@virginmedia I have heard from EE again this morning, from their Head Office by email as my phone still says no sim, and emergency calls only, they are now saying maybe #virginmedia have locked it to their network, as far as I am aware it was unlocked to all networks explain?

@virginmedia I cannot contact you by phone, your site will not allow me to sign in as my email is not available, clearly it wasn’t deleted from previous account so I can not see internet status or report faults. My Wi-Fi is intermittent, not working as I type reply.

@virginmedia have called everyday for weeks keep getting cut off! Have tried the text service and got no where! Contacted via FB/Twitter and nothing. Internet is slow-non existent and TV has been glitching for months! No idea where else to turn as impossible to speak to anyone!

They had Watermelon Sugar as their hold music 😩 and I must have listened to it 100 times between being transferred & constantly cut off. @GarethSurgey @virginmedia I pay for the M350 service but my broadband speeds recently have been shocking. Less than 10Mbps at points. Virgin media broadband is poor.
