    @virginmedia I cannot afford to stay a few hours on the call for someone to pick up and to run a few script tests like is my hub showing the lights, are cables properly connected, have I reset the hub etc, only to come to the same conclusion again that it’s a fault and you’re working on a fix

    @virginmedia There never was any debt. VM never bothered honouring a price I was offered and accepted. Continued billing and payment at full price with the promise that it would be fixed for next time. I've had my services switched off through no fault of my own! Disgraceful!

    @virginmedia Yes, I ran all the tests. Since Friday afternoon my upload speed is between 0.00 and 0.03 Mbps and because of this I have total loss of service. The checks either say nothing is wrong or when they fail I’m not given an option to report the loss of service
