So #VirginMedia I report a fault this morning, you say repaired by 6pm. 7pm I called as still not working despite txt/email says fixed. 50 mins of listening to music then, "the other person has cleared" Really don't like being lied to. Not good enough, valued customer, my arse!

@w0rldofswords @virginmedia Worst part is if you're not experienced with actually managing your WiFi you can end up on a call where a support person will give you advice that's convincing enough to sound like it might work, but is missing the problem entirely.
