    @McGiff @virginmedia And me. Internet down for three days and can’t get through. This happened a few weeks ago and I found the complaints 08000521474 I think 08436580676 is switch board. It worked then. Trying again tomorrow. I am a big fan carol.

    @virginmedia We've also never used the phone line or number, so not happy to pay for a service that we only ever had to facilitate Virgin services that we cancelled in July. Had just assumed keeping the number would make life easier! How wrong I was!

    @The_Crust @virginmedia I had that pain for several years. Moved house & got a new, shiny hub. I don’t even know what the two different bands are any more. Never see them pop up. For ages VMBB told me that my hub was up to date. Not.

    @virginmedia Yes - I opted for this option as I was told it was at no cost. At the time I didn't know which provider we were moving to (didn't know if we'd need the landline), and was never advised that I would incur costs for as long as the line was open. Very misleading.

    Today's @virginmedia update: I've had 2 separate phone calls from different members of the Customer Retention Team asking if I want to sign back up with them or add any other services to the open phone line. Errrrr..... NO! 😡

    @virginmedia That site has said there’s no problem in our area. I noticed yesterday morning that all the other Virgin wifi boxes had disappeared from our area and assumed the same, but everyone else is back up now and we still can’t get online.

    @SGHarber46 @virginmedia I’m afraid their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Only help you can get is by phone but only ever seem to be put on hold for ridiculous amounts of time. Could never recommend them. I pay over £100p/m for my services it should be better

    @virginmedia my 5g wifi is constantly going off then if I reset the hub I cannot reconnect any devices as it says no ip address. This is happening constantly I pay a lot for this service and I can never get through to anyone. I want a new hub as I am still on a super hub 2.

    If I supplied a service to a loyal customer, and after installing upgraded equipment, found they were having problems, I'd try to assist them and rectify any possible fault. I'd consider that the new gear might be faulty. But I'm not Virgin Media. Ignore them instead.
