@virginmedia service is totally disgusting, rang on behalf of my mother in law...who is 78 and on state pension....first time offered her package at £44.20 then after wanting to to think about it rang back 20 mins later to be told it’s £57 per month end of story utterly shocking

@virginmedia I’m not impressed. Switched for phone and broadband on 31st Aug. Telephone switch got rescheduled on the day of installation! Had to get existing provider to extend contract for 2wks. Broadband is constantly buffering and now gone down. @NOWTV @VodafoneUK better.

@zanti @VodafoneUK Yes, but compared with the likes of other networks, my tablet has a @virginmedia SIM in it and that consistently gets between 70-100Mbps.. And they don't even run their own mobile network!

So we’ve been using our 4g network to go online for weeks now! Even spent hours on the phone to Virgin complaining! Ended up paying for more Bband speed and still back on 4g again. losing another customer after 15 yrs!!!! So angry!!! #virginmidia @virginmedia give us hub4!!!!!!!

@virginmedia what is the best way to contact you? Impossible to email and can’t call numbers that you have provided. Complaints going back to March 2020 and now more issues unresolved. Please point me in right direction. Had enough.
