    @virginmedia We've also never used the phone line or number, so not happy to pay for a service that we only ever had to facilitate Virgin services that we cancelled in July. Had just assumed keeping the number would make life easier! How wrong I was!

    @virginmedia Hey there! Thanks for replying. No I waited another 40 mins and then gave up - I rang this morning but of course I’ve had to go to work and they can’t help me unless at home lol. I was upgraded to 200mb but only ever get 40 (once 212!) :(

    @virginmedia There is no fault listed on the website yet when we call we get an automated message saying there's been problems in our area, we can't even use the internet due to the connection being awful

    @virginmedia Yes - I opted for this option as I was told it was at no cost. At the time I didn't know which provider we were moving to (didn't know if we'd need the landline), and was never advised that I would incur costs for as long as the line was open. Very misleading.

    Today's @virginmedia update: I've had 2 separate phone calls from different members of the Customer Retention Team asking if I want to sign back up with them or add any other services to the open phone line. Errrrr..... NO! 😡

    @virginmedia The postcode check shows no issue but, when there are two engineers (I hope) outside fiddling in the junction box and my hardware test says there’s no signal coming in I imaging it’s probably ***** for now. Really not ideal...

    @virginmedia I have attempted to upgrade my package via phone at 9.30 this morning and was informed that the requested would be done “ within the hour “ Over four hours later I’m still waiting, tried to call back and gave up after 25 minutes on hold. Help !

    @virginmedia If you read back, I already mentioned that I had done do. Hence the speed test that I performed. Look, I mean no disrespect but your service is a bit of a joke. I couldn't even get through on the phone! Engaged tone for 2hours. Thankfully, things seem ok today.

    @virginmedia Absolutely ridiculous service. Tried calling customer service and all I get is "lines are busy". We have been complaining about the WiFi since beginning of lockdown! Engineer was sent round but still nothing! The internet still cuts out with no explanation!

    @virginmedia No, not sorted at all and due to working 15 hour days can't call to sort it. I just keep getting CS1010 in that one room. Every call I've made they run the same test and say its working fine. But it doesn't. Got a new box and it still doesn't work
