Why can you not just make an appointment with Lizzie for a home call so her problem can be sorted out on the spot? After all, free call out is one of your strong selling points.   If you’re with Virgin Media and have had issues, I would leave them if you have the option. A company that treats its customers like this, doesn’t deserve customers.
