Not only do they pass you from pillar to post, and know nothing about what each has told the customer, they also don't acknowledge anything UK customer center tells you. You're called a liar and no one helps.

@Ofcom @virginmedia Low and behold I got a SMS stating they identified a network issue and it has now been resolved. Really wish @virginmedia trained thier call centre agents better. Back online thanks👍

@virginmedia No I wasn’t. The customer service girl seemed very unsure as to how to proceed. I explained more than once that it was brand new. I explained my neighbour had VM and I connect to a hotspot when outside.

@virginmedia I’ve sorted it now after being on hold for over an hour, was then told they couldn’t help with my issue, and for me to then ring back 30 minutes later and have Someone sort my issue out in minutes.

@virginmedia Though the issues you've had with upstream speeds and packet loss might have been an issue with bringing people together. Make the investment in the network match the PR and all is well. Keep allowing random directors to trim the budgets and this'll continue to be hypocrisy.

Great, workmen have cut through the Virgin media cable to the house so now no phone, internet or TV until Monday at some point. Kids going to be a nightmare, I can't do any online darts unless use phones on mobile internet which is bad in this area.
