Why can you not just make an appointment with Lizzie for a home call so her problem can be sorted out on the spot? After all, free call out is one of your strong selling points.   @LutzSchueler @virginmedia We’ve been waiting since January for VM fibre to be installed and the customer service has been shocking. I’ve raised 3 complaints emailed your office and still have not had the service installed. Next stop the communications ombudsman !!
