Why don’t companies offer deals for long standing customers not just new? Been with @virginmedia for 25+ years, started back when it was Telewest; want to downgrade, deal I am looking at is £37 for new customers, same package for me is £69. Where is customer loyalty rewarded?

It’s now 23 days since I suffered a total loss of all @virginmedia services. Virgin Media has done NOTHING to repair it, provided ZERO proactive updates, LIED repeatedly to me about when it will fix things, I’ve spent 7hrs & 53mins on the phone chasing for information #epicfail

@_JC8 @virginmedia Also had an issue with virgin this year. Said my first month would be £30 (after renewing my contract) & they took £69. Said I’d have call back in 48 hours with a manger never happened 4 times! All they say is they have 28 days to reply. Left hand don’t talk to the right. Abysmal
