    @KMShaw75 @virginmedia Problem is.....their broadband is so much faster than others companies on offer, but on this occasion it’s my Mum’s and she’s given up are online gaming fix now so speed isnt as important as quality of customer service.

    @BenJamesPhotos @virginmedia Was with Virgin & initially happy with the service. Their customer services were dreadful when I wanted to cancel to go to Sky who were alot cheaper. No loyalty was shown at all & that is the one thing Sky has proved they have an abudance off during a hugely difficult 18 months.

    Really annoyed that @vmbusiness can’t resolve pathetically slow upload speed in central Sheffield for a week. It means colleagues requiring remote access to our server because they are working from home are wasting hours of their time due to crushingly slow speeds.

    @virginmedia I am aware & ive been doing tests everyday, but everyday is the same issue, always down it is for so many hours downtime, always says it'll be fixed by 3pm but yet it's been fixed but still having faults how is this possible if its been or being fixed on the day?
