Hey @virginmedia I’m really loving the customer service - called 2 weeks ago to report a broken remote - I was told a new one would be on the way. I’m still waiting. I called yesterday and was told the email address I was giving and have had registered for 15-20 years was wrong

Right @virginmedia is truly the worst internet - So I am looking to change providers as soon as possible - Not worried about TV packages etc as We are good with free view - can anybody recommend a ISP with a good monthly rate and none of the hidden fees etc?

@virginmedia Called in today and when I asked to speak to someone specific I was hung up on after hour and 30mins on the call. Great customer service as usual. What’s the point in your call centres if they can’t do their job and can do what they want without any punishment.

@virginmedia Every time i ring you all i ever get told is if you not happy with price go some where else , 20 + years service only reason i have stayed so long is that i only ever used my emails through a virgin email address , but now sorted that and moved all to another one now so not tied
