@virginmedia I finally got through to a real person via text today and booked a landline appointment, although It’s not the anytime plan that I wanted . Never had so much trouble switching provider. Almost not worth it.

@virginmedia hi - I have a sim only mobile contract that's not been used for at least 18mths. I've stopped the DD as I'm unable to simply cancel via website and the number quoted to call doesn't work. I've got nowhere to go with this problem now.

@virginmedia You couldn't make this incompetence up - had another call, chasing 2 mths costs for a phone not used in over 2 yrs, unable to cancel via website or previous Twitter conversation, and then cuts me off. It's a mthly sim only, if I don't use it don't charge me - simples.

@virginmedia just installed virgin broadband 350 today ! only getting 5 mbps in my study.. phoned customers services for a booster to be told none in stock and phone back in 2 weeks.. took me over an hour to speak to a person in India who couldn’t help

@virginmedia I had Virgin broadband installed yesterday but need a landline . Unable to get through to customer services. Should have been set up with the broadband . Engineer said I was miss sold the standalone package . Now I’m without a phone.

@virginmedia I have tried that text service for the last two days. ‘Terri BOT’ is no use. I need to speak to a real person . All that needs doing is the issue of a new bill without the £35 activation fee. This is becoming the worst decision I’ve ever made in relation to switching broadband

Hey @virginmedia - 3 days without broadband is unacceptable. The kids can't study, and worse still receive behaviour points for failure to attend lessons. My partner is a grievance counsellor - and unable to provide face2face service at a time people most need it.

@virginmedia Customer service is shocking along with the service! I was cut off in error this week. 2 days with no services and still no tv. Engineer came and changed a hdmi cable and that was it! Told me we can’t have WiFi in every room we need to buy extenders.
