@virginmedia I cannot contact you by phone, your site will not allow me to sign in as my email is not available, clearly it wasn’t deleted from previous account so I can not see internet status or report faults. My Wi-Fi is intermittent, not working as I type reply.

@virginmedia please tell me how to speak to someone in your organisation! I can’t get through on line as it doesn’t recognise me even though you bill me and your phone system won’t allow me to speak to anyone. Customer service is diabolical.

@virginmedia I have heard from EE again this morning, from their Head Office by email as my phone still says no sim, and emergency calls only, they are now saying maybe #virginmedia have locked it to their network, as far as I am aware it was unlocked to all networks explain?

@virginmedia Apologies, I was out and then had to work until 6am this morning so was unavailable sadly. I had another check online this morning at it says expected time was 8pm last, called up the service checker line and they say "engineers have found the fault and are working on it etc" 1/2

@virginmedia @O2 what's the point Virgin is as bad as BT I was supposed to have Virgin Broadband & phone installed on Friday got told yesterday it was delayed til December 1st earliest with no reason as to why asked for a 5G router to get me by til then was put on hold for 20 mins then cut off.
