@virginmedia We have tried this and have got nowhere. @MartinSLewis are Virgin Media on your radar for poor service and terrible customer service. @broadbanduk this service from VM is non-existent and there is no way to contact them for a reliable solution.

@virginmedia - losing any faith here - an hour on hold on Friday and another hour today. Appreciate the issues with staff working hours but you need a better way for customers to engage. I’m trying to address an increase from £43 to £59 for broadband costs! Maybe it’s time I left

@YodelOnline @virginmedia my tracker is showing as ‘delivered’. I spoke to staff online to clarify my location (they had trouble finding it on Friday) and was told it would be delivered yesterday. I raised concern over getting no tracking update but I was assured it would arrive.

Virgin Media has made a significant error by billing me for a service that I had 2 DAYS BEFORE IT FAILED SO THEY BETTER CHANGED THE BILL TO ZERO IT WAS AT BEST 2 HAND EQUIPMENT NO DRILLING BUT WHEN FAILED I WENT TO BOX COVERED IN DUST NORMALLY BOXED EVEN CONTROL HAD BEEN USED
