@rory_ops @ELJefeReviews I have bought these for my son as a Christmas present with a new @SamsungMobile phone. Ear buds show fully charged and the say battery low after five minutes and power down. @virginmedia have not helped as usual,even though they were bought through them.!!!!

@virginmedia Just done it and cut off after being put through to manager after 20 minute call. Today you had the gall to bill me for changing my service when you incompetents were the ones that cut me off. Your customer service system is pathetic as well @Ofcom

@virginmedia Seems OK now. It was Prime Video that was the problem. I think they couldn't handle all the football live streaming very well, and something had to give. Thanks 👍

@virginmedia you are an absolute disgrace of a company with simply the worst customer service I have ever encountered. You have disconnected my service and after numerous calls and promises over 4 days I still have no service. Pathetic!

@virginmedia No issues reported. A reboot of the hub seems to do the trick however it’s an inconvenience doing that 4-5 times a day.

@virginmedia Often get “internet unavailable” and phone line hasn’t worked since we moved over from Sky. Fair to say unless it gets sorted soon I will be going back to Sky snd getting a refund for having no working phoneline. Been a terrible experience.

@Aarrontongue1 @primevideosport No. Virgin Media. Not had any issues like this before. Fortunately I'll be at the Leicester v Liverpool game tonight so I won't need to put up with pixelation/buffering. Stupid time for a Boxing Day game though!

Had enough. @virginmedia service in the past 18 months been truly shocking. Made a complaint last month and still not heard anything. Now trying to get hold of someone and doing the Krypton Factor would be easier! Sort yours (and my) s**t out Virgin Media!

@virginmedia well after 10.5 hours of being on the phone to customer services and getting nowhere a ray of light called Linda the manager at Bellshill sorts it in 15 minutes it's a shame that you feel the need to offshore when theres genuine talent in this country

@virginmedia Home works apparently entitles me to a WiFi tune up but none of your staff seem to know how to arrange this?? Or that it even exists, it also entitles me to a next day engineer call out but apparently your team decide what justifies a call out and my issue does not qualify

@virginmedia so I ring on Wednesday to tell you I will be moving house on Monday yet do not cut my current house off until then for certain reasons. Gets to 12am and boom my service has been cut off. I paid my bill only 2 weeks ago not to mention the £70 I have to pay for moving!
