You then had no knowledge of an engineer. Explained the fault and call centre refused to send an engineer or replacement box. How is a forum supposed to help?

It's a mthly sim only, if I don't use it don't charge me - simples.

I recently switched WiFi providers from Virgin Media to Grain Connect which is 1 of the newer FTTP providers that have been rolling out true fibre across the UK.
