@Jake_BHughes @virginmedia apparently we have a blockage where they need to connect us, which is what we would need fixing by thursday. being that unreliable we decided to cancel everything with them fully. a shame because what they offered was great. customer service department is not easy to get round 😭

Virgin media sim card is free and it's not worth it. It's really bad. Hardly ever get a signal when out when u do it's about 5mb

Heads up folks who have their Netflix account as part as their main Internet provider package you may have to sign back up for it to continue using your service had to today very annoying and inconvenient to say the least 🙄 it seems that virgin media is doing this

@Jake_BHughes @virginmedia we had similar issue. they came when we were on holiday, no communication. we rang, were told they were coming yesterday to connect us, they didn’t arrive. told they’re coming today, didn’t arrive. spent 2 hours on the phone cancelling and was hung up on 3 times.

@virginmedia waited for 25mins to get through to discuss changing my contract gave all my details put on hold and then cut off, despite having my number and mobile they haven't even tried to call me back great customer service

jesus christ talking to virgin media on the phone is ridiculous we rang to cancel, got hung up on 3 times, after 2 hours finally cancelled and after cancelling they’re trying to get us to sign up for phone contracts and sim cards! like we would want that after we just cancelled

@virginmedia 2/2 hence me ringing on 24th and I wasn't told it was anything to do with a new tenant, just that I had apparently told you a year ago that I wanted to cancel on 21st Nov and since I was going to ring up to cancel anyway I left it as is. But now it's been turned off on 4th

@virginmedia Cancel on this date and I said I just moved in a year ago so I don't think so, but I was going to ring and plan a disconnect date for the end of November, the 21st is close enough so leave it as is. I then get home last night and my Internet has been disconnected completely
