Really annoyed that @vmbusiness can’t resolve pathetically slow upload speed in central Sheffield for a week. It means colleagues requiring remote access to our server because they are working from home are wasting hours of their time due to crushingly slow speeds.

@BenJamesPhotos @virginmedia Was with Virgin & initially happy with the service. Their customer services were dreadful when I wanted to cancel to go to Sky who were alot cheaper. No loyalty was shown at all & that is the one thing Sky has proved they have an abudance off during a hugely difficult 18 months.

@virginmedia The service is really reliable! It’s only ever down on days that end with a “Y” then they try to justify saying it’s not their fault as it’s an area outage like we’re supposed to tolerate losing tv and broadband a couple of times a month!
