    @virginmedia good morning; I’m not sure what work was happening in the area yesterday, but since your engineers were around my internet is ver intermittent. I’ve tried restarting the router and it’s still just awful. I’m trying to wfh and it’s very difficult at the moment

    @virginmedia Not a password problem. Login works fine via email clients on desktop and phone. Changed about 2 weeks ago in response to previous problem and worked fine then.

    @daniellebryce21 @virginmedia Heard nothing but bad things about them. We would never swap to them. They also are always knocking on our door trying to sign us up despite us telling them not to and a sign on our door stating no cold callers. 😡😡😡

    @virginmedia When trying it yesterday, during the outage, the checker failed after entering details. Do you not have a general outage map available? There's no issues currently, but two drops in the same day for lengthy periods is concerning for a fibre line.

    Still waiting for @virginmedia to respond to my email complaint I made on the 1st of this month yet they’re quick enough to email when we haven’t paid the bill because we had to cancel the direct debit as they hadn’t removed a £25 charge that shouldn’t have been there!
