    @virginmedia What would be really good is if you send out a message to your customers telling them there is an issue rather than leaving it to them to find out that they cannot use your services.

    @virginmedia My mum and dad are having issues with you guys. The broadband has been very slow yet they pay for 350, the upload speed is half the download which says it all. A technician came out and tried to install a new TiVo box, they have been charged £30 even though he didn’t

    @virginmedia I repeat. I have made my complaint through your website, the bit where it says “make a complaint”. Perhaps you could explain why I need to make the same complaint twice. I take no joy from discussing this on an open forum either, I want a response from someone who can help.

    @virginmedia There is no issue in the area as neighbours with virgin are using the service without problem. What should I do to resolve the service

    @virginmedia Oh see, it’s up to me to chase you is it. I hadn’t realised that the delay in you contacting me was all my fault. I’ve logged my complaint (48 hours now) and still heard nothing back. Good to see Ofcom are on the ball.

    @virginmedia terrible customer service, my box is overheating, has done for around 2 days, we have to switch the box of for 5-6 hours then it comes back on, according to customer services nothing can be done until it happens again, then they will look at it. What a shambles

    @virginmedia Doing it again tonight! It’s like 5pm comes and all speed disappears, tonight both download and upload are impacted! Throttling I understand for network reasons but there’s something else happening here

    @virginmedia Yes I have contacted Virginmedia a couple of times. It looks like there is a problem in Nottingham NG16 area again. This is a common issue. Disconnections and lack of a quality service.

    @virginmedia I'm using the spare ethernet cables from a TP Link set to connect my PC directly to a Virgin Media hub but it cuts out every 5 mins (my mobile has a steady wifi connection to it throughout). Can you suggest a diff ethernet cable or is there a problem with the hub?

    @virginmedia Hi. This does not solve my problem. It is not recognising that I no longer have a tivo box, I have two v6 boxes. I have just been on hold for 70 minutes then the phone went dead.
