  @gaythorpe @virginmedia It's been down all down for me too, all you have to do is scroll down the tweets and replies and it's clear virgin media are having problems across the UK, they haven't seemed to acknowledge the fact and keep copy and pasting the same replies to everyone.

  @virginmedia My real issue is after all the calls and we had a box comming to resolve this was pulled and we had not been told or advised. Not the greatest. Children using phone for YouTube links from school now as more reliable than tv.

  @virginmedia Thanks for the quick response. That link is no use to me as it asks me to sign in. Earlier by putting my postcode and surname in it said no issue in my area so must be hub. Have tried rebooting. Cannot do factory reset as I don't know the factory set password to then reconnect.
