@virginmedia Hi Virgin Media, been having internet issues for a couple of weeks now, connection dropping for no reason. A reboot usually does the trick but it’s several times a day. Superhub 3. Frustrating as hell, any ideas?

@virginmedia It found no issues although the hub did feel rather warm. I’ve rebooted it and I guess we’ll see what happens tomorrow. Not holding my breath as it’s been a daily occurrence for over a week now. Thanks for your help so far 👍

@BenJamesPhotos @virginmedia Was with Virgin & initially happy with the service. Their customer services were dreadful when I wanted to cancel to go to Sky who were alot cheaper. No loyalty was shown at all & that is the one thing Sky has proved they have an abudance off during a hugely difficult 18 months.

Before I do the right thing and check if the Internet is borked because of my side of the network, let's just find an alternative way to access the Internet and search Twitter for "virginmedia"... Meh. An ISP that can't Provide the Internet probably has a long queue for Service.
