@virginmedia We've also never used the phone line or number, so not happy to pay for a service that we only ever had to facilitate Virgin services that we cancelled in July. Had just assumed keeping the number would make life easier! How wrong I was!

@virginmedia I have attempted to upgrade my package via phone at 9.30 this morning and was informed that the requested would be done “ within the hour “ Over four hours later I’m still waiting, tried to call back and gave up after 25 minutes on hold. Help !

@virginmedia Yes - I opted for this option as I was told it was at no cost. At the time I didn't know which provider we were moving to (didn't know if we'd need the landline), and was never advised that I would incur costs for as long as the line was open. Very misleading.

@virginmedia Hi, I used the whatsapp to cancel my phone contract under the 14 day period. I talked to an adviser on there who helped me cancel the plan and said I would get a bag or something to return the phone. I have received nothing.

@virginmedia Upstream highly compromised, got worse from December, February started documenting, march to now had 6 engineers, 5th visit noticed issue needed re pull shouldn't have taken 5 visits to get to this point though
