@virginmedia service is totally disgusting, rang on behalf of my mother in law...who is 78 and on state pension....first time offered her package at £44.20 then after wanting to to think about it rang back 20 mins later to be told it’s £57 per month end of story utterly shocking

After being with Virgin Media for years. I've had to switch to Sky because VM doesn't cover the area I've moved to. So now, If I want to watch Catch-Up, On Demand or WWE PPVs. I have to pay extra for a broadband service in order to watch them. (2)
