    @virginmedia If an engine light comes on in your car but it still drives badly, do you ignore it? She even offered to send me a longer cable so I could move the box. For £99. For some coax cable! I don’t know why I bothered renewing my contract. Utter waste of time. Virgin sucks.

    @virginmedia hi, my TiVo v6 remote has became laggy & slow to respond, I’ve put fresh batteries in this morning & just reset the v6 box via the settings menu but to no avail. Any suggestions? Thanks

    @virginmedia I have tried that text service for the last two days. ‘Terri BOT’ is no use. I need to speak to a real person . All that needs doing is the issue of a new bill without the £35 activation fee. This is becoming the worst decision I’ve ever made in relation to switching broadband

    After waiting in all afternoon and cancelling a social occasion and delivering a customer’s potting bench because the Virgin Media engineer was supposed to come between 1 and 6, surprise surprise, a no show. @virginmedia not impressed, it’s a good job I work from home 😡

    @virginmedia I spoke to an advisor called Gillian from Sheffield and she escalated my numerous complaints on Saturday. Promised a manager call crack but I got nothing . It’s getting to the stage that the best course of action would be to cancel the lot but that won’t get my landline back

    @virginmedia my contract runs out next month been on phone, best deal for my current service you can offer is £120. Sorry guys I aint paying that for existing service which dont offer top spec equipment and speeds that new customers get. Time to move on, sure sky can offer better

    @virginmedia I have not been able to use my internet for the majority of our contract. I contacted you multiple times to be advised to pay an additional £5 per month for a better service to now find I am being charged £56?! I am in my cooling off period and i wish to CANCEL.

    @virginmedia You couldn't make this incompetence up - had another call, chasing 2 mths costs for a phone not used in over 2 yrs, unable to cancel via website or previous Twitter conversation, and then cuts me off. It's a mthly sim only, if I don't use it don't charge me - simples.

    @virginmedia So at 14:55 today my Internet goes down. The Hub rebooted without my intervention and at 15:05 the green light is still flashing. So I guess that the fix has been unsuccessful. The Hub has continual dropped out since I first contacted you.

    @virginmedia Thanks for replying. Things are no different today, no internet since June 22nd, no Tivo and limited TV and our second box has no service whatsoever. We were promised a call from an agent and one from a manager today but neither has materialised. Can DM a/c number etc if req.
