@KMShaw75 @virginmedia Problem is.....their broadband is so much faster than others companies on offer, but on this occasion it’s my Mum’s and she’s given up are online gaming fix now so speed isnt as important as quality of customer service.

@virginmedia It found no issues although the hub did feel rather warm. I’ve rebooted it and I guess we’ll see what happens tomorrow. Not holding my breath as it’s been a daily occurrence for over a week now. Thanks for your help so far 👍

@virginmedia Yes, it gives a a yellow circle with a white ! mark in the middle. It told me to reboot which I’ve done and still no devices connected unless I stand less than 1 metre away from the router. All cables attached as well so no problem there
