@ShappiKhorsandi @virginmedia @virginmedia are absolutely useless when it comes to customer service. As others have said, the only way I ever got any help was by contacting the office of the chief exec. Better still, cancel and switch to an organisation who know what they are doing.

@virginmedia I’ve sorted it now after being on hold for over an hour, was then told they couldn’t help with my issue, and for me to then ring back 30 minutes later and have Someone sort my issue out in minutes.

@virginmedia just ordered a free WiFi booster, but received contract stating I have committed for another 12 months. I don't want to go ahead on these terms so won't be signing, can you advise how I cancel this upgrade within cooling off period. Thank you

@virginmedia every sodding night at 7! No internet, connection dropping out, router rebooting itself 😡😡😡I think another provider is the answer if you can’t sort your shit out! I pay for fibre I expect fibre, not old dial up crap that took ages to connect & dropped every 2secs

Not only do they pass you from pillar to post, and know nothing about what each has told the customer, they also don't acknowledge anything UK customer center tells you. You're called a liar and no one helps.

@virginmedia No I wasn’t. The customer service girl seemed very unsure as to how to proceed. I explained more than once that it was brand new. I explained my neighbour had VM and I connect to a hotspot when outside.

@virginmedia @Airviewuk Basically existing customers are subsidising the massive discounts that new customers receive. If anything the service gets worse as areas become oversubscribed. Telephone support is poor unless you're fortunate enough to reach a UK based call center

@DavCav23 @virginmedia Ring them and haggle I just got my bill down yesterday from £133 pm to £105 pm for full package x 3 boxes and land line phone they also upgraded internet to 500 mps and gave me unlimited SIM for next 18 months if you don’t ask you don’t get (was on hold for an hour though) 👍
