    @virginmedia Thanks for relying! No difference on reboot and I only have wireless. It’s actually giving less than it did before the upgrade haha. Also I stayed in for an engineer last week who never turned up 😬

    @virginmedia My mum and dad are having issues with you guys. The broadband has been very slow yet they pay for 350, the upload speed is half the download which says it all. A technician came out and tried to install a new TiVo box, they have been charged £30 even though he didn’t

    @virginmedia I have attempted to upgrade my package via phone at 9.30 this morning and was informed that the requested would be done “ within the hour “ Over four hours later I’m still waiting, tried to call back and gave up after 25 minutes on hold. Help !

    @gm8arv @2m0sql @M0VGA @SOTAbeams @TalkTalk @virginmedia The VM system I have here causes no problems from DC to 23cm (as high as I go currently) the only issue I had was when I tried using a mains data network from Argos and it destroyed 6m. Scrapped once identified.

    @virginmedia your service is shocking! Been on the phone to them all morning and they transferred me 6 times and disconnected the phone 3 times! In the call centres no one understands English and there policy is annoy the customer until they are so vexed they put the phone down!
