@virginmedia Finally yes...only took days to be able to do. Doesn’t fix my internet, pay for my lost work or compensate for the many hours lost, the inability to watch the Champions League Final and Indy 500.

@virginmedia Because this internet I pay for with blood doesn’t work I’ve got to wait till Tuesday for an engineer and I’ve waiting months to watch the Indy500 and Monaco GP. I paid MONEY to watch them. And can I speak to a British call centre and get customer relations. Can I hell!!!

@virginmedia 1/2. Sadly it hasn’t solved the issue. I find myself again on a Saturday afternoon without Internet. I was going to use it to watch the champions league final with my now heartbroken 8 year old son!!! Technical team hung up on me!!! I’m appalled!!! Disgusting behaviour. ....

Yay. VirginMedia is dead. Again. Good to know that while the performance may be improved moving to their 1Gb option it seems that uptime isn't. I really hope that 4pm ETA of a fix is a Scotty estimate or tomorrow's planned work is going to be tricky. I guess I should go to bed.
