@virginmedia Says there isn't an issue. Ran the diagnostic test from the website. Tells me it's not plugged in. It's definitely plugged in. Full reboot of everything hasn't helped. Unfortunately customer service won't speak to me as I'm not at home. My partner is.

@virginmedia I don't want content, I don't have your TV or your phone just broadband. So to increase this cost like this means that next time it comes to review my connectivity I will simply leave your service and move to a more competitive service that doesn't sneakily raise prices mid term.

I outright discourage anyone to get @virginmedia. Yes they may have the fastest internet but if you have issues with it you are screwed! Had @virginmedia for multiple years on and off, given many chances. Now I'm done. Will be filing a complaint with @Ofcom
