    @HPSupport The laptop issue remains. The solution you offered of an updated driver etc has not resolved it. Virgin Media engineer has attended & checked network & it is fine. Please accept responsibility and offer this unhappy customer a proper resolution that gets me up & running again.

    @virginmedia Not if you book it online! So my sons schooling is not important? Also my son had to use his data allowance, will he get that back? My daughter had to take a days holiday from work as she couldn’t do her job. Totally unacceptable! @skytv, @BT etc don’t have half the problems 😡
