@virginmedia I have heard from EE again this morning, from their Head Office by email as my phone still says no sim, and emergency calls only, they are now saying maybe #virginmedia have locked it to their network, as far as I am aware it was unlocked to all networks explain?

@virginmedia service is totally disgusting, rang on behalf of my mother in law...who is 78 and on state pension....first time offered her package at £44.20 then after wanting to to think about it rang back 20 mins later to be told it’s £57 per month end of story utterly shocking

Does anyone know why YouTube on a tablet would work whilst literally anything else on any other device isn’t working during the #virginmedia outage? Same WiFi, no secondary connections like phone hotspot. Tablet even has WiFi logo with an “!” Next to it.
