@jerseykasoo @virginmedia Service is terrible, and I forgive it a little at the current time but theyre always bad to deal with. We've been sorting a new deal, 1st advisor didn't phone us back to finalise, 2nd agreed a deal then sent contract through which had higher price so need to ring again

@virginmedia Yes I have contacted Virginmedia a couple of times. It looks like there is a problem in Nottingham NG16 area again. This is a common issue. Disconnections and lack of a quality service.

Virgin Media showing how shoit they are again. Slow connection or loss of connection on work devices or when using streaming apps. Advice: using lots of devices can affect connection speed. Me: I've already explained I'm home alone, just back from holiday and only using netflix
