Any of my pitiful number of followers thinking joining virgin media ? DONT. Their service is pitiful and they can **** up the un-fuckable. . Two hour hold not for something they promised was sorted last months. £223 taken from my acc not due. Hate the *******.

@BenJamesPhotos @virginmedia Was with Virgin & initially happy with the service. Their customer services were dreadful when I wanted to cancel to go to Sky who were alot cheaper. No loyalty was shown at all & that is the one thing Sky has proved they have an abudance off during a hugely difficult 18 months.

@monazamguitar @virginmedia Depends what you are after. As a content creator I need the speed and they are the fastest here in Devon. I currently get 500Mbps⏬ 50Mbps ⏫ and have only had 2 dropouts in 2 years.... I will admit their service is 💩 though when you do have an issue.

@virginmedia No I have not. I expect your delivery dates to be correct on your website. Just got another email saying the service is only from 02/09/2021. Shocking service. I want the service on the date requested 21/07/21. If you cannot get this right you are in beach of the contract.

@virginmedia Yes the guy was pompous, arrogant and condescending. I called him a **** and put the phone down. Still not one Virgin can explain why in god’s name it takes 7-10 days to deposit cash into a bank account! I’m using that now when I’m late with a payment.
