    @daniellebryce21 @virginmedia Heard nothing but bad things about them. We would never swap to them. They also are always knocking on our door trying to sign us up despite us telling them not to and a sign on our door stating no cold callers. 😡😡😡

    Right @virginmedia is truly the worst internet - So I am looking to change providers as soon as possible - Not worried about TV packages etc as We are good with free view - can anybody recommend a ISP with a good monthly rate and none of the hidden fees etc?

    @virginmedia I’m sorry to say your customer service is bar none, the worst experience I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with. A missed appointment scheduled by you, I’m on the phone for over 3 hrs and you have no ownership of the issue, just pass me from pillar to post. #fail

    @virginmedia good morning; I’m not sure what work was happening in the area yesterday, but since your engineers were around my internet is ver intermittent. I’ve tried restarting the router and it’s still just awful. I’m trying to wfh and it’s very difficult at the moment

    @virginmedia Not a password problem. Login works fine via email clients on desktop and phone. Changed about 2 weeks ago in response to previous problem and worked fine then.

    @virginmedia I run IT companies so I’m pretty familiar with the tech. The issue is in your exchange/network & likely the way it syncs with your routers. It disconnects then reconnects constantly. No point contacting your ‘service’. They don’t help then say it was resolved with an apology.

    @Pam_Pope @virginmedia Clearly some of your employees need retraining. We get a call saying ‘we can give you a great deal- here’s the price we can give you’ and the confirmation email says otherwise! It’s ridiculous and trying to sort this issue out no one in the last 5 days has got anywhere.

    @virginmedia This happened a 2nd time Today was the.last straw when we were told that the price could not be lowered and the original package we had doesn't exist. The logging onto ebilling is a side issue It needs fixing but the contract is the priority. I can't even watch TV to relax

    @virginmedia The number on the letter is out of service. Alternatively I rang a week back and they said they would dissolve the account by the 22nd if no contact from previous owner and I would receive communication. I’ve been passed through 4 different departments via telephone. Given up.
