    @virginmedia Not a password problem. Login works fine via email clients on desktop and phone. Changed about 2 weeks ago in response to previous problem and worked fine then.

    Right @virginmedia is truly the worst internet - So I am looking to change providers as soon as possible - Not worried about TV packages etc as We are good with free view - can anybody recommend a ISP with a good monthly rate and none of the hidden fees etc?

If it wasn’t for where I’d live I’d be back on virgin media in a heart beat, rarely had problems with them and I could find out exactly what speeds I was getting too rather than the projected “79” their website says and only device using it says I’m on 2. it’s BS

    @virginmedia Makes my blood boil when I see VM adverts about WiFi. Are you a WiFi provider? I'm not using WiFi and so far VM sucks at being a reliable Internet Service Provider.
