    @virginmedia I have WiFi at the moment. . . The problem is intermittent, it doesn't seem to coincide with times of high demand necessarily. It's incredibly frustrating, especially when working remotely from home and losing signal cuts everything off.

    @virginmedia @BigIssue How about you provide Internet to those who pay for it? Every day there's an 'issue in the area'.Every day the Internet is down for hours at a time. If there's an issue in the area, if you can't provide service in my area, WHY ARE YOU MAKING ME PAY FOR A SERVICE YOU CAN'T OFFER?
