    Got to hand it to @virginmedia they excel themselves on their levels of customer service 👏. Hour and a half on the phone only for them to confirm what we knew all along, faulty box! Believe it'll be coming via Stork in the next week or so. Pity is everyone else's cs is the same

    @virginmedia I’ve sorted it now after being on hold for over an hour, was then told they couldn’t help with my issue, and for me to then ring back 30 minutes later and have Someone sort my issue out in minutes.

    @virginmedia are very sorry that it is the customers fault that they can no longer provide a service in the area they're moving to. Because of this it's ok 2 charge a customer an early disconnection fee even if they don't wish 2 cancel. Virgin Media I respect your hustle👏🏿👏🏿 😂😂

    @virginmedia I don't want content, I don't have your TV or your phone just broadband. So to increase this cost like this means that next time it comes to review my connectivity I will simply leave your service and move to a more competitive service that doesn't sneakily raise prices mid term.

    @virginmedia I accept it will take some time for you to get to the bottom of any complaint. What we would like is a service we're paying good money for to actually work and not have to wait another week for it to possibly be fixed. Tell me I'm not being reasonable here.

    @virginmedia As far as I know yes, just before the Internet goes off the tv goes pixilated too. The problem is intermittent, some days it doesn't go off at all and then others it's on and off all day. It's just frustrating

    @virginmedia Yes it does say theres a problem and aiming to resolve by 17.50 today. So no internet or tv for a whole day. This is happening on a re occuring basis. Not only now i cant work from home im basically paying for a package which can hardly be used as 75% of the time theres issues.
