I may as well listen to a voice synthesised repeated message. Not sorry, no problems and only wanted a £99 call out charge to check their equipment showing an error light. Wifi is painfully slow.

Ofcom found that MILLIONS of customer service interactions were mishandled to prevent or delay cancellations. Specific tactics included: • Deliberately dropping or hanging up calls when customers asked to cancel. Putting callers on hold for no reason to frustrate them Excessive and unnecessary call transfers between departments. I’ll recap- 2 weeks no service, five engineers sent to diagnose the same problem multiple times, no fix. Complaints team open and close complaints immediately with no resolution. Fix not due for at least another week.
