    @gaythorpe @virginmedia It's been down all down for me too, all you have to do is scroll down the tweets and replies and it's clear virgin media are having problems across the UK, they haven't seemed to acknowledge the fact and keep copy and pasting the same replies to everyone.

    @virginmedia I contacted Netflix who were able to tell me straight away without any dates from myself, that Netflix had received a notification that Virgin had suspended the service. Now we have been debited Netflix on our bank & being told our Netflix is fine according to virgin (it’s not)

    @virginmedia There wasn’t a number, I replied to the email asking what exactly the resolution was, and the reply was it was a stalemate so contact the ombudsman. No discussion just a pass off, so now I’ve got to go through that lengthy process whilst still owed money.

    @virginmedia I have requested numerous times for phone transcripts to be provided and each complaint I have raised has been closed because VM feel it has been resolved from their side. I don’t think that’s his complaint procedures should work. I am left unhappy and overpaying for a service
