I am stick to death of @virginmedia today. My internet has dropped out 3 times today for 10-15 min at a time. No service issues in the area just router / connection falling on its arse. Happening loads in the past month

Right @virginmedia is truly the worst internet - So I am looking to change providers as soon as possible - Not worried about TV packages etc as We are good with free view - can anybody recommend a ISP with a good monthly rate and none of the hidden fees etc?

@virginmedia good morning; I’m not sure what work was happening in the area yesterday, but since your engineers were around my internet is ver intermittent. I’ve tried restarting the router and it’s still just awful. I’m trying to wfh and it’s very difficult at the moment

2/2 When we asked for a breakdown it was ‘sorry we can’t do that’. We were on the phone literally hours before finally getting the bill down. Last week they cold-called my mum again with more upselling. @VirginMedia are absolute shitehawks.
