    When @virginmedia wifi is working itโ€™s bloody amazing, when you need to raise an issue with them itโ€™s the most frustrating experience ever. Today I have had 2 people hang up mid call, 3 bots, 2 people on chat and still in the same place. No ******* wifi!!!!

    @virginmedia just installed virgin broadband 350 today ! only getting 5 mbps in my study.. phoned customers services for a booster to be told none in stock and phone back in 2 weeks.. took me over an hour to speak to a person in India who couldnโ€™t help

    @virginmedia - losing any faith here - an hour on hold on Friday and another hour today. Appreciate the issues with staff working hours but you need a better way for customers to engage. Iโ€™m trying to address an increase from ยฃ43 to ยฃ59 for broadband costs! Maybe itโ€™s time I left

    @virginmedia I donโ€™t have one that I can see. I shall make another complaint and also include how long it took someone to even acknowledge me on Twitter. In fact it was only when I ccโ€™d in other recognisable figure heads that I even got a reply.

    @virginmedia Your customer service is a disgrace. I have had intermittent broadband for 4 weeks but you make it almost impossible to get it fixed. I finally managed to connect to a human on a chat who was next to useless and then sent me an email to say everything was resolved.

    My household has been with @virginmedia for around 25 years. Weโ€™re told new customers at our address can get full fibre/XGS-PON, but existing customers canโ€™t migrate. So weโ€™re stuck on older HFC/DOCSIS with Gig1 upload around 100Mbps. Why must loyal customers cancel/rejoin?
