@virginmedia Or you could invite your customers to get in touch when out of contract or you could even tell us what deals are on offer to help us stay. I suspect you don't because you realise that inertia effects are high when it comes to changing broadband packages.

@PreetBharara @ZellaQuixote Around 2009 or 2010. I had a computer with a modem that could send faxes that was just about working, and I had to get @virginmedia to send an engineer out to fix my landline. The landline broke again a month or two later and hasn’t worked since, though they still bill me for it.

It seems like it’s happening to a lot of people from what I can see on social media. @virginmedia how do we resolve this issue then? You recommended that I call between 8am-10am on a weekday. if disconnected what’s the point ?!
