@KMShaw75 @virginmedia Problem is.....their broadband is so much faster than others companies on offer, but on this occasion it’s my Mum’s and she’s given up are online gaming fix now so speed isnt as important as quality of customer service.

What do humans have to do, to talk to other humans from @virginmedia? Almost a whole week, wifi and TV off and on.. Mostly off. Everyday it says the problem is known. Everyday it says the problem will be fixed by the evening. Everyday the time gets pushed back.

@virginmedia I experience problems with your service EVERY DAY! Every program I try to watch is pixilated, every recording unwatchable! Catch-Up or Netflix cuts out every 10 mins. Your CS is useless, and the page on your site which is supposed to test equipment has been broken for months!
