    @virginmedia I’ve told you what the issue is. Workmen were doing something with the wires outside (which has happened several times before and we have lost connection) only this time the connection hasn’t come back. So what I want to know is when they are coming back.

    @virginmedia useless, incompetent, unable to control their own billing system. Agreed a new deal in February after initially planning to cancel but so far Virgin have been unable to correctly update my bill. Why is it so difficult for Virgin to deliver on what was agreed?

    @virginmedia the fact your service has dropped three times in the past month, each time it costs us £60+ in costs and lots of time wasted, and there's no way to get any compensation because services have to be out for two working days before that happens

    @virginmedia I have done this a number of times, I get told my request will be actioned within 24-48 hours but nothing changes. I have had another bill today claiming the incorrect amount again and late payment fees threatened as your operator Keith advised me to cancel the direct debit.
