    @BenJamesPhotos @virginmedia Was with Virgin & initially happy with the service. Their customer services were dreadful when I wanted to cancel to go to Sky who were alot cheaper. No loyalty was shown at all & that is the one thing Sky has proved they have an abudance off during a hugely difficult 18 months.

    Disappointed to hear the news about @O2 and @virginmedia merger. I like O2 been with them for 20 years (back when it was Genie mobile) if their Customer service goes the way of Virgin I will be gone

    @virginmedia The issue isn't with the connection, it's with the consistency of the speeds received. I should be receiving 100mb down and 10mb up but rarely receive even half of either those figures.

    @virginmedia Yes they said something about a power line, then changed her mind to boosters, even though we've never had any, absolutely poor service, virgin owes me nearly £500 compensation for having no internet for nearly three months based on the £8.06 and your trying to get more out of me
