    @ShappiKhorsandi @virginmedia @virginmedia are absolutely useless when it comes to customer service. As others have said, the only way I ever got any help was by contacting the office of the chief exec. Better still, cancel and switch to an organisation who know what they are doing.

    @virginmedia No I wasn’t. The customer service girl seemed very unsure as to how to proceed. I explained more than once that it was brand new. I explained my neighbour had VM and I connect to a hotspot when outside.

    @alandavies1 @virginmedia That's an incredibly accurate description of my experience as well. Not only do they pass you from pillar to post, and know nothing about what each has told the customer, they also don't acknowledge anything UK customer center tells you. You're called a liar and no one helps.

    @virginmedia I’ve sorted it now after being on hold for over an hour, was then told they couldn’t help with my issue, and for me to then ring back 30 minutes later and have Someone sort my issue out in minutes.

    @virginmedia No, it never does. According to your website everything is working fine. Best I’ve ever had is 40mb DL speed on a wired connection. It’s currently around 2% the speed I’m paying for.

    @virginmedia Often at home it just drops out on devices so we have to turn WiFi off. And since we were told it’s faster it’s been a lot worse. Terrible for the money I’m paying
