@virginmedia it took my nearly 3 hours to cancel my contract after 7 years with you. Your customer service representative made up a fake outstanding bill from 2016 as an excuse not to help me. All sorted now but never going to be a #virginmediacustomer again.

Especially in the age of the lock down, where as a healthcare professional I have to use the my computer and internet to see clients; where as educators we teach and train trainees and students online. The more I think about this, the more disgusted by @virginmedia I am.

You know what is absolutely is crap about @virginmedia? In the US, when I had issues with the router from Comcast, I could replace it with my own (and I did). But @virginmedia forces you to use theirs.
