    @virginmedia I have WiFi at the moment. . . The problem is intermittent, it doesn't seem to coincide with times of high demand necessarily. It's incredibly frustrating, especially when working remotely from home and losing signal cuts everything off.

    @virginmedia They’re blaming it on ducting. There is no issue. My neighbours service is on and I ordered mine before them. Despite hours and hours being on hold and messed around and chasing and rearranging my work schedule for appointments, VM still mess it up. The whole system is useless

    How can @virginmedia be so quick to sell you something, say it’s going to be the same price but then send you a confirmation saying it’s £10 more, then tell you price’s are going up. Then you have a problem with installation and can’t get hold of anyone.
