    @BenJamesPhotos @virginmedia Was with Virgin & initially happy with the service. Their customer services were dreadful when I wanted to cancel to go to Sky who were alot cheaper. No loyalty was shown at all & that is the one thing Sky has proved they have an abudance off during a hugely difficult 18 months.

    @virginmedia I'm not a customer. I am a member of the public who has a damaged wall thanks to your boxes having to be installed and I'm not happy. Customer service "couldn't find a complaints form" ... they just wanted to get rid of my husband on the phone. We need our wall fixing !!!
