@BenJamesPhotos @virginmedia Was with Virgin & initially happy with the service. Their customer services were dreadful when I wanted to cancel to go to Sky who were alot cheaper. No loyalty was shown at all & that is the one thing Sky has proved they have an abudance off during a hugely difficult 18 months.

@virginmedia Well engineer was amazing. Proper credit to the company. Yes it was a hub issue. No extra charges, nice easy swap and back up and running. So god knows how the hub was reporting back that it was fine. The “customer service” on the phone was appalling.

@virginmedia My granny has no service on her phone line for the 2nd time. I have checked for issues in her area & it says none however there is an issue somewhere. My granny has severe health issues in relation to her heart so needs contact at all times, she is 86 & is in tears worrying.
