It’s been stuck in there network and now you’ve charged me for it. Even though you can see I’ve sent it (I provided all the details to customer services on WhatsApp). I won’t be taking a credit, I’ll be disputing the charge. You have no right to charge me for the equipment when it’s with your courier and I have evidenced that to customer services.
