    @virginmedia are very sorry that it is the customers fault that they can no longer provide a service in the area they're moving to. Because of this it's ok 2 charge a customer an early disconnection fee even if they don't wish 2 cancel. Virgin Media I respect your hustle👏🏿👏🏿 😂😂

    @virginmedia paid for the fury fight last and was unable to watch it due to a virgin media issue. How do I get this refunded please? I am also having issues with my 2nd virgin box in regards to accessing movie and sports channels plus my WiFi is blocking Disney plus app.

    When someone cancels their broadband, giving the 30 days notice, is it legal for the provider to arbitrarily cancel the cancellation so they can sell you a lesser deal than the one you're going for, or force you to pay for another month's service? @virginmedia seem to think so.
