@virginmedia very disappointed in your customer service, unhelpful, defensive and unbothered is best way to describe it. Was on fence about leaving but this has pushed a decision. Always had great things to say about virgin so this is definitely a let down

@virginmedia Even my wife and kids are complaining about how bad our internet is! Basically been sold a duff service. Phone hasn’t worked since we ported our number over in April. Just glad we didn’t go for the TV option.

@virginmedia I’m having no joy with my connection. I work from home too. I will ring up and cancel in the morning and get a refund on my phone line that hasn’t yet worked too. Had a letter to say increasing price by £3.50 a month too, 6 months into a contract!

Since I’ve moved broadband and phone to @virginmedia had nothing but problems. Broadband isn’t very good and phone line still doesn’t work! Time to go back to @SkyHelpTeam I think 🤔 💭

@virginmedia I would call 150 from my land-line to say that broadband and TV are down, but the phone isn't working either! And your call centre doesn't open till 8 (should be 24/7 when u sell a 24/7 product)

@virginmedia It's not just my house, I checked with other people living in the village and they all have the same problem. Your app is now saying its a known issue, tv+bb est fix 11.25am but phone est fix 4pm. In the past if phone don't work none will. Its every week now.

@virginmedia Thanks but I did option 4 "make changes" then next was only 4 options. 4th option was "thinking of leaving" which I selected, but lines are very busy apparently. It would have been nice for the person dealing with my complaint to give me a direct number to resolve quickly.

@hannahnanna669 @virginmedia It's such poor customer care! The importance of being able to actually speak to someone makes such a difference. Hannah it may be quicker to walk into a virgin mobile store (you'd need to take your mum too though). I appreciate probably not practical with how busy you are.

If you're a @virginmedia customer please be aware of a scam that's doing the rounds. You will get a call claiming there is a problem with your router and they will try and talk you into downloading and installing a zip file on your computer to fix the 'problem'.

@virginmedia It hasn’t been solved in 2 years since the problem started. The only solution people have found is to move to another provider. And still I can’t access my account or bills. Any idea how crazy that is.
