@BenJamesPhotos @virginmedia Was with Virgin & initially happy with the service. Their customer services were dreadful when I wanted to cancel to go to Sky who were alot cheaper. No loyalty was shown at all & that is the one thing Sky has proved they have an abudance off during a hugely difficult 18 months.

I’d love to know why @virginmedia has just quoted me, a long term customer, £69 per month for a package being advertised to new customers at £37.99. Absolutely appalling customer service - what a way to repay loyalty!
