    @virginmedia terrible customer service, my box is overheating, has done for around 2 days, we have to switch the box of for 5-6 hours then it comes back on, according to customer services nothing can be done until it happens again, then they will look at it. What a shambles

    @gm8arv @2m0sql @M0VGA @SOTAbeams @TalkTalk @virginmedia The VM system I have here causes no problems from DC to 23cm (as high as I go currently) the only issue I had was when I tried using a mains data network from Argos and it destroyed 6m. Scrapped once identified.

    @virginmedia What would be really good is if you send out a message to your customers telling them there is an issue rather than leaving it to them to find out that they cannot use your services.

    @virginmedia Yes I have contacted Virginmedia a couple of times. It looks like there is a problem in Nottingham NG16 area again. This is a common issue. Disconnections and lack of a quality service.

    @virginmedia My mum and dad are having issues with you guys. The broadband has been very slow yet they pay for 350, the upload speed is half the download which says it all. A technician came out and tried to install a new TiVo box, they have been charged £30 even though he didn’t

    @virginmedia Since we installed the new replacement box it keeps losing signal and the internet connection around the house is poor. Also I changed my email address and yet it's only showing as a secondary one and I want to deactivate the first one

    We upgraded to the new mini @virginmedia TV box but it’s utterly crap. Takes a minute to 2 to wake up when you want to watch TV. Really can’t recommend it.

    Hi @virginmedia how can I appeal the £3.50/month increase you are forcing upon us? Had the worst service last month (off for 35hrs consecutively) we’ve already reduced tons of channels and don’t use phone. Loyalty doesn’t pay, clearly.

    @virginmedia Hi. Once again I have called up, and after being on hold for 40 minutes, the phone rang through and then instantly disconnected. What am I supposed to do, when it seems Virgin hang up on any calls that are about cancelling an account.

    @virginmedia The problem is you didn’t send me a WiFi booster and now you have no stock to send me one, so I have to sit next to the router. My TIVo box is so old I can’t watch anything on demand or on an app! I don’t get full service but I’m expected to pay the full amount
