@virginmedia It found no issues although the hub did feel rather warm. I’ve rebooted it and I guess we’ll see what happens tomorrow. Not holding my breath as it’s been a daily occurrence for over a week now. Thanks for your help so far 👍

@virginmedia your service is abysmal at best. I get that companies are under pressure but we have no TV, no internet and no landline, I was told the internet and the tv issue wasn’t connected by the “chat” team so tried to call, on hold for an hour and was then disconnected!!!

The difference between @EE and @virginmedia is day and night. EE: we took 3 extra days to connect your new service, have £87 credited to your account. Virgin, we didn't send you a return kit so you were late disconnecting your kit, we shall charge you extra on your bill.
