@virginmedia I have WiFi at the moment. . . The problem is intermittent, it doesn't seem to coincide with times of high demand necessarily. It's incredibly frustrating, especially when working remotely from home and losing signal cuts everything off.

Joining @virginmedia fast broadband, think twice, what you actually get just not up to scratch, customer service not helpful, been down for three days, first it was an area wide fault, now finally an engineer will come out to fix!! Time for a change...

@sue_ambler @virginmedia The weather and other factors can cause disruption. That's why there is rarely compensation unless it's been at least 72 hours. Things go wrong it happens and it's rarely anyone's fault. Think about the poor customer service agents who will have to deal with so many angry people.
