@virginmedia Thanks for the reply. On both occasions there's apparently been no issues, and none shown again this morning. It's more the fact that even though it happened twice in a week, and having waited on hold for 30min each time, I just get told to call back if it happens again.

@virginmedia Often get “internet unavailable” and phone line hasn’t worked since we moved over from Sky. Fair to say unless it gets sorted soon I will be going back to Sky snd getting a refund for having no working phoneline. Been a terrible experience.

@virginmedia Just done it and cut off after being put through to manager after 20 minute call. Today you had the gall to bill me for changing my service when you incompetents were the ones that cut me off. Your customer service system is pathetic as well @Ofcom

Had enough. @virginmedia service in the past 18 months been truly shocking. Made a complaint last month and still not heard anything. Now trying to get hold of someone and doing the Krypton Factor would be easier! Sort yours (and my) s**t out Virgin Media!

@virginmedia I told your cs team I had the issue on my old handset - bought a new one and the problem persisted. An engineer tweaked the termination when fixing an unrelated broadband issue in Feb and now the problem has come back. How many phones do you normally ask people to test with?

@virginmedia I have raised 2 complaints with you. Latest on 6/4/21. Resolution email does not meet all the points I raised and advises me to call back as you consider this resolved. However I don’t like calling your advisors as it’s always frustrating.

@virginmedia Yes and unfortunately unless you press that you're thinking of leaving you never seem to be able to listen to a human voice and in that case they cannot answer quick enough but anything else you become entrenched in ever decreasing circles
