    @virginmedia No, I’m on the super hub 2ac. I have got no wired connections and so am not/cannot check them. The box is working fine as is the internet through the box so I assume the problem is just with the WiFi.

    @virginmedia so still waiting for my return call about escalating a billing dispute, that was started Tuesday. Very poor service once again, and to be told in the call you can send an engineer to see if its crossed wires at a one off charge of £90 that's taking the ****.

    @SkyUK was thinking of leaving @virginmedia but you broadband speed is way to slow even though BT say they can give 300 MB with ultra fast fibre. Now thinking doing a split tv with sky bb with vm. 😭

    @virginmedia - you need to up your game! my experience today: terrible customer service and head-in-the-sand about some real issues affecting several 🏘 along the road (area ref 30). I really doubt the 99.96% uptime and 200Mbps* (*conditions apply) is even close to real world.

    @virginmedia Given that I can access the internet through the TiVo box I’d think the wired connection is ok. This is happening frequently now and there is never an issue shown on the status page but is often an issue when I run the troubleshoot. I’m increasingly fed up with the service.

    @virginmedia Yes - I opted for this option as I was told it was at no cost. At the time I didn't know which provider we were moving to (didn't know if we'd need the landline), and was never advised that I would incur costs for as long as the line was open. Very misleading.

    @The_Crust @virginmedia I had that pain for several years. Moved house & got a new, shiny hub. I don’t even know what the two different bands are any more. Never see them pop up. For ages VMBB told me that my hub was up to date. Not.

    @virginmedia There was a fault that had an estimated fix of Tuesday at 18.00. We have had complete loss of connection like we had done before but now it’s intermittent and keeps dropping out. Issues since Sunday now, the fact we are on Friday is something of a joke.

    @McGiff @virginmedia And me. Internet down for three days and can’t get through. This happened a few weeks ago and I found the complaints 08000521474 I think 08436580676 is switch board. It worked then. Trying again tomorrow. I am a big fan carol.

    @bucklandmatthew @virginmedia It’s really poor, I feel like you just spend most of your time going around in circles with them. Status page will say no issue, troubleshoot page says issue and to turn everything off. You do so and it still doesn’t work and you get the same message from the TS again.

    @virginmedia The only solution you provide is to miss precisely what I pay you for, so you can get it fixed in time for me to watch in the main, what I don’t want to watch. You have no solutions beyond telling your customers to suck it up whilst you hoard extortionate subscription fees.

    @virginmedia A mix of WiFi and Wired ethernet (cutting out on both). No service being carried out and I've reset the hub several times (through the router IP and manually through the reset switch). I've also switched out cables and tried using an attenuator in the back of the router.

    @virginmedia I already had an ongoing complaint but it got closed down 10 mins after I explicitly said not to. An advisor on whatsapp confirmed your mistake and reopened it last week & said they'll send an email with the details. No email followed. Happy to DM you with all these details

    @virginmedia absolutely disgusted with your level of service. We rang to disconnect on Wednesday 22/06, to be told we would get an email to confirm this, we got an email alright. Nothing about disconnection but that of a change of package. We have not agreed to this.

    @virginmedia I never got through to the "leaving" team. 1 hr queueing then the call was cut. 2nd time rang the "upgrade" team and they answered in 5mins. Bad reception in Mauritius and poor internet meant 30 mins to hear of poor deals. They directed to "retentions". 1h total no result.
