    @virginmedia all my services are down and estimated repair is today at 6pm on the virgin media app. That’s all well and good if I wasn’t self isolating. It’s day 3 and driving me mad already not being able to leave the house. This will tip me over the edge

    @virginmedia No tv or internet or phone for nearly 24 hours and I have never missed a payment and never complained of interrupted service before this and I have not had any proper contact or an word of compensation as I have paid for a service I have not had for nearly 24 hours

    @reece_dinsdale @waynefoy @virginmedia Try message them on twitter they seem to get back to you quicker on social media .i stayed loyal to virgin for many years until the freeview episode when I changed to @SkyHelpTeam was so glad I did and it was cheaper by a lot virgin have no loyalty dad having same problem now x

    @virginmedia We are dissatisfied with virgin medis. Poor delivery of streaming services and in House wifi. Numerous occasions where service is cut or slow. Please advise how we can improve this

    @virginmedia The sale person sat in my living room for 3/4 hour and told me that they take the cables over the roof, never once mentioned going round all the skirting boards, we would not have even signed up if known, its wasted my time & your engineers time.

    @virginmedia The WiFi is down right now and has been all day. I can’t do my assignment and will now be behind. Why don’t I use my mobile data? Because I’m on virgin mobile and the sodding 4G signal keeps dropping out, with only one bar of mobile signal. No response to queries either!!!

    @virginmedia Like clockwork internet goes down in the wee small hours. Problem is that it sorts itself out in a few hours (4th time). So if an engineer comes out and there’s no fault I get charged. Does installing a new router cost money? Throw me with your acumen.
