Right @virginmedia is truly the worst internet - So I am looking to change providers as soon as possible - Not worried about TV packages etc as We are good with free view - can anybody recommend a ISP with a good monthly rate and none of the hidden fees etc?

Hey @virginmedia I’m really loving the customer service - called 2 weeks ago to report a broken remote - I was told a new one would be on the way. I’m still waiting. I called yesterday and was told the email address I was giving and have had registered for 15-20 years was wrong

@virginmedia Not a password problem. Login works fine via email clients on desktop and phone. Changed about 2 weeks ago in response to previous problem and worked fine then.

@virginmedia The entire day the network has been going off and on and when it's on its absolutely horrendous. It has severely affected our weekend as my son had to prepare for some tests and he needed access to his online learning which he couldn't do thanks to virgin media broadband.
