    Is there something wrong with @virginmedia at the moment. Got a very very crap speed of less than 1mbs #virginmedia #virginmobile in the S40 area. Can't log into my account either? 🤬 This is happening far too often for £69 a month!!!

    @virginmedia I tell you what I will do I will send another letter to Sherwood Lidge and tell them how I am being treated after 23 Years a Customer and you have no Customer Service, no email and not interested in Customers only automated robots soon as in work I will switch I can't use it now

    @virginmedia @_MMaritima Not everyone understands about running a wired speed test, whatever that is. Why can you not just make an appointment with Lizzie for a home call so her problem can be sorted out on the spot? After all, free call out is one of your strong selling points. She doesn’t need hassle.

    @virginmedia my contract runs out next month been on phone, best deal for my current service you can offer is £120. Sorry guys I aint paying that for existing service which dont offer top spec equipment and speeds that new customers get. Time to move on, sure sky can offer better

    @virginmedia @HardyShorses These are trying to charge me for a Months Services after they cut me off 2nd April want over £270 now I have put it in the hands of the police with them since 1999 they are corrupt & No Customer Service now, they will get what I owe as & when I can afford on U.C. using foodbank

    @virginmedia I finally got through to a real person via text today and booked a landline appointment, although It’s not the anytime plan that I wanted . Never had so much trouble switching provider. Almost not worth it.

    @virginmedia I see I have had another npreply email today about an outstanding overdue balance, I have tried to ask you for help, but you refuse and you cut me off 2nd April so you can't charge for april, so today letter will be in the post with this threat to The Police

    @virginmedia - losing any faith here - an hour on hold on Friday and another hour today. Appreciate the issues with staff working hours but you need a better way for customers to engage. I’m trying to address an increase from £43 to £59 for broadband costs! Maybe it’s time I left

    @virginmedia good morning; I’m not sure what work was happening in the area yesterday, but since your engineers were around my internet is ver intermittent. I’ve tried restarting the router and it’s still just awful. I’m trying to wfh and it’s very difficult at the moment

    @koenjideck Only worked well for me in recent years, but it gave me a decade of packet loss and outages before then 😵‍💫 I remember playing games with people on my street at uni, and half the people would disconnect in a lobby whenever Virgin Media had an outage 🥀

    @virginmedia I need some help. I have had an O2 SIM card tagged onto my WiFi account. I never wanted this but I was told that I could just throw this away and not use it. I am now being charged £7.50 per month for absolutely nothing. Can you please advise on how I deal with this?
