She even offered to send me a longer cable so I could move the box. For £99. For some coax cable! I don’t know why I bothered renewing my contract. Utter waste of time. Virgin sucks.

Sorry guys I aint paying that for existing service which dont offer top spec equipment and speeds that new customers get. Time to move on, sure sky can offer better

Nearly 15mins of a blank screen for a PPV - I realise technical issues happen and it’s live, but to make no attempt to to fix this problem in a timely manor is a farce. @virginmedia I’ll be cancelling my subscription with yourself also, if I don’t receive a refund.
