    @virginmedia I know I recently extended my broadband contract with you but the service is abysmal and the customer service even worse. Can I cancel please and I will go back to Sky.

    @virginmedia The service keep cutting out. And having to reboot 3/4 times a week. If no one comes and fix the fault. I will cancel everything and go to the ombudsman to claim back all the money paid for a fully working service.

    @virginmedia 909041904.26 le35ge .Call a 7 days ago about internet problems. Told we was getting a new router box and booster box. Nothing came and still getting a lot of problems. I want some to come out. Otherwise i will cancel the whole dam thing.

    @virginmedia I’ve re-run the tests and still recommending I get a booster but still no idea how I go about ordering one. Can someone help rather than me going around in circles again please?

    What **** is blocking my internet @virginmedia , it’s in a open space, switched it off and on, stood on one leg, got full bars but still won’t let me watch a basic YouTube video on my phone

    @virginmedia I just never get anywhere, constantly going around in circles and no one seems capable or willing to help. The broadband kit provided isn’t fit for purpose considering how much I pay for it.

    @virginmedia I'm paying over 50 pounds just for 100mg broadband already! Why can a new customer get TV etc to for just 30? Conveniently the phone lines all seem off.

    @virginmedia If it was accidental then call me back- you have my number? Why not survey your customers regarding their experience of the call centre? I request a callback from a supervisor as I was dissatisfied with the person I was dealing with. Don't be part of the problem by making excuses

    @virginmedia come to our door last year to sell this fantastic service. RM10. All I had since joining you is trouble, I’m working from home and need to go into the office as we are days without internet. Pathetic! And can’t leave as they charge cancellation

    @virginmedia Hi, I’ve been in hospital hence delay but we have had zero comms . No internet. Costing a fortune to online educate and your techs fitted the box and wires in October. No luck. We only need the home visit /connection completing! It’s terrible. Need a call

    @virginmedia Complaint ref no C-1201213675 yet to be answered or even acknowledged and the same complaint made over the phone on the 6th Jan, promised a call back within 72 hours that didn’t happen. Awful customer service.
