FINALLY!!! After raising a serious complaint with @virginmedia with the prospect of the ombudsman getting involved... They've finally got my services up and running Now all that remains is for them to sort out some compensation and then we can pretend this never happened

@virginmedia @virginhelp Refund me 6 weeks line rental for a start ... issue adapters to all house holds on the land line system before you change to hub, so customers are not left unable to make or receive calls.

@simonnread @virginmedia I'm having the same issue. For the period of lockdown I could broadly rely on the signal to my home office. The last 2/3 months I haven't and I am constantly having to tether my mobile at my expense. The router hasn't moved and neither has my office. The service has just worsened

@virginmedia 5 days no internet, promises of 24 hours it will be running, then told a little maintenance, yesterday at 9:30am we were told in 9 hours you will get a call guaranteed (didn’t happen). All day today no work has got done! Poor internet for years and now none!! WTH!!

@virginmedia One of your tech engineers confirmed the problem in our local area and following a conversation with customer service they kept trying to get me to create multiple networks for speed. This wasn’t the problem, the problem was amplifiers in the local area!!

@virginmedia I moved property on the 8th of October. I paid my moving fee. No my property isn’t cabled. Even so the delay shouldn’t be 4 months. And I not be getting sent to debt collectors for a breach of contract on your side. I’d still be paying my bill IF I had a service which I do not.

@virginmedia So pretty much as expected nothing arrived today. I've also now lost half of my TV facilities and my mobile bill is screwed. Currently on hold once more, almost 9 hours on the phone, mostly on hold, since Friday. @virginmedia Twitter couldn't be bothered to reply/help either...

@virginmedia It's not the wait time. It's the 'press this' 'press that', recorded messages saying doing tests on service, system hanging up on you & not being connected to a person to be able to even say what the issue is! How does a recorded message know that my Internet drops out randomly?
