    @virginmedia intermittent internet connection and speed for the past 3 days. Support just tell you to restart or reset hub then hang up! This is getting ridiculous. 70mb at moment when it works, even thought I should get 350+.

    @virginmedia 45 mins so far being passed around different teams to get some resolution to a complaint raised 2 weeks ago, with no response!! Currently on hold again because you can never get through to speak to someone without a 15-20 min wait!! And a 30 quid increase in my bill!

    @McGiff @virginmedia And me. Internet down for three days and can’t get through. This happened a few weeks ago and I found the complaints 08000521474 I think 08436580676 is switch board. It worked then. Trying again tomorrow. I am a big fan carol.

    Sorry for the stream issues tonight and having to cut it short but @virginmedia is being intermittent at best and drop my connection 3 times so I had to call it a night. Hopefully all will back to normal tomorrow after @That_King_Thing recording 👍🏻

    @virginmedia When you’ve been on hold since 7.42pm then you get cut off after 1hr 3mins of waiting. Awful Awful Awful. This is only the fifth attempt to correct a long term existing customer. As per awful advertisements on TV shall we try and disguise ourselves as new customers!

    @virginmedia my BB has been down since Wednesday . I set up a tech visit for 4-7 today . Then Virgin Media sent me a text to say the appointment is on hold because there is a network issue . The broadband is still off and they are now suggesting a visit on the 24th . Incompetent

    To get out of a @virginmedia Broadband expired contract 1. ONLY communicate with them by recorded delivery letter. 2. Tell them the date their services are no longer required. 3. Ignore ALL their phone calls, emails & texts.. you’ll get lots. 4. Cancel DD New provider! 🤩

    @virginmedia My husband has tried lots in the last week to cancel our internet. He’s tried your what’s app and he received automated links- didn’t work. There’s no email to cancel.he has spent hrs on calls on hold. Tonight 1.5hrs on hold. R u deliberately mking it hard? 1/2

    @virginmedia Shouldnt take a week to repair a fault. I'm not paying my bill and you can get fckd if you think I'll be using your service any longer. Got kids at home with no access to their gaming. Youve cost me 4 days income and i had to buy more data for my personal phone. You gonna fkn pay
