  @virginmedia I had Virgin broadband installed yesterday but need a landline . Unable to get through to customer services. Should have been set up with the broadband . Engineer said I was miss sold the standalone package . Now I’m without a phone.

  @virginmedia If an engine light comes on in your car but it still drives badly, do you ignore it? She even offered to send me a longer cable so I could move the box. For £99. For some coax cable! I don’t know why I bothered renewing my contract. Utter waste of time. Virgin sucks.

  After waiting in all afternoon and cancelling a social occasion and delivering a customer’s potting bench because the Virgin Media engineer was supposed to come between 1 and 6, surprise surprise, a no show. @virginmedia not impressed, it’s a good job I work from home 😡

  @virginmedia You couldn't make this incompetence up - had another call, chasing 2 mths costs for a phone not used in over 2 yrs, unable to cancel via website or previous Twitter conversation, and then cuts me off. It's a mthly sim only, if I don't use it don't charge me - simples.

  @virginmedia What forums? I have a fault so phoned Virgin who ‘booked’ an engineer who never arrived. You then had no knowledge of an engineer. Explained the fault and call centre refused to send an engineer or replacement box. How is a forum supposed to help?

  @virginmedia I spoke to an advisor called Gillian from Sheffield and she escalated my numerous complaints on Saturday. Promised a manager call crack but I got nothing . It’s getting to the stage that the best course of action would be to cancel the lot but that won’t get my landline back

  Oh and the issue is an authentication issue between @virginmedia and @skytv but virgin say it’s nothing to do with that, and that you need to use a stream box for it! Well 3 stream boxes are all failing to show anything on the red button!

  @DigBipper188 @LiveFastSimp @miaaowing In the EU I get 30GB included, and there’s international minutes in my plan anyways. Just data that’s the issue outside the EU. Also O2 in my area was garbage last time I tried it, was on a virgin media contract so experienced both before and after the VMO2 merger. Then again, haven’t touched it since 2022.

Do the right thing. Ask the questions.... Start with the Shilling report...or how about the fact there is NO PULSE RECORD for #MrP regarding the allegations and subsequent harrassment of #MrP.   @virginmedia you need to up your game guys. Two weeks of intermittent connectivity and the best you can do is tell me that I need someone to come to my home but Ill have to pay a £25 fee if I miss the booking slot. How about I charge you £25 per day for lack of service?
