    @virginmedia So let’s think about this, I have a hub, it’s in one room, I have numerous appliances which run of Wifi, which are portable ie can be used everywhere, but you feel I should only use wired device! Not really selling your service well are you!

    @virginmedia A lady told me two weeks ago it would be sorted end of the week. I rang again a lady said she would contact manager and ring me back that day. Never happened, I will can take complaint to next level and then the independent complaints ombudsmen. Virgin complaints procedure poor

    @om_riff @RICHEYHELL We have **** all 4g coverage here too unless you stand in the front bedroom with your arm out the window. Our virgin media is either on & working well or down for half a day while they 'upgrade the network' 🤔

    Just put another complaint into Virgin Media about the fact that my original complaint from the 22/04/21 has not been dealt with and no details of when it will be if ever. I complained about having to make over 13 phone calls all lasting at least 20 minutes and 2 engineer visits

    Come on @virginmedia I'm again being plagued by #fake #scam #fraud calls on landline. I'm not registered anywhere and on blocked lists. There's auto diallers i believe but operators should be cracking down on this.

    @virginmedia I don't actually know where my box is. I put it away when I first joined you guys as I didn't intend on using it. So is there no way to put the thing through on your end? If not I'll just have to cancel the contract I feel. Shouldn't have to do this to get what I'm paying for.

    @virginmedia No it doesn’t help. I have not received a final bill even though I have given my COA. It’s 19 days past. I gave 30 days notice at the beginning of January. The contract ended on 13 Feb. I just called and was told they will send my cheque 45 days after 13/02.
