@virginmedia your service is abysmal at best. I get that companies are under pressure but we have no TV, no internet and no landline, I was told the internet and the tv issue wasn’t connected by the “chat” team so tried to call, on hold for an hour and was then disconnected!!!

@virginmedia Online tests do not work. This is affecting the street yet you say there is nothing wrong. I called the technical team and this is now referred to level 2 technicians. This is ridiculous. Why can you not provide a stable service and give us what we pay for?

@virginmedia I did that yesterday. Part of the problem may now be fixed but others aren't and they weren't able to help with those apparently so I'll have to put it in writing. It really shouldn't be this stressful. All I want is to pay the agreed price and receive the agreed service.
