  @virginmedia Think you need to look at your process for vulnerable adults. Elderly aunt with fault on landline and therefore no working Careline emergency alarm. No engineer until Friday - if she falls or is taken ill who is going to help??

  @virginmedia Hi! My wifi is very slow and keeps cutting in and out plus I never get a good signal with my wifi at the other side of the house in which case I need a wifi booster, and my phone I have a contract with you and the signal is awful!! I should be getting 5g but I don’t!!

  @falsesymmetry @virginmedia They have great internet speeds but unfortunately their customer service is terrible! The only reason I’m with them is because of the internet otherwise I would have selected other provider.

  @Penwith92 @virginmedia If only it was just Virgin but it wasn't, lots of internet services and other ISPs had an issue too. Stuff breaks sometimes, I have 3 different links on different ISP here at home and they were all having issues. Looks like it's starting to work normally no mind...
