My wifi is very slow and keeps cutting in and out plus I never get a good signal with my wifi at the other side of the house in which case I need a wifi booster, and my phone I have a contract with you and the signal is awful!! I should be getting 5g but I don’t!!

It's a mthly sim only, if I don't use it don't charge me - simples.

I may as well listen to a voice synthesised repeated message. Not sorry, no problems and only wanted a £99 call out charge to check their equipment showing an error light. Wifi is painfully slow.

🇬🇧 Rob @No-Bull-Politics 🇬🇧 (@bull_robin56713) reported@virginmedia I'm sure I'm not alone in having asked you to reduce my service, such as cancelling a second set-top box, in order to reduce my bills. As you can see here I asked for my bills to be reduced in Jan 2024. Yet notice how those bills have crept up again ever since. There has been no increase or improvement in the service you provide to justify this. According to my analysis, despite having gained a better paid job recently, my net income is down 4.2% compared with 5 years ago. Like many, I am going to have to tighten my belt, and those bills that increase without any prior warning must be the first to go.
