Disappointed to hear the news about @O2 and @virginmedia merger. I like O2 been with them for 20 years (back when it was Genie mobile) if their Customer service goes the way of Virgin I will be gone

Really annoyed that @vmbusiness can’t resolve pathetically slow upload speed in central Sheffield for a week. It means colleagues requiring remote access to our server because they are working from home are wasting hours of their time due to crushingly slow speeds.

@BenJamesPhotos @virginmedia Was with Virgin & initially happy with the service. Their customer services were dreadful when I wanted to cancel to go to Sky who were alot cheaper. No loyalty was shown at all & that is the one thing Sky has proved they have an abudance off during a hugely difficult 18 months.

Another day of disappointment for #VirginMedia customers at 9HR. 5th day! We've got this text last night "Virgin Media Outage Update - ID: F009036235 We're pleased to tell you this issue is now fixed. Best wishes, the Virgin Media Team" But, our broadband is still down. ???
