Why can you not just make an appointment with Lizzie for a home call so her problem can be sorted out on the spot? After all, free call out is one of your strong selling points. She doesn’t need hassle.

Was then advised I could leave free of charge during my last 2 months (which I have) and yet you still charged me. You are an abysmal company 🤬

Charlotte 🦄🧚♀️ (@char_bone) reported@DiBrander We left Virgin Media because they were awful at fixing issues. We had a fault go on for over a month but no compensation because you have to have full service loss. It was over £90 a month too.
