    @virginmedia You couldn't make this incompetence up - had another call, chasing 2 mths costs for a phone not used in over 2 yrs, unable to cancel via website or previous Twitter conversation, and then cuts me off. It's a mthly sim only, if I don't use it don't charge me - simples.

    @virginmedia I have tried that text service for the last two days. ‘Terri BOT’ is no use. I need to speak to a real person . All that needs doing is the issue of a new bill without the £35 activation fee. This is becoming the worst decision I’ve ever made in relation to switching broadband

    @virginmedia I finally got through to a real person via text today and booked a landline appointment, although It’s not the anytime plan that I wanted . Never had so much trouble switching provider. Almost not worth it.

    @virginmedia Morning guys. I have tested it out again this morning and it all seems to be back OK. I spotted a service disruption notification for TV services in my area when I ran a check on ‘MyVirginMedia’ yesterday so put it down to that for the evening. Thanks for getting back to me. 👍🏻
