Really annoyed that @vmbusiness can’t resolve pathetically slow upload speed in central Sheffield for a week. It means colleagues requiring remote access to our server because they are working from home are wasting hours of their time due to crushingly slow speeds.

@BenJamesPhotos @virginmedia Was with Virgin & initially happy with the service. Their customer services were dreadful when I wanted to cancel to go to Sky who were alot cheaper. No loyalty was shown at all & that is the one thing Sky has proved they have an abudance off during a hugely difficult 18 months.

@virginmedia We are having problems with the full connection of wifi. It's never been right since we moved into this address. We meant to get 200 meg speed we were told by Virgin and we were getting 97 meg even with stand a lone mode. The Vrigin worker told us how to do it

@virginmedia So it turns out Virgin Media opted out of the fair pricing scheme that Ofcom wanted your industry to adopt. I didn't know that. I think that's a pretty condescending way to treat existing customers. I'm glad I left.
