@virginmedia So, after more than 25 years of Cabletel, NTL and now VM I have given up and am moving to Sky. VM customer service non existent, online support shocking and now I find I have to write a letter and post it to even cancel my contract. Feels like I’m back in the 80s

@CateSevilla @virginmedia They then tried to fine me for not sending their 'hub' back and refused to refund the house move cost I'd paid a few months earlier. So so incompetent! SO stressful when all of us work from home too. I moved to TalkTalk & is cheaper and no problems so far, at least :)

@leemallon @virginmedia Have you got a hub2 or hub3? We had the former and service was dreadful, did lots of reading 🤪 and found that we could request a hub3 and now the service is so much better

@virginmedia I have had issues with my service for months, I have to ring at least 3 times a week to have a signal sent to reboot my kit, have complained got no where, WiFi drops from 200mbs what I pay for down to 20 no customer care !!!!
