    @virginmedia Hi! My wifi is very slow and keeps cutting in and out plus I never get a good signal with my wifi at the other side of the house in which case I need a wifi booster, and my phone I have a contract with you and the signal is awful!! I should be getting 5g but I don’t!!

    @virginmedia Think you need to look at your process for vulnerable adults. Elderly aunt with fault on landline and therefore no working Careline emergency alarm. No engineer until Friday - if she falls or is taken ill who is going to help??

    @virginmedia Well taking £80 from a 97 year old for a service she hasn’t had for over a month is not cool. Also the entire mess with returning hardware that won’t be reused is just plain nuts.

    @virginmedia Having connected to your support team via WhatsApp, I've managed to reduce monthly cost by over £30pcm, losing only a handful of channels that I never watch. I'll still need to get hold of the WiFi boosters to ensure reliability though
