    @virginmedia When you’ve been on hold since 7.42pm then you get cut off after 1hr 3mins of waiting. Awful Awful Awful. This is only the fifth attempt to correct a long term existing customer. As per awful advertisements on TV shall we try and disguise ourselves as new customers!

    @virginmedia intermittent internet connection and speed for the past 3 days. Support just tell you to restart or reset hub then hang up! This is getting ridiculous. 70mb at moment when it works, even thought I should get 350+.

    @virginmedia I don't want content, I don't have your TV or your phone just broadband. So to increase this cost like this means that next time it comes to review my connectivity I will simply leave your service and move to a more competitive service that doesn't sneakily raise prices mid term.

    @TommyBarnett69 @virginmedia If your price is being adjusted mid-term, then you could potentially exit the contract right away without penalty as they have adjusted the terms of your contract…..your main obstacle here will be Virgin’s diabolical customer service

    @virginmedia No error, but the comms preferences are on email. The instructions on your website (go to My Profile, Find eBilling) don't work. There is no My Profile when I login. And no ebilling option on the portal. I've asked your customer services to switch us over many times.
