@virginmedia Except if your me.. I’ve continually been supplied with a poor excuse for broadband.. I was promised a booster for my signal yet weeks later I’ve still not received it.. your not keeping up your side of this contract.. will not renew my contract when this is over!

@virginmedia That might be true but I shouldn’t have to call at all. As I said from the very beginning, if I can book an engineer visit via the app, why on earth can’t I cancel it ? It allows you to reschedule but not cancel !!! Utterly ridiculous and a waste of everyone’s time.
