Any of my pitiful number of followers thinking joining virgin media ? DONT. Their service is pitiful and they can **** up the un-fuckable. . Two hour hold not for something they promised was sorted last months. £223 taken from my acc not due. Hate the *******.

@KMShaw75 @virginmedia Problem is.....their broadband is so much faster than others companies on offer, but on this occasion it’s my Mum’s and she’s given up are online gaming fix now so speed isnt as important as quality of customer service.

@BenJamesPhotos @virginmedia Was with Virgin & initially happy with the service. Their customer services were dreadful when I wanted to cancel to go to Sky who were alot cheaper. No loyalty was shown at all & that is the one thing Sky has proved they have an abudance off during a hugely difficult 18 months.

It is shocking that @virginmedia makes it almost impossible to cancel a contract, and then nearly impossible to get them to waive the early cancellation fee when you're entitled to do so (because I've moved to a house that they don't provide broadband to). Shabby

@virginmedia Customer service took so long between messages today that the number they had reallocated after reordering my already missing sim, had been given to someone else!! So had to start over again to be told I would have two credit checks done!!

@virginmedia Hi as far as I'm aware it's just me I've seen others in the forums with same problem since the docsis 3.1 upstream was added. Just had another engineer out signal is fine he says, but upstream is terrible can't even stream or game which it why I bought it, the error log terrible.

@virginmedia sending me invoices again? They have been unable to sort out broadband service issue, unable to send me a engineer to fix the problems I have raised. Phone operator tell me the bill is valid. I don’t get it how? I don’t have service - cables were left disconnected
