    @virginmedia having cancelled and be told no more payments will be taken out of account I today had a bill for £129 which I am told will come out of my account end of May currently on hold for 47 mins when she told me it would be 5 mins BAD BAD customer service

    @virginmedia I’ve literally just told you, there’s nothing other than ‘we know there’s a problem’. This is nearly a day now without broadband phone or TV. If it’s not fixed by 10AM as promised I’ll be logging a complaint and will be pursuing compensation, it’s completely unacceptable.

    @virginmedia Day 7 and we’ve still got connection issues! Broadband keeps flipping on and off, no consistency … this has become a really big problem in our household. Perhaps our router is faulty - we were sent a Hub 3 model, so perhaps a replacement or Hub 4 model would solve the issue?

    @virginmedia since tweeting the internet has been down all night (service status page only reported an issue with tv services) this morning however service page has been updated to say internet is also down :( not great - the frequency with which network is lost.

    @virginmedia awful customer service. Twice have been hung up on and no assistance getting an earlier date to install internet and tv after you couldn’t do it yesterday. Earliest apparently is 21st July. @skytv can u help?

    @virginmedia Thank you for your reply. I was at work so couldn't get back to you. I've been billed £26 for next month and on my new ebill it says from now on I will pay £41 so I think it's all sorted. I will get back in touch if any problems. Thank you!
