    @virginmedia Had that and got no where you had your chance and blown it read the log from Kath and you will see how she treated me, if I was her boss she would have been sacked on the spot 3 years ago I reported home phone not working number gone bone idle Kath tried I said NO

    @virginmedia I tell you what I will do I will send another letter to Sherwood Lidge and tell them how I am being treated after 23 Years a Customer and you have no Customer Service, no email and not interested in Customers only automated robots soon as in work I will switch I can't use it now

    @virginmedia Tell me how I can do that when I can't contact anyone, I can't ring without money, a Company like Virgin Media should have Customer Service Facility you don't now Sit a Course I have 2 Level 2 Certificates in #CustomerService

    @virginmedia I spoke to an advisor called Gillian from Sheffield and she escalated my numerous complaints on Saturday. Promised a manager call crack but I got nothing . It’s getting to the stage that the best course of action would be to cancel the lot but that won’t get my landline back

    Is there something wrong with @virginmedia at the moment. Got a very very crap speed of less than 1mbs #virginmedia #virginmobile in the S40 area. Can't log into my account either? 🤬 This is happening far too often for £69 a month!!!

    @virginmedia NO BECAUSE YOU HAVE BECOME UNCONTACTABLE A KING TERM CUSTOMER SINCE AROUND 1999 AND TREAT ME NOW LIKE SOMETHING YOU HAVE WIPED OFF THE BOTTOM OF YOUR SHOE HOME PHONE NOT WORKED FOR ABOUT 3 YEARS BUT STILL BEEN PAID FOR I SHOULD BE REFUNDED FOR THAT MAYBE I WILL CONTACT T.S.

    @virginmedia Not a password problem. Login works fine via email clients on desktop and phone. Changed about 2 weeks ago in response to previous problem and worked fine then.

    @R_M_Jewellery @ComplainingCow Do most service providers not offer internet without a landline? I thought it was common practice nowadays. I know Virgin media have been doing it for years as a standalone service but not within their packages so much.

    Do not use @virginmedia Twitter - they are scammers. Spoke on the phone to VM call centre who said VM would never ask the questions this X account and the WhatsApp account they connect you with would ask. AVOID!!!!

    @virginmedia let me get this straight you have a chat bot that never works just sends you in loops also cannot contact a human agent, need to change V6 boxes to V60 but impossible because virgin media is uncontactable

    Hi @virginmedia. Fault F012283434 started last Thursday and you're now saying you don't intend to fix it at all this week. Do you actually think it's OK for your customers to be unable to work for a week? Could you not even try to explain what's wrong and what you're doing?

    @BarbaraQCrow @virginmedia I had a good experience with them a couple of weeks ago too! Wanted to cancel as contract ending and prices going up (a lot!), did it via online chat and got same contract for less than we were paying. None of this messing about etc.
