    @virginmedia my contract runs out next month been on phone, best deal for my current service you can offer is £120. Sorry guys I aint paying that for existing service which dont offer top spec equipment and speeds that new customers get. Time to move on, sure sky can offer better

    @virginmedia hi - I have a sim only mobile contract that's not been used for at least 18mths. I've stopped the DD as I'm unable to simply cancel via website and the number quoted to call doesn't work. I've got nowhere to go with this problem now.

    @virginmedia I spoke to an advisor called Gillian from Sheffield and she escalated my numerous complaints on Saturday. Promised a manager call crack but I got nothing . It’s getting to the stage that the best course of action would be to cancel the lot but that won’t get my landline back

    @virginmedia I had Virgin broadband installed yesterday but need a landline . Unable to get through to customer services. Should have been set up with the broadband . Engineer said I was miss sold the standalone package . Now I’m without a phone.

    @virginmedia hi, my TiVo v6 remote has became laggy & slow to respond, I’ve put fresh batteries in this morning & just reset the v6 box via the settings menu but to no avail. Any suggestions? Thanks

    @virginmedia You couldn't make this incompetence up - had another call, chasing 2 mths costs for a phone not used in over 2 yrs, unable to cancel via website or previous Twitter conversation, and then cuts me off. It's a mthly sim only, if I don't use it don't charge me - simples.

    @virginmedia I finally got through to a real person via text today and booked a landline appointment, although It’s not the anytime plan that I wanted . Never had so much trouble switching provider. Almost not worth it.

    @virginmedia I have not been able to use my internet for the majority of our contract. I contacted you multiple times to be advised to pay an additional £5 per month for a better service to now find I am being charged £56?! I am in my cooling off period and i wish to CANCEL.

    . @virginmedia I was told last week I could get wifi pods to make our wifi work. I was told someone would call me back to sort it out. This never happened. Now I call back, wait on hold for Half an hour, and get told I can’t have any??

    @virginmedia Except you know and I know that it doesn't. I've run through it several times and it does nothing. It may help some but it doesn't help me. Simply tells me that everything is fine when my wifi comes and goes. Should get 100 but I'd be ecstatic with 40mbps. I get 1 or 2 at stages

    @virginmedia lol. No. It was always a danger as the cable was laid along guttering by your engineer that was a) clearly broken and in need of repair and b) likely to to full of water for most of the year because the UK gets a lot of rain. Do you feel laying data cable in a gutter is ok then?

    @virginmedia I have been trying to contact yourselves about changing my move date - I have waited since Sunday to get a response and I finally got someone on the text at 7am I answered the security questions and I’m still waiting for them to come back to me can someone help as it’s urgent
