My wifi is very slow and keeps cutting in and out plus I never get a good signal with my wifi at the other side of the house in which case I need a wifi booster, and my phone I have a contract with you and the signal is awful!! I may as well listen to a voice synthesised repeated message. Not sorry, no problems and only wanted a ยฃ99 call out charge to check their equipment showing an error light. Wifi is painfully slow.

Should have been set up with the broadband . Engineer said I was miss sold the standalone package . Now Iโm without a phone.

Promised a manager call crack but I got nothing . Itโs getting to the stage that the best course of action would be to cancel the lot but that wonโt get my landline back

The organisation was established in 2017 to refurbish unwanted technology and provide it to refugees and asylum seekers. It works with laptops, desktops, tablets and smartphones. The cumulative figure is now more than 5,000 devices since 2017. But that isnโt simply historical. Solidaritech is still operating. In 2025, Bechtle partnered with Solidaritech to repurpose 857 devices, including phones, laptops, PCs and tablets, which were donated to asylum seekers and refugees. Then there is Migrant Help. Through Community Calling, smartphones and free data have been provided specifically for asylum seekers and survivors of trafficking and modern slavery. Virgin Media O2 reported that Migrant Help had received 1,250 devices and free data, with a further 5,000 devices planned. Screen Share UK also received funding to provide devices, connectivity and repair training to refugees and asylum seekers. Its trainees then repaired and redistributed devices to other refugees. The device itself has therefore become part of an ongoing system. Technology is collected. It is refurbished. It is connected. It is distributed. And sometimes the recipient is taught how to repair the next device.
