    @virginmedia Cancellations team have booked me and engineer for today , however it’s now almost 2 weeks without a usable internet connection whilst trying to work from home. Not at all happy with the customer service I’ve received so far as the service team doesn’t listen

    2nd online seminar of the year = absolute fail. I couldn't hear anyone on the call and the wifi decided to drop the call for about 10 minutes. @virginmedia disappointed. Final year of uni not looking good

    @Tash__Wilson @virginmedia Their customer service isn’t good. I had direct debit cancelled by them (didn’t tell me) and charged me for moving house (again didn’t tell me). Them and Sky are similiar, they’ll happily take money but even when it’s their fault the most you get maybe and apology and credit.

    @virginmedia I did speak to someone who said they’d made some changes to my settings and told me that would fix my connection and then lied to me saying they will transfer me to complaints to discuss my ongoing issues but in fact transferred me to cancellations

Virgin is clearly having systemic problems in certain parts of the country and shouldn’t be charging those customers extortionate prices

    @virginmedia Crap service again Won my CISAS complaint case, had compensation award, sent engineer who still couldn't solve the problem, left a survey for a non existant link You havent replied to one email or the text messages asking you call me, back to CISAS for me

    @SkyHelpTeam My sky sports app wont work on my Samsung tablet, it’d says I cant watch in my region even though I’m in Scotland, works on my phone fine, deleted the app, restarted wifi, no vpn running ect.... not sure what to do. I’m a virgin media customer

    @HollieB @NOWTV How do you think I feel I only have landline and broadband yet I still get ******* charged for TV and TiVo even though Ive got no TV and I keep getting told Its part of the default package but the TiVo is extra with @virginmedia so ive paid **** knows how much for that crap.
