    @Jake_BHughes @virginmedia we had similar issue. they came when we were on holiday, no communication. we rang, were told they were coming yesterday to connect us, they didn’t arrive. told they’re coming today, didn’t arrive. spent 2 hours on the phone cancelling and was hung up on 3 times.

    @virginmedia One of your tech engineers confirmed the problem in our local area and following a conversation with customer service they kept trying to get me to create multiple networks for speed. This wasn’t the problem, the problem was amplifiers in the local area!!

    @virginmedia @virginhelp Refund me 6 weeks line rental for a start ... issue adapters to all house holds on the land line system before you change to hub, so customers are not left unable to make or receive calls.

    Trying to watch #LIVWOL but pic quality on ITV4 is awful. Tried ITV X app & not any better. The Virgin Media ITV X app isn't working. This is poor but not unexpected from ITV who just cannot do digital stuff.

    @virginmedia We followed instructions to switch phones to fibre optic. Can dial out but can’t get calls. It’s really upset my mother in law as she is vulnerable and we are her emergency support. Our mobile signal is very poor at home, so she is frightened she can’t contact us.

    @Jake_BHughes @virginmedia apparently we have a blockage where they need to connect us, which is what we would need fixing by thursday. being that unreliable we decided to cancel everything with them fully. a shame because what they offered was great. customer service department is not easy to get round 😭

    @virginmedia When I dial 150 on the Virgin media landline, there is the initiation of the dial up tone then nothing, radio silence until 12 seconds have passed when I get the hang up tone, when dialing 03454541111 there is an initiation dial up tone and immediate hang up tone of du du du du

    @virginmedia I don’t know what to do now.Your website never lets me login with the same details more than twice.Just changed my password again,tried to login,no. I paid on 30/12/20,and also you took money again on the usual date. I paid twice for the same month. Refund me pls.
