@virginmedia Except if your me.. I’ve continually been supplied with a poor excuse for broadband.. I was promised a booster for my signal yet weeks later I’ve still not received it.. your not keeping up your side of this contract.. will not renew my contract when this is over!

@virginmedia my mum’s landline has a fault - no dialling tone. She’s been on hold but can’t get through to a human to report it. We have both tried to report it via her online account but cannot access it. And yes she has wiggled her sockets! Help!

@virginmedia just had call from 'Harry' in London, your technical department. Apparently I'm having issues with broadband speed... His employer ID was 194, apparently? He was shouty, in very loud place, couldn't tell me who I was. Please look into number 01323897224. Infuriating.

@virginmedia Eligible. Not all. Again, shareholders won't lose out as Heaven forbid lower profits can me made for a year or two and keep the customer increases low. That'd be more socially conscious than a lot of other measures utility firms "engage" in.

@virginmedia 3 days now with no TV and faulty broadband. Service status tells us an engineer is in the area - it's said that for the last 3 days and each day the time estimate for the problem to be fixed is extended another 24 hours.
