    @virginmedia I'm not sure why, but our Internet and TV aren't currently working! No email to say work is being done. Online even says there's no issue which there clearly is. Area is LE2

    Heads up folks who have their Netflix account as part as their main Internet provider package you may have to sign back up for it to continue using your service had to today very annoying and inconvenient to say the least 🙄 it seems that virgin media is doing this

    @virginmedia Thank you for your time, but please be aware that after 1hr, I am actually no nearer a solution to the problem. I need a real solution. Having calls at home asking security questions. Now I have cancelled my cards, but can't access my account to prevent more fraud. Disappointing
