@virginmedia We have tried this and have got nowhere. @MartinSLewis are Virgin Media on your radar for poor service and terrible customer service. @broadbanduk this service from VM is non-existent and there is no way to contact them for a reliable solution.

@virginmedia have called everyday for weeks keep getting cut off! Have tried the text service and got no where! Contacted via FB/Twitter and nothing. Internet is slow-non existent and TV has been glitching for months! No idea where else to turn as impossible to speak to anyone!

@virginmedia I cannot contact you by phone, your site will not allow me to sign in as my email is not available, clearly it wasn’t deleted from previous account so I can not see internet status or report faults. My Wi-Fi is intermittent, not working as I type reply.

@virginmedia Yes I have and they’ve advised there is little they can do, apparently it’s my banks fault however they have evidence that it was Virgin who cancelled it. On top of that that your charging for your errors! It would be helpful to speak with someon in the UK…

@euromove That will be Virgin Media pushing for additional revenue. They are known to be greedy. Tesco Mobile is an MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) and is owned 50/50 by Tesco & Virgin/O2 & uses the O2 network as a carrier

@virginmedia Hi, Recently I found that I had no landline service. I investigated the problem and found that someone had cut our line outside. An engineer came out to fix the problem but I have now been charged £25?! I was not aware of the cost beforehand.
