@virginmedia have called everyday for weeks keep getting cut off! Have tried the text service and got no where! Contacted via FB/Twitter and nothing. Internet is slow-non existent and TV has been glitching for months! No idea where else to turn as impossible to speak to anyone!

@virginmedia We have tried this and have got nowhere. @MartinSLewis are Virgin Media on your radar for poor service and terrible customer service. @broadbanduk this service from VM is non-existent and there is no way to contact them for a reliable solution.

Tried asking Virgin Media if anything's the problem in our area as every weekday the internet tanks it, they said no and if I'm finding the internet too slow for me on Wifi, instead use ethernet. I am Ethernet. I'm still getting 0.5mbps. 🙃

@virginmedia It’s not an area fault. It’s a fault I’ve had with you guys since the beginning. And it’s been cancelled as I’ve said I talked to your man on the phone. Who said I would get support, a phone call. I have not.
