    @virginmedia The postcode check shows no issue but, when there are two engineers (I hope) outside fiddling in the junction box and my hardware test says there’s no signal coming in I imaging it’s probably ***** for now. Really not ideal...

    @virginmedia We've also never used the phone line or number, so not happy to pay for a service that we only ever had to facilitate Virgin services that we cancelled in July. Had just assumed keeping the number would make life easier! How wrong I was!

    @virginmedia There is no fault listed on the website yet when we call we get an automated message saying there's been problems in our area, we can't even use the internet due to the connection being awful

    @gm8arv @2m0sql @M0VGA @SOTAbeams @TalkTalk @virginmedia The VM system I have here causes no problems from DC to 23cm (as high as I go currently) the only issue I had was when I tried using a mains data network from Argos and it destroyed 6m. Scrapped once identified.

    @virginmedia Yes - I opted for this option as I was told it was at no cost. At the time I didn't know which provider we were moving to (didn't know if we'd need the landline), and was never advised that I would incur costs for as long as the line was open. Very misleading.

    @virginmedia I have attempted to upgrade my package via phone at 9.30 this morning and was informed that the requested would be done “ within the hour “ Over four hours later I’m still waiting, tried to call back and gave up after 25 minutes on hold. Help !

    @virginmedia Hey there! Thanks for replying. No I waited another 40 mins and then gave up - I rang this morning but of course I’ve had to go to work and they can’t help me unless at home lol. I was upgraded to 200mb but only ever get 40 (once 212!) :(

    @virginmedia I've been suffering from 20-40% packet loss on my broadband for 2 weeks now, I've called up the service team multiple times and I've been given a different date on which it will be fixed 28th,29th,31st and now the 4th I'd like some clarity with what's happening

    @virginmedia I’m actually upset to be sharing this. As a family of key workers working from home with 2 children home schooling I have just been informed of an outage in my area which won’t be fixed until 23/02 and there is nothing you can do? How to make a tough job tougher 😢

    So less than 1 week after signing up to @virginmedia my new land line number has found its way to scammers. Im not saying someone is profiting from selling on newly registered numbers but its very strange! Especially since i have never given this number out to anyone.

    @virginmedia Is there a known issue with boxes resetting several times a day? Could it be a setting on the box? About 8.20, 13.50 and again in the afternoon the WiFi box resets. We’ve only had it in a few weeks, rest of the time there’s no issue. Can anyone help??
