    Right @virginmedia is truly the worst internet - So I am looking to change providers as soon as possible - Not worried about TV packages etc as We are good with free view - can anybody recommend a ISP with a good monthly rate and none of the hidden fees etc?

    @virginmedia Not a password problem. Login works fine via email clients on desktop and phone. Changed about 2 weeks ago in response to previous problem and worked fine then.

    @virginmedia good morning; I’m not sure what work was happening in the area yesterday, but since your engineers were around my internet is ver intermittent. I’ve tried restarting the router and it’s still just awful. I’m trying to wfh and it’s very difficult at the moment

    @virginmedia We swapped to BT and when my wife followed up you had already billed us nearly an extra £80 and wouldn’t let us cancel unless we paid! Ludacris. I’m dealing with the Ombudsman now.

    @virginmedia Done all of that!! There an outage at the moment.. And although I have registered for the update service I get no updates. The point is I am paying for a service that I cannot rely on.. And when asked about refund.. It's verbatim.. TOTAL LOSS OF SERVICE..
