@BenJamesPhotos @virginmedia Was with Virgin & initially happy with the service. Their customer services were dreadful when I wanted to cancel to go to Sky who were alot cheaper. No loyalty was shown at all & that is the one thing Sky has proved they have an abudance off during a hugely difficult 18 months.

@virginmedia Your entire customer service setup is a joke, I have had staff tell me to "do as I am told" rather than listen to me. I have had staff refuse to identify themselves and just repeatedly tell me "you have a security problems" (wasn't a scam as confirmed by you).
