    Got to hand it to @virginmedia they excel themselves on their levels of customer service ๐Ÿ‘. Hour and a half on the phone only for them to confirm what we knew all along, faulty box! Believe it'll be coming via Stork in the next week or so. Pity is everyone else's cs is the same

    @virginmedia I don't want content, I don't have your TV or your phone just broadband. So to increase this cost like this means that next time it comes to review my connectivity I will simply leave your service and move to a more competitive service that doesn't sneakily raise prices mid term.

    @virginmedia I accept it will take some time for you to get to the bottom of any complaint. What we would like is a service we're paying good money for to actually work and not have to wait another week for it to possibly be fixed. Tell me I'm not being reasonable here.

    @virginmedia are very sorry that it is the customers fault that they can no longer provide a service in the area they're moving to.
