    Heads up folks who have their Netflix account as part as their main Internet provider package you may have to sign back up for it to continue using your service had to today very annoying and inconvenient to say the least 🙄 it seems that virgin media is doing this

    @virginmedia My broadband hub has no power at all, and it seems the solution is an engineer in the middle of next week. How am I meant to work until then? Can’t you just post me a new hub?

    @virginmedia rung them multiple times, spent 2 and a half hours on the phone to them on Monday after the 3rd engineer had supposedly fixed my problem by replacing all my cables. The call centre's was supposed to call me back yesterday and didn't so calling them again is not the answer
