@virginmedia It found no issues although the hub did feel rather warm. I’ve rebooted it and I guess we’ll see what happens tomorrow. Not holding my breath as it’s been a daily occurrence for over a week now. Thanks for your help so far 👍

@virginmedia you really need to review your service when dealing with bereavement. How dare you send me a letter demanding I pay my deceased father’s bill AND when I register a complaint I expect it to be dealt with not just automatically resolved when it hasn’t been.
