    @virginmedia I have tried 2 or 3 times this morning to try and pay my bill, I could not find my p/w so had to reset and it kept timing out and I was not on long tried on computer and phone will try later when I get up please advise if problem your end Thanks

    @virginmedia just to remind you I do not get paid from Universal Credit until 11th March so can't make any payment until then 23 Years a Customer and last time Kath could not help me, if you cut me off I have no way of paying bill, got no money until 11th had to use foodbank

    @virginmedia hi - I have a sim only mobile contract that's not been used for at least 18mths. I've stopped the DD as I'm unable to simply cancel via website and the number quoted to call doesn't work. I've got nowhere to go with this problem now.

    @virginmedia I don’t have one that I can see. I shall make another complaint and also include how long it took someone to even acknowledge me on Twitter. In fact it was only when I cc’d in other recognisable figure heads that I even got a reply.

    @virginmedia I no its not a fault free service but your faults are very regular as i said 3 to 4 times a week compared to once in a blue moon on a BT line , and when i do a check nothing wrong with my line , so it must be my router which works fine till you have a fault 🙄

    @Benleo @virginmedia My experience last week…..after leaving Virgin Media 2 years ago, and switching to City Fibre (Braw Band). I inadvertently cut my external cable, cutting my hedge. Phoned up, - spoke to a real person first time. They came out next morning at 8.10 and replaced my cable. SERVICE!

    @virginmedia The biggest joke of a company when it comes to Customer Service, absolutely disgraceful the way the treat customers Had a complaint on going since the 30th March and they still can’t get it right to resolve even after speaking with a Senior Complaints Manager. 😡

    @Benleo @virginmedia I went to the ombudsman who was great I got £75 compo after virgin still took higher monthly rate after I cancelled 4 months before they’re the worst of the worst Indian call centre don’t get back when they said wasted hours

    @gail_hendry @virginmedia I would be happy just to be able to speak to someone who is English and can understand me and vice-versa been with these since it was “Telewest” currently WORST SERVICE ( communications) I have EVER had signing me up for deals ( some Indian/pakastani) I don’t even want

    @Benleo Stay away from Virgin Media and you will be happier for it trust me. Clear someone in an office somewhere has said we can offer **** customer service that costs X from India or good customer service from the UK that costs Y and they have went with X
