    @virginmedia I don't want content, I don't have your TV or your phone just broadband. So to increase this cost like this means that next time it comes to review my connectivity I will simply leave your service and move to a more competitive service that doesn't sneakily raise prices mid term.

    @virginmedia When you’ve been on hold since 7.42pm then you get cut off after 1hr 3mins of waiting. Awful Awful Awful. This is only the fifth attempt to correct a long term existing customer. As per awful advertisements on TV shall we try and disguise ourselves as new customers!

    @The_Crust @virginmedia I had that pain for several years. Moved house & got a new, shiny hub. I don’t even know what the two different bands are any more. Never see them pop up. For ages VMBB told me that my hub was up to date. Not.

    @McGiff @virginmedia And me. Internet down for three days and can’t get through. This happened a few weeks ago and I found the complaints 08000521474 I think 08436580676 is switch board. It worked then. Trying again tomorrow. I am a big fan carol.

    @virginmedia @10_horne Resolve complaints within 28 days? Did I see pigs fly? My complaint was raised on 1st Jan and after almost 3 months nothing done. I can even give you the reference no. I have now asked @CISASUK to investigate your practices. Judgement due by 7th April if you acted illegal

    @MrGeeTalks @virginmedia I am aware of at least six of my colleagues at work who will not be renewing their contracts with @virginmedia . All of them complain of poor broadband and poor customer services. Will they be going concern by 2025?

    @virginmedia I have never had a more unreliable broadband provider- absolute rubbish. Internet constantly crashing, lost work and unable to stream TV at the weekend. Several calls to customer service and told the same thing each time (fault in your area - engineers out)!
