@virginmedia good morning; I’m not sure what work was happening in the area yesterday, but since your engineers were around my internet is ver intermittent. I’ve tried restarting the router and it’s still just awful. I’m trying to wfh and it’s very difficult at the moment

@virginmedia I am not sure why you are not getting this. I get this error on my Primary box but not the secondary box. I have ran the link and checked my acc for the service check and the issue is not listed! Not happy!

Right @virginmedia is truly the worst internet - So I am looking to change providers as soon as possible - Not worried about TV packages etc as We are good with free view - can anybody recommend a ISP with a good monthly rate and none of the hidden fees etc?

@MarcAllera In fact now is the time for BT to start offering a residential SIP service and to split the phone number from the broadband service if we want to port away so it won’t cancel the broadband (Virgin Media have this done right but not BT).

@kidcobbler I can totally relate! Had basically no Internet since Friday! Numerous calls made to @virginmedia , being cut off on more than one occasion , repeating the same issue over and over. Its now Wed and still no Internet!! Appalling service and after 21 yrs I'm off to sky too
