Why can you not just make an appointment with Lizzie for a home call so her problem can be sorted out on the spot? After all, free call out is one of your strong selling points.   @Rapidolass @virginmedia I had to hang up after an hour because I was about to swear. I may as well listen to a voice synthesised repeated message. Not sorry, no problems and only wanted a £99 call out charge to check their equipment showing an error light. Wifi is painfully slow.

  @Lewis_BGA @BBCBreakfast Virgin media did the same. The call centre was in Wythenshawe Manchester. Now it’s in the Indian subcontinent. OH had a mare as our e mails crashed. Lovely young woman but SO hard to understand. Also AGES trying to get through to speak to a human. Customer service is dead
