    @virginmedia Okay, so on Thursday we were told to cancel the order and reorder it. We’ve done that so that we could pick it up today and have heard nothing about the delivery. Also, the person we spoke to over the phone on Thursday called us liars over the price we paid.

    @virginmedia Thanks but I did option 4 "make changes" then next was only 4 options. 4th option was "thinking of leaving" which I selected, but lines are very busy apparently. It would have been nice for the person dealing with my complaint to give me a direct number to resolve quickly.

    @virginmedia It's not just my house, I checked with other people living in the village and they all have the same problem. Your app is now saying its a known issue, tv+bb est fix 11.25am but phone est fix 4pm. In the past if phone don't work none will. Its every week now.

    @virginmedia Even my wife and kids are complaining about how bad our internet is! Basically been sold a duff service. Phone hasn’t worked since we ported our number over in April. Just glad we didn’t go for the TV option.

    @virginmedia I’m having no joy with my connection. I work from home too. I will ring up and cancel in the morning and get a refund on my phone line that hasn’t yet worked too. Had a letter to say increasing price by £3.50 a month too, 6 months into a contract!

    @virginmedia It's so difficult speaking to customer care as they do not listen to your needs. I will need to cancel or downngrade to a price I can afford. Can't be hard can it. I am out of my 11 month contract and go anywhere if I don't get a reasonable offer to stay

    @virginmedia I would call 150 from my land-line to say that broadband and TV are down, but the phone isn't working either! And your call centre doesn't open till 8 (should be 24/7 when u sell a 24/7 product)

    @virginmedia We are going straight to @ofcom. Had a complaint raised (and closed without any resolution). Had just spent half an hour on the phone today, and got this new complaint closed right at the end of the call. All you do is close complaints without resolving any issues - absolute joke

    @virginmedia Yup now updated to say resolution hopefully by midnight. I'm assuming it relates to the green connection box that was ablaze a couple of streets away that the Fire Brigade were dealing with. Thought it might be electrical power but assume a virgin broadband hub
