    Are companies hiding behind the #dataprotection act because of poor ill thought out protocols? I've just experienced this trying to sort out no phone service for my Mother trying to get them to test the line for her panic alarm! @virginmedia get your act together!

    @virginmedia what a waste of time your agent Kath is not interested in helping all sge is interested in is getting the land line fixed it has not worked for 3 years not going to bother now Attrocious Customer Service I will be taking this further 23 years a Customer & can't help

    I am stick to death of @virginmedia today. My internet has dropped out 3 times today for 10-15 min at a time. No service issues in the area just router / connection falling on its arse. Happening loads in the past month

    Is there something wrong with @virginmedia at the moment. Got a very very crap speed of less than 1mbs #virginmedia #virginmobile in the S40 area. Can't log into my account either? 🤬 This is happening far too often for £69 a month!!!

    @virginmedia I had Virgin broadband installed yesterday but need a landline . Unable to get through to customer services. Should have been set up with the broadband . Engineer said I was miss sold the standalone package . Now I’m without a phone.

    @daniellebryce21 @virginmedia Heard nothing but bad things about them. We would never swap to them. They also are always knocking on our door trying to sign us up despite us telling them not to and a sign on our door stating no cold callers. 😡😡😡

    @virginmedia @_MMaritima Not everyone understands about running a wired speed test, whatever that is. Why can you not just make an appointment with Lizzie for a home call so her problem can be sorted out on the spot? After all, free call out is one of your strong selling points. She doesn’t need hassle.

    @virginmedia hi - I have a sim only mobile contract that's not been used for at least 18mths. I've stopped the DD as I'm unable to simply cancel via website and the number quoted to call doesn't work. I've got nowhere to go with this problem now.

    @Spikebmth @takeitev @myenergiuk One of the good things about a Zappi is it’s screen, which means it can be operated with out internet or WiFi, which can be useful in a emergency, especially if your on Virgin Media ?

    Internet absolute garbage all week again @virginmedia in NG3 . And yes I’ve reset it over and over . Definitely time to give up and find something better

    @virginmedia I can't log in because noone will change the outdated email I registered with you 25 years ago so I cannot access onlime... am about to go to Ombudsman as have complained 3 times and nothing done, truly appalling service. Others in my area are moving from Virgin as too unreliable

    @Benleo @virginmedia I left them for BT and never looked back. BT have call centres in the UK. They'll reply to you on here and offer to help but you'll end up getting nowhere as I also did this about 3 times, so I know. Useless company.

    @Benleo @virginmedia I agree Ben cancelled my virgin atrocious service go to Trust pilot I would have given them - 1000 but can’t go lower than 1 but you can leave feedback it’s important to warn other people .

    @virginmedia hi,my virgin media account has been locked for security reasons for over 3 weeks,I spoke to one of your advisers 2 weeks ago and he said it would be resolved in 3 to 5 days but still not able to sign in,and im unwilling to speak to a automated machine for an hour.
