    @inawemrsb We changed back to BT, we had no service with Virgin Media so husband stopped direct debit to them the y contacted us then. We did it with SSE other week they soon came back with a better deal.

    @virginmedia Your service checker never shows an issue. It’s my internet specifically (or so I’m constantly told) but every time I call I’m told to go through the same useless performance that’ll magically fix it whilst I’m on the call and then immediately stop working again afterwards 🙄
