@Spikebmth @takeitev @myenergiuk One of the good things about a Zappi is it’s screen, which means it can be operated with out internet or WiFi, which can be useful in a emergency, especially if your on Virgin Media ?

@virginmedia ask Kath she knows it is going into the hands of The Police now the 7 days are up so a letter will be in the post today with all the Evidence, I will be switching then to EE who have helped me out, and have Excellent Customer Service I have had my phone and wi-fi for ages at EE

Why can you not just make an appointment with Lizzie for a home call so her problem can be sorted out on the spot? After all, free call out is one of your strong selling points. @virginmedia Hi! My wifi is very slow and keeps cutting in and out plus I never get a good signal with my wifi at the other side of the house in which case I need a wifi booster, and my phone I have a contract with you and the signal is awful!! I should be getting 5g but I don’t!!
