Had enough. @virginmedia service in the past 18 months been truly shocking. Made a complaint last month and still not heard anything. Now trying to get hold of someone and doing the Krypton Factor would be easier! Sort yours (and my) s**t out Virgin Media!

@virginmedia Just done it and cut off after being put through to manager after 20 minute call. Today you had the gall to bill me for changing my service when you incompetents were the ones that cut me off. Your customer service system is pathetic as well @Ofcom

@virginmedia well after 10.5 hours of being on the phone to customer services and getting nowhere a ray of light called Linda the manager at Bellshill sorts it in 15 minutes it's a shame that you feel the need to offshore when theres genuine talent in this country

@virginmedia No issues reported. A reboot of the hub seems to do the trick however it’s an inconvenience doing that 4-5 times a day.

@virginmedia Often get “internet unavailable” and phone line hasn’t worked since we moved over from Sky. Fair to say unless it gets sorted soon I will be going back to Sky snd getting a refund for having no working phoneline. Been a terrible experience.

@rory_ops @ELJefeReviews I have bought these for my son as a Christmas present with a new @SamsungMobile phone. Ear buds show fully charged and the say battery low after five minutes and power down. @virginmedia have not helped as usual,even though they were bought through them.!!!!

@virginmedia I have continually been passed around departments. This morning it was sales that told me they would have me back on this afternoon. I can never get back to the same department through your automated system and I don’t have any numbers for contacting you directly.

@virginmedia Hi, she has already contacted virgin today only to be palmed off with no explanation as to why she is paying so much compared to other customers, she has been a customer for over 20 years on a minimum package and the best cancellations could offer her was £15 off her bill

@virginmedia I really don’t think she was offered the best deal. A new customer would pay around £35 for the same package and virgin have been charging her £75 for years with no discount, her contract finished in 2013 and no one has even bothered to call to offer her anything

@virginmedia Who knows! Feels like we keep getting sold stories to keep us quiet. Internet went off Tues. We upgraded to Volt in October and today after missed tech appointments we are being told by cust service that our router is apparently now incompatible.
