    @virginmedia I called several times about my broadband to be promised a manager would telephone me back no one never did then you call me back asking for more money not good customer service don't you think

    @virginmedia Your service check link keeps saying the same thing but keeps forwarding the estimated fix time in increments of 4 hours, making it seem like an engineer is working round the clock... But we see no-one on our street. I've never had a service cut off for so long + no updates!(2/2)

    @virginmedia I telephone back in June to report an issue only to be fobbed off by one of your call representatives. Then I telephoned again in August because my issue had got worse to be promised a manager will call me back on several occasions no one did.

    @virginmedia It was from broadband team the gentleman name was Robert. He was not listening to anything I had to say he was beginning to annoy me so I had to put the phone down before I said something I would regret

    @virginmedia how stupid are you, said I would leave 5 months ago, so retentions offered me a new deal until May 2020, so agreed £82 a month, 5 Months later still paying over £100 and every month I call and get told we will sort it, think I should just go to @sky #hopeless

    @virginmedia Yes and my hardwired connection was terrible as well paying for 350mb was only receiving between 40 and 70 MB on download. The Wi-Fi I resolve with my £400 mesh system

    @virginmedia It seems ok the last few times I have checked it, but the whole point of this is that several months have passed with poor service poor management and me getting not the service I am paying for. Only time you want to telephone is when you want more money

    @SkyHelpTeam WORST company I have ever signed upto in my life. Made a bad decision to leave @virginmedia and it's time sky own up they messed up and dodge all of my calls and complaints and when asked for a final letter so I can complain to @Ofcom they refuse too.

    @virginmedia my contract is ending so the price will go double. I asked them for offers or else I will cancel. someone connected today i asked them about an upgrade I saw and boom I am being transferred again? I did the upgrade anyways since I can’t ask it to anyone and it said £32 per month+

    @virginmedia It's been a few weeks I think. When I use the virgin app, it says 12 of my devices have "WIFI Interference" even though some of those are only 1m or less from the router. Having issues with both Netflix and Amazon prime on my smart TV too.

    @virginmedia Yes and it says no broadband issue but not okay since morning. And it happens every 12:30 - 1:30 am almost every day
