I may as well listen to a voice synthesised repeated message. Not sorry, no problems and only wanted a £99 call out charge to check their equipment showing an error light. Wifi is painfully slow.

You then had no knowledge of an engineer. Explained the fault and call centre refused to send an engineer or replacement box. How is a forum supposed to help?

So we are left without broadband for 5 days as it hasn’t worked since yesterday and the earliest someone can come out is Monday between 5pm & 7pm
