Nearly 2 hours on the phone to #virginmedia no1 wants to help. Getting 2mbps for a 200mbps plan. If I paid 1% of the bill am sure they’d find a issue then! #useless

@virginmedia I checked the postcode and all it says is that there are "No known issues". Hub 3.0's results state: "1Gateway IPv4 address is not valid. 2Your broadband connection is down."

@virginmedia Not really I been trying to fix the issues for the last 2 years I pay for 200gb BB it constantly drops to 10/20mg I must have reset my box a million times iv had engineers who tell me its OK after switching the box on/off so no you can't help
