    @journokeith @virginmedia Good as in they acknowledged your existence was what I meant. That's how their "customer services" is set up, they don't have the staff based in the UK to deal with it and all they can do is what they are doing.

    @virginmedia It’s not 3rd party equipment but mere connecting information needed to make an email address work on a desktop. Configuring it used to come as part of the (pricey) monthly subscription and it still should. I have paid £60 for something that took one minute to fix. #heldtoransom

    @virginmedia Do you think it’s so easy to get hold of your CS team? On the phone for the last 30 min waiting to talk to your tech team. Same issue has come back today right in the middle of my work day. Check the speed test results below in the last few min. It’s very temperamental.
