  • NoGuyTest786 NoGuyTest (@NoGuyTest786) reported from West Bridgford, England

@virginmedia Just spent 30 minutes on this text bot and it's very frustrating, they have only just taken my details from me after 30 minutes and can only communicate by sms which is useless, I'd rather wait on a phone line, shocking service, also the English is bad

  • SmallPaulDJ smallpauldj (@SmallPaulDJ) reported from Leicestershire, England

@virginmedia I'm paying over 50 pounds just for 100mg broadband already! Why can a new customer get TV etc to for just 30? Conveniently the phone lines all seem off.

  • ddrbowella David Richards (@ddrbowella) reported from Leicestershire, England

@virginmedia The service keep cutting out. And having to reboot 3/4 times a week. If no one comes and fix the fault. I will cancel everything and go to the ombudsman to claim back all the money paid for a fully working service.

  • MatthewWalne Matthew Walne MCSI (@MatthewWalne) reported from Mountsorrel, England

@virginmedia Thanks. The text service doesn’t work well to say the least. How do I post a question on the community to get an order placed please?

  • deb_the_dj Deborah Marshall 💙 (@deb_the_dj) reported from Sandiacre, England

@virginmedia It drops out for a few minutes, then restarts, there is nothing I can see on your service page that helps with that. I'll try the factory reset, its the only thing I haven't tried.

  • MatthewWalne Matthew Walne MCSI (@MatthewWalne) reported from Mountsorrel, England

@virginmedia The service I’m getting from Virgin is beyond appalling.

  • MatthewWalne Matthew Walne MCSI (@MatthewWalne) reported from Mountsorrel, England

@virginmedia I know I recently extended my broadband contract with you but the service is abysmal and the customer service even worse. Can I cancel please and I will go back to Sky.

  • MatthewWalne Matthew Walne MCSI (@MatthewWalne) reported from Mountsorrel, England

@virginmedia No, it’s very random. I was expecting an improvement when I upgraded speeds but it never did.

  • MatthewWalne Matthew Walne MCSI (@MatthewWalne) reported from Mountsorrel, England

@virginmedia The text service is a bot so doesn’t understand what I want. I don’t understand how posting on a community forum will help me order wifi pods. I’ve posted but just get replies from other members. I want to be able to contact someone at Virgin not other customers.

  • NoGuyTest786 NoGuyTest (@NoGuyTest786) reported from West Bridgford, England

@virginmedia @virginhelp any help with this yet?

  • TheFox89688362 The Fox (@TheFox89688362) reported

Having presumed VPN issues with @NetflixUK & @virginmedia again. Perhaps need to change fibre broadband supplier? Shame as Virgin is very fast at 3 digit Mbps per second.

  • MisfitCauley 「Cauley」 (@MisfitCauley) reported

@virginmedia Why do you keep screwing me around? for the last week my internet has been anything but reliable. It cuts out and stops working for hours at a time. As someone who works from home it's really screwing me over. Fix it!

  • TheFox89688362 The Fox (@TheFox89688362) reported

@virginmedia Thank you for responding. TBH I don't really understand VPNs. Just looking at online forums this appears to be an issue specific to Virgin Media & Netflix with some US shows on limited licence to UK region disappearing. Perhaps Netflix too sensitive as BBC iPlayer not affected?

  • starling_naomi Naomi Starling (@starling_naomi) reported

@virginmedia My mother has been with you over 20 yrs. She has to move as my father passed earlier this yr and you want to charge her £250 because you can't provide her a service. This is causing her deep distress. Is there anything you can do to help her personal circumstances?

  • TheFox89688362 The Fox (@TheFox89688362) reported

@virginmedia I've checked my devices & def not using VPNs to hide my location so shouldn't be having issues with programming currently licenced for UK viewing. @NetflixUK why can't I continue watching Prison Break on TV via Virgin Media yet it works on 4GEE mobile device? Very confused 😕

  • 78DarknessTour Electric Nebraska (@78DarknessTour) reported

TV Go service may have an issue streaming Sky Max On Demand content via Android app. We are sorry about this, our engineers are looking at fixing this as soon as possible. We hope to fix this by 20 December at 13:00. @virginmedia Are you kidding????!

  • leftcheats Edson (@leftcheats) reported

@virginmedia So, when I phone there’s no solution. When I submit a complaint the answer is to phone you. Pretty sure that’s called an infinite loop.
