Anyone having problems with virgin media internet we have now past 4 weeks phone nearly every day now and working from as a foster care need it but as it keeps dropping in and out they keep saying sorting it out it’s now gone beyond a joke now

Nearly 2 hours on the phone to #virginmedia no1 wants to help. Getting 2mbps for a 200mbps plan. If I paid 1% of the bill am sure they’d find a issue then! #useless

Disgraceful service from @virginmedia I've now been waiting almost a month for broadband setup. They've sent the wrong team multiple times. Engineers were supposed (I was assured, after checking multiple times) to come yesterday - nobody showed up, after I had booked off work.

@virginmedia That's good to know. Today for a change it has been OK but you really are doing a good job of making customers in Southsea look at your competitors to ensure reliable wifi. A neighbour was sat working in his car yesterday to get a strong phone signal as your service was down.
