    @falsesymmetry @virginmedia They have great internet speeds but unfortunately their customer service is terrible! The only reason I’m with them is because of the internet otherwise I would have selected other provider.

    @virginmedia Think you need to look at your process for vulnerable adults. Elderly aunt with fault on landline and therefore no working Careline emergency alarm. No engineer until Friday - if she falls or is taken ill who is going to help??

    @R_M_Jewellery @ComplainingCow Do most service providers not offer internet without a landline? I thought it was common practice nowadays. I know Virgin media have been doing it for years as a standalone service but not within their packages so much.

    Virgin media are absolutely diabolical!!!! No end of problems all the time and now have no wifi!!! That’s it I’m moving providers!! 😡😡 @virginmedia

    @virginmedia Hi! My wifi is very slow and keeps cutting in and out plus I never get a good signal with my wifi at the other side of the house in which case I need a wifi booster, and my phone I have a contract with you and the signal is awful!! I should be getting 5g but I don’t!!

    @virginmedia @virginmedia broadband is down again today! 3rd day in a row there is intermittent broadband from Virgin in M33! + Other times in last few weeks. This is unacceptable. We are working from home (or trying to). When will this issue be fixed?! Refund/compensation?

    @virginmedia I've just had a call from susposedly yourselves claiming in the last few days there's been "an issue" with my router. The idiot wanted to know what colour lights were currently showing. These scammers really need to do their homework, that scam is as old as hell.

    After asking for a reduction in my bill until the issue was resolved I was offered a measly £5 one off reduction and no clue to when the problem would be fixed if at all. Seriously @virginmedia you need to start treating your loyal customers with respect. Happy to take money but

    @virginmedia unbelievable.. register a complaint, spend ages putting info together about how you missed 1 if my payments. First you ignore me for ages then email saying case closed as I have been educated!? Rude as hell!? So donut all again, letter comes through saying as you 1/2

    @virginmedia Have had calls to customer service today who have booked another appointment. Been told a manager will call me back regarding complaints. Not holding my breath.
