  When you’re on the phone to @virginmedia to sort a broadband issue get placed on “hold” while the customer advisor “speaks to a colleague” to be informed the offices are now closed! Absolutely appalling customer service!!! And still haven’t sorted the issue 🙄🙄🙄🙄

  Any existing customers wanting to upgrade to the new #Virgin360 box, don't use the online form, it doesn't work. You'll get a confirmation email followed by an email requesting you call them. Their customer service is very busy, but it's excellent on 0345 454 1111. #virginmedia

  @virginmedia This company is a complete and utter shambles. Still no Wi-Fi, still no broadband, still no TV, still no one answering phones. No basic information from the company with the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
