@virginmedia good morning; I’m not sure what work was happening in the area yesterday, but since your engineers were around my internet is ver intermittent. I’ve tried restarting the router and it’s still just awful. I’m trying to wfh and it’s very difficult at the moment

Right @virginmedia is truly the worst internet - So I am looking to change providers as soon as possible - Not worried about TV packages etc as We are good with free view - can anybody recommend a ISP with a good monthly rate and none of the hidden fees etc?

Trying to renew tv and broadband after 18 months and the deal is worse than what I was paying and significantly worse that what a new customer would be offered. Don’t understand how virgin media retains customers.

@Andys_Pants @virginmedia We had a 2-day outage in Autumn and I noticed the other listed outage on the area incident page at the time was put down as vandalism and I remember thinking it was bad enough losing connection without it being some ****'s deliberate work. Hope it gets sorted soon!
