Not only do they pass you from pillar to post, and know nothing about what each has told the customer, they also don't acknowledge anything UK customer center tells you. You're called a liar and no one helps.

    @Ofcom @virginmedia Low and behold I got a SMS stating they identified a network issue and it has now been resolved. Really wish @virginmedia trained thier call centre agents better. Back online thanks👍

    @virginmedia No I wasn’t. The customer service girl seemed very unsure as to how to proceed. I explained more than once that it was brand new. I explained my neighbour had VM and I connect to a hotspot when outside.

    @virginmedia I’ve sorted it now after being on hold for over an hour, was then told they couldn’t help with my issue, and for me to then ring back 30 minutes later and have Someone sort my issue out in minutes.

    @virginmedia every sodding night at 7! No internet, connection dropping out, router rebooting itself 😡😡😡I think another provider is the answer if you can’t sort your shit out! I pay for fibre I expect fibre, not old dial up crap that took ages to connect & dropped every 2secs

    @ShappiKhorsandi @virginmedia @virginmedia are absolutely useless when it comes to customer service. As others have said, the only way I ever got any help was by contacting the office of the chief exec. Better still, cancel and switch to an organisation who know what they are doing.

    Great, workmen have cut through the Virgin media cable to the house so now no phone, internet or TV until Monday at some point. Kids going to be a nightmare, I can't do any online darts unless use phones on mobile internet which is bad in this area.

    @virginmedia We have done this numerous times. In fact my husband is trying to speak to someone now. He’s been passed to 4 different people over the past half hour who all say they aren’t the right person to speak to. Your customer service is diabolical.

    If you ever want to be in an instant bad mood... give @virginmedia a call they'll speak to you like **** and not do anything for you. Complaints never get back to you and I've just got to wait for covid restrictions to end which will be..... never.

    @M_Davieswrites @virginmedia Been with Sky for ten years and they are pretty good. We did have an issue but they sent an engineer out and it has been great since. Never had that service from BT who basically didn’t give a fig.
