  @virginmedia I have tried 2 or 3 times this morning to try and pay my bill, I could not find my p/w so had to reset and it kept timing out and I was not on long tried on computer and phone will try later when I get up please advise if problem your end Thanks

  @Spikebmth @takeitev @myenergiuk One of the good things about a Zappi is it’s screen, which means it can be operated with out internet or WiFi, which can be useful in a emergency, especially if your on Virgin Media ?

  @nickkzie @scazz786 @virginmedia I have their business broadband, it's been awful. I then pulled the Internet cable out of the modem and fell back on the 4G backup on my plan. Fixed. I'll plug the cable back in tomorrow and get my speed back.

  @virginmedia Yet again having issues with pixelation and signal. This has now been going on for 2 years. 4 box changes, all new wiring in and out, 2x new hubs, new cables to main cab, main cab supposedly cleaned up, other local ex users disconnected from cab. I am so frustrated.

  @virginmedia You should be keeping an eye out for this sort of criminal activity, creates profiles for most large UK companies so they can reply to any complaints and get the customer to download software so they can compensation…and rob them. Report them to X

  .@virginmedia your award winning broadband in area 06 has not been working since 3rd April... Intermittent signal in your area, 12 hours of broadband & no wifi for 2 weeks is not acceptable, you should be paying compensation for loss of service! #virginmedia
