@PreetBharara @ZellaQuixote Around 2009 or 2010. I had a computer with a modem that could send faxes that was just about working, and I had to get @virginmedia to send an engineer out to fix my landline. The landline broke again a month or two later and hasn’t worked since, though they still bill me for it.

Heads up folks who have their Netflix account as part as their main Internet provider package you may have to sign back up for it to continue using your service had to today very annoying and inconvenient to say the least 🙄 it seems that virgin media is doing this

If there are issues in the area, don't call @virginmedia for an engineer. They will book the appointment and cancel it without letting you know, leaving you clueless and waiting around for nothing. They will then go on to provide you with the worst customer service.
