  @Rapidolass @virginmedia I had to hang up after an hour because I was about to swear. I may as well listen to a voice synthesised repeated message. Not sorry, no problems and only wanted a £99 call out charge to check their equipment showing an error light. Wifi is painfully slow.

  @Simon_Whale @virginmedia Ive been charged by @virginmedia for using a service after I left the property and cancelled everything. Their customer service are so inept that after multiple phone calls etc they still dont understand the situation and have passed the £500 pound charge onto debt collectors.

  @Simon_Whale @virginmedia Not disputing experiences with @virginmedia but we've been lucky; broadband was poor - upgrade FOC, don't use landline since it went VoIP - charge removed, cancelled TiVO - accepted my reasons, canx TV, upgrade BB, sent box to return set top - all went through no problems

  @virginmedia is your new ploy to get people to use your mobile device then provide the worse broadband on the market that don’t even fully work 50% of the time so customers have to give you more money for mobile data. This handset never leaves the house and every month same issue

  A man is in a serious but stable condition in hospital following a shooting incident in Limerick. The incident happened at a residence on Hyde Avenue in Ballinacurra Weston at around 4.30pm yesterday. A man in his 60s was taken to University Hospital Limerick to be treated for serious injuries.   Having consistent problems with my @virginmedia broadband, & have just had the update that they hope to resolve the problem by Tuesday... I work from home, so how will it work to not have access to the internet for the next 2-3 days? I'm having to hotspot my pc.
