    @virginmedia No tv or internet or phone for nearly 24 hours and I have never missed a payment and never complained of interrupted service before this and I have not had any proper contact or an word of compensation as I have paid for a service I have not had for nearly 24 hours

    @virginmedia Yes I have contacted Virginmedia a couple of times. It looks like there is a problem in Nottingham NG16 area again. This is a common issue. Disconnections and lack of a quality service.

    @virginmedia terrible customer service, my box is overheating, has done for around 2 days, we have to switch the box of for 5-6 hours then it comes back on, according to customer services nothing can be done until it happens again, then they will look at it. What a shambles

    @virginmedia all my services are down and estimated repair is today at 6pm on the virgin media app. That’s all well and good if I wasn’t self isolating. It’s day 3 and driving me mad already not being able to leave the house. This will tip me over the edge

    @virginmedia your agents are absolutely the worst. My Nan in her 80's, with dementia being railroaded into a phone contract. Now we're trying to sort it she's now being spoken to like shit because she can't remember her password.

    Disappointed to see big brands issue virtue signalling statements saying they won't advertise on @GBNEWS any longer. At the end of the day, TV channels are subject to OFCOM rules and conditions of carriage on platforms such as Sky and Virgin Media. #GBNEWS has not broken any.
