@virginmedia just got my bill through when I’ve not had WiFi for most of the month...can’t even log onto their website to register for loss of service. This is becoming a joke now. 🙄

@virginmedia all my services are down and estimated repair is today at 6pm on the virgin media app. That’s all well and good if I wasn’t self isolating. It’s day 3 and driving me mad already not being able to leave the house. This will tip me over the edge

@virginmedia It is affecting the TV which is buffering. The signal even with a booster on the stairs/landing is poor within the bedrooms. I’ve done the scan and it told me to call the engineer. They have been out twice since we moved across… large packet and Latency issues
