    @virginmedia Engineer came out & the Issue was Fixed. An Issue that Shouldn't have Occurred in the First Place. Something was Done inside the Box which meant we wasn't getting the signal come into our house... again an Engineer Fault & we was without for Almost 24 hours.

    @dilan_ipekx @JackofallReeds @virginmedia The planned disconnection was to a Virgin Media box which was requested from VM. The work was done earlier than originally scheduled therefore causing the issue as everything hasn't been transferred to a new unit. We are now working closely with VM to rectify the issue.
