    @virginmedia not gonna lie. Second night in a row that the router keeps rebooting and the internet keeps cutting out. I can live with that......tomorrow when I have a new cohort of learners to enrol if it’s not working, that’s gonna cause me a huge amount of stress

    @virginmedia terrible customer service, my box is overheating, has done for around 2 days, we have to switch the box of for 5-6 hours then it comes back on, according to customer services nothing can be done until it happens again, then they will look at it. What a shambles

    Life without Wi-Fi DAY 8 courtesy of @virginmedia Data has ran out on my work phone, running low on my phone and tablet. Ran out of ‘new’ DVDs to watch. Still can’t get the livingroom lights on. Hotspotting tablet to my phone and I’ve had to turn 4G off on as signals terrible

    @virginmedia That really doesn't help the fact I have no internet in my new home and can't return the equipment how I'm being asked to in the box. I currently have a paperweight in the form of a 360 box with no internet connection and have to run around to sort posting back a box that worked
