. 3 hours wasted on phone, 3 dropped calls and sorry doesn’t cut it.

@SagaUK you obviously don’t care about my holiday and assume that anyone who goes with saga will put up with appalling service as wont be young enough or tech savvy enough to use social media. So far, worst holiday of my life - no problems with Virgin or Wendy Wu. Just with Saga

@virginmedia you contacted me to replace my TiVo box... you did this on Thursday,it didn’t work, I called up, no resolution, I waited 48 hours... called again, still no resolution.... was told I had to wait 5 business days... manager going to call in 30 mins...90 mins🙄 #service

@virginmedia are unbelievable. Took a direct debit in error at end of January from my elderly father, promised to pay back in 5 days but didn’t. Then promised 7-10 days but again didn’t. Still no refund and now not even responding to formal complaint. Disgusting!

@virginmedia Yes even with a wired connection anyone with Virgin in my area has been having this problem around 9.30pm your WiFi dies and doesn't start working again till about half 1/2 in the morning which isn't acceptable.

It's a first world problem, but I'm so fed up with the customer service from @virginmedia. Hours wasted at a time to get through to someone to "fix" the problems on my account, only to have to do it all over again a month later. Shocking, infuriating, and just not good enough.

@virginmedia It’s not changing prices I have an issue with, it’s that you agree cheaper deals with people I know. It’s not transparent. And you’ve locked me into a years contract as I’m two weeks outside of your 30 day notice period. Some humanity would help given we’re in a pandemic.
