    @virginmedia I’ve re-run the tests and still recommending I get a booster but still no idea how I go about ordering one. Can someone help rather than me going around in circles again please?

    @virginmedia The text service is a bot so doesn’t understand what I want. I don’t understand how posting on a community forum will help me order wifi pods. I’ve posted but just get replies from other members. I want to be able to contact someone at Virgin not other customers.

    @virginmedia The service keep cutting out. And having to reboot 3/4 times a week. If no one comes and fix the fault. I will cancel everything and go to the ombudsman to claim back all the money paid for a fully working service.

    @virginmedia Adding my wife's phone to the internet/tv package which should include 1, 5G phone, you need to get your customer service sorted out and people who speak English to a higher standard or better still have English speaker #dissatisfiedcustomer with @virginmedia

    @virginmedia 909041904.26 le35ge .Call a 7 days ago about internet problems. Told we was getting a new router box and booster box. Nothing came and still getting a lot of problems. I want some to come out. Otherwise i will cancel the whole dam thing.

    @virginmedia 1hr 50mins on the phone, mostly on hold, spoken to 4 people, 3 of which bairly spoke english and still no further forward, website not helpful either. Worst service I've ever experienced. @Ofcom

    What **** is blocking my internet @virginmedia , it’s in a open space, switched it off and on, stood on one leg, got full bars but still won’t let me watch a basic YouTube video on my phone

    @virginmedia An email was received that the first complaint had been resolved and closed. I was expecting a phone call from the supervisor and a resolution. The second was regarding the 1st complaint on why it was closed without discussion. So no wasn’t a duplicate complaint.

    @virginmedia No it doesn't, it just says that we've identified that there's an issue in your area and it will be fixed by 8:25pm. I'm now trying to log into your app it says I have an acc but when I try to reset the password it says the acc doesn't exist. How do you work that one out?

    So is it common for @virginmedia to let new customers down by not having the external pre install work carried out prior to the main install day. Shocking service for a provider trying to make their mark in to a new area which is currently dominated by @SkyUK
