I contacted you multiple times to be advised to pay an additional £5 per month for a better service to now find I am being charged £56?! I am in my cooling off period and i wish to CANCEL.

But you have never been able to tell me why the fix is taking so long, whether/when any engineering staff have actually turned up to look at our cabling, or when it will be fixed
