    Horrendous service from @virginmedia , 5 days without a solid internet connection, no updates despite registering my mobile no and now trying to call up and getting cut off while on hold for 15 minutes!! Absolute joke

    @KMShaw75 @virginmedia Problem is.....their broadband is so much faster than others companies on offer, but on this occasion it’s my Mum’s and she’s given up are online gaming fix now so speed isnt as important as quality of customer service.

    Any of my pitiful number of followers thinking joining virgin media ? DONT. Their service is pitiful and they can **** up the un-fuckable. . Two hour hold not for something they promised was sorted last months. £223 taken from my acc not due. Hate the *******.

    8 days without being able to have a stable internet connection, complaint raised and no response within 72 hours as advised and another half an hour on hold...thanks @virginmedia for the excellent service you provide

    @virginmedia @colinevo If you looked at the issues people are having & tried to make your system robust enough to counteract them, you may not have such busy phone lines. If you offered decent deals to existing customers you wouldn't have to employ people to lie & cheat their way to remaining with you.

    @virginmedia I have been in touch with the upgrade team they could not help.....new customers pay £24.00 per month I am expected to pay double that ! My custom cannot be that valued.

    @Rab_Dickson1 @virginmedia You know how you get a menu of numbers to press, my wife pressed numbers that would lead to speaking to someone to cancel the account. I was the same as you, trying to have a conversation with a human being. And that feckin muzak!

    @virginmedia Diagnostic didn't find anything. Problem is intermittent. Regular buffering on TiVo box/smart TV app/laptop connected to hub and/or booster. TiVo less than ten m and 1 wall from hub
