    @gm8arv @2m0sql @M0VGA @SOTAbeams @TalkTalk @virginmedia The VM system I have here causes no problems from DC to 23cm (as high as I go currently) the only issue I had was when I tried using a mains data network from Argos and it destroyed 6m. Scrapped once identified.

    @virginmedia Thanks for the reply. On both occasions there's apparently been no issues, and none shown again this morning. It's more the fact that even though it happened twice in a week, and having waited on hold for 30min each time, I just get told to call back if it happens again.

    @virginmedia What would be really good is if you send out a message to your customers telling them there is an issue rather than leaving it to them to find out that they cannot use your services.

    @virginmedia Yes I have contacted Virginmedia a couple of times. It looks like there is a problem in Nottingham NG16 area again. This is a common issue. Disconnections and lack of a quality service.

    @virginmedia Have had no landline service since an engineer visited a week ago to replace the plastic box on the outside of the house - worked ok until then. Raised a complaint but told there is no fault on line and that I have to call (from what?) to resolve it.
