I thought it was common practice nowadays. I know Virgin media have been doing it for years as a standalone service but not within their packages so much.

Today I have had 2 people hang up mid call, 3 bots, 2 people on chat and still in the same place. No ******* wifi!!!!

The team handling social doesn’t even check basics/fundamentals (like there is already a WiFi pod issued that doesn’t work) and in the end – outcome nothing – you have already logged a complaint therefore wait – you as a customer are not important to us, your situation doesn’t matter. I wonder if there was another choice of good broadband in this area why would anyone ever go with @Virgin.

Disgusting company customer service practices.
