    @virginmedia are very sorry that it is the customers fault that they can no longer provide a service in the area they're moving to. Because of this it's ok 2 charge a customer an early disconnection fee even if they don't wish 2 cancel. Virgin Media I respect your hustle👏🏿👏🏿 😂😂

    @virginmedia I don't want content, I don't have your TV or your phone just broadband. So to increase this cost like this means that next time it comes to review my connectivity I will simply leave your service and move to a more competitive service that doesn't sneakily raise prices mid term.

    @virginmedia I had to call the service line again and request they change the settings to router mode and I have had to temporarily reconfigure my LAN cables to enable my wife to work from home. Need the modem mode to work again though.

    @virginmedia Hi. Yes, I'd been checking the Virgin Media status updates regularly. It claimed the issue was fixed, but then another issue with a different reference number was opened immediately. So they're not really that helpful. It seems to be working again now. 🤞 it stays that way.

    @virginmedia No issue with the connection to the house. No issue with hub in router mode, it just doesn’t work in Modem mode (it has worked fine for the past 2 years in modem mode.) your service line is useless. 4th call gone in and now waiting for a call back again.

    @virginmedia yet another phone call trying to cancel my contract. I go through the options on the phone to cancel my contract and get told he can’t help me. Put me through to another person who cut me off. This is ridiculous!!!!!!
