My wifi is very slow and keeps cutting in and out plus I never get a good signal with my wifi at the other side of the house in which case I need a wifi booster, and my phone I have a contract with you and the signal is awful!! I should be getting 5g but I don’t!!

Should have been set up with the broadband . Engineer said I was miss sold the standalone package . Now I’m without a phone.
