Got to hand it to @virginmedia they excel themselves on their levels of customer service 👏. Hour and a half on the phone only for them to confirm what we knew all along, faulty box! Believe it'll be coming via Stork in the next week or so. Pity is everyone else's cs is the same

@virginmedia When you’ve been on hold since 7.42pm then you get cut off after 1hr 3mins of waiting. Awful Awful Awful. This is only the fifth attempt to correct a long term existing customer. As per awful advertisements on TV shall we try and disguise ourselves as new customers!

@virginmedia I don't want content, I don't have your TV or your phone just broadband. So to increase this cost like this means that next time it comes to review my connectivity I will simply leave your service and move to a more competitive service that doesn't sneakily raise prices mid term.

@virginmedia I accept it will take some time for you to get to the bottom of any complaint. What we would like is a service we're paying good money for to actually work and not have to wait another week for it to possibly be fixed. Tell me I'm not being reasonable here.

@virginmedia Believe me, it is all you hear, o2 sim thrust down your throat m actually all your deals online refer to it and bundle it in when you don't want it. There is simply not a deal you have for us. It is so disappointing after 16 years that you want to double our price. @skytv help!
