I may as well listen to a voice synthesised repeated message. Not sorry, no problems and only wanted a £99 call out charge to check their equipment showing an error light. Wifi is painfully slow.

They’re great when joining and setting up but if you have a problem be prepared for a lot of frustration and time wasting. They’re absolutely horrendous for customer service.
