@gaythorpe @virginmedia It's been down all down for me too, all you have to do is scroll down the tweets and replies and it's clear virgin media are having problems across the UK, they haven't seemed to acknowledge the fact and keep copy and pasting the same replies to everyone.

To leave, they said to me, 6 months holiday before they'd allow me back as a new customer btw. Nearly did it too
