    @virginmedia If an engine light comes on in your car but it still drives badly, do you ignore it? She even offered to send me a longer cable so I could move the box. For £99. For some coax cable! I don’t know why I bothered renewing my contract. Utter waste of time. Virgin sucks.

    @virginmedia I have not been able to use my internet for the majority of our contract. I contacted you multiple times to be advised to pay an additional £5 per month for a better service to now find I am being charged £56?! I am in my cooling off period and i wish to CANCEL.

    @virginmedia hi, my TiVo v6 remote has became laggy & slow to respond, I’ve put fresh batteries in this morning & just reset the v6 box via the settings menu but to no avail. Any suggestions? Thanks

    @virginmedia I have tried that text service for the last two days. ‘Terri BOT’ is no use. I need to speak to a real person . All that needs doing is the issue of a new bill without the £35 activation fee. This is becoming the worst decision I’ve ever made in relation to switching broadband

    Are companies hiding behind the #dataprotection act because of poor ill thought out protocols? I've just experienced this trying to sort out no phone service for my Mother trying to get them to test the line for her panic alarm! @virginmedia get your act together!

    @virginmedia You couldn't make this incompetence up - had another call, chasing 2 mths costs for a phone not used in over 2 yrs, unable to cancel via website or previous Twitter conversation, and then cuts me off. It's a mthly sim only, if I don't use it don't charge me - simples.

    After waiting in all afternoon and cancelling a social occasion and delivering a customer’s potting bench because the Virgin Media engineer was supposed to come between 1 and 6, surprise surprise, a no show. @virginmedia not impressed, it’s a good job I work from home 😡

    @virginmedia I spoke to an advisor called Gillian from Sheffield and she escalated my numerous complaints on Saturday. Promised a manager call crack but I got nothing . It’s getting to the stage that the best course of action would be to cancel the lot but that won’t get my landline back

    @virginmedia my contract runs out next month been on phone, best deal for my current service you can offer is £120. Sorry guys I aint paying that for existing service which dont offer top spec equipment and speeds that new customers get. Time to move on, sure sky can offer better

    @virginmedia Yes I have says no issues but when you have to disconnect all other devices apart from the 1 being used there's an issue. Its since we have been given the new router. Also we are paying for a gb but recieveing 300mbps intermittently other than that its 120mbps max if we're lucky

    @virginmedia Yet again your service is appalling, 16.30 - 21.00 every evening we lose picture on every channel every 5-10 seconds. Customer service says there’s a problem still due to be fixed by the 15th. Same problem that was due to fixed last time how can you say you have great (1of 2)

    @virginmedia That is exactly what I want to avoid. Speaking with agents who try to sign you up on a better deal. Your broadband is dreadful. I want to be able to just cancel without the need to be passed to multiple departments.
