Why can you not just make an appointment with Lizzie for a home call so her problem can be sorted out on the spot? After all, free call out is one of your strong selling points. Today I have had 2 people hang up mid call, 3 bots, 2 people on chat and still in the same place. No ******* wifi!!!!

However was advised through chat online with a staff member there was an issue in my area with hope of it being back up within 24 hours! Everyone is getting same messge when checking online!
