    @virginmedia currently on the phone and surprise surprise sir give us another 24 hours!! Are you mad! I’m pulling my hair out!!! I’ve never tweeted before but my guess is it’s the only way they’ll pull there finger out!!!

    @PreetBharara @ZellaQuixote Around 2009 or 2010. I had a computer with a modem that could send faxes that was just about working, and I had to get @virginmedia to send an engineer out to fix my landline. The landline broke again a month or two later and hasn’t worked since, though they still bill me for it.

    @simonnread @virginmedia I'm having the same issue. For the period of lockdown I could broadly rely on the signal to my home office. The last 2/3 months I haven't and I am constantly having to tether my mobile at my expense. The router hasn't moved and neither has my office. The service has just worsened

    @virginmedia the internet you installed yesterday has stopped working and you can’t get anyone out until Tuesday? If I want to escalate the issue then it will take 3-5 working days? Can anyone help me?

    @virginmedia why does my wifi keep cutting out every 15 mins for about 2 mins then come back? Not great when I work from home and my meetings cut out midway through…

    @virginmedia Or you could invite your customers to get in touch when out of contract or you could even tell us what deals are on offer to help us stay. I suspect you don't because you realise that inertia effects are high when it comes to changing broadband packages.

    @virginmedia it took my nearly 3 hours to cancel my contract after 7 years with you. Your customer service representative made up a fake outstanding bill from 2016 as an excuse not to help me. All sorted now but never going to be a #virginmediacustomer again.

    @Walpie27 By being an O2/Virgin Media customer. Statement yesterday said lots of tickets held back for general sale, but after the O2 Priority app & website crashed I’m not holding hope of getting tickets. In the past I’d have queued at the arena but the box office isn’t opening tomorrow

    @virginmedia 5 days no internet, promises of 24 hours it will be running, then told a little maintenance, yesterday at 9:30am we were told in 9 hours you will get a call guaranteed (didn’t happen). All day today no work has got done! Poor internet for years and now none!! WTH!!

    @virginmedia Yeah that’s what I don’t last night for an hour - and an engineer was booked for this afternoon - who never showed!!

    @virginmedia You failed to activate my account, for 8 days but charged me anyway. I've raised that issue several times but your useless customer service still hasn't refunded the money you robbed me. Hope this is enough info for those who want to join Virgin Media

    @virginmedia Yes, there's a TV issue and a broadband issue in my postcode which might be fixed by 21.40 tonight (TV was working despite this until half an hour ago) but obviously that is of no use to me for 5pm. Rebooted the TiVo box and it's now stuck not being able to load channel info.

    @virginmedia This is a wireless connection. I’ve never known a provider that I’ve had to restart the router 6 times in 1 day never have this issue with BT / sky / talk talk.
