Why can you not just make an appointment with Lizzie for a home call so her problem can be sorted out on the spot? After all, free call out is one of your strong selling points.   When @virginmedia wifi is working it’s bloody amazing, when you need to raise an issue with them it’s the most frustrating experience ever. Today I have had 2 people hang up mid call, 3 bots, 2 people on chat and still in the same place. No ******* wifi!!!!

  @virginmedia @rafthemaster They offer an awful service. When there was a national outage a fee weeks ago our main box coincidentally went off and stopped working. Spent nearly two hours on the phone waiting and then trying to explain our problem. We were promised a new box. Still waiting. Shocking service.

  @virginmedia @PeteUK7 Chatting ****. My credit rating got destroyed after I left O2 and they sorted all the paperwork then years later a mistake on their end had them deciding I hadn't and they invented a debt and solid it to a debt company. All phone companies are massive scam artists
