@foxinthebox2010 @virginmedia You do have a point @foxinthebox2010 though because they were asking if customers would be willing to pay £20 one off fee, then £15, £10, £5...which implies they could afford to upgrade for free but just want to squeeze more money of out their customers. We’ve had awful service

@virginmedia Same question again, it’s wired I have restarted multiple times I have tried different Ethernet cables, I have had mechanics come out and change things, new hubs. I have also tried the 3rd party router with a modem mode and returned it because the issue is the exact same.

@virginmedia any idea when the TV issues in the SO51 area will be sorted out? Recordings are unwatchable and so is rewinding live TV. Keep checking the service status and it just says 12pm the next day every time I check
