@virginmedia service is totally disgusting, rang on behalf of my mother in law...who is 78 and on state pension....first time offered her package at £44.20 then after wanting to to think about it rang back 20 mins later to be told it’s £57 per month end of story utterly shocking

@simonnread @virginmedia That’s part of the reason I have a separate email address personalised to each company of which I’m a customer. If the email doesn’t match the company, it’s a scam, but if it does match and is still a scam it means that company’s database has been stolen.

Lost all respect @virginmedia Looking to downgrade package. And the person on live chat has the cheek to say I’ve got it down to £92.75 it’s already less than that now. @Ofcom will enjoy this transcript that’s for sure lots of taking advantage of customers now from virgin media.
